It had taken finding some quite well-hidden books in the Vermillion library, but Shinji had found quite a lot of information about the Sub class magic of Traps. It seemed that every single type of magic had an underlying sub class for it that involved being able to place traps of that type of magic, at least that is how it seemed from what he was able to read about it. Shinji thought about it and figured that it would be the perfect type of magic for his Hex and Curse class magic after all if he could set them up as traps then he would be that much more versatile with his magical abilities. If he trained it right maybe he could even just leave the traps on the people themselves and activate them when he saw fit. The options seemed limitless and while he had many ideas when it came to his Hex and Curse magic with trap, he was not quite sure on how the other classes of magic would work with it. He decided he would figure out that bit when the time came for him to do so for now, he needed to train himself in being able to use this sub class of magic for his Hexes and Curses.
The main thing he had heard was that the making of the trap and the shape of the trap where the most important once you had a solid understanding on how to make the trap and what shape you wanted it to be then all it took was just applying that to whatever area or surface needed and you were set. So Shinji begun his training by reading some more on the way to make the traps themselves, he studied as much of the diagrams as he could for it would be needed when making the magic circle that would activate the spell and maintain the mana inside itself. Even the most basic of mages knew that if you messed up the magic formation or circle of the spell then the outcome could turn into anything and even harmful to the user of said magic.
