The Young Beaulieu stood in impressed awe as he starred at the vibrant green world he had found himself in after passing through the dust storm.
He had arrived well prepared thanks to the intelligence of the other magic knight squads. He had dressed in two layers, one fluffy and full of layers to protect from the fierce wind and sharp shards of sand as he made his way to the dungeon, as well as a set of clothing that was breathable and light for the heated zone beyond. He was dubious if a massive jungle filled tower existed in as such detail as he had heard of it, but he also didn’t put it out of the realm of possibility. His curiosity had gotten the better of him and had been the reason he had signed up for the dungeon attempt. The person he was meant to help had already gone ahead , and as such Yugo had arrived the day of the dungeon attempt. The group was mostly prep helpers and a few old priests praying for their safety against hexs and curses. The young man exited the cart he was in and he sighed in the obnoxious heat. It must have been a side effect of the dungeons proximity.
Yugo looked below the sand edge of the desert and looked at the ever present sand storm. The smells of the rites of the priests made Yugos Nose wrinkle. It was acrid and sharp, but if it kept him from being cursed he didn’t mind.
After exchanging pleasantries, Yugo would remain silent until the group moved and made their way toward the sand storm. It would just be him and the other who had been assigned the dungeon along side him.
They would stop before entering and Yugo would make sure his gear was in place.
[break][break] The best way to describe Kreig's feelings right now is ever so bitter. The magic knight was still a bit upset due to the last time he had tried obtaining some nice weaponry and armor the last time but failed miserably. It turned out that the only thing that be would obtain would be a handful of gold. Sure that wasn't anything that most would complain about but within the Rosenthal family money practically grew on trees. Though feeling a bit bitter, the lighting mage tried to stay optimistic of the outcome. He and small group of other were all in this together, this time around he just might run in to a future ally. [break][break] Geez, why did it have to be so windy and humid out today? The Azure Deer thought to himself. He read of the dungeon but must have skipped over the part about the conditions that he would have to travel through to reach it. The knight didn't prepared well enough for such conditions. He figured this would be an easy outing so he wore his regular attire. He was in a robe that flows over his body, which looks more like a jacket, but doesn't have a zipper or buttons, or anything to clasp it together in the middle. He trouser were a simple pair of monk pants, that cover a little bit of the top of his shoes. For the item he brought along of course the most important was is trusty grimore. Besides that he dawned on his magic knight mantle, thunder blade, and a lightning trinket. All items that will come in well in the midst of combat but none to fend off the incumbent weather. [break][break] Kreig was riding along side a small group nearly mentally broken before he noticed a a large stone structure in the near distance. Perhaps, this the location. It is true however that dinosaurs are real. Who cares I just wait to get inside and out of the wretched weather. Kreig was somewhat pleased to be at the location. It looked as if the place hadn't been roam for quite some time. Mother nature had consumed most of it with her vines, plants, and exotics animal running about. Halt be it the wagon here please! Kreig exclaimed. He then looked around and took note that getting inside maybe not be as easy as once expected. Complication for complication be another complication I see. He then walked forward to the ascending stone door. For work I shall do it will be done don't you agree? Kreig asked as prepared to remove the vines. [break] Yugo

He smiled as his companion showed up with barely any gear, and even offered them some if they needed it. As ever, Yugo was well prepared. He didn’t mind the extra weight, if it meant increasing the chances if getting home safe and sound that’s all that mattered. He adjusted the special package he had hidden under the bulk of his gear and smiled after feeling its intricate design. A gift unlike any other and this dungeon would be the debute of it if Yugo had anything to say.
The two made their way through the storm, and soon found themselves in the first room of the Dungeon Proper. The cracked ceiling was the only reason they had any light at all. Yugo wondered if it was magicly designed that way, or if the dungeon was falling apart given its age. The large mosquitos buzzed around them, thankfully the stench of the blessing they had been given kept the bugs from getting close to them. The air was hot, Yugo could feel it rising up . Thankfully his layers would keep him safe. But the other issue was the growing wetness. He groaned in annoyance and removed a few layers, tossing them to the side. But as he did, the mud soaked deeper then it should have. He looked down and realized they were standing in quick mud. “Shit! Don’t stand still for to long! Otherwise you’ll get sucked down.” Yugo cursed himself for forgetting the very basics of adventuring, pay attention to your surrounding. Thankfully, he was book learned and knew that as long as he didn’t move, and his team mate also hadn’t gotten captured, he was going to be fine.
[break][break] Krieg stood there looking at the dauting task at hand. The towering door was completely covered in various vines and blocking the only entrance through. Let's get going with shall. Kreig said optimistically. He would then begin to pull at the vines tearing them the shreds slowly until a clear appearance of the large door could be seen. Soon after being seen it would cracks open allowing the party to enter at their own will. Easy does it now wouldn't you say? Before Kreig couldn't even muster up everything that he wanted to say the young lad pressed onward without acknowledgement. [break][break] Floor 1: Room 1 [break][break] Unlike his comrade Kreig didn't press forward with such haste. As for someone with experience of these kinds of things, the Azure Deer would gaze across the room looking for the quickest and most safe route available. This young one is going to be in for a rude awakening. Why would you just dive in head first without accessing your surroundings? Perhaps that comes along with being at the hands of inexperience. Once upon a time in the Kreig's youth he was the very knight that choose such reckless acts. Watching the young man press on allowed Kreig the acknowledge the growth he's had within himself as a magic knight. [break][break] As the lightning mage observed the room he would quickly notice the swinging vines hanging from the ceiling. The room was in the of a circular form but at the very end a small glimpse of light could be seen within the crack of the aged rock structure in it's rear. Before it though, their was a large stone staircase that looked to be the way through. My lord the heat radiating from this thing is surely disturbing. Kreig though as he would wipe from his forehead the built up sweat. Now all that is left is to figure out just why am I hearing the so of running water. Kreig would then proceed too look down a notice that his comrade had fallen into the dungeons first trap. Quicksand?/ He thought. Quite simple yet an effective way to keep someone from reaching a treasure. He then slaps his arm. Wretched bugs. This has already started to be a pain. [break][break] Fear their is no need for one withhold. For it is yours truly the mighty mage of lightning that has been blessed by mana at your ministrations. Kreig was still standing at the door and his acquaintance had not made it far before he began to sink. Forelimb need be outstretched and clench thy steel. Kreig would then remove the thunder blade from his backside and extend it outward for the mage to grab on to. Like your feet very much quick it be. This was Kreig giving the young mage a second chance, perhaps swinging along the vines to cross the room. [break] Yugo
