[attr="class","echotemp] It had seemed that in the weeks following his disqualification from the Magic Knight Exams, that Echo had been on a war path of sorts. Everything about him had changed and not for the better. His normal personality of a somewhat goofy teen had been replaced by a personality that was full of anger, hate, and malice. Only those closest to him would still see any sign of the old Echo still remaining. However this change in personality happened very unusually, some would say that it happened overnight. The people who thought such a thing were not entirely wrong, however nobody knew that Echo was no longer truly the controller of his own body. After spending time in the shadow grand magic zone, he had tapped into the full potential of his darkness within, giving it a name and even its own partitioned part of his mind. This dark side of his would go by the name Eclipse, the name given to Echo by his mentor and family associate Velondra Silverlake. [break][break] Echo was out and about one night with Zeus and Thalia, the group making their way towards the Jaegar family estate after a day of charity work. One would think that this new version of Echo would not do things like charity work, but the two had come to an agreement on how they would behave themselves. This agreement between them would see Echo doing nothing out of the ordinary to ensure nobody could guess on to the fact of what was going on within him. [break][break] After the group had finished their work and began to walk home Thalia would look to Echo before saying to him “Echo… Have you been ok lately? I mean something has been feeling a bit off about you.” After she spoke Echo would stop walking causing the other two to stop as well. The sky was a very pale dark blue as the time was shifting from evening to night, and with the amount of clouds overhead one would think it was going to start raining soon. Echo would turn to face Zeus and Thalia before saying “Yeah im fine… thanks for asking though.” He finished his statement with a smile saying “You know if I wasn’t fine the two of you would be the first to know. You two are my real family after all.” [break][break] Echo would turn back around to try and continue walking but Zeus would speak up saying “Thats a load of bullshit Echo and you know it! So you really wanna act like that disqualification didn’t happen? Your dad and brother told us… and ever since you came back from the exams you have been acting differently, hell you even went and attacked that random carriage. What was the point of that? Oh that’s right it was part of your master plan so that you could take revenge on the magic knights. Me and you have never been what most would consider good regular civilians but that’s definitely not how we operate.” Echo’s face would look more serious as he would turn back to face Zeus before saying “Just believe in the plan I have set forth… Everything I do is for a reason, and you both have chosen to follow me so you should have no problem believing in my plan regardless if you know all the details or not.”

Ryoshi stretched his limbs as he walked thru the countryside his blades on his back and his white coat buttoned up so he looked decent as he normally wore no shirt underneath it and he had on his normal white pants and black combat boots as usual too, he had been on the hunt for his sister still and still had no luck even after the encounter with that odd noble boy he had met while taking a break. To Ryoshi it seemed that the boy held great darkness inside him but he kept it hidden which was proper but he seemed like he didnt wish that he had to which the white haired man could understand, he was a master of hiding his evil in plain sight and tricking others he had done it since he was a boy and no one had ever been the wiser. As he glanced up at the skies above he noticed the shifting of colors to a darker hue of blue showing that the day was waning and the night was starting to encroach he sighed knowing he needed to find a place to sleep soon or it was going to be tough.
While this was the common region and attacks by beasts were rarer in these parts it was still possible and not out of the question,if he didnt find a town soon he would need to at least find a tall tree to sleep in so he was safe from whatever lurked down below on the ground, he needed to pick up his pace on his search but he knew being tired and not resting enough would get him nowhere fast. As he glanced back to the road he was one he saw it coming up to what was almost like a 4 way stop in the road and as he glanced around subtly for a good tree he felt himself bump into someone as he heard arguing and he managed to keep himself from falling before he glanced to see who he had inadvertently ran into. It seemed to be a group of three with the two boys arguing with each other and a girl tagging along beside them and the girl seemed to be the one that he had knocked over.”Oh dear my apologies I must have glanced away for a second and not seen you are you alright” he would ask offering his hand to the woman to help her up.
No matter if she took it or not Ryoshi would glance at the group his aqua eyes inquisitive as he looked them over so subtly it was impossible to catch.”if I can ask what brings you three out here to the country side are you travelers by chance or maybe you live in the area.” he asked before he realized he hadnt introduced himself.” Apologies I should have introduced myself Im Ryuuma Satsugai a noble that resides in the Forsaken region im currently on a long term task at the moment” he explained with a small courteous bow his mannerisms were polite and very respectful so he would not be seen as suspicious or odd.it was at that moment that Ryoshi suddenly felt wetness hit his neck and he glanced up to see the clouds had thickened and it was starting to rain.” of course I have the worst timing Im nowhere near a town to rest and its about to downpour” he groaned in annoyance, he had no problem sleeping outside but it was not pleasant at all to try and sleep during rainstorm with next to no cover

[attr="class","echotemp] Just as Echo and Zeus had their small squabble, Thalia found herself confused on what to do or say. However the loss for words would soon disappear as she would soon find herself being bumped into, a bump which would send her falling to the ground. Echo with his superior sensory skills was the only person who would have ‘seen’ the individual coming towards them but he saw the individual as no threat so he felt no need to react in any way. He did not however expect the individual to be so clumsy as to bump into him or one of his companions. [break][break] As Thalia fell to the ground she would look up to see the man looking down to her and offering her a hand to get up. Zeus looked at the man and spoke out before Thalia would even have a chance. “I suggest you watch where you are going next time pal. You knocked my girlfriend over… you know a man gets very serious about his lady. Nah im just kidding but go on ahead and help her up before I get serious…” Echo would laugh a bit before saying “Yeah if boss man threatens you its best you listen… please don’t look to me for help if you wish to not listen.” [break][break] Thalia would smile as she looked at the young man saying to herself *Wow he’s actually kinda handsome…* She would then begin to blush before saying “I appreciate the hand, and its ok im sure we’ve all bumped into someone once or twice. Its not my fault im so weak and frail that I couldn’t stay on my feet haha.” Echo and Zeus would both look stunned after Thalia spoke. The two boys had no idea that she could be so nice to a total stranger, yet it was happening right before their very eyes. Thalia would take the male’s hand as he would then help her to her feet. [break][break] Once she was back to her feet the male would then ask the group what had them out in the countryside, asking if they were travelers or lived in the area nearby. Echo would then yawn before speaking saying “Not much just heading home after a hard day of work, im sure a guy like you know the feeling right?” Thalia wold then say to the man “Yeah these are my roommates and we work together, ignore what the foreigner said he’s not my boyfriend at all. Our relationship is very platonic!” Echo simply glared at the girl as he thought to himself *This girl has serious issues…* [break][break] It was at this point where the man would finally introduce himself as Ryuuma Satsugai a noble from the Foresaken Region. Echo thought about the name for a second letting it bounce around his mind. He was very familiar with most nobles at least by family name, yet this one seemed to not ring any bell to him. It was at that point Eclipse would speak to him saying *You know he could be lying right?* Echo didn’t bother him with a response as he always took someone lying to him as a possibility. However the chances of such a thing happening right now were low, as a lie here and now were without benefit so he thought. [break][break] Echo would then take the bait, as after the man gave his name he would reply saying “Im Echo, the guy with the black hair and the sword is my cousin Zeus. The young lady you knocked over is Thalia. And don’t listen to her because technically Zeus and her are supposed to get married but I don’t know anymore…” he would take a brief pause as Zeus would wave to the man and Thalia would speak saying “Ryuuma Satsugai you say? I like that name im gonna call you Ryuu for now on, ok? Ok!” [break][break] Echo had just realized that the man had said something about being on a long term task as he introduced himself, and was ready to question him on it. Just as he was about to do so it would start to rain ever so slightly, a tell sign of a massive rainfall coming in. The rain seemed to upset the male as he said he was nowhere near a town and had nowhere to rest and wait out the rain. Thalia would turn and look to Echo saying “Echo hun can we please help the nice man? We can let him stay with us right?” To which Echo would say “Are you crazy Thalia? You know we can’t just let anyone onto the estate.” Zeus would then cough before saying “Actually you can dumb ass. Do you constantly forget you are the heir and have almost as much power as your father?” Zeus’ words caused Echo to blush before saying “Ok so what I forget shit! But ok so maybe I can allow him entrance, but how do I know you aren’t some assassin or something?”

Ryoshis vivid blue eyes darted to the man who spoke up as he was offering his hand to help woman up and at first he sounded like he was threatening him before he suddenly trailed off and acted like he was joking before asking him to help her up before he got serious with the shorter male also telling him to help or he wouldnt be asked to help if the other male got upset.”no worries I would have offered a hand anyways since I was the one that ran into her its only fair” he said, the woman took his hand and got up off handedly saying he was handsome before mentioning that it would if she hadnt been so frail and weak she could have stayed on her feet which made the white haired man shake his head a bit.”nonsense even the strongest can get knocked of their feat if something unexpected happens its nothing to be embarrassed about” he said as the man with red hair explained that they had been on their way home from working after a long hard day and someone like him might understand that which Ryoshi nodded.” Indeed I also know theres nothing like a warm meal and a comfy bed waiting as well there small comforts but at the same time something that everyone can appreciate commoner or noble dont you think” he questioned his face inqusitive but also understanding of what Echo had said.
In truth he did understand the pleasant ache of a hard days work and relaxing at home afterwards but so far it seemed the group didnt think much of him and he wanted it to stay that way he didnt need to make waves or cause issues right now he had more pressing issues in the future to deal with. After he had introduced himself the red haired man proceeded to introduce himself as Echo while the dark haired man was Zeus his cousin and the young lady he had knocked over was Thalia.”its a pleasure to meet all three of you again I do apologize again for running into you Thalia” he said before she seemed to wave off the issue and then said that she would be calling him Ryuu from now on. Ryoshi figured if she wanted to be friendly and call him that he would play along since it could come in handy later.”Thats fine Thalia I dont mind that nickname”he said with a soft smile on his face. It was then that the rain started to fall and the gentle droplets slowly started to pick up intensity as Thalia asked Echo if he could stay at the estate which got a rather funny reaction from the red head.
It seemed the mans cousin would question his intelligence by stating he had as much power as his father so he could make choices before Echo would look to Ryoshi and the white haired man blinked as he was asked how the could know if he wasnt an assassin or the like.” I understand the distrust but I assure you the only thing I have on my person are my swords my grimoire and a satchel of yul and if your still cautious your cousin Zeus can pat me down to make sure im not carrying anything else other then what I have said to prove im not a threat” he offered his expression and tone genuine, it was true he didnt have much on him but he didnt need to carry much to be a deadly threat but no one knew that and he didnt need much to make deadly poisons and drugs from the surrounding plant life. Ryoshi didnt intend to cause trouble though and having a roof over his head was far more valuble then sating his bloodlust besides he could get some valuable intel or at the very least some blackmail to use at a later date.

[attr="class","echotemp] After Echo and Zeus initially made their less than light hearted jokes towards the man, he would explain that he was going to help up Thalia regardless of whatever it was that the two men were saying. Echo took this time to read the man and his mana signature carefully just in case he didn’t see this figure for the last time, he already had a strange feeling about him so this was nothing but insurance of sorts. Thalia would then make her joke about her reasoning for being knocked down by the slight bump, which would prompt the man to say anyone could be knocked down when taken off guard. [break][break] Thalia would laugh a bit at the statement before she would replying saying “Yeah you are right.” After that the man would reply to Echo’s statement of heading home after a hard day of work. The male Ryuu also understood such a thing, saying he understood the desire to get home to a warm meal and bed at the end of the day. It was then when introductions were formally made, and Ryuu would apologize again for knocking Thalia over. However going by how she was acting she truly had let that go right after it happened. [break][break] As the rain began to fall and Thalia asked if the stranger would be allowed to stay a night at the estate, Echo would begin to think and talk to his other and darker half Eclipse. This conversation would only take a few fractions of a second to those in the real world, but it felt like longer within Echo’s mind. Eclipse would speak to Echo saying “Be smart here kid… did you already take a read on him?” Echo would scoff before saying “What do you take me for a rookie? Yeah I already checked him out, he is in no way a threat. His magic power level is far too low, if I had to give a comparison he is barely any better than Thalia if that.” Eclipse would rub his chin before saying to Echo “Fine you can run the play here, but I’ll be around if things turn out badly.” [break][break] On the outside for these short few moments it would look as if Echo had stared out into space, but once the convo was over he would quickly snap back to reality. He had managed to come back to his senses just in time to hear the man talking about how he could be trusted and posed no threat to them. The male even offered to be searched by Zeus however Echo would laugh at the man’s statement, he would simply say in response “Its no need… not to sound rude or offend you but I am a above average sensory mage, and I’ve been reading your mana signature the whole time you’ve been in my range. After such a through analysis I can conclude that you are no threat to me in the slightest, so taking you back with us for the night won’t be a problem.” [break][break] Echo would then begin to walk as the rain picked up more and more before he would wave his hand motioning the other 3 to follow him. Once Zeus and Thalia seen this signal they would immediately gather themselves and began to follow behind him, and presumably Ryuu would do the same that’s if he still wanted a place to stay for the night. As the group would begin to walk and head towards the Jaegar Estate, Echo would turn his gaze partially towards Ryuu as he would speak to him saying “So Ryuu, what is this long term task you spoke of earlier? Maybe me or my family could help you, depending on what it is you’re doing.”

Ryoshi couldnt blame the two men if they were cautious of him since encountering someone like him out on the road seemed oddly coincidental however it seemed that they were not going to turn him away and the girl of the group Thalia was not on guard around him which he considered to be a benefit since that meant that it could get rid of some suspicion. As he had offered for Zeus to search him Echo would laugh before he would explained that he was not being rude but he could sense that Ryoshis magic was weaker then his own so he wasnt a threat and it was no problem if he was to return with them for the night while the storm passed.Ryoshi merely chuckled a bit and rubbed the back of his head “I havent really had much reason to use my magic since I normally stayed at my familes estate so I need to build my strength up” he explained seeming a bit sheepish. Internally the white haired man thought that the red head was a fool and could only mentally grin at the mans slip up.Yes Ryoshi may not have had as much strength as the younger man but to kill that wasnt always needed it just made it a bit easier if things went south.
For now Ryoshi would capitalize on Echos choice and while he couldnt kill there was plenty he could do with information he could gather. As the leader made the motion to follow and would lead them back to the home as the rain started to increase he asked the white haired Rogue what long term mission he was on and perhaps that his family could help him with such a task depending on what it is,”im looking for my younger sister she has ran away from home and my father sent me out to retrieve her perhaps you may have encountered her pale skin black hair and purple eyes. Shes not much of a people person” he explained not giving the full amount of information to the Echo but not completely making things up either.Ryoshi knew he needed leads to find his sister but he didnt want much attention drawn to himself he knew it was better to be a ghost in the wind then to be a beacon for all to see. The white haired man had bigger plans in the future but for now he needed to move carefully and methodically. The last thing the man wanted was for a disturbance to be made since it would cause the knights to snoop around then he would have to make himself scarce for a while till the heat died down then his mission would be delayed further.Glancing at Echo the white haired man spoke again.”if I may ask Echo since your so strong im guessing your part of a great family right?” he asked his tone curious. The man was clearly strong but Ryoshi figured that the more he could learn the better it could benefit him in the long run.

[attr="class","echotemp] After Echo made his remark of having no reason to fear Ryuu, the male would give a pretty weak reasoning for being weak. He said he has never had much reason to use his magic and so he needed to build up his strength. Echo was about to make another smart joke but it had seemed something had just hit his sensory radar, as his eyes would widen a great deal. As the male spoke it was as if Echo had noticed the ‘energy’ his father gave off, but did not sense the older Jaegar’s mana. However upon further inspection Echo would realize the energy he felt was coming from Ryuu, the man they had just met. [break][break] *Its no way I let something like this slip past my attention! This feeling is just like father’s its no way he could have a four leaf grimoire to possess that magic type…* Although Echo was coming to a conclusion in his mind he would keep his thoughts to himself for now. He figured it would be best to make Ryuu come forward with the answers that way he knew he was getting accurate answers, and not just whatever his mind wanted to make up. Echo would simply flash a smile at the male before saying “Well bit of advice… get to making yourself strong before this world chews you up and spits you out…” [break][break] After that once the group would begin to walk off, Echo would ask Ryuu what was this task he was on. The older male would reply saying that he was looking for his sister and was sent to do so by his father. Ryuu seemed so focused on the task that even with their current situation of being in the rain, he gave Echo and company a description of the girl in hopes that maybe they had seen her. Looking for one’s sister was a noble act indeed, however something seemed off once Echo began to think about the girl’s description. Walking in the front of the group Echo would smile but nobody could see it, as he would say “Nope can’t say that I’ve seen her…” his words would trail off in a way clearly showing that he knew more than he was letting on. [break][break] The man would then go on to ask if Echo’s power was due to the fact that he was from a powerful family. To which Echo would respond by saying “I guess if I was a typical noble my answer would be yes… However I am much more than some typical noble. Every bit of power I have was earned either through blood, sweat, or tears. Dont mistake me for someone like that again…”

Ryoshi may have been acting the part of the fool but the widening of Echos eyes did not go unnoticed by the aura mage who caught the action subtle as it may have been and filed it away for later. 'hmm wonder what just made him have a shocked moment no matter I can still work with this' he thought to himself as he heard the red head tell him to get strong quickly before the world chewed him up and spit him out which made the white haired aura mage nod in understanding.”indeed iv been working to correct my weakness and it helps having these as a backup as well” he explained as he gestured to his swords on his back. They may not have been much but they worked in a pinch and sometimes a sword was better then nothing at all. As they walked Ryoshi grumbled a bit as the rain started to come down harder and his normal unruly white hair was starting to fall down and frame his face as he pushed his bangs out from his eyes.”of all the nights to get a downpour” he grumbled more to himself then anyone else.
While they walked Ryoshi would explain about hunting for his sister and it seemed that Echo wanted to tease him with information by saying that he hadnt seen anyone like that but he started to trail off as if wanting the aura mage to become curious which he had to resist the urge to smirk at the laughable tactic.'the chimp thinks he clever does he? sadly his little trick is one of the oldest in the book but lets see what he wants to try and offer me in the way of information' he thought to himself as he blinked before speaking again.”you sound a bit unsure Echo your sure you havent seen her she isnt much of a talker and is more of a night owl then an early bird?” he questioned, sure he knew that his sister Aelia wasnt one for being out in public much but he knew somewhere along the line she would eventually slip up. When Echo spoke again it seemed as if the white haired mans words irratated him and made him think that he was only strong due to his family and proceeded to tell the rouge that he had earned everything thru blood sweat and tears and not to mistake him for someone like that again.
Ryoshi held up his hands as a non threatening gesture.”I meant nothing of the sort Echo mearly that it seems rather common for noble familys to be inherently strong but that doesnt matter unless like you said you put for the blood sweat and tears for it power is thru effort not just handed down” he said, the aura mage was curious how his comment had set the man off but for now he would simple react and observe since the easiest way to gain knowledge was by watching and waiting and that was exactly what he would do.”out of curiousity but how far out is your familys home im guessing you like privacy to be out here instead of in the noble region?” he questioned curious since this family of theirs was not one he fully knew about and the fact they were outside of the noble region did raise quite a few questions.

[attr="class","echotemp] The group would walk and talk as they all tried to escape the downpour of rain that was starting. Ryoshi would respond to Echo saying he needed to get stronger by saying that he was trying to make up for his weakness, but for the time his swords would help him cover said weakness. Echo would turn to look at the swords that the male had, and upon seeing them he would simply scoff. Echo would say to him simply “Swords like that won’t get you far at all… I can tell even the steel is of less than great quality.” Echo would take a brief pause before he would pull his own swords from his sheaths and show them off for a brief moment. As he quickly showed off the weapons he would say “Now these are swords of high quality, swords meant for real battle… Not just dull play things that will barely work to skin a wolf.” [break][break] After the short display of weaponry Echo would place his swords back in their sheath before Ryoshi would speak sounding very upset about the rain that was coming down, and soon to start getting worse. Thalia would look to Ryoshi before saying “No worries we aren’t far from our estate. We should get there before the rain picks up anymore… besides a little rain never hurt anyone am I right?” The question was directed at Ryoshi but a answer wasn’t really needed. [break][break] Echo continued to lead the group along the countryside road, heading deeper and deeper into the road they would soon meet its end. The end of the road would be surrounded by the entrance to forest. This part of the forest was special as this is where the Jaegar’s property line would begin, and this part of the forest was named “The Hunting Ground”. The Jaegars would name the forest this due to the many animals that they have bred to live in the forest specifically for their young to practice hunting in an controlled environment. [break][break] As the group would stand at the end of the road Echo would turn to face their new friend saying “You should probably hold someone’s hand as we walk through this section of the forest. We all know the path so even if we get lost in the dark we will be fine, you however will easily get lost and end up prey to the animals… I rather not explain that to my father tonight so try not to die.” With those words said Zeus would speak to the new comer and say “I can help you if you want…” The foreigner would then take a piece of rope that he had tied around his waist and hand it to Ryoshi before saying “You don’t need to hold my hand, you can tie the other end of my rope to yourself. I can guide you that way, if holding hands seems less than manly.” [break][break] It wouldn’t take long for Ryoshi to go back to the subject of his sister, and more specifically how Echo responded to the mention of it. Ryoshi would double back to ask Echo if he had seen her, and this time Echo was about to play with the cards in his deck to see what he could make happen. Echo would say “I mean I don’t know man… I see a lot of people. Some of them male some female, some night owls, some early birds who get the worm. Some talk a lot others not much at all… wait that’s not what you asked is it? Ah yes that’s right the sister… If I did have information on this woman what would you give me in exchange? My family is well known for business so an even trade shouldn’t be out of the question to ask for.” [break][break] Echo didn’t really want anything from the man for whatever info he could give him, he merely wanted to see just how far the man was willing to go. Shortly after that Echo would have to give the male a stern yelling at for disrespecting him and the source of his strength. Ryoshi would apologize for the disrespect but Echo clearly was not satisfied and after Ryoshi would try to make amends, Echo would simply say “Whatever.” Before walking off into the forest to head home.

Ryoshi maintained a calm and polite face as the red head seemed to criticize his weapons stating they were sub par quality while internally the aura mage wanted to roll his eyes as he watched the man pull his own blades out to show them off. As he rattled off on the quailty Ryoshi mearly nodded and offered a polite smile.”they are rather impressive though I do suppose peacocks like to show off their feathers whenever they can after all not all of us can either afford that or dont want to draw attention with fancy weapons” he said his tone still polite but the first part was a subtle jab at the man since he seemed all to happy to flaunt his equipment.”still its skill that shows since a expert with a rock can beat a amateur with newly designed weapon” he added before he heard the female of the group mention that they should get to the jeager home before it got any worse outside and that a little rain wouldnt hurt them.

hearing Echo tell him he needed to stay close followed by Zeus offering him some rope the man took it as well.” I appriciate the offer im good at handling myself in forests but a guide is always a good thing too” he said with a small smile as they made their way thru the forest, it was then that he heard Echo speak again to his questioning of if he had seen his sister to which the red head proceeded to ask what the man might want in exchange since he was use to making deals.Ryoshi had to resist grinning ferally at the suggestion that the man had made, It seemed that he wanted to see how desperate the white haired man was for such information and the white clade hunter was more then happy to play his game.”im not sure what you would even want Echo im a foreigner in these lands I live closer to the border of the other countrys then here so the way you do things might be far different then what I am used to” he said his tone still polite and understanding but yet he had bearly given up anything to the man if really anything of value at all sure he mentioned he lived by the countries border but that said nothing about which one his neighbor was.

[attr="class","echotemp] Echo would continue to make his way through the forest with the others, while carrying on the conversation. He would say to the man bluntly “I don’t want much in life but if I give you the info lets just say you owe me one.” The red head would pause in his speech for a moment before he would continue on saying “If I was looking for my sister I wouldn’t want someone holding that over me like a carrot on a string. So yeah I’ve seen her before a few times.” [break][break] As Echo spoke the rain still continued to pour down, however at least now within the Jaegar’s forest the amount of rain that hit that was minimized due to the tree canopy. As the group walked and Echo was about to continue telling the man about his sister, the group would walk past a marker of some sort. To the untrained eye it would look like nothing out of the ordinary, just a simple rock that looks like someone wrote on it 100 years ago. But this rock was actually a signal that they were almost to the Jaegar Estate. [break][break] Thalia would begin to speed up making her way to the front of the group saying “I’ll see you guys there, because I really gotta use the bathroom!” She would then sprint ahead leaving the others in her dust. Zeus too would speed up in front of Ryoshi and Echo before saying “Im gonna make sure she doesn’t get lost again…” He too would then sprint off. It was now only Echo and Ryoshi left walking at a normal speed. Echo would look to Ryoshi before saying “I guess they didn’t like getting wet even a little. They bolted soon as they knew we were close haha.” [break][break] Echo would then clear his throat before saying “Oh yeah but your sister… last I seen her she was with some guy. White hair like yours, wears a lot of black like me. From my analysis of his mana when I was around them he seemed pretty powerful. However she did not seem as if she was held against her will if that’s what you are coming to conclude. He treated her well…” He would finish off saying. And just as he would finish the two would reach the edge of the forest and finally be at the estate grounds. Currently the two were located behind the west guest house which would prompt Echo to say “No need for you to go into the main house and get the old man in a fuss. You can just stay in the guest house for tonight, and if you need additional sheltering we can speak on it in the morning.” [break][break] Echo would then walk towards the front of the guest house, assuming that Ryoshi would follow.

Ryoshi merely listened as Echo spoke and when he said that he would owe him for the information on his sister the beast mage didnt make any motion to show he accepted or confirmed it.”if you must not want much in life you must be rather well off Echo” he stated as the red head would then confirm that he had seen his sister or someone that at least looks like her which made the white haired noble grin internally'seems I struck a gold mine and completely for free' he thought to himself as they would get thru the forest and were getting close to the estate which caused both of the light mages companions to ditch them in hopes of avoiding the rain.” funny considering the majority of us are soaked already you would think a little more water wouldnt bother them too much' he said in response to Echos comment. The beast Aura user listened intently as Echo would then explain how he knew of the mans sister and that she was now moving with someone who had white hair and dressed in darker colors.
From what Echo described the man was reasonably powerful so that meant that Ryoshi would need to be careful but it was also mentioned that she was not being held against her will.'hmm seems she found a companion or a bodyguard while she enjoys her newfound freedom well I suppose she should enjoy it while she can since she still has a job do to for the family' he thought to himself sinisterly. “I see at least its good she isnt being held captive though a bit of advice Echo be careful of who you talk about my sister to she is a wraith mage and holds life and death in her hands to risk her ire is to risk being a puppet” he said his tone still polite but was a bit sincere at the end for the mans well being, in truth though Ryoshi cared little for what happened to the red head since even though he was stronger in the beast mages eyes he was still nothing but a source of entertainment and an experiment for the time being. As Echo suggested that he would be staying at the guest house for the night and if need be they could discuss further arraingments if need be which made the Aura mage shake his head slightly
“I greatly appriciate the housing for the night but I should continue my travels when morning comes if I have any leads on my sister I should act on them while they are good wouldnt do to lose my target before I can even pinpoint where they are” he suggested as he followed the red head towards the guest house.”Im guessing that your father would have a few words if he knew you brought a guest in without him knowing?” he asked inquisitively

[attr="class","echotemp] The white haired mage would give thanks for his sleeping arrangements but would say he would make his exit swiftly upon day break. Echo didn’t really care much, he was just happy he could help. However he wouldn’t know that he had done something that may or may not come back to bite him later. As the two would walk towards the entrance to the guest house, Ryu would ask if Echo’s dad would have a problem if he found him here without permission. Echo would laugh before saying “This is my house… he may still be the leader now but that’s only temporary.” [break][break] Echo would then put his hand on the shoulder of the white haired mage before looking him in the eyes and saying “Dont take this as a threat or anything but, keep where you got that info to yourself. If you mention me I may have to have another conversation with you one that’s not so friendly.” The red head would take a long pause before saying “You try to get some sleep though! And I hope your adventure to find your sister goes well.” [break][break] Echo would then release his grip from the man before heading inside of the house, to head on to sleep. [break][break] [Exit]
