Rosalia smiled at Yuurei as she felt his eyes on her and turned to meet him halfway. He complimented her in a velvety voice that made her purse her lips. Ah, still as sweet as ever, it seemed. Her ruby eyes swept over his more mature form, going over his tattoos, to his longer hair, to his eyes…Damn, the genes had done wonders for the young boy she thought she knew. [break][break] “Thank you, Lord Krane, you are still as kind as ever. Those tattoos do wonders for your complexion.” The witch complimented back, sounding polite while her eyes wandered for a few seconds longer. Seeing him sit in the Silver Eagles chair was…it was not what she had expected back when she had met him… it fit him somehow. Perhaps it was the noble posture, or the confidence that he adorned as if it was a second skin. “How does the Captain’s seat feel?”
[break][break] She eyed the arena at the arriving magic knights quietly for split second, before Zaven seemed to excuse himself out of the room. It made her eyebrows furrow. Then the other captains all arrived one by one. Jett earned himself a smile, as she had met him before, whereas Hannibal’s strong voice made a cold shiver run down her spine. He made a beautiful pale-haired woman introduce herself as Artemis. Jeezus, where all Magic Knights gorgeous?
[break][break] Rosalia bowed individually to all of the Captains and Vice-captains as they arrived at the Exams, trying her best to avoid the Roses and Hannibal, who had frightened her a little with his sheer appearance. His tone of voice made her memories jump back to the way her brothers shouted at her as a child…she gripped one of her hands with the other behind her back. She didn’t have the time to think about her past right now.
[attr="class","ardereescroll"]Ardere was sitting in his chair, watching the others perform below. So far he had seen an imitation mage, mercury mage, and lightning one. So far they had all been pretty equally interesting. The Valentine in particular piqued his interest as a potential Crimson Lion. It was not often they got a lightning mage, and with his damage as well as physical abilities he was certainly a stylistic fit. But during this as he watched the participants below, he noticed something out of the corner of his eye; Lydia. She had gone over to socialize with the other knights and citizens off to the spectator side. But something odd was going on. Slowly sauntering over to the edge of his balcony and close to the other, he began to overhear some serious words. God dammit. He muttered to himself. Lydia was not usually one he had to keep track of. She was very mature, but nonetheless she was still a Lion. Every Lion had fangs, which often got them into some serious trouble. He knew this all too well. His mouth got him into a lot of trouble when he was younger. [break][break] The Crimson King dug his feet into the ground and kicked off from the edge of the Captain balcony towards the Spectator area, rather than using the stairs. While he did not possess the sheer speed of his Vice, his strength was another matter. Utilizing sheer jumping strength, he instantly landed in the spectator seats and slid across the stone a few meters back from the socializing group. Now he was right behind Lydia almost. Walking over to her, he did not vastly tower over her but his presence was still dominating enough for the rest to notice. A red aura began to shimmer across the fire mage's body. Lydia. I need you over in the Captain's area. And that will be an order. He said strictly, grabbing onto her mantle and tugging. He was going to just drag her away, but he took a look at the group. Thank you all for showing up, and I hope you are enjoying the spectacle. He was bright and happy, and then his eyes narrowed for a second as he exerted his mana pressure for a moment. (Intimidating Aura perk) It was a heavy aura that could make others nervous and even sweat. But do keep it civil. I do not wish to intervene, but I will. And with that he aimed to pull Lydia away, back to the Captain booth. But do enjoy yourselves! [break][break] If he managed to pull Lydia back, he would let out a slight sigh as they walked. Holding onto her, he leaped across to the other balcony once again. I understand others can get under your skin, but not here. Here you are representing the entire Crimson Lion squad. You know I trust you more than anything and this is your first Exam as Vice, but please if you're gonna beat anyone to a pulp just wait til after the exams. He chuckled a bit and gave her a slight pat on the back. They were vastly different people, but some things they did have in common. I need a cigarette.
Titaniya watched the people before her seeming to be arguing over an insult, by the sound of it the lioness had called miss golden dawn some sort of whore, or something like that, she had not heard the full thing of it, mostly just Chishio’s words of talk back, so Aya started in with a clear and calm way of speaking, she sounded for the most part kind enough in her words. “Oh? Is someone insulting another Magic Knight by comparing them to a brothel girl? How rude to use it that way, you do know such people have little other choice right and have to deal with bigoted minded nobles every day?”
She continued following on with the girl’s last comment “While I do know you are the Vice-Captain of the Crimson Lions and are probably such for the fack you are a strong mage and definitely not because you can get it, but I do agree that it is not befitting of your position to go about insulting other Magic Knights.” she slowly ended up leaning a bit more to add to her looming posture while she spoke down on the vice captain without fully disregarding their strength.
It was at this time when the captain of Crimson Lion would move in to collect his vice, Titaniya going back to standing more straight as she addressed the captain with a slight bow “Greetings Sir.” she spoke in a more respectful tone towards a captain letting him collect his vice before things got more heated. Happy with her small contribution she went back to silently watching the group before her attention turned to some other people there.
She noticed the heckling man being booking the exam to his heart’s content, how unseenly, then there was the arrival of another Black Bull. The mage Scarlet Blake seming to just be standing back to watch and listen like Titaniya had been doing before. The Black Giant chose to let them be for now as her current party was much more ‘entertaining.’

When he heard her compliment his smile formed into a grin as he had changed somewhat. He was ready for things to start as he figured that he would get to see a bunch of mages show off their skills, and that got him just as excited. He, of course, spoke up to Rosalia first.
“I would say I am to a certain extent. I guess it all depends on what I’m doing. Thank you, I got them after a bunch of markings appeared on me. Then I decided I liked the way it looked and got tattoos to fill up the rest of my body. I have more if you like to see more.” He said as a smirk had appeared on his face.
Still, one thing he enjoyed and noticed was that her eyes were lingering around his body. He didn’t say anything as he allowed to look a bit longer. The noble figured he would do the same thing as his eyes moved to examine the dress more and the way it hugged her body. He could tell that she had grown up as well, which he could tell from the last time he saw her.
His mind would come back to reality when he heard Rosalia speak up to him about his seat. He rubbed the armrest now that she had mentioned it and he could only look away from her for a second before returning his eyes to her.
“The Captain’s seat is a good feeling. A lot of paperwork, but it’s good to help others grow as a unit and even as individuals. It was weird at first, but I was only fifteen when I got the position. In the end, it’s a good experience and now I’m even the head of the Krane family.” He said this as he paused for a second as he watched her greeting others around her.
“I assume with the confidence you’re bringing to the table, and the fact that you’re a candidate for Vice Captain that you are going to be sitting on one of these seats as well.” He said to her boosting her confidence in her goal.
Yuurei nodded when the other captains greeted him as he wasn’t really interested in them. The Crimson Lion’s Vice-Captain was beautiful as well, then there was also the woman from the Green Mantis and she had this sense of power flowing within her. He wouldn’t mind attending a meeting if all three of these beauties would be attending them.
The people he saw go up for their solo performance were interesting. A Silva that used defense piqued his interest as she was someone that was similar to him as he was a defense mage who used golems. Yuurei had noticed the lightning mage and his magic was excited to watch, but lightning was an amazing element. Then the person had used the other person’s ability and claimed to be able to use any spells as long as they had access to them. The noble grinned when he heard that because he knew what kind of magic she had. This was not his first time he saw this type of magic and it seemed like there was another person in the exams.
Chishio would soon be welcomed with words from the tall individual. She didn't recognize her, yet, she knew she was a Black Bull based on mantle. He said what she said as nicely as she could. Possibly trying to make the Vice Captain to see her faulty behavior. They'd soon be interrupted by the Crimson Lions Captain- Ardere Kasai.
"Hello." was all she'd say. She was somewhat intimidated if he'd say something to her but to them all as a group. It didn't make her worry though. He was wanting no fights, and she could understand and tolerate such a thing.
As soon as she saw Ardere drag her away, she'd begin to laugh. This Vice-Captain made a complete fool of herself with her extreme lack of manners in the spectator section. She started trying to trigger people and now she had to leave for being unprofessional and get reprimanded. Zaven might do the same to her. But he knew damn well if he tried she'd get upset all over again. She was defending herself after all.
Chishio couldn't feel bad for her, not for a moment. Or ever, she was ridiculous and pathetic. But seeing the Captain of Crimson Lions get onto her made her laugh and get over it quickly as soon as her fuse was lit.
Not only that, someone got her ass straight much nicer than she did. She was tall, much like a ladder. Pale skin and monochromatic hair. Interesting. She reminded her of a goth.
"Thank you." Chishio smiled and while stating in a strange manner while grinning, "She was problematic and a fight starter. Glad you got her straight," she'd then ask a question, "What is your name, Black Bull? Sit by me! Let us discuss ourselves and the event!" she'd offer her to sit on the other side, Fell on one side already.

Titaniya watched as the lions left the area before looking back to the golden dawn girl who was now starting to address her. The girl was in a red outfit that showed off a fair bit of skin, but to Titaniya that hardly mattered to her, if those outfits agree with the other girl then they are fine. Aya herself had tried a few outfits of the like, but found they just did not work for the vibe she wanted to go for, choosing the intimidation style instead of something more showy.
The shorter girl from the dawns asked about her name and asked them to join them in sitting, something she chose to accept, moving to sit on one side of them while turning to speak as she got comfy keeping a tall posture of shorts while speaking again keeping a friendly, calm, and clear voice “Ah of course, it was not problem for me to speak my mind. I am Titaniya Somerset, you might know my last name or even my sister who is on course for Vice-Captain of the mantises.” she gestured over at her sister standing with the captains as of current.
“But enough about that I suppose. You are who? Besides name I can of course see you are a member of The Golden Dawn.” she then stopped speaking as to let the other get a word in on the matter, just sitting calming as she watched them. Taking off her hat to let it hang on her back, her face now easier to see as she gets comfortable.
Chishio would scoot back in her seat and tuck her legs under the seat as hard as possible to let the woman take a seat. She was taller than Fell and her both. It was strange sitting next to someone abnormally tall, but she'd soon grow use to such a feat.
"Somerset? The fishing family known for liquid-based magics?" she'd ask, "I am aware. My name is Chishio Tanaka, Isn't one your relatives aiming for a high tier spot? I heard, but am unsure." She was curious about the Clover natives. There culture were much, much, much more different than hers. She'd then be asked who she was. The elf wasn't offended. After, all she had just got accepted into Golden Dawn recently.
"My name is Chishio Tanaka," she'd state simply. Chishio wasn't too sure if she'd know about her father or even family for that matter. Ever since, the killing spree, they have been given harsh looks from nobles. And as his daughter? That was also an issue for social relations. Thinking of her father's growling while being executed upset even if it briefly crossed her mind.
Chishio would look down from her sitting position. She hadn't been paying too much attention to the event, since Lydia had interrupted rudely. However, the woman was ready to move on and go about her own way. Besides, thank goodness she wasn't in her squad.
Chishio, would blink a few times in thought, "So what do you do wtih your magic? I'm not that good, but someday I will be!" the woman exclaimed. Someday, she'd be able to make her family proud and truly represent them once again. She'd be the star of the family and maybe if she found out what happened to her father? Well, maybe she could find the schemer and get revenge.\

Malcolm saw Lydia leave first, then Zaven as he sighed...it seemed as though the other captains showed up just in time for the speeches. Ardere quickly left to fetch Lydia which was funny in its own way. He took a glance over the captains, seeing that Eagle Fucker Yuurei Krane had a staring problem with Rosa, it was easy to tell that the silver spoon-fed pretty boy had a thing for her...and while Malcolm did not really have anything to do with it when he called her Rose...he wanted to punch that little stick punk out of his seat. He was calm though as he watched Zaven pelt some drunken bastard with a couple of pebbles, not knowing what was being said by his friend he heard Rosalia and Cran...Krane engage in conversation again.
He said something though, it was a quip that really kind of dug under his skin. When Rosalia just simply commented on the fact that she found his tattoos to be striking...the little bird thought he could invite her to see more.
That's when Malcolm laughed.
“You pretty boys like to talk a smooth game...inviting a woman to see more of your tattoos covering your body...real original, the time spent flirting with Rosalia could be spent thinking about which poached egg you look to snatch up in your gleaming ass scratchers you call claws. It is pretty easy to involve myself in things...knights in shining armor are only shining because they haven’t experienced hardships.” Malcolm looked up at Rosalia, it was an apologetic look on his face, but the Black Bull was after all...a bull. So as Ardere and Lydia arrived back Malcolm looked at the two and then Yuurei. “You might as well invite the lady lion to take a look as well, I am sure you were staring at her since she came in to you fucking womanizer.” He looked at Ardere, knowing the man would probably give him some shit for not watching the Magic Knight Exams but at least he had some respect for the Crimson King.
” In fact, if we're having this chat, might as well show all of us your tattoos I would LOVE to see them after all tattoos are pretty cool...so go on pretty boy, get to stripping...if you are embarrassed and need a drink first, I am sure there is something to wet your whistle around here... if you are bashful anyway.” Malcolm would look at the bastard that dared to hit on his future Vice Captain with malice and hate as smoke rose off his body for a moment. He did not have the intent to back off, so he leaned back and waited for the little bird to squawk or step up. He did not give a shit if people saw him like this...the Bulls protect their own.

Yuurei would hear someone laughing and he would look over to the Black Bulls Captain. His words towards him made Yuurei laugh as it seemed like he was upset that he was flirting with Rose. That was fine in his eyes and all he did was listen to the words that came from the man. He spoke about Yuurei not experiencing hardship, but he was truly wrong about him. The man thought he was intimidating with his words as he spoke up to him with an attitude. This was amazing and it brought Yuurei to laugh even more. This was interesting and exciting and he couldn’t help it as this beauty at its finest.
“Why thank you, Malcolm, for that compliment.” He paused for a second.
“You have me mistaken for someone else I believe. You assumed that I haven’t experienced hardship because I’m of noble blood, and that’s pretty stupid of you to assume anything. If you paid attention, then you would know what I’ve been doing for the kingdom and the people who lived here. But you haven’t and that is fine.” He said this as he had a huge grin on his face.
It was then that he told him that he should ask the Crimson Lion’s Vice-Captain to take a look as well.
“You’re a clown and it's hurting my stomach, Malcolm. I looked at that woman for a second and it was when she made her appearance. I find her to be quite pretty and I wouldn’t mind showing her my tattoos, but she wasn’t who I was speaking to, so cry all you want.” He said to the man as it seemed like he spoke to Yuurei thinking he would be scared of him.
“And that’s cute that you would love to see my tattoos, but I invited one person to see them. If you don’t like it then sit down on your seat. I was having a conversation with a friend, and if while I’m conversing with her there happens to be flirting going on while conversing, then that’s how it goes.” He said to Malcolm.
He was not afraid of this man, nor did he expect this Captain to be afraid of him, but when he spoke to Yuurei about not having hardships, it just made the young man laugh at him. this guy was so full of it that he couldn’t see he was angry because he seemed to have feelings for Rosalia.

Rosalia’s ruby hues widened when Yuurei offered to show her more of his tattoos. There was a clear invitation for something …extra in his sentence which made her bite her bottom lip. The captain of the Silver Eagles was attractive, that was for sure, and under circumstances more private than these, she would’ve definitely taken him up on his offer. The red-haired witch was a sucker for a cocky, attractive male. The problem was that he had voiced his ideas in front of the entire Captain’s Terrace, which made her bite her bottom lip. She was here representing the Bulls, and she openly couldn’t accept that. How could she respond to that without coming off wrong to the Krane while also being proper for the other Captains and Vice-Captains. Fuck. [break][break] As the beauty riffled through her brain for a proper response, her eyes glanced at the candidates taking the exams. There were a few impressive ones that made her want to reach over, nudge her Captain and point “This one.” Her eyebrows shot up, however when she heard Malcolm rumble out a deep laugh from his seat in front of her. His following words made her glance between the two males like a deer in headlights. Well fuck. When the man in charge of her turned around and clashed his golden eyes with hers she bit her bottom lip. Trust her Captain to be the one to start a fight. His words were harsh, but she knew he meant well. He always did. Yet his anger in this case was as clear as today’s sky.
[break][break] As the Crimson Lions’ representatives walked back up onto the terrace, he continued with his jarring words, basically throwing matches at oil at this point. The red-head was about ready to lean over and tell the male in front of her to calm down, and that she was fine and could handle herself…but her Captain was a sucker for a good fight and with the way he was physically generating smoke… well, he wasn’t far off chucking the seat he was on at the Krane.
[break][break] Yuurei’s reaction, at first, was laugh and quick jab at how much attention Malcolm was paying to the kingdom. This…unsettled Rosalia a little, but she couldn’t quite blame him for responding to the older male’s taunting. Then he called her Captain a clown and…told him to cry all he wants before justifying his flirtation.
[break][break] An instantaneous drop of temperature would suddenly take to their section of the terrace as the ex-model’s eyes narrowed visibly. Rosalia pursed her lips, letting both of her friends know that their quarrel had unsettled her… annoyed her rather. There was no guarantee either of them would care for her feelings, but she was ready to try and get in between them if she had to. They were disturbing the exams for everyone else, herself included.
[break][break] “Lord Krane, I apologize for my Captain’s behavior. You are very attractive, there’s no denying that, and perhaps I should’ve kept my eyes to myself…” The woman admitted her mistake with a little smile as she bend forwards to lean on the Black Bull’s chair to see them both better. “…but please do not disrespect my Captain’s abilities, he holds the same position you do for a reason. He’s not stupid, and he definitely isn’t a clown.” Rosalia’s tone of voice her grown icy. Everyone would be able to see their breath as the temperature continued dropping under zero.
[break][break] “I apologize for him, and for myself.” She practically hissed as she placed a cold hand over her Captain’s shoulder to steady him. The man could pounce any minute. In reality, the beauty always found that quality amusing…just not in a public place where they were representing their squad to the whole of Clover kingdom. It pissed her off that her bad habits had caused this mess.
[break][break] “I’ll try to be good from now on.” She purred the word “good” out, letting them figure out the connotation while still keeping her magical affinity to chill the zone around them. Her hues would dart down over to where the exams were happening as she removed her hand from Malcolm’s shoulder, hoping that he had calmed down a little.

After he spoke, Rosalia would speak soon after and he would listen to her. She had apologized for her captain, but he didn’t need one from anybody. It was a kind gesture and he was glad that she had brought it up. Then she went on blaming herself, which he didn’t like and it was one thing that didn’t change about him. That was when she spoke about disrespecting her captain abilities and that he wasn’t stupid. It made him chuckle a bit as he would relax as he continued to stay seated without a worry in the world.
The area around them would start to get cooler, and he would be on guard as it was coming from Rose. It was interesting to see that she had to ice elemental abilities. His wind magic would make his body warm so that the cold air didn’t affect him as much. That was awesome because that was the element that he used to have. It seemed that they had switched, but before addressing that, he figured he would relax the area.
“No need to apologize Rose, but I do appreciate it. Thank you for that, and remember you can always call me Yuurei, it makes me feel normal when my name is used.” He said to her with a smile on his face.
“But please don’t blame yourself.” He paused for a second.
“No worries I was done saying my piece. It was only right that I chose not to keep my mouth shut. But those words you said to me, needs to be said to him as well. We hold the same position for a reason as you said.” He said this gracefully as he was not worried about a thing.
“By the way Rose, your magic, it changed from wind to ice?” He asked her, changing the subject as he was excited about this reunion, but before she could speak he would say something.
“That’s weird, my magic changed from ice to wind. Honestly, I would love to see your spells one day. It would be nice and nostalgic to see something of the past.” He said as he was glad to see that Rosalia had gotten stronger.
He could sense her magic without a problem along with the majority if not all the captains and vice-captains here. Still, he wasn’t sure what the Black Bull Captain would do; how he saw it the man was unpredictable, so he would be ready for anything.
As for Kouhei, he had seen all of this happening, and while he wanted to intervene, he chose not to. They were all on the same side and he figured Yuurei would stop him from doing anything anyways. Still, it would be interesting to see what would happen, and he figured he could just defend the head of his family and captain at any moment.

Scarlet figured the unnatural cold was more thematic than any pronounced shade that could be drawn from her presence, letting her attention slide to the hands that were in her lap she felt suddenly very a part of the crowd. The captains were making their voices heard and she; being the peon Scarlet felt she was, was an utterly useless contrast to the tense nature of the spectator's area. She hadn't really conversed or actually known anyone at the event aside from her fellow Black Bulls, who were absorbing a majority of the attention. Sliding out of her seat in a rather circumspect nature, the attention some of the people were giving her mantle was a little too obtrusive for her liking. Scarlet made her way to the exit after having made no real remark on the situation, and not knowing how to alleviate it, she was confounded as to how she could do anything other than make it worse. Lingering perhaps for a moment's consideration, her pause was ineffably and unmistakably unnoticed as was her overall departure.
Titaniya sat and listened as Chishio started to introduce herself, well first they commented on the status of her family to which Aya would just nod in agreement with a quick response on her sister “Yes. She is indeed aiming to be a vice captain, I can only hope that her true aim is to be captain.” Aya expected quite a bit from her sister, not only were they older and subject to lead the family but they are stronger also, so Titaniya very much expected her sister to take on the role of captain of the mantises.
It was then after that the golden dawn lady chose to fully introduce herself as Chishio Tanaka, a name she recognized, or well the surname she did as there was new in the paper about some mass killing done by a Tanaka. Of course Titaniya was not going to judge the other girl based on sharing a family name with a killer but on who they are.
There was some pause before the girl’s next question, in that time Titaniya was simply spectating the displays of power each mage was being sent in to do, then came the questioning on what Titaniya could do with her magic.
“Well if you are asking what my magic is that would be different than what I do with it. The way I operate is a more defensive one with golems, but of course a great defense can also make for a wonderful offensive with physical enhancement type abilities.” she turned to face the other girl for a moment “I assume you would like to share your abilities also Miss Chishio? Even if they might be weaker as of current do know all mages started somewhere similar. Even them” gesturing to the now arguing captains, oh dear.
Seems Malcom was yelling at the little bird for coming on to the girl closest to becoming vice captain, Rosalia. This of course was ok by Titaniya, good for Malcom making sure to stand up for his future vice, the context hardly mattered to Aya.
Fell had begun to day dream as a shit storm brewed all around him. The boy was used to sitting on the sidelines and letting things happen around him and learning to intrude only when he felt like it. It was mostly the fact that he didn't really care for any sort of drama or fighting. But it had somehow seeked him out this time around. The boy had not spoken for a little while, after the contestants had started their exams he had only really been half paying attention to anything happening around him, though sometimes his full attention was taken even.
First off the Golden Dawn captain had come over, which was the first time Fell had seen him up close, and he wasn't all that impressive looking in all honesty, though in the end he held the spot for a reason so he had Fell’s respect. Though saying Fell listened to anything being said would be an understatement, maybe due to the kid booing for whatever reason to their sides. Fell didn't mind citizens or anything, he was a commoner after all. But they really needed security for people like this, to get these booing citizens out. But it didn't even compare to what happened next.
To Fell it all happened so fast, two girls with heads bigger than their well being. Lydia was his boss, and Chishio a girl he just met. Lydia snapped at the comment Chishio had made, and the escalation happened extremely fast, even if his boss would make a quick and oddly calm description of just what flirting was to the boy. “Thanks” was all Fell could murmur under the circumstances. The girl acknowledged the GD captains question, which Fell realized he had totally ignored. And began to respond.
“I see a bunch of dreams ready to be crushed or fulfilled…” Fell’s answer being cut short by Chishio’s quick snap back to Lydia who also in the end would answer the captain's question. To Fell it seemed things had shifted away from him, which he was fine with. He had hoped of coming to the exam in order to watch the participants and make a few friends. Of course with the brawl of words that took place even the watching of the exam was a threat for the boy, and that just wasn't acceptable. Though Fell’s worry was quick to wander away as his captain hopped over to where the conversation was taking place.
Fell had briefly met his captain, first when he was chosen and a brief pass one after. But this was the closest he had been yet. And Fell was happy this was the man in charge of him, not only did his actions now prove to be leader worthy, and of a solid standing moral compass. But the aura this man could release was something Fell was yet to experience this close, if ever at all. And it was amazing, he was happy to have such a capable individual leading him and hoped sometime soon they could meet more formally and in less….stressful circumstances. Fell simply smiled at his captain and waved, even mouthing a quick “thank you” before the captain hopped away. Fell was grateful that the drama surrounding would most likely be resolved now.
Another girl had been introduced to the conversation that Fell had never met, just like everyone here it seemed. The boy was so out of the loop. Though as she sort of insulted his vice-captain the boy felt sort of bad, while Lydia definitely deserved the words from the new girl and had gotten what she gave in the end. It did suck that his vice-captain was getting into the situation, afterall in Fell’s eyes anyone in the Lions was family. Fell listened as Chishio and the girl whose name was introduced as Titaniya began a short conversation. Fell listened in but was still mostly focused on the participants throwing spells out to show the captains who...seemed to be arguing amongst each other. A big brawny black bull captain, and the much skinnier albeit still capable silver eagle captain. In the end Fell just wanted to go back to conversing and watching without any sort of arguing.
Turning his head to Chishio and Titaniya he half interrupted their conversation waiting at least for the taller girl to finish before speaking. “What do you guys think of the contestants so far, that lightning kid was pretty cool and speedy, much more physical than my liking though. Though that golem girl was pretty cool, she seemed like a good ally to have around, defensive magic is helpful. But dang, that green girl can literally mimic others magic, like what kinda cheat is that…I want it.” Fell was growing excited as he watched and spoke almost like a kid getting presents this Exam was something he would never get bored of. Though he seemed to be among the few. "Oh, and sorry Chishio for the Vice-captain. If it makes you feel better, you look good and normal. Not like a brothel girl....whatever that even is." Fell wasn't trying to pick sides, in all honesty he didn't in his thoughts even. He would be nice to both girls in the end either way. Its just who he was.

Well isn't this exciting. Do-Gooders attempting to prove themselves to become… apart Kingdom's premier military forces? Shita chuckled at the thought that powerful wizards were here to become nothing more than pawns. A tool in hopes to protect the kingdom with the opportunity to become a wizard king dangling in front of their faces. The reality was that Magical Knights were just Golems who could be trained and learn better spells. A rank, a uniform, practically nothing of any importance to the old witch. While most go for the lesser office of being the wizard king, Shitai Itai actually has a goal in mind which she from her youth had always dreamed of… TO BE RULER OF THE WORLD! Being a Planetary Overlord seemed way better than being a measly Wizard King, the power you'd have, the game, not to mention if you rule the world alone you get taxes from ALL of the land and not just one little area. Never in her 57 years of life has there ever been a monarchy who actually conquered the entire world, and this old necromancer had the goal of bringing the world to its knees.
Shitai believed she'd make a perfect Planetary Overlord since what these Do-Gooders don't have is Evil, being evil is a must to conquer the world because the best decisions are made in politics by someone who is nasty. They preach about ridding crime, but why don't they just forcefully draft civilians into the magical knights by the time they are fresh out of diapers and ONLY have magical knights as their only career choice. Better yet, why not obliterate an entire town to get rid of a public enemy while at the same time flex their might to the weaklings so they'd fall in line. Honestly, choices will be a lot easier if you didn't have to worry about the public opinion.. so much easier. So what was the evil necromancer hag even doing here? Well she came to see if there was anyone here who she could recruit in her quest for world domination! Preferably someone who is unappreciated or one who was evil but is hiding in the shadow of what they think is right. Besides, she needed strong companions to travel with so the hag could work her magic in turning those bodies into monsters! Shitai was a reanimator, so she needed the bodies in order to make herself useful since rogues in her circle will never really die. The rogue clown she hangs out with provides very useful information when it comes to theorycrafting, he is useful at being the brains despite being so young. Shitai had a deal with a few where if she helped out, they'd pay her in corpses and what sane necromancer could pass up on a chance at claiming bodies of more powerful wizards? Currently she was a starting supervillain, no one knows her yet but more acts of evil could change that though despite her dislikes for the magical knights Shitai felt more comfortable traveling with other strapping young villains since it's unwise to take on an army alone. This is why she was here, to find people who don't wanna sit and be loyal but to be evil like she was.
Shitai using her staff as a walking stick slowly walked down the stairs, her right knee made a loud popping sound which irritated the hag greatly. The hag stepped down one step at a time, then moved to find a seat then Shita sat down in front of Fell and since her hairstyle made her head massive it blocked a good portion of his view where all he saw was the back of the witches head! Shitai looking down, she asked a random person who she was sitting next to "Did someone fail yet?" The hag looked back into the exam area, then yawned. Spy work was just awful.
