The day was not too bad, the weather was fine, and Nix; having had her fill of suspense from the arrival of an invitation, which being written especially for her, excited her beyond disbelief. As reclusive as she may well be known to be, she arrived jovially; at first, before throwing caution to the wind and reverting to her stronger tendencies of aloofness. Nix was often misconstrued as neurotic; in the snazziest manner imaginable, by anyone pragmatic to presume. Presumptions did little to amuse her however; as they often were the predecessor of assumptions, and being that as they were, she knew that everyone knew that would make a rude impression of the presumptive and the presumed upon. Nix was not an incredibly rude young woman, at least, as she so deigned to imagine, daily. Her fiery hair beset Nix’s resplendent expression which was both bright and warm, her voluminous gaze drank in the light of the room and the sights she saw were all the confirmation she needed to believe that she belonged here. Upon her arrival; breaching the premise’s front door had been comically simple, an argument with a guard later, and a general observation of the scene was made. The luxurious confines of the room were adequately fashionable and satisfactorily snazzy, Nix tilted her tiny crown to fit in a more pronounced and amicable style and began to survey her surroundings. Smells of grandeur languished her senses; fragrances of expensive perfumes, emanating from some of the more financially-inclined attendants did well to offset the almost palpable aromatics of the provided snacks. Nix could see her reflection in the lacquer of the baluster as she casually ascended the steps and descended them in a nonchalantly adolescent sort of way. Her shiny teeth beamed a rhetoric of what she already knew back at her, Nix’s thoughts alone were a myriad of splendid things she thought she might tell someone. But then again, Nix had better things to do than to admire half a dozen social graces that some others wholesomely forgot to requite to her. On their behalf, Nix forgave them, as they were not perfect.
Her dress was particularly luminous, the light from a chandelier that hung regally from the ceiling gave the wax on Nix’s clothing a dynamic polished sheen. Although her reverie was just as rewarding as it often was, she gleaned from the corner of her eye; an opportunity to adjust, her attitude. Nix’s pride, joy and all ‘not-quite-six-foot’ of her was now on the ground floor level, walking towards the man wearing equal parts courage as he was thousand-Island’s dressing. He seemed proportionally out of place as if he were an anomaly. One that contradicted her environment in so a manner in which she could not help but be perturbed by her inability to be as snazzy as he. The individual was acting claudently. In the way that he socially closed himself off from an exchange of mundane general courtesy, like a physically anti-social reflex that the impoverished hone to be a weapon. A tool of the commoner; used against their richer cohorts, was the apparent lack of hygiene or wealth of integrity that sums up the desire people have; to talk to one another sociably, to be personable. A social nerve that was like a bar of steel for some of the nobler citizens of Clover, that perceptible sense of admonishment, it was more like a flickering candlelight of spluttering hope for this man. Nix couldn’t help but feel responsible for him, he was after all, a citizen of Clover. Commoners often attended these sorts of functions; not that she noticed, their reasonings were mysterious but they always seemed to convene on the altar of edible providence that the chefs prepared. Every year, Nix was mindful to be at least abstinent, forgoing such gastronomical exploits to retain her figure. The virtue of not being gluttonous allowed the freedom to be equal parts lazy, however; more often than not, that too she summed up to be her exercising her patience. Boredom would spurn her diligence more than anything.
Wearing her snazziest expression, Nix bee-lined for the table where the food was presented. Her Silver Eagle regalia the only modest thing really distinguishing herself from anyone else, it gave her the ineffable appearance of a junior rank magic knight. Nix’s gait was casual and expertly ‘not-thought-about’ as she lithely skipped past half a dozen more persons trying to get her attention, her time was here’s to do with as she pleased and talking to them didn’t seem as interesting as the man who was obviously despondent. Being as charitable as one may, Nix shifted her crown uneasily to tilt to the side as she sought an opportunity to approach him, peeking cautiously at an angle that was from behind Lydia. The first thing that Nix noticed was the off-putting sour odour that the man exuded, in stark contrast to a majority of his surroundings being as they were, clean. Nix deducted that he was not entirely from the higher echelon of social classes and that as it were was not an inescapable problem. Personally, Nix felt as though the scented tallows and waxes she worked with would be enough. They were not. A rank, pungent, foul-smelling man he was indeed. Her considerations for having mentally ascribed to be sympathetic to the man were prudently shoved aside by the mere thought of being merciful to oneself. Nonetheless, kindness goes a long way. Blinking absentmindedly, as young people do, Nix volunteered the better part of her attention to doing something else entirely. Seeing who was present and who she had not acquainted herself with already was becoming a steady past-time at this social event. Her dress was a heavy material that was by no means transparent, white and pristine. Everything else seemed possibly mundane but she could always watch her peers and listen to their conversations without being overalls rude, or at the very least, that is what she thought.

[attr="class","bslmarg"]what a weird BUBBLE
[attr="class","bsltmarg"]we live in.
[attr="class","bsbody"]Alva took a long trip from his current place of residence, which was Azure Deer´s headquarters. His goal was to arrive to Royal Capital and possibly participate in the Summer Solstice Ball that was currently being held. Usually, young careless mage would not be interested in things like these, but being away from his family made him a little homesick. He was sure there would be some members of his family, with whom he got along pretty well. He hasn´t met many of them since he joined Azure Deer, but was rather excited to find out what they have been up to. With huge smile on his lips, dressed like a real gentleman in a dark-brown tuxedo he made it all the way to Royal Palace. Up until this point he didn’t really think about having a company with himself, as it could be expected from a noble. That wasn’t going to stop him and he passed the guards, smiling and greeting them in a very cheerful manner, something one would not usually expect from a noble. After making a quick bathroom break, he then set out to find someone he was familiar with and join the conversation. [break] He hasn’t been in Royal Palace that many times, mainly because the place was creeping him out. It was just too huge for a person to accommodate, but he had to admit the decorations were amazing. If he recalled right, his family also helped organize the event, but he was sure that his parents were not present. Well, that just meant more food for him. Upon entering the main hall, there were a lot of familiar faces, he could recall almost all the Magic Knights captains that were present, as well as Lydia who was talking with some very suspicious man. That thought has passed quickly, as he saw all the free food that was there. With his chunky manners, he proceeded to take couple of shrimps, as his stomach was growling already. Eating quietly behind a table, he was checking out the surroundings and wondered who he should approach first.

Alyssa took note of many of the new arrivals, it was a wonderful sight to see the kingdom come together in her mind even if it was for a short time to show the threats of the future they wouldn't allow them to dictate their lives. Her eyes soon fell back on the clown looking man by the tables of food, she had no idea why someone would come looking so outlandish to a ball. Her best bet was that he was making some sort of statement against those who sat on high in the kingdom of Clover, she agreed that some nobles were deserving of such statements as they did little to help their fellow man but there were those that did everything they could to help aid the less fortunate. Her own estate had turned into an orphanage and refuge since the events of Raque, she was quite content with her home being used as such and wouldn't turn anyone away.
She almost looked repulsed as he all but inhaled the shrimp he was eating as if he was trying to keep other beggers from getting any. She pitied the man but his manners were far from what would be accepted in polite society, she had to wonder if he was raised by wild animals and so didn't have any social skills whatsoever. She wanted to get close but at the same time, she was quite sure if she had to smell the rancid smell that he gave off one more time she would throw up over her beautiful new dress, that would be quite unseemly and would have the noble courts whispering for weeks no doubt until the next scandal came along. She refused to let herself or her family be the talking point of other nobles.
Soon she noticed he had been double dipping and she knew that everything would likely have to be taken out and redone, that was such a waste of food and money. When he said that nothing could be proven she looked at the mess on the table and on him, it looked almost like a food fight had happened. "I beg to differ given the mess you have created." she hadn't called out rudly to the man but merely noted that there was in fact proof. She dare not mention her thoughts on the food fight believing that he was the kind of person that would take it as an invite to start one. She would rather that her dress and the outfits of others not be destroyed because of one persons actions and she guessed miscontent with nobles. Her eyes went to looking to him trying to now steal the shrimp.
She shook her head and looked to Lydia, it was clear she found what he was doing disturbing. Their was plenty of food at the ball and he could eat his fill so she didn't see reason why he was acting in such a way. She listened as Lydia spoke to the man and though she didn't want to get any closer she did "You can use the plates provided to carry food that you wish to eat." she said calmly. Due to all this everything that had been said before had been pushed on the back burner and she would have to apologise for doing so after this was sorted out. The silver haired woman knew that her pink haired partner would understand as they both put duty above pretty much everything else. She smiled as Lydia said it wasn't her fault the place couldn't handle her aura.
She was right, places like this didn't expect people with auras such as Lydia or herself within them, but, if the guards had done their due diligence and people weren't idiots then no one would have to use their auras in the first place. "He's intending to take the entirety of the seafood platter by the looks of it. I'll go let the staff know that everything needs to be recalled and remade." she said leaning in to give Lydia a kiss on the cheek, it was then her eyes looked at Vile and then to Lydia. Had he really just called her 'toots' and dismissed her as if she was his servant, this night was going to go from bad to worse. "Please keep your cool Lydia, he obviously has a death wish and wants to sully your name." she said shaking her head as she moved away to talk to the staff.
When she moved away she took note of the white-haired male and the frail black-haired woman at his side, subtly she let free a gentle gust of her air pressure magic to get their attention as she spoke to the staff member. It was not meant as a warning but merely to get their attention. She had put out a request for the pair knowing that Lydia herself trusted these two to do things properly, without unneeded attention was more than enough for her. She herself had gone through the agents of Avarice, it wasn't for any nefarious reason she would hire rogues, there were contacts they could reach that would never talk to a magic knight. The task she wanted meant she got the information she needed and she could set the terms of the contract, but that was for when they finally spoke.
Spotting a fair amount of familiar faces, either from the past week of celebrations taking place in Hapshass or because of missions and other knight-like work they might have done together at some point, Griswold did not exactly stop by anyone for a conversation. Having joined the place primarily for the sake of the banquet, though there was an additional reason that he was keeping to himself. Because he aimed to join the black bulls squad, or alternatively the green mantis squad so he could go about doing his business in the forsaken realm as more than just a wandering mercenary, there hadn’t been a whole lot of reasons for him to venture this far south. That said though, for the time he hadn’t spent there, he had hoped that things would have gotten better since the last time he had been there. Because if there was one thing he did not care much for, it was the wealthy looking down on those that had little to nothing to their name.
So when the guy he had met before at Hapshass was going around a particular portion of the banquet and being rather gross about it, part of him felt like he should speak up about it, but figured it wasn’t his place to do so. For as much as he felt like being the kind of person who would take a stand for the downtrodden, there was a difference between people who had nothing but worked hard to get out of their predicament, and those who more or less lingered in it because they were either fine with the status quo, or because it served a purpose. With this guy in particular, he had a hard time figuring out in which of the categories he’d best fit, because one thing had shown itself to be true a few times now: the guy sure loved handouts. And that was something Griswold did not enjoy, people in low places expecting handouts while providing nothing to the community as a whole, as that kind of stuff had never truly helped anyone in the long run.
Having seen this when he had asked Hania for money so he could sample the food at the stands in Hapshass, and now as he was digging his way through the seafood portion of the free banquet while thinking about no one other than himself, the solar mage had to fight the urge to set his rags on fire. In a place such as this, it wasn’t all that uncommon for the wealthy to look down on commoners and peasants, and this particular guy was really making a case towards proving him right and undoing the hard work that had been done to try and change that point of view. But before he could do anything about it, Lydia stepped in and began questioning the guy as to what exactly he was doing. To an outsider, it might seem like a noble picking on a hobo, though Griswold knew better in this case, as he had seen the way in which things had escalated, and continued to do so. When his response to it was pushing it to the point where even the captain of the blue rose squad stepped in, Griswold had had enough.
“You know, there are people up north who would kill for the food you so carelessly drop to the floor, yet you act like you’re entitled to the food that was placed here for everyone to enjoy. The fact that a nobleman’s ball lets people like us in here is a step in the right direction, yet you somehow managed to singlehandedly ruin the goodwill that was created in the eyes of some of the people towards peasants in mere minutes.”
While there were a lot of people who simply looked away from the whole scene, there were also those who looked on in disgust at how this guy was behaving towards other magic knights and nobles, and that was never a good thing. Because for all that he had learned, Griswold knew that there were a lot of nobles and commoners that were working hard towards bettering the lives of the peasants in the northern regions of the country, though there were also those that grabbed hold of every opportunity they could get to go about slandering them and making them seem like less than they were. And if anything, this guy really played right into their hands, and that was not something the solar mage was able to forgive. Before he even realized it himself, his mana was seeping out of him, causing the temperature around him to gradually rise. Pointing his finger towards the only person who seemed to get a kick out of actively ruining this event, he really only had so much left to say to him.
“Fix your attitude, or remove yourself from these premises before someone else removes you. Continue behaving like a prick, and I’d suggest you start praying we never meet again.”
With that, no more time was wasted before he made his way over to the front door and left the building. With so little effort made, what little fun he had been able to have in that place had been ruined in spectacular fashion. As his mana quieted down, Griswold went to find his broom and took off, flying towards the forsaken region so he could go back to his work. Sad as it was that things had ended this way, he had at least managed to get some good food prior to the homeless man and his antics. And a real shame it was, because to him, this whole thing was about more than just food and people coming together, as it was a moment that could be considered the calm before the storm. After all, it wouldn’t be long now before three select groups of magic knights would have to venture out and take on the three archdemons that currently threatened the land of clover.
And given the fact that the hobo himself was among the people they were supposedly protecting from Asmodeus, Lilith and Aamon, it was rather tough for him to imagine how he could behave in such a manner. Hopefully, a few months from now, the people would have forgotten what the guy did so it would not be used against the poor as an example as to why they should be excluded from such festivities in the future. One thing was certain though, if he ran into the guy again, he would get to experience all of the things Griswold had kept to himself for the sake of not further ruining the ball beyond the point at which it already had been ruined. With a little luck, the homeless guy would remember the things that had been said to him, as Griswold was exactly the right amount of vindictive to beat a guy to a pulp over something that had happened in the past that had yet gone unforgiven. Which reminded him about another guy he still needed to have a conversation with at some point in the near future.
Regardless, all of that was something the man would get to find out for himself if he actually managed to survive pissing Lydia off enough.

AIAS SIMERAIL - Work Hard And Be The Best
Aias sighed as he got dressed. He had told himself that he wasn’t going to go to the Summer Solstice Ball since he wasn’t about the hassle of dressing up and mingling with everyone. He was only going because he had to at least make an appearance since he was a captain. It was one of the many things he didn’t like as a captain but he wouldn’t let that stop him. Another reason he didn’t exactly want to go was the fact that other captains and people were going to be there. He was already viewed as unfriendly due to the way he carried himself and how he spoke to others especially with his sarcastic remarks. If any members of his squad were present, then he’d be at least able to speak with them before leaving. After all, he just had to show up, he didn’t have to stay long. I hate dressing up like this. Danzelle, I guess you would enjoy these kinds of things more than I ever would. It should have been you as the captain and me, your vice-captain like we agreed on but I guess life isn’t exactly a straight shot. Anyway, if I don’t move now, I’ll just change my mind and not show up so it's time to go. The captain finished garbing himself before locking up his personal quarters and departing for the Royal Capital.
On arrival, he noticed the many people there. Sure it wasn’t his scene but if he spoke with some of the people present, he would have witnesses to say he was at the event. As he looked around for familiar faces, he’d notice that the only people he’d talk to there were Alyssa Lilygate, Captain of the Blue Rose Magic Knight Squad, and Lydia Ravencrest. He supposed that they would have to do. Speaking to either was enough for them to say he was there. He could also just speak to both of them and move on. While walking, he grabbed a glass of wine and took a sip of it, enjoying the taste. It wasn’t often that he’d allow himself to drink but he was at a Royal Ball and after all the hard work behind the scenes with keeping the Azure Deer Magic Knight Squad on the steady, he’d enjoy the little time he was spending out. As he finished his glass, he noticed another person he could potentially speak to. It was Zaven Blake, Captain of the Golden Dawn Magic Knight Squad. Maybe a quick chat with all three of them would be enough to have an excuse of being tired. The two captains were heavily on the draining list in Aias’ eyes. Sure, Ardere or Malcolm would be the most stressful of all the captains but just being amongst any of them for long periods of time, except Barron Castle - Captain of the Green Praying Mantis, would take a toll on the permeation mage. With a heavy sigh escaping his lips, he approached Lydia and Alyssa slowly.
While walking, he noticed a foul stench, one that made him want to hurl. Even so, he contained himself and walked up to the ladies. “Alyssa Lilygate and Lydia Ravencrest. I would say it’s fancy seeing you here but it really is considering the fact that these kinds of events are right up your alley. Enough of that, you both look well and I hope you are as well.” The man would pause for any interactions they would have with his greeting. “Can you tell me what that foul stench is? It needs to be removed.” He didn’t plan on staying long but the scent was very unpleasant and could keep others from enjoying themselves. “If you’ll excuse me, I think I saw Zaven around here somewhere.”
After leaving the two ladies, he’d approach the other captain with folded arms. “Having a nice drink there, Zaven? I didn’t exactly peg you for one to attend such an event but then again I am here as well so I shouldn’t exactly speak.” He’d give room for the other man to speak before moving on. “When it comes to the problems of Clover, a getaway every now and then isn’t bad, I suppose.” As he spoke he’d notice the approach of Sol. “Well then, enjoy.” He waved and left so that the captain and the other person could speak.
Finding nothing else to do, Aias grabbed one last drink, drinking it before departing. “Can’t say that this was fun but it was what it was. Time to get going.”

[attr="class","silasreescroll"]Taiyo Vermillion, The heir of the Clover Kingdom’s High Noble Vermillion Family and newly promoted intermediate magic knight, walked through the halls of his estate looking for his friend and personal helper, Lucia. On his head sat his solar phoenix spirit companion, Cyra. The reason he was looking for the woman was because he wanted her to accompany him to the Royal Capital since it was time for the Summer Solstice Ball. As a member of a high noble family and the fact that he was their heir, he felt he should make an appearance at the event. Surely he would find it quite relaxing after working so hard in recent times. He didn’t know who would be there or what to expect but that was the whole fun thing about these events. I wonder if anyone else from the family will be there. Probably not Leo since these kinds of events don’t seem to be his thing. Then there is Alva, he is kind of a mystery to me but I love hanging out with him. Akio probably isn’t going to be there, not even sure if he is in Clover. Mom and Dad have other matters to tend to so it’s unlikely that they would be going. Then there is Leona, I’m pretty sure she’s not back yet. Is she even alive? I hope she is. Whether she was here or not, chances are she’d be at the event having lots of fun. She may be hardcore when it came to battle but she sure knew how to enjoy a party. As he kept walking, he eventually came into contact with the woman he was looking for. Hey Lucia! I was looking for you. ”You were? Well how can I assist today, Taiyo?”
[break][break]
Lucia dressed in the clothes she wore when on duty at the Vermillion Estate. She had been working extremely hard recently, making sure that Taiyo was getting all the necessary attention he needed in his training and political practices. When the boy came up to her requesting that she devote more time and energy into training than the politics, she was taken aback. His drive for success was pushing him to go further. That was always something that she respected about him even if he had his own reasons for wanting to get stronger. The fact that he wanted growth was enough to say that he was serious about his duty to Clover and to his family. She admired that about him. As she went about making sure that everyone was doing what they were supposed to be, Taiyo approached her, saying that he was looking for her. Sitting on his head was the Solar Phoenix that chose him as a spirit companion, Cyra.
[break][break]
The Summer Solstice Ball is tonight and I was wondering if you would maybe want to accompany me there. Was he nervous? He was! Why was he nervous? It wasn’t like she was going to refuse. She practically went to all these events with him but what was different about the Ball? ”Of course I will. I will start preparing myself then. Once I am ready, I will meet you at your quarters, how does that sound?” She smiled as he nodded. That sounds great! See you soon. As she left, Cyra took flight from off the young mage’s head and hovered in front of him, sensing his unease. ”I can feel your nervousness. Is there something wrong? I never felt you this uneasy since we bonded.” Taiyo shook his head no. I’ve been working extremely hard these past few weeks and now there is this ball. I’m sure Lucia doesn’t mind going with me but I don’t know, there is this nervousness that showed up just now. Maybe I’m just worried about something that is actually nothing. Can’t dwell on that now though so let’s go get ready for the event and get going, shall we? The bird nodded in agreement and landed on the young Vermillion cub’s head once more.
[break][break]
After getting ready for the event, Lucia walked over to Taiyo’s quarters. He had gotten stronger and she could feel it from his mana. Even so, it felt as if he was nervous about asking her to the ball. Strange, he asked her to go everywhere if he could take her and he always brought back gifts from other places. Did he have a crush on her? She doubted this but it was possible. She wouldn’t outright ask that question but she was curious. Even if he did, they couldn’t possibly be anything. When she arrived at the door, she knocked. ”It’s me, Taiyo. May I enter?” She asked as the door opened revealing the young Crimson Lion Vermillion heir dressed up. He looked rather sharp. Hey, Lucia. You look lovely. He complimented her. It wasn’t weird for him to compliment her but the thought of him having a crush on her made her blush at the compliment. ”Thank you. You look amazing yourself, Taiyo.” Internally, she sighed. She would try to recompose herself lest she’d embarrass herself. She fiddled with the seam of her navy dress as she turned to the door. ”I will open the portal now.” Raising her palms outward, the spatial mage concentrated and a portal to the Royal Capital opened. ”After you.”
[break][break]
When the pair arrived, Cyra took flight. She wanted to observe the Ball from a distance, that way she could see the event for all of its glory and see how the people of Clover celebrated at these events. After leaving Taiyo, the boy would walk in the event with Lucia close by. He looked around for anyone he knew before trying to make acquaintance with others. Seeing Lydia and Alyssa, he approached them and smiled. Hey Lydia, Alyssa. It’s nice to see you. How are you doing? Lucia smiled and waved. ”Greetings, it is nice to see you yet again.” After interacting with them, Taiyo would excuse himself and the pair would walk around the event looking for others to speak to. When his eyes landed on his cousin, a smile appeared on his face. He walked over to Alva and tapped his shoulder. Nice to see that you came out to the event, Alva. With a big grin the Vermillion chuckled. I hope you have been enjoying it so far. It was then that the heir of the family would notice that his cousin was eating.
[break][break]
As Taiyo walked around with her, Lucia would keep up, maintaining a smile and waving at others. When he stopped by Alva, she smiled at the other member of the family she served. ”Sir Vermillion.” Though she didn’t exactly have to be formal, she viewed it as a sign of respect for the family that she and her family served. Unless the member stated they wanted to be addressed otherwise, she was formal with them. With Taiyo chatting with his cousin, Lucia decided to go grab them light refreshments. ”Excuse me for a moment.” Leaving the two to discuss whatever they wanted to, she found the refreshments and took up some in a napkin. She also grabbed two wine glasses filled to the brim and returned to Taiyo, handing him a glass of wine along with refreshments.
[break][break]
After the night’s event concluded, Cyra rejoined the pair and Lucia opened a portal back to the Vermillion Estate. When they got back to the estate, Lucia smiled and bowed. ”Thank you for tonight. I enjoyed myself. Good night, Taiyo.” Thanks for going with me. Enjoy the rest of your night. After Lucia left, Taiyo walked in his quarters and Cyra left his head and perched on the desk she frequently sat on. ”I see your nervousness left you and you were able to enjoy the event. I also enjoyed it, observing what you all do in such places. I found it quite interesting.” Taiyo smiled as he got ready for bed. That’s great. I’m glad you enjoyed it. It was indeed a good night. As the boy rested on his bed, he remembered all that he had been through from his journey as a magic knight. Was the relaxation well deserved? Yes, it was. He had worked his way from being the clueless Junior 5th Class Magic Knight to the more experienced Intermediate 5th Class Magic Knight. Heck, he even became a Royal Knight. It was safe to say that all of that meant he was making progress but he was still far away from his full potential and that meant that he would jump right back into working hard and doing his best. After all, he had a lot to work towards. With Cyra by his side pushing him to go further and the possibility of the Spirit Dive process, he was going to make it. He had to for his squad, his family and the Kingdom of Clover.

[attr="class","bslmarg"]what a weird BUBBLE
[attr="class","bsltmarg"]we live in.
[attr="class","bsbody"]The scenery on ball was rather enjoyable, not even the people dancing, but Alva was having a blast watching over a shrimp drama and how one of the Black Bulls would confront the person that was rather stinky, but at the same time also super entertaining. Alva himself was just eating a lot of food by the corner, as he wasn’t a fan of dancing. Once he would be interrupted by a light tap on a shoulder, he would just quickly turn around to find Taiyo besides him. He wasn’t really surprised to see him here, as it was a royal ball after all, and Taiyo was a heir and therefore a little bit of a poster-child for the Vermillion family. Alva greeted him with a huge smile and made a small gesture of food offering, but as he saw that there were plenty of food around, he quickly stopped and just spoke with his mouth still full. [break] “Hello Taiyo, nice to meet you I was so sure you would be here! And Lucia, call me Alva already please.” He spoke with joy, as he had hard time understanding why would Lucia always call him sir Vermillion, even though he was one, but he felt so alienated from that title. “Yes I am enjoying the ball very much, you see that fun thing happening over there?” He pointed to the shrimp tower, which was basically his highlight of the evening. Having a brief conversation with Taiyo and Lucia, his cousin leaving was a sign to maybe pack it up early too, and just head back. He wasn’t sure he wanted to leave so quick as there was still so many delicious foods he could try. Trying to sneak around the serving tables, his sweet tooth was having a symphony of joy, as he saw the most artisan deserts he could even imagine. Taking a one of each, he wanted to make sure to taste one of each, before eventually deciding on his favorite one. He hoped they could get food like this in the Azure Deer base as well, but he wasn’t very optimistic about that, this was still a Royal Capital and the level of everything was just a little extra, and decadent.
