Description: Trolls are interesting mana beasts. They’re larger than humans and generally have a magical affinity related to the earth, but they really aren’t very intelligent. They’re sentient but only speak in short words and sentences not longer than 5 words. SO PLEASE GET MY BROTHER OUT OF THE POT! He was reckless in exploring the cave, I know, but his curiosity got the better of him. Bring him home to me!
-Barrack, Local Chef Minimum Number of Players: 1
Minimum Word Count: 2000 per person
Location: Common Region
NPC Information:
A pair of Rock Trolls has settled in a small cave of a hill in the common region and captured a curious human who entered their premises. They’re large ugly giant-like mana beasts, but they are intelligent in their own way. They do not attack if not provoked.
If the players try communicating with them, they will try to explain that “Dis human steal.” When referring to the man in the pot. THE POT IS NOT LIT, THE MAN IS STILL ALIVE IN THERE. Then they’ll say “He food.” As they attempt to explain their version of the situation.
Enemies: Rock Trolls
Rock trolls move at 20 m/s and have giant clubs that deal intermediate damage. They can also pick up large rocks and chuck them at their opponents, which deal senior damage. Rock trolls have senior health.
Special Conditions: You can kill the two trolls in order to release the stupid human, or talk your way out of this. Just remember that trolls are rare!
With the mission listing in a gentle grip of her right hand, the massive woman let out a rumbling sigh. In the months that'd passed chaos had ensued. People had their inner blood awakened, and... And something else. She couldn't place her finger on it, but she had a feeling that something major had happened. To find herself standing in just another hamlet within the Common Region was profound- considering not long ago she had practically lived in the Forsaken Region as an enforcer of a sorts.
Squinting towards some of the words, the Magic Knight seemed to just let out a grumble and slap the listing right back up where she found it. As she did so, she let out a few words in a louder than necessary mumble. "Nope... Not interested." As she turned to walk away and start trudging down the path to continue her journey she heard a shout from behind her.
"Hey! You're just going to ditch that?! You look strong,- hey!" They called again as she'd continued to walk without paying much mind. Running up beside her, they called out again. "Hey- look I can pay you if that's what you want. You look like you can help him- please consider my offer!" He shouted, clasping both hands together and closing his eyes. The almost rhythmic stepping of feet continued without end. The man ran forward, and the woman suddenly found herself with a hand grabbing her wrist- barely able to wrap all the way around it. Instinctively shaking the grip, she came to a stop as noticed the clattering of cloths and leathers and the thud of a person on the ground. Turning to face them she made a sour expression, like some back street thug about to ask why somebodies botherin' 'em.
"Eh? What do you want buddy? You trying to pick a fight eh? Do you like y'ur face like it is? Eh?" She said, leaning down and towering over the figure on the ground. In response he pulled back and raised his hands, turning his head away.
"Please! You saw it, my brother hasn't come back home in a long time. He was just going to gather some herbs out by the hills. I wouldn't be asking if I wasn't desperate, I went looking and I found trolls- I- I think they have him!" He shouted, eyes opening to face her with a sort of determination that just drooled desperation and... Truth. Letting out a hefty sigh she stood back up instead of looming over him.
"Alright alright- stop- get up." She said as she thumbed her brow. After he got up she pressed further.
"Where? Tell me where and I'll get him? If it means you'll stop harassing me and wasting my time I'll do it." She said. In response he was much to desperate to get his family back to question why she was suddenly agreeing. Blathering out where he'd found that cave with trolls, she gave a nod.
"Sure, okay, whatever. Look buddy, this goes one of two ways. Your brother is already troll food or he's not, and if he's not I'll bring him back. And once I bring him back you pay me and you don't harass me again. There's a process to make a req-..." She said, pausing as she realized she wasn't fully affiliated with the Magic Knights yet, an ongoing process considering she'd never bothered to take the exam.
"Whatever, bye. Go... Go do whatever boring thing you do. Cook a chicken." She said as she turned and waved backwards, wandering off. Into the distance she went, entering the forest and disappearing into the canopy.
Rosalia shook her head as she glanced at the mission request on the board. It was a new one alright. She had read about trolls many times before in books, but getting to encounter them was something completely different. They were supposed to be sentient mana beasts, ones that actually had a modicum of intelligence. This meant that they could be reasoned with. [break][break] The case of the matter was, however, that this urgent mission request was about a man who had gone missing, and was largely based on the assumption that they were indeed abducted by the trolls. There was no real proof of their existence, that’s all it was, a mission paper with words written in black ink that reeked of desperation. Who knew, perhaps Rosalia would arrive on the scene and get eaten by a drake of some kind. [break][break] With a sigh, the woman slipped back into her room in order to change out of her everyday clothes and into her black leather and latex one-piece (and her Magic Knights Mantle). The designer who had made her this brilliant piece, Luigi, had taken his time to even enchant it so that she wouldn’t get dirty from blood or soil. A nice little addition that she always appreciated considering the way her last combat outfit ended up soaked in monster blood. Even after five separate instances of washing, she couldn’t get that residue stench of eldritch horrors off of her. Zaven had offered to pay for it, but she’d never allow him to do so, not a chance. Instead she’d simply pay Luigi by taking up an occasional request to model his designs for a magazine (as much as this displeased Malcolm). She was supposed to have quit that job, gone into modeling retirement at the age of 22, but with the amount of times she still received job requests from different fashion houses she wondered if they got the memo.
The red-haired beauty gave herself a quick glance in the mirror before tying her crimson hair up in a high ponytail. She didn’t feel like putting her battle veil on unless absolutely necessary, plus she was saving it for her upcoming Vice-Captain challenge. It kept her long mane at bay while still letting it adorn her shoulders and back.
Throwing some gloss on, Rosalia headed down to the main lounge area of the Black Bulls, feeling several sets of eyes turn to her at the echoing sound her heels emitted. Everyone who had lived within the base for longer than a month was able to recognize that when heels clicked, Rosalia was up and moving around the base. [break][break] “I thought you were off today?” Joey, the assigned transportation mage to the Bulls asked. He stood up from one of the couches of the lounging area as she approached him. [break][break] “There was an emergency request, day off or not, I’ll answer it.” The woman sighed gently. In truth, she was a workaholic to her core, and had to avoid glancing at the board on her days off. She failed that today. What triggered her to actually pick up a mission thought was her inner closet nerd, who squealed in her mind when she read about trolls. They were so…mythological. [break][break] Rosalia was quick to explain the location stated from the mission paper, making Joey think a bit before earning herself a nod and a portal. He was a smart man that one. She should seriously consider sleeping with him one of these days. Maybe after this mission…Her hues scanned over his form. He was around her age, a bit lanky but not a skeleton…he would do for a one-nighter…The male gave her a troubled look when he caught her gaze and blushed a little before motioning for her to step through the portal. [break][break] And she did, but not before giving him a little flirtatious wink. [break][break] Cool air hit her face as she opened her eyes over in the mountain forest area of the common region. She heard a gruff female voice come from her left, followed by a begging male one, which immediately made the red-headed beauty cross her arms over her chest. [break][break] “I’ll help the lady over here, since I actually did pick up your emergency request.” Rosalia interjected at the end of this very much one-sided conversation, holding up the actual mission request. The other woman was tall, extremely tall, and large. White the red-head was unused to such a barbaric size for someone of her gender, she wasn’t one to question or judge. [break][break] The male, probably the one who had created the request, was instantly thanking her. He really was pathetic. She wished she could berate him, but he was in desperate need to have someone he cared for saved. She could understand the sentiment. [break][break] “Well, shall we?” Rosalia asked the white-haired bear-woman before proceeding up the mountain, scanning the area for a cave as they went along. The forests weren’t as thick as they were within the Forsaken Region, which made them a bit easier to navigate. Sunlight broke through the branches pleasantly and danced along the skin of the pair. [break][break] “Sorry I didn’t introduce myself, I’m Rosalia from the Black Bulls.” She said once she realized that her inner workaholic had taken over her manner. She turned around and gave a little polite bow with the introduction. “I uh, tend to get really focused when it comes down to work…” The witch explained with a bashful grin. She waited to learn her ally’s name politely before her hues proceeded to scan over the area again for the cave. Now where could it be… [break][break]
Company. The larger woman couldn't help but let out a sigh as she would be accompanied into the forests, mountains and surrounding nature in search of this cave. Though they were legit. It was apparent enough she was an actual Black Bull, which made Titania roll her eyes particularly when she introduced herself as such. Trudging through the forest she didn't do much to instigate a conversation at first- an odd similarity to Rosalia's initial workaholic initiated tunnel vision that had caused her to avoid introducing herself as well. Though it was a different means to the same end, instead brought upon by sheer unenthusiastic demeanour.
Though she would just be being a needless piece of crap if she didn't at least respond to someone trying to make friendly talk. She didn't think far enough as to what it was she'd say- that came out more impulsively. "Black Bull? You mean the squad of degenerates or whatever?" She said, interestingly enough she seemed to exude a sort of Noble arrogance to her despite an otherwise barbaric stature. "Who cares I guess. I am Titania, but I don't really care what you call me. I doubt we'll be together that long anyways. Just going to fish up that guys brother, even if that means tossing a corpse at his feet." She said with a slight roll of the shoulder.
Continuing up the mountain, the two continued to hone into the supposed location of the cave. An outcropping on the mountainside, rock jutting out further than the surrounding terrain with a path leading up to it from the side. There were also some vague instructions that it was about thirty minutes away North West of where the job listing was found. Reaching to her hip she pulled out something that looked like a very large waterskin. Sloshing inside was probably water, but could always be something else, whatever it is as the two walked she didn't waste any time in snatching it up and guzzling down the contents. True to the word guzzle, she kept going until the bag was a deflated mess that as she let out a loud burp, she gently looked back onto her belt. Blinking slowly, she looked over to Rosalia while moving.
"Oh, I guess I should've asked if you wanted some." She said, not dwelling on it long as she gave a brief shrug and looked forward once again. That was when they broke through the clearing and immediately, the mountainous terrain revealed a long stretch of slowly rising ground that got steeper. It was clear where that described outcropping was, and she pointed toward sit. "Looks like that's our place. I guess you didn't follow me just because I'm amazing, so if you want to help I'd get ready for a fight now. I don't know about you but trolls that take Humans don't sound like they'll sit down and share a drink with you." She said, fishing up her book.
A tome was revealed from a small satchel at the opposite side of her. Slightly rising to levitate over her hand, it had a marble coloration and texture with a blue trim and black inscriptions. Though most recognizable was the blatant four leafed clover on the tome itself. Flipping open just a couple pages it began to glow to invoke a spell of Titania's. Almost unbelievably the already tall woman grew another foot taller, as a black sclera and rose iris eye split open vertically on her forehead. It seemed like some kind of transformation spell that involved some kind of physical reinforcement considering the very real physical improvements it brought upon her.
Without a word to address it, she started up the pathway towards the cave. Ascending up to the top there was a cave and resting on the perch outside was something of a large bonfire currently unlit made of logs. The woman let out a sniff, first eyeing the fantastic view this perch had over the entire lively forest and then into the darker cave. Noticeably the third eye on her head started to open wider and become more alert as she looked into the darkened environment. Stepping forward she knocked on the side of the stone wall. Three thumps that weren't as loud as hoped considering it was completely solid. Starting to step further inside there was still no activity.
"Awefully quiet for something referred to as a troll, sounds intimidating and in your face." She said, rounding a corner only to look down into a central dugout. Inside were two of these... Trolls sitting about making grunting sounds at one another. Occasional words, talking about the Human that seemed to be... Nowhere to be seen. Though it could be safe to imply that they were currently within the massive cauldron that was centered between the two mythical creatures.
"Well, looks like we're here." Was all she felt she could afford to say. She was ready to get swinging, if Rosalia wanted to try the diplomatic route this might be the time- any longer and the brute of a woman would pick a fight that would be tragic if these beasts really were so rare. She'd gotten their attention, at least.
Rosalia raised an eyebrow as the larger woman rolled her eyes at her introduction. She carried herself like a noble, but wasn’t wearing the traditional colors of a Silva to be able to display an arrogance or rudeness of such level. Ah nobles, such sunshine creatures they were. And this one was already turning out to be from her favourite kind, the ones that needed to get knocked down a peg off their high horse. See, the red-haired witch wasn’t usually the one to do it though. She’d gotten comfortable around the leader of the Blake and her old Silva and Vermillion friends too much, perhaps, and had forgotten the way some people still looked at her and thought she, and the Black Bulls, were not worthy of their time. [break][break] It was entertaining, considering the amount of work she had put into pulling their squad up in the eyes of the public. In Sosshi the forsaken region they were rather respected, despite the amount of messes that they usually caused. Her thoughts wandered back to Chisana and her Captain in specific, a little smile grazing her lips. They were idiots, but they were her idiots. No matter how much money they made the squad spend on repairs for Sosshi and the base.
[break][break] “I wouldn’t call us that…we represent the individuality amongst the Magic Knight squads.” Rosalia chuckled as she watched the woman’s posture. She moved a loose strand of crimson hair away from her eyes and back behind her ears as she continued. “We frankly have the most freedom cause the Bulls are such a big family.” Her smile grew into a bashful grin as she thought to Bruce and his damn stupid horse. He’d gotten it while gambling. Charles was always lazing around the base, sitting on a couch somewhere and doing nothing productive and Luther was just trying to baby everyone in the squad. It made her punch him on occasion. Her closest friends from the Bulls, Chisana and Malcolm…she rubbed her eyes nervously as she realized that some of the walls of the base would probably need repairing again after their usual morning spars. “I guess we’re not for everyone thought.” Rosalia shrugged as she took in Titania’s name. They had someone with a similar one back at the base, so it wouldn’t be too difficult to remember. “You have a pretty name…like the queen of fairies in Vaghspeare’s Midwinter Morning’s dream…” She commented, ignoring the negative and bored energy that the bigger woman oozed off. Rosalia was here on a job, and while she preferred working with men for…specific reasons, women didn’t bother her either.
[break][break] “I think you should be more positive, trolls aren’t really bad…” The ex-model raised an eyebrow at Titania’s inherent negativity about the mission and trolls in general. While she, a closet commoner nerd was excited to actually get to converse with the mana beasts, a noble was planning on fighting them? She’d shake her head when they stopped their hike and was offered a drink. She wasn’t thirsty, her body functioned differently than most due to her affinity anyways.
[break][break] “I’m good, but thanks, the sentiment is appreciated.” The witch smiled at Titania, crossing her arms over her chest as she leaned against a nearby tree. When the larger woman started spouting stuff about fighting, Rosalia sighed. “Look lady, frankly, I’m here on a job.” The mage started, laying out everything bluntly. “Trolls don’t generally “take” humans. They’re intelligent, albeit very poorly. They don’t strike if not provoked, so if that idiot’s brother was taken away, then he probably did something stupid and deserved it.”
[break][break] She would say before the woman moved to act. Her mana flared up as she used her grimoire, causing Rosalia to cock an eyebrow. She’d seen magic like this before. She’d felt it almost on the daily…Beast Aura. How curious. The witch wondered how her Captain would react when she told him that there was someone else with him semblance out in the world. A noble nonetheless.
[break][break] She followed the white-haired woman into the cave, she’d left her no choice. It was annoying to say the least. “Slow down a little, if you’re here just to get this over with, then chill out and let me talk to the mana beasts.” Rosalia’s voice had dropped a little in tone, as the temperature around her also fell to the near zero degrees Celsius. She wasn’t one to usually question people on their decisions, but this was a mission she’d taken on as part of the Bulls. She wanted it done properly.
[break][break] Her heels clicked along the entrance of the cave into it as she approached the trolls. She didn’t get too close to them as they looked at her and the woman behind her.
“Hello, I am here for a human man, have you seen one?” Rosalia spoke slowly, with short words, showing the trolls that she held no weapons in her hands. One of the trolls pointed at the pot immediately. The fire under it wasn’t lit, but they definitely didn’t look like they lacked the firewood to do so.
[break][break] “Dis human steal,” said the rock troll before pointing at a very very nice green stone that seemed to be a part of the trolls’cave. Rosalia’s eyes widened as she glanced back at Titania. Was that fucking emerald? No wonder the man had wanted it.
[break][break] “Ah human greed…” The beauty muttered under her breath. Somehow this situation didn’t surprise her at all. Trolls weren’t dangerous unless provoked, and the idiot that she had to save had clearly done so.
[break][break] “He food.” The Troll explained, pointing back at the large pot. It made Rosalia bite the inside of her cheek.
[break][break] “How about…we make a deal?” She said gently, sitting down on the ground, not too far away from the trolls, around the pot. She could hear the banging coming from the inside of the pot. The man was clearly alive there and needed desperate saving from the mess he’d gotten them into.
[break][break] “Me and the other human will get you food…and you will let the human in the pot free?” She tried this method after choosing her words carefully.
[break][break] “Free for food?” The other troll asked, scratching its chin as it looked at its fellow mana beast.
Tired eyes surveyed the Black Bull walk in front of her as she was getting ready for a fight. Probably for the best, as far as the situation went. Slowly blinking, she listened to their exchange. Pointing out the emerald, her head turned and spotted the thing.
"Seems insignificant, don't know why he'd risk it." She commented, the deepest depths of her soul vouching for execution by stupidity via cooking. Yet she couldn't deny the resourcefulness of the person she was working with. Quickly discovering just how wrong her assumptions were of these creatures- not just any mana beast, she would speak up to the woman at a volume where just she alone could hear. "You sure do know a lot about trolls. I didn't even know something like this existed until today." She mentioned, before thinking. After all, whether or not some Magic Knight wanted to tag along with her was one thing, but being the weak link wasn't something she wanted to deal with.
Stepping forward to stand beside Rosalia as she spoke, the larger beast aura user spoke down towards the trolls. "Yeah, you heard her right. You have the currency. Pay us one raw Human, alive, and we'll pay you in more meat than you gave us. Nobody loses. Of course, you're going to have to wait half an hour for us to get you something, unless she can just... Create something." She said, loosely shrugging. Raising a hand to lightly rub at the side of her temple, she started to look out of her element. Turning her head and staring towards the wall of the gave, brushing off the awkward feeling of talking with a magic monster. Though really, she could look pretty monstrous and she used magic, so how different could they be. Brains and looks, maybe.
Turning back to face them, she waited for an answer. Would they double down on the Human because they had him now, and he was guaranteed food. Or would they be willing to bargain for a juicier morsel of meat. Absolutely no guarantee that they would uphold their end of the bargain. Yet perhaps it was the hulking and powerful build of the woman, even if she wasn't a capable mage she certainly seemed like a capable being all things considered.
The impulse to threaten them passed her, and the woman opened her mouth but seemed to silence herself, lips sealing once more. Waiting as the eerie silence continued and one peeked into the pot to check on the Human as he banged away, there was a response- finally.
"Okay 'den. Bring fast. Give dis food after." Spoke the second troll, the one that the first had asked the question towards. There it was settled, but the reality was that while she might look like a Hunter she had no tracking skills. She could chase down a tiger if she found it, but that was the problem. Turning around as she headed back out of the cave she only spoke a few words. "Be back soon."
Should Rosalia had followed, the woman would only now respond to some of the things the commoner had said earlier.
"While I appreciate the compliment, my name is far less interesting than it sounds. It doesn't mean anything but what it sounds like. My family wanted to raise a powerful Magic Knight, and I happened to be a girl. Something strong, and a feminine end. As you can imagine, my folks weren't the creative type." She said as she continued to walk about. She occasionally deliberately sniffed the air to try and spot something she could tag and bag. Though it wasn't going to be immediate.
"I didn't know that. The last time I did my research the Magic Knights were about maintaining order, at any cost." She said, a bit of venom in that statement. "While some are exempt, the vast majority of them are in it for the money. I get it, you're not all from noble families, but when you lose your stride and become nothing more than an animal it makes me want to vomit- but, I'm ranting." She said, focusing again on the hunt in front of them.
Searching the treeline, she saw movement before she actually saw anything in particular. Having been maintaining her forms during this period, she broke into a rapid sprint, feet slamming into the ground. "I'll race you to it! Good luck, don't chip a nail!"
When Titanya commented on how insignificant the emerald seemed Rosalia shook her head. It made sense that people of different social classes saw a precious stone differently. Personally, if she found one, she’d make it a keepsake of some kind, a good luck charm like the one her Captain gave her. [break][break] “Because they clearly lack in the money department…did you see the clothes of the man that threw himself at your feet?” Rosalia explained softly with a brief example. Hopefully this would help Titanya understand. There was, of course never a full guarantee, but jobs in the forsaken and common region paid way less than in the Royal Capital. When the conversation moved onto her knowledge of trolls and mana beasts in general a little embarrassed blush dusted her pale cheeks. [break][break] “I try to prepare myself for the missions as best as I can…” The witch explained, partially lying as she knew about trolls from WAY before picking up this mission request. In fact, they were the reason she’d decided to take the work on her day off. They’re mythical mana beasts, very ancient in genetics, rumored to have descended from giants. They can live for hundreds of years and live through extremely harsh conditions due to their sheer strength, instincts and constitution, although they aren’t the smartest monsters by book. [break][break] A smile crossed the ex-model’s face as she listened to Titania talk to the trolls about paying them in human for food. It was…really good adaptability portrayed by the woman, and Rosalia appreciated her. The red-haired beauty couldn’t resist but give her an appreciative smile for her well-executed, but a bit long paragraph of explanation. She understood that there was an alternative to fighting, and it made the beauty exhale happily. The trolls, even more pleasantly, seemed to agree to the deal of food for human. It was wonderful because it meant that Rosalia wouldn’t have to murder ancient and rare mana beasts. She was always more of a conservationist than a murderer, more of a capturer than a brutal barbarian spreading death, although she had grown more into the second over the recent year or so. [break][break] The red-head would follow the Beast Aura user out of the cave with a little bashful grin on her face. She was probably going to be happy over this all day, and even brag to the Captain that she met rock trolls! [break][break] “I don’t know what you’re on about, you’re the first Titania I’ve ever met. It’s quite unique even if it’s based on a story. “ Rosalia stated with a little feminine giggle. The larger woman’s method of communication made her seem far off, but she actually wasn’t a bad person, was she? She’d followed her lead and trusted her idea, which gave her quite the different shade of color in the grey world of Clover Nobles. The woman knew quite a few, so this one was a pleasant surprise. There was Magic Knight Potential there. Quite a bit, actually. This meant that she could work together and didn’t always take the easy option out of a situation that clearly had one. It spoke volumes of Titania as a person…but for now the Black Bull mage would keep her opinion to herself and continue observing her ally. [break][break] Her action of sniffing the air reminded Rosalia briefly of Malcolm’s Beast Aura and of the particular scent the man carried, making her eyes roam around the wood briefly. She wondered if Titania’s worked the same way…When the Magic Knights were brought up again, Rosalia couldn’t help but tug a loose strand of hair behind her own ear and laugh. [break][break] “Nothing wrong with ranting…you should see me around the Captain when I talk about magic…” The way the man stared it her with confused wide eyes was a vivid memory for the nerdy ex-model. “Maintaining Order…I guess that is one way to put it, but I allot that a lot more to the Golden Dawn, the Purple Orca and the Crimson Lions, hell even the Azure Deer…they’re more organized and structured as squads.” Rosalia explained with a little shrug before continuing, walking so as to not trip over any rocks with her heels. “Perhaps there are people in it for the money, I’m not going to lie, but I’ve uh…actually never really met any? For some of us it just gives purpose to life, I guess, saving those that need it. And I personally benefit in knowledge along the way. I like my job, its much funner than library work, or modeling, or waitressing, or being a fruit vendor….and as I said, there’s more purpose with it…” She listed her previous jobs casually as they spoke. [break][break] The beauty would not be able to fully keep up with Titania’s speed, instead throwing up her “Winter Wings” under her breath, letting a stunning pair of black ice wings spread from her back outwards as she decided to search the tree line for large birds. She followed Titania along the way, seeing her chase a larger animal of some kind. The pace was too much for her to keep up with, but she’d follow the magical signature around the different trees and catch up to the woman once she stopped. Out of the corner of her ruby eyes she spotted a pack of about four wolves following her as she flew after Titania and shook her head. Animals could be foolish sometimes. They couldn’t jump hard enough to actually bite her even if they wanted to. [break][break] “Fangs of Frost.” Rosalia uttered as her grimoire, already floating besides her, bathed in bright light. Two spears of cold black ice appeared in the witch’s hands, before she turned around and threw them at the wolves one by one, a third spear appearing in her hand once the first one had landed its mark, killing the animal quickly and efficiently. She didn’t want to cause it pain anyways. The other two spears also landed successfully, square through the head, leaving the last wolf growling loudly before retreating. The ice wizardess sighed to herself as she landed down on the grass and picked up two of the heavy, but bloody wolf carcasses, before summoning another pair of Winter Wings upon the left over wolf, controlling it to fly after her as she tried to catch up with Titania. Hopefully she was okay.

Description:Rosalia creates a single lance out of black ice with serated edges. The lance can be used as a held weapon or be thrown at a creature. Allies are allowed to pick up the lance without taking damage and whoever is holding it gets +9 to their Power stat. Once the lance is embedded into an enemy it deals intermediate damage and gets stuck there. Upon removal it deals intermediate damage once more due to the ice magic’s cutting ability and the shape of the weapon. The spell is modeled after one of Vulkan Rinvol’s as the pair spent time training together but modified to fit Rosalia’s more ally-based fighting style.
This spell goes off of the projectiles/ammo/occurrences/ rules based on a mage’s control.
The spell cannot deal 2x intermediate damage with the same spear in the same post.[break][break]

Rosalia chuckled before finding her ally and heading back to the cave with her, a wolf carcass under each arm. In all honesty she wasn’t made to carry heavy bloody wolf corpses, they were drenching her outfit in blood and fur. She was so lucky that Luigi had enhanced it with some basic magic so that it couldn’t end up smelling bad. It was definitely going in the wash whatever the case. [break][break] Her heels began clicking as she landed back at the cave entrance, making her presence known for the two trolls inside and she gave them a soft smile before placing the wolf carcasses before them. [break][break] “I hope this is good food.” She spoke gently, picking out her words so that the creatures could understand her. Long words or sentences would confuse them and not do her any favors. [break][break] One of the trolls scratched its chin before picking up one of the wolf corpses and sniffing it. Rosalia kept her face neutral at the action. They smelled horrible in her opinion, but they were wild animals after all… Her eyes travelled for a bit as she thought of another very particular wild animal back in her base who didn’t smell bad at all.. [break][break] “Dis good. Have human.” The Troll finally said before its partner released the idiot thief from inside of the pot. Rosalia gave him a very stern glare and made a finger motion for him to be fucking quiet. In part, she thought he deserved what he got. [break][break] “Thank you.” She bowed to the trolls before grabbing the man by the shoulder and not so gently dragging him out of the troll’s cave and taking him back to his brother. This was a pain in the ass if a quest to take on, and she was gonna tell Malcolm and Zaven all about it. [break][break]

Note: Titania went inactive so I finished this on my own.
Perfect Buff: Those with this perk may now cause their magical stat boost buffs to buff at a rank above their own when buffing allies only. For Archmage spells this will give +3 to the total of the buff. This cannot affect Physical Buffs in any way, even if used in dual spec.
Mana Conservationist: You will be able to use spells with less mana than others when it comes to casting spells! Each rank of spell will have its spell cost go down by the following amounts, please remember that this is based on the rank of the spell not the character! [Juniors]: 2 | [Intermediate]: 4 | [Senior]: 6 | [Grand]: 10 | [Archmage]: 16
Description: Surprisingly light spikes of black ice jut out from Rosalia’s back and those of her chosen allies, granting them a stunningly large pair of wings that they can fly with at 15 m/s. The wings give Rosalia +6 power and her allies +9 power due to perfect buff. These wings have intricate designs resembling intertwined lace which shoot down sharp spikes of ice at enemies when they get too close, dealing intermediate rank damage.
