It was autumn, one of Sable’s favourite times of the year. Had he the chance, he might have gone fishing, but working in the church was a time-consuming business. Offering blessings to the courteous, alms for the poor, help for those in need. His lunch consisted of a modest soup; potatoes bobbing in the broth, which filled his stomach and warmed his soul. The restaurant served bread that was fresh and pliant, he stuffed his mouth with the crust before disembarking. He walked briskly although he had little to do. Birds were chirping in the trees, making their preparations for Winter; gathering sticks for their nests, insects for their lunch. Some of them sang sweetly enough to get his attention. If there had been a nicer place to sojourn, Sable was simply unaware of such a destination. Glancing to his left, he noticed something out of order. Where he had left his fishing pole was an empty, vacant void that dug into his sombre silence. Someone stole his fishing apparatus while he was getting lunch. This perturbed him mildly and he breathed a sigh of frustration, “Teach a man to fish.” It had been solely his fault for leaving the opportunity there in the first place he consolidated, consolations were that at least someone would be eating well tonight. The church of Clover had one less mouth to feed, maybe it was for the best that his fishing pole had gone missing, he had other work to attend to anyway. Finding himself in the town of Kikka he wandered around until such time as someone would approach him, he wore the casual attire of the church and the cross was affixed to his collar. Sable was a devout man when it came to religion, and he believed in helping those people; who needed it, to help themselves. Putting them in a position where they may help others themselves.

Velroth would find himself in Kikka after wrapping up some business he had to take care of, he seems to be doing a lot of that these days. He would be wearing Magic Knight Ensemble representing the Coral Peacocks as he made his way through the town. He was really just sight seeing at this point which he had mixed feelings about at the current moment. He wanted to return to his home and regroup. But he would do it the next day to make sure what his task would work. As he was walking to the road he knows something that he didn't see everyday Robes of the church, a man of the cloth. Velroth how much to put the guys in probably a few others had a lot more respect for men and women of the church, as they usually devoted themselves to helping people and making life better in general people. Wow he can even pick you one of those people he had respect for those who did it. He would walk over to the man taking a breath, a bit out of character for him but he wanted to work on this part of him. If he was to become a captain he needed to be more open, not just when working.
Hey...your with the Church of Clover right…" he said it to you would approach the man. He looked him over as he no key when you coming off a bit too cold lie, you had a habit of doing that. He took in a breath and blew it not letting in the guild give an answer. "Thanks for you and your groups hard work." He said so it may have sounded a little forced, not because he's genuinely didn't mean when he was saying he did. He just wasn't a very big social person still talking to the blue was off unless was playing a role for doing his job, usually people came to him or they initiated the conversation with him so hopefully it will be good practice for him. You just stand there in front of the man hoping he didn't screw up the conversation before it even started waiting for his reply. Or just prepared to go with the man just walked away from him.

Sable turned as someone spoke to him, directly naming the church of clover, and pointing out his association with the great work. He smiled as he replied, “Why yes, I am a deacon of the church; how may I help you?” Sable listened as the man rather quickly continued, thanking him for his work and contributions to society. Although Sable had only recently started attending the church in Kikka, the sentiment was profoundly appreciated and it was nice to see how members of the public regarded the church. Regarding his clothing in a new light, Sable felt enthused to interact with the young man. “I am only new, but, thank you for your kind words; blessings of Sylph upon you.” It sounded like the sort of blessing that one might give, if they were so inclined Sable supposed. “Merriment and gladness, good health and good fortune also.” The smile on his face was momentary though it’s warmth lasted as he proceeded to bless the man, and finally he introduced himself. Attempting to be polite he spoke with the assurance his faith had given him, “My name is Sable, May I ask your’s?” Sable extended his arm and offered his hand for a handshake.

As Velroth had received the blessing he didn't know much what to think of it I think it's never really a religious hike however he accepted it or at least didn't turn away and just gave a small head nod. As he was ask for his name he figured he would be honest with them there's no point in lying to where the Deacon of the church. "My names is Velroth Ryze..." there's only a slight hesitation from his bad habits before he reached out and took the man's hand as he initially had a substance to see if he was threat or not however he decided that he wasn't at least for the time being. After shaking the man's hand he will take a step back away from him looking him over remember that you said that he was a newer member of the church. He never understood were took this from a member of the church nor did he honestly care because you had no aspirations on becoming a member however at least acknowledge that they did good work. He took a breath before talk sorting out what he wanted to ask.
"So...what bring the church all the way out here?" He asked looking over the man who called himself Sable. It really was none of his business why the church did whatever they did where they did. Far as using way they've always been like that wandering around helping people doing whatever they wanted however he's just trying to make conversation at this point and trying to call them for a little bit information old habits die hard as I suppose but either way it was more tempting t.o be friendly rather than an attempt at information gathering this time but if you do both more power to you. Gave a small smile and waited for the ends with Y not rushing him letting him feel comfortable to go at his pace.
