They will be able to create personal missions for themselves, or missions they would like for others to be able to take on as well.

NOTE: In order to create missions, Magic Knights and citizens must be intermediate rank, church members must be deacon, and rogues must reach the second infamy tier. This is for newer players to focus on building their character with the missions already made.
