In this world, Magic is Everything. All people, all races, are granted with the power to perform mystical and magical feats via grimories, mystical tomes granted to each and every child on their 15th birthday. Those blessed by the mana can have their names written down in legend.

Name of Spell: Sound and Silence Elemental Type: Carbon Matter Rank & Spell Type: Intermediate | Transformation & Sensory Range & Speed: 20 meters | 20 m/s Mana Cost: 20 | 10 Stats Effected: n/a Applicable Perks: Elemental Oddity(Sound) Description: The spells name is signed with their hands to activate it. Carbon matter is used to form an illusion around the area that effects smell and sight, looking like clouds of black coal powder. The smell the illusion gives those affected by the spell is dirty and foul that seems like it could smother a person if they aren't careful. While it doesn't do any physical damage, the illusion copies the sight and smell of an area full of black coal powder wafting through the air very well, totally covering the sight of those within the illusion.(If a sensory mage uses a sensory spell to see through an illusion, it will lower the amount of sensory a person needs to see through that illusion based on the spell's rank. For every 10 points in sensory a sensory mage has, the sensory requirement decreases by an additional -2. Illusions naturally wanes overtime, causing the amount of sensory needed to see through it by 2 per post the spell is sustained.) The other half of the spell happens at the same time as the first, transmuting the ground to the sound magical element. In this case it changes the ground of the area into a multitude of tuning forks, all of them making a shrill ringing sound. The high amount of tuning forks all going off at once causes junior ranked damage for any within the aoe spell range.
