The sacred place is absolutely full of magical energy and responds to the strength levels of those that enter. The only entrance is through a portal that opens at the time of the Magic Knight Exams, and will close once it is finished.

Through the recognition of one's power and rejection of the evil that one may commit one may be able to make it through this hellish landscape. The rooms appear identical and feed off of the amalgamation of fears and shortcomings that the players have within their own characters. A chill crawls up your spine and out over your skin as you look upon. The carvings on the wall are magnificent, a symphony in stonework -- but given the themes represented, it might be better described as a requiem. Scenes of death, both violent and peaceful, appear on every wall framed by grinning skeletons and ghoulish forms in ragged cloaks.

The shadows around the room feed off of the presence of mana, and when the players step inside of the room A skeleton dressed in moth-eaten garb lies before a large open chest in the rear of this chamber. The chest is empty, but you note two needles projecting from the now-open lock. Dust coats something sticky on the needles' points. When the players approach the chest, a number of shadows evacuate the wooden prison and take the form of the player's worst fears. These shadows take the shape of the players fears, even if properly hidden, and will attack them without warning.

You open the door to reveal a 10-foot-by-10-foot room with a floor studded with spikes. The bones of some creature lie among the spikes and some insects scuttle away from the desiccated remains. No other doors are in the room, and it appears the door you opened was created to blend in with the walls. Additionally, you see no ceiling. You must be at the bottom of a very deep spiked pit. However, peculiar mana swirls in the air, and out of it, laughter and sinister-sounding whispers can be heard, crawling from the pit are two creatures of the shadows that have no real form other than a floating cloak that carries with it a sense of dread. Bursts of magic sometimes unexpectedly infuse a person’s shadow, giving rise to a creature known as a living shade. Though similar in many ways to the dreaded undead shadows, these creatures aren’t undead. They are a type of fey spirit infused with the power of the Plane of Shadow.

It's as though the room was gripped in two enormous hands of a celestial being and broken like a loaf of bread. on the other side are three doors and the doorway you have come through is destroyed. Someone has torn a tall stone door from its hinges somewhere else in the dungeon and used it to bridge the 15-foot gap of the chasm between the two sides of the room. Whatever did that must have possessed tremendous strength because the door is huge, and the enormous hinges look bent and mangled, what is really down here?

[R1F1] Maria stood outside the entrance of a large swirling portal of magic. Upon stepping inside, her 2 test for the Magic Knights Exam would start and all eyes would be on her and her partner. Sweat ran down her face but with her hood up, nobody could see it. She was scared, terrified of not what might be inside but how everyone would look at her. Her demonstration had a couple hiccups that she regrettably wish never happened. It was funny really. Back when she was in actual damage, she never felt so nervous to step forward. Slapping her face a couple of times she turned to her partner Althaea, a girl she met while dealing with a stupid fae creature. She did not much about her. She really should have paid more attention to the other peoples performances but well, she needed some time alone to herself to breath. "Okay. We got this. So don't get all scared and stuff. So tell tell me. What are your specialties. I'm pretty confident in my physical abilities so I will be relying on that. But I also have some defensive magics as well. So let me lead the charge. There's nothing I can't handle ya know! Oh and in case you forgot. Call me Klara." The girl let out a boisterous laugh hoping to psyche herself up and appear like the confident person she wanted to be. This time however, it would be so easy to shake off her nerves. She could only help a little bit of physical exercise would be the cure all she needed.

Even though this was a moment that was going to be effect her life in various ways, whether that be for good or for bad, Althaea had found herself radiating an aura of calmness. She hadn't really thought of much reason to be worried while heading on into this dungeon. If each dungeon was scaled to the mages that had entered it than things were likely going to be fine. The Wizard King wouldn't design some sort of death trap for the prospective magic knight applicants after all. Such an act would only hinder the trust that the people had in him and would only serve to weaken his forces as opposed to bolster them. That being the case, Althaea had decided to push on forward through the swirling portal that would send her into the beginning of this proving grounds of sorts.
[F1R1]
Upon entering the swirling portal, Althaea would find herself within a rather unsettling room. The stone reliefs that had been upon the walls had depicted scenes of death that were framed by grinning skeletons and ghoulish forms in ragged cloaks. Just looking upon them had been enough to send chills down the spine of the Aurelius. While she may not believe this place to be that of a death trap designed by the Wizard King, she had believed that things were developed this way for a reason. perhaps they were going to be encountering undead? Or was this simply an aesthetic that the Wizard King had hoped to utilize to overwhelm the Magic Knights and test their resolve? Obviously she didn't have the answers to really any of these questions. This was just something that she was going to have to get over. If she could clear her mind of these thoughts that she could have sworn that things would get easier for both herself and her teammate.
Clearly she had been quite wrong about that. If the fact that a skeleton dressed in moth-eaten garb had been lying before a large open chest at the other end of this chamber hadn't been enough to prove that fact than she wasn't quite sure just what would. "Klara... Right, of course. Obviously I remember this much. We've already worked together once before, Klara, so I'm sure that we'll be able to handle whatever this dungeon can throw at us. Right?" The elven Aurelius couldn't help but allow for a small bout of anxious laughter to escape her lips. "To really answer your question, I suppose that you could say that I specialize in a few things... Transformation Magic and Golem Creation Magic are things that I am good at but my true specialty is Healing Magic. I can be sure that we stay safe if anything in here decides to hurt us."
Figuring that she might as well allow for the dwarven girl to take the charge, given that she had seemed to have wanted to do so, Althaea would simply hang back near the portal. At least at first she would. While she could just as easily allow for her companion to delve into the dungeon on her own, she had refused to allow her to do so in such a precarious state. They hadn't known much of anything about this location and as such, had known that it would do nothing for them if she were to act recklessly. It is for this reason that Althaea would decide to bring a bit of help along to help. To start things off, Althaea would stand tall with her back straight and would clap her hands together but once. As she claps her hands together, a mass of pure aura would burst forth in a nigh shockwave before her. This mass of pure aura had begun to shift slightly before ultimately taking on the guise of a cloaked individual that would loom before the pair. "This is my sacred protector. I am certain that they will keep us safe as we traverse throughout the dungeon."

[R1F1] Another golem user. Maria could not help smile thinking of Thaddeus and how useful his golems were. It was weird that the golem was not made out of stone but after thinking about it a bit further she did recall Dante having minitour golems. They were pretty strong as well so in the girl's mind, anyone using that type of magic had to be pretty good. Thaddeus was more supportive compared to Dante though and Dante was super offensive. This girl would be even more supportive than Thaddeus since she had healing magic but she also had transformation magic. It was a rarer thing to see so Maria was curious what it could do. Though maybe that was for another time. Right now they had to charge forward and show off. "Lets go!"
The girl charged forward into the portal and entered her stance. Her hands were cocked back ready to slam together to activate her spell. However she would hold off on using her spell for now. She had to be strategic. She had to be smart. She had to be ready given her weakness when spell slinging. The girl would drop her stance upon seeing the walls and the... "art," if you could call it such. There was so much death with violent scenes framed in skeletons and ghouls theme frames. It was very creepy but well... it was not dangerous. So the girl just looked to her partner to make sure they were good. Then she walked forward looking around for anything to get her blood boiling.
Something would eventually catch her eye. A skeleton stood alone in chewed up garbs. Immediately the girl slammed her fist together to summon her amber over her hands and feet. However this would be a waste as the skeleton was not moving. She was fooled but it was better to be prepared than to be caught off guard right? She carefully started walking toward the skeleton and noticed a chest under it. It was open which was weird. One would think that if you wanted to trick someone, you would have an unopened chest. The girl chuckled. A clear oversight from the test makers but that was not her problem. Little did the girl know, she was completely wrong.
Upon getting closer, 4 shadows flew out of the chest and two of them flew behind her before she could even react. And then a heavy hand clenched her shoulder. "Tsk Tsk Tsk, Maria what are you doing here? Embarrassing yourself, was not enough?" A strong woman's voice bellowed. "Little sis, I'm surprised you managed to cling on to other people. How weak of you." A man's voice followed.
The girl's breath quickened. Her body trembled. They weren't here. It was stupid that they would be apart of this dungeon. But that was their voice, their words, the truth. "No. No... stop." Tears rushed down her face. Her heart rammed into her chest like a battering ram against a castle wall. "Yes yes. I come to support you in your endeavor to prove to the world how much of a failure you are. Changing your family name, going by your middle name won't change who you are. It won't make anything you do mean anything. We are a family for the strong... at least, we were until you were born." The hand twisted the girl around forcing her to face them, her mother and her eldest brother. Then that heavy hand slammed her across the face with enough force to send her into the ground. Her mana skin kicked in protecting her from serious injury but deep down, it stung.
“Maria. We had such high hopes for you. Well. that’s a lie, we pretended to have hope for you. But a failure, someone born weak, will never be strong. No matter how many times they lie to themselves. No matter how many times other people lie to them. They will stay weak. You will stay weak. No Organization will want you. You have already failed. Give up. Run away like you always do.” The brother finished his statement with a kick to her stomach, sending her towards the direction she arrived from.
The girl coughed with spit dripping from her mouth while attempting to keep her smile. Attempting to pick herself up, she started to crawl away. “I can’t do it… I cant. Nobody believes in me. Nobody trusts me… Thaddeus I…” Only then she remembered something he said when they first met.
**It takes adversity to build oneself up and to become the kind of person that we might aim to be.** **Don't force yourself to smile like that. False happiness will never amount to anything good.**
So for the first time in her life. She chose to drop her smile and show her true face, her true feelings. She picked herself up and gritted her teeth with an upset face. “You're right. No matter what I change, no matter what I do. I can’t change the fact that I’m weak. But… That does not mean I can’t be strong one day. That does not mean I can’t stand up to you. I will pass. I will become strong and prove that you are weaker than me.” Maria then charged at the two with watery eyes. Then with a scream she let out a powerful straight into her brother and followed it up with a side kick into her mother. Both entities disappeared into shadowy mist. Her breathing was erratic and her fists were tense, but she was standing and not running away.
The girl then raised her hand and a moonstone spawned. She focused on herself sending the stone above her head and then it started radiating healing energy over top of her.

As the pair had grown close to some kind of skeleton lingering over a chest, Althaea would find herself tilting her head off to the side. She hadn't been quite sure what exactly this find had meant but it was clear that it was hear for a reason. "What do you.. think that we should do here?" This question of hers would never be answered though as a pair of shadows would leap out in the girls general direction. An additional pair had gone flying towards Klara in this moment but unfortunately Althaea was going to need to focus solely on herself in this moment.
Worried about her teammate, Althaea wouldn't quite notice the transformation that these shadows would immediately undertake. "You really think that you can make it out in the real world, huh? Who are you kidding?" Confused by what she had been hearing, Althaea would divert her attention away from Klara and would turn it back towards the source of this extremely familiar voice. Upon doing so, the young Aurelius would find what had appeared to be two separate version of herself. One of the shadow Althaea's had been outwardly meek and far too skinny for it to have been healthy. The other had black markings running all along their skin whilst demonic horns had protruded from her forehead. The very sight of such things was worrying to say in the least but Althaea's worry had seemed to have been more focused on the unhealthy shadow as opposed to the demonic one.
"Even after having completed our training, you have only come this far? What part of you truly believes that this is the extent of our power? We could be so much more... Our power could bend nations if we had desired for it to do so! And yet here you are, a feeble girl with an extremely versatile magic, too scared to push yourself towards anything greater than the path that someone else had set out for you. Honestly... How pathetic." While she would never admit these things out loud, the shadow versions of herself had spoken the truth of just how she had felt. Althaea could have been so much more if she had applied herself and yet that wasn't something that she could build up the courage to do. Instead of facing the world head on, like she knew that she should have, she had chosen to go down a route that would leave her acting as nothing more than a support for others. Even if the Aurelius family had been one that was built to serve others, there had always been a small part of her that had been the one wanting to be served. To have found herself on the other end of the spectrum.
"S-shut up... Leave me alone..." Even as the true Althaea had spoken to this demonic form of her, the young Aurelius couldn't remove her gaze from the weak and mild shadow version of herself. That form.. It wasn't just something that the shadows had conjured up. That had been her reality once upon a time. This was a version of herself that she had never wanted to go back to having to be. "I am stronger than we think... and I have those that will protect me when I need." As she says this last tidbit, the cloaked golem would lower itself to the ground just behind the demonic shadow Althaea. The true Althaea would simply mentally command the cloaked golem to consume the demonic aspect. Bending on over so that it could catch as much of the girl within his maw as it could, the pure aura cloaked golem would than inhale the shadow and cause it to cease to exist.
With one of the shadows having been removed from play, Althaea would make her way on over towards the weak and saddening version of herself. Tears had begun to well up within her eyes and were threatening to burst forth through the dam that was her lower eyelids. Refusing to focus on the past that had been before her very eyes now, Althaea would pull the shadow into a tight hug before whispering something into her ear. "We won't ever return to that point.. and I forgive us for the things that we have put ourselves through..." From here she would utilize the fullest extent of her strength to crush the shadow within her grasp. Her grip on the being would tighten together until eventually the shadow would disperse into a cloud of wispy smoke.

The battle was over. Healing energies radiated over her head, restoring her damaged mana skin but it could not touch the damage inside her chest. The aching did not stop now that the shadows were gone. Those words, the idea that she was weak, he cycled through her head over and over. She was a failure. She had nearly been defeated despite how much work she had put herself through to get here. That was the first part too. Imagine what the rest of this whole thing would entail.
She felt to her knees shivering. She folded her arms as the air felt like a winter's morning. She was scared. She doubted she had the will to go through that again. Turning around, she saw Althaea standing among shadowy mist. She was able to overcome the shadows. Clenching her teeth, Maria built up the will to put on her smile and then stood up.
Walking over to Althaea, she attempted to grab her hand. "We gotta keep going. Even if we are hurt. I won't let us look weak. I won't." She wiped her own eyes and attempted to guide her partner forward with her. If she resisted, Maria would let go and storm forward ahead alone. "Strong people don't look back."
Before the two girls was a large door. At least, that was until the girl kicked it in with a powerful kick. Before them was a small room. "Ugh... so cramp." Bones filled with scavenging insects lied among spikes along the floor. She did not know what animals these belong to but she did not care either. It was probably weak so it was not important. There was no other doors in the room and behind her, it seemed as if the door was meant to look like a wall. Looking up, there was ceiling.
Laughter fill the air, reminding her of the Spriggan she had to deal with back in Silva. "I think this was a trap," Maria took a deep breath, "I'm NOT IN THE MOOD FOR GAMES. COME OUT AND FIGHT OR STAY OUT OF MY WAY!" Everything was quiet. Maria took a step forward making sure to avoid the spikes. Suddenly, sinister whispers filled the air. Just like the Spriggan, they probably did not understand her. 2 Shadow figure appeared along the ground and quickly rushed to the two girls. Maria watched readying herself to strike but shadow things jumped into her shadow just to pull itself from her shadow.
Maria was not going to wait for the creature to attack, She turned around to sweep kick the creature but it was too quick and floated effortlessly over her head, laughing. Maria rushed to stand up and threw her fist into the air. The shadow disappeared or so she thought. What she did not see was the shadow running down her arm. But she did see the shadow running around her stomach and jumping into her shadow. Then A shadow spike flew out of her shadow. The girl ducked by bending backwards. placing her hand on the ground, she went into a one hand stand and then swept her legs down to it the shadow. It still dodged her going into the air. If only the girl could fly. But there was something she knew. These things were tricksters and since it kept going to her shadow, she figured it was time to get a bit reckless.
She stopped her movement by placing both hands on the ground and pushing off the ground to get back onto her feet. then she raised her knee and then raise her foot above the ground. Then she slammed her foot down on her shadow. A shadow hand reached out of the ground as if it was about to pull itself out but Maria's amber foot slammed into it crushing the creature and defeating it. "Hah GOT YOU!"
Maria felt very proud of herself for figuring out that the creature was hiding in her shadow. Now she just needed to get that last shadow beast. Only, now it was in the air and she doubted it would jump into her own shadow again. She looked up to try and locate the shadow creature that jumped out of the shadow when she was attacked. Only, it was nowhere to be seen. Maria held up her fist in a boxer stance ready to unleash a strong strike while backing towards Althaea. "Sorry, I lost track of it... If you see it, let me-" It was at this point that Althaea's shadow shot a black shadow spike out and hit Maria in the back pushing her onto the ground. Maira clenched her teeth angry that she was tricked by shadow magic once again.
Memories of the first time she encountered this type of magic. She was with Thaddeus and taking down some enemies of the church. It was here that she actually got hurt for the first time on a mission. It was great embarrassment to get hit in the back by the man. This time was no different either. "Argh... I hate this type of magic. Althaea, I think this thing might be able to teleport between our shadows are something. It moves so fast and I'm not really good at tracking magic. ugh."
Maria quickly jumped to her feet. Her mana skin was still up and mostly healthy so she was not too hurt if you ignored her pride. She started to move towards her partner but then remembered the shadow. "We gotta keep our shadows in our sighs. Especially if they are going to keep attacking from their." With that, Maria stood a couple feet away from Althaea and readied herself to call out the location of the shadow. If it appeared, she would shot its location and possible actions in hopes of helping her partner avoid any dangerous hits.

Although the two hadn't really known one another all that well, it would seem as though Klara had been keen on ensuring that the two of them remain together. This much was displayed to Althaea when Klara had gone on to try and grab a hold of her hand. Rather than fight against the actions of the dwarf, Althaea would allow for her hand to be held and would than follow along with Klara to a stone door. It wouldn't be long before Klara had kicked the door down, displaying the contents of the room within. The room itself wasn't all that large. It was certainly smaller than Althaea's Sacred Protector. It was a bit of a shame to see this much. She couldn't very well bring along her sacred protector if the pure aura golem was too large to fit within the room. For the time being, Althaea was going to have to determine how exactly she wanted to proceed here.
Spikes had lined the floor of this next room and the bones of various creatures had been scattered in between these very spikes. The sounds of chirping could be heard as insects would scuttle among the bones and along the floor. Laughter and sinister-sounding whispers would accompany these insects and the feeling of immense dread would suddenly overtake the young Aurelius. She couldn't understand where it was that she was going at the moment and without her sacred protector, everything had felt wrong. She had wanted to be a Magic Knight though... The only way that she could overcome these trials and make her way forward would be if she were to head into the unknown. Hopefully she could manage to overcome these trials and tribulations for the sake of achieving her goals.
Two shadow like beings had decided to rush towards the aspiring magic knights. They had decided to meld themselves into the very shadows of the two girls and would proceed to unleash a barrage of attacks against Althaea's dwarven companion. All in all, things weren't looking great at the moment. Unsure of what to really do here, Althaea would start by dispelling her sacred protector. While she had the mana to continuously uphold the spell for quite some time, she didn't wish to keep the sacred protector there if it couldn't do anything in this moment. It would have been too cruel to subject her golem to. Once that was said and done, Althaea would try and think of the best way to secure a win for the duo. Thanks to Klara, one of the shadow like creatures had already been removed. At this point, it was going to be up to Althaea to try and dispose of the secondary one.
Hoping to accomplish their task here, Althaea would place a hand on Klara's shoulder. "This'll only hurt for a moment. I promise." Althaea then begins to make a circle on the ground with her right foot before tapping it on the ground once. As she does this, the surface of the area surrounding her, up to forty meters, begins to warp under the effects of her pure aura. The ground, now infused with her magic, would begin to take on the properties of water and would cause the duo to begin sinking into the ground ever so slightly. Naturally this would affect the shadow like being that had been attempting to hide within her very shadow. The ground had begun shift into something akin to a liquid and yet it would retain its hardness. Once the shade had begun to feel as though the ground was compressing in on it, which it essentially had been, the being would jolt forward from the ground and attempt to strike out at Althaea. A maniacal laughter would accompany the shade as it had shifted its right arm into that of a long blade that was now aiming directly for Althaea's neck. If it hadn't of been for her mana shield, the very blow could have been quite devastating to the young Aurelius lass.
This shade had just attempted to take her life. Not only that but it had come for Klara's earlier. This was something that Althaea could not stand for. That being the case, now that this shade had been within her range, Klara would thrust her hands out towards the being and would continuously slap the damn thing. An open palmed slap was by far one of the most disrespectful ways that she could envision putting an end to the ghastly being. It was only a matter of time before the creature would dissipate, much like the alternate Althaea's from the previous room.
Not wishing to further harm anyone, Althaea would cease her ground altering spell and would proceed to make her way to Klara. "I'm sorry for that... Here. Allow me." Although the two hadn't truly managed to receive any injuries thus far, Althaea had thought it smart to keep their mana skins at full capacity. In order to achieve this much, Althaea begins to make the sign of a cross with her right hand, touching her forehead, then her chest, her left shoulder and then her right. Upon the completion of the cross, a forty meter magic circle would appear above the pair of aspiring magic knights. Mana would begin to flow from this magic circle, directly into the dwarf and the elf, assisting them in ways that Althaea had thought the best. "I... apologize if that was too much. I don't aim to harm any of my companions but until I can get a bit better with my sensory magics, I'll have a bit of a hard time locking my spells onto just a few individuals.. I hope that you are okay."

As she does this the surface of the area surrounding her, up to forty meters, begins to warp under the effects of her pure aura. The ground, or whatever she may be standing on at the moment, will begin to take on the properties of water and will cause those standing on the effected area to 'sink' for as long as the spell is in place. Given that the ground isn't truly becoming a liquid, those that are sinking shall take Junior damage as the ground attempts to swallow them up. Additionally, for the first round that it is applied upon a character, the shifting ground shall be unstable enough to hinder the movement of whoever has found themselves trapped within the spells confines.

With only one shadow left, Maria readied herself to fight. What would come next would surprise both her and the shadow. "Wait... what was going to hurt?" Maria dropped her attention to turn to her partner only to see the girl drawing a circle into the ground. Confused, Maria wondered if the girl was using trap magic or maybe devising a plan. She was cool with seeing what kind of idea she would come up with but that was not the girls intentions. It was in fact a spell and as the girl tapped her foot down, magic swallowed the area around them and began to tamper with the environment. It was a pretty large spell. Now granted most of Maria's spells were small already so anything could be considered large however, this spell completely filled the room. The ground would turn to some sort of watery substance.
This swallowed not on Maria but the shadow as well pulling it out of its hiding spot. This was a great plan, except Maria was suffering in the crossfire without her own consent. "What the heck is this spell!" It was so weird and kind of disgusting. To have the ground squish between her toes and swirl around her. She wondered if this was going to make her dirty. She could not be dirty when she was showing off and trying to look good. It was at this point that the shade would lunge out and lash out at the girl who casted this spell.
She took a doozy of hit that probably would have hurt had the girl not have her mana shield up. This was great, the girl was at least a normal mage. The girl clenched her fist and then tried to pull herself out of the ground mud slush. She had to go in. It was all she was good at. Unfortunately for Maria but very fortunately for Althaea, Althaea had a bit of bite on her self. It was weird to see a mage just... well... slap a creature. It reminded her of those plays were a Lecherous man would attempt to get with a woman and the girl would just completely attack him with a barrage of slaps. A good punch in the face should have done the trick with less effort but to each their own. As long as it worked, Maria was not going to complain... at least about that. Lucky for the girl, it did indeed work. The shade fell under the endless bug bites of the girl and slowly dissipated.
The ground would then suddenly plop back to normal freeing Maria's feet from the thirty ground. The girl came up to Maria and apologize while trying to cast another spell. Maria could not help but flinch, seeing that the girl was no stranger to hindering her allies to complete the objective. However, she would soon realize that it was just a healing spell to help restore her own Mana Skin. "Thank you... but next time you want to do something like that, you should tell me in full details."
The girl gave a better apologize but Maria was starting to feel like the fragile one in this situation. So she quickly spoke up. "I'm fine. It will take more that swampy stone to bring me down. Still though, If I'm going to take a hit, I just want to be prepared. My magic is really simple but it is good enough. It has to be." The girl let out a sigh, "But lets go."

Althaea could completely understand where it was that Klara had been coming from. It wasn't ideal for her to have been launching such grand spells that would encompass her allies as well as her enemies. Honestly, this was something that she was seriously needing to work on. Hopefully this much would change with time but at the moment, it was all that she could really do. "You're right.. It won't happen again.. Hopefully." There was obviously no guarantee that the future wouldn't throw her into a situation in which she was going to need to bust out the same move. All she could really do in this moment is hope that such a thing wouldn't occur again.

While the two girls had continued to speak on the subject, the dungeon surrounding them would begin to react to the fact that the combat had been settled. The ground beneath the two had begun to crack, pulling Althaea's attention away from the conversation. "This.. doesn't look good, ri-" Before she could even finish what it was that she was saying, the floor beneath the two attempting mages would shatter! While the two wouldn't exactly fall per se, the fact that this had been happening had been problematic. The issues would only continue to increase as similar cracks would begin to run along the walls and eventually the roof, overtaking the room. Suddenly the room in which the two had been had ceased to exist. Or at least had been altered in drastic enough ways to convince Althaea of this fact. Truthfully though, the chamber had still been the same. The biggest change that would occur now would simply be the fact that doorway that they had just come through... Well it was destroyed. Three doorways on the other side of the chamber would ultimately come into view as the door that had been stated previously was now torn from its hinges and acting as a fifteen foot bridge that would connect this side of the chamber to the other.
"I... What in the hells just happened?! This place is freakin' crazy man.." A bit overwhelmed by everything that was happening, Althaea would have to take a moment to herself to collect her breath. She was trying her best not to freak out but everything within this manmade dungeon had simply been rather chaotic overall. Not that this should have come as a surprise to her. She was attempting to become a Magic Knight after all. Of course some time would eventually pass before Althaea would feel comfortable to remove herself from the side of the chamber that she had been on. "I.. Let us be off, I suppose." With a semblance of her composure finally regained, Althaea would leap atop of the massive stone door and would begin to make her way to the other side.
Eventually she would have appeared on the other side of the room. "I suppose that we should probably start with this room first, huh?" She would than grab ahold of a single door handle before using it to open up a door and heading on in. The room that she would eventually come to enter would be that of a tomb. About fifteen stone sarcophagi would be noticed as she had pushed her way into the room, immediately stepping out of the way so that Klara could follow after her. In the center of these fifteen sarcophagi had been an even larger one that had assuredly caught the Aurelius' attention. "..what in the?"
