Name of Spell: Wanyudos Fearsome Gaze Elemental Type: Paint Rank & Spell Type: Junior,Defense Creation Range & Speed: 24 meters, 10 M/s Mana Cost: 10/5 Stats Effected: Applicable Perks: Juggernaut Description: Ozma will reach out his left hand and twist it slightly as paint will suddenly swirl out before him before taking the form of a wooden wagon wheel on fire with a mans head in agony glaring forward before it starts to spin at high speed, while it looks like its on fire the wheel wont acutally cause burns, the wheel has a 24 meter Radius and gives Ozma or the one he cast it towards decent covarage from spells allowing it to take two junior spells worth of damage before dispersing, by using the ammo rules Ozma can create more shields.
