Although she didn't think much of herself she was recently promoted to intermediate class at the lowest level, she hoped that her new rank would install more faith in the Black Bulls. Returning home to tell her parents the good news before returning to duty since it had been almost a year since her last visit. Her hair had grown a decent length, prompting her to fashion it into a ponytail she made by letting her right bang stay and gathering the rest at her nape, securing it into a low ponytail with a few inches of hair falling down her neck.
Hearing her mother and her father compliment her gave her an odd feeling of happiness, but of course her parents specifically always came with "favors'' with her rank; they had absolutely no problem in asking her to escort some gold they had to pay the bank, making her an able security guard for their money. Ivy wasn't too happy about it but she was going to return to active duty anyway so perhaps this was a good chance to do so by practicing being alert.
So here she was heading to Hasphass sitting on top of a horse guided carriage, the driver looking forward but sneaking sideways at Ivy. Ivy was wearing her usual clothing, black skirt with golden seeds, a green jacket with white fox fur and white lining, her boots. The only thing probably really mystifying about her was the 4 feet polearm she had slanted behind her back as she watched around for any thieves.
With Hasphass being less than a mile away Ivy didn't expect anything to happen, but she was wrong as she heard a loud scream of help coming from beyond the viable part of the forest, the sound of ragged breathing and a almost monstrous gurgling that made her stand up quickly and unhook Druntia as she lept down to protect the money she was escorting from whatever was coming.
Watching she would see the brush move erratically before a dirty man climbed out desperately, moments after he climbed out a sort of earth dagger sliced through the brush, the man escaping by mere inches as two small creatures walked out, all children knew of the small monstrous man eating and fighting goblins. Ivy had a duty to go to the man but she was supposed to protect the money, luckily she didn't have to choose as the man ran straight for her closing the distance she would have to move away from the transport. As the guy ran the goblins chased him prompting Ivy to take steps forward that quickly picked up speed. She didn't see it before but the man was hurt and although it seemed that the goblins were slow it was not the case as one of the goblins ran forward faster and leapt into the air attempting to pierced the man in the shoulder from above
Rushing forward now after picking pace Ivy thrust Druantia no bladed edge forward with just her right hand under the earthen dagger, the two colliding as Ivy lowered her stance allowing the goblins gravity enabled impact to follow through as she slid Drunstia down not fighting the force but allowing her to catch the earthen dagger in the curved part as she bent her knees. Quickly rising back up and changing her posture, griping Druntia with two hands as she turned it over to it's bladed side as she swung the blade upward to cut the goblin down the middle while it was still in the air.
While one goblin attacked her, the other that was not too far behind and saw its kin get killed panicked and began backing off the scene not knowing Ivy wasn't going to chase it anyway, although if Ivy had known the situation prior..maybe she would have killed it after all. Flicking the goblin blood off Druntia, the man thanked her and told her to beware of travel in and out of Hasphass, apparently goblins had been getting restless and started to hunt for more gold and silver to hoard in their caves, greedy creatures. With the way clear, Ivy delivered her parents' money to it's destination safely. But arriving she was asked to join another nearby mage working independent in an outgoing caravan to deliver supplies to the capital, a mission endorsed by the magic knights to lower the rise in goblin activity she just found out about not but a few hours ago.
Ivy chucked at the offer since she had just said she wanted to go back to active duty and it found her, presenting itself in a way to earn good money and continuing her weapon training in real combat for greater experience. A partner to supposedly watch her back. With a hour before the meeting time she was suddenly put onto Ivy hurried to the gates of Hasphass to meet the caravan and her partner
[attr="class","noahtext"]Hapshass seemed kind of problematic. For the past month, Noah has managed to get to know this city way more than he would originally want to. Given the fact that not a long ago, the city was facing the problem of sea serpents capturing innocent folks and turning them into slaves, the city didn’t seem to be very effective in its defense. That led Noah to wonder if Magic Knights just forgot about this city, or what it was. He knew that the city was a precious point of interest, with its healers and supreme medicine supplies, he would just expect the Hapshass to be protected way more. Nevertheless, it was a good thing for Noah that the city was in the constant turbulence of troubles, because it meant more job opportunities for him. Getting the hang of the city as well as its surroundings, he felt rather qualified for solving any kind of mischiefs that were going on in this area. This time, it was just different mana beasts but the same story. Being in front of the announcements table, he quickly scanned through all the available jobs only to find one that particularly interested him. “Goblins.” He read aloud as he chuckled for a minute. [break] The idea of those small harmless dwarfs was very amusing to him, at least until he got to the part where their appearance was drawn. That caught him off guard, as he remembered them as some kind of small elvish creatures that were very amusing to watch. He probably just had a very blunt idea of what the actual goblins were. It was alright though, as they didn’t seem to be particularly dangerous and maybe that was the reason that the job would be available even to him. Reading through the flyer, there was a magic knight joining him. Maybe a possibility to make just some more connections before he would officially join the Golden Dawn, which was a good thing. He also liked getting to know different people of different backgrounds, as it helped him getting rid of his taught prejudices towards certain squads or families. All in all, this mission seemed like an easy money as well as a good way to fill the time. The fact that he would be soon joining the knights also meant that he would be deployed on missions much more often. [break] Quickly making his way through few of his now favorite shops through the city, he made sure to stop at one specific potion shop. He would visit it once there were summer festivities going on in the summer. The witch owning the shop has sold him a pain stimulation serum, which young mage has used in order to develop a certain pain tolerance. Despite his initial doubts, the serum actually worked and he really wanted to thank her, because it helped him more than he initially thought. After doing so, he left the store with some free samples of lord-knows-what, only to find himself being a little late for the meeting. The meeting point was rather straight-forward, gates of Hapshass as it usually was. Noah didn’t want to run, so he just walked swiftly, making his way through the streets and masses of people that were currently flooding them. It seemed rather suspicious how everyone looked so careless and happy, as if they had no idea that there were mana beast occurrences on daily basis just right outside of the city gate. [break] Once making his way over there, he would see a familiar face and he couldn’t help it just smiled. He was obviously really happy to have met Ivy Ravencrest once again. “Well if it isn’t my favorite Black Bull.” He said wholeheartedly, while waving to Ivy and approaching her. It was a great thing that two of them got to meet again, as even if each of them didn’t really realize it, they were quite connected through the shared experience in the Cursed Forrest they conquered together with the captain of Golden Dawn. After initial greetings, Noah would focus his sight on something that was new and very surprising about Ivy. “I see you got yourself a great new weapon!” He was excited for her, as he could remember that young bull was struggling with the fact that she would often feel useless, even though that was definitely not the case. Two of them met at a great moment now, as it seemed like they both got way stronger than the last time they met. [break] “I got a few new tricks up my sleeve too, I was actually thinking about you recently, it is just a great opportunity for us to show how much stronger each of us got.” He smiled, apparently Ivy was developing her skills in a similar time frame as Noah was, and that was great for him as a possible comparison. “Well, let´s get slaying some goblins I guess.” He said, as he headed towards the nearby forest, hoping that they would somehow just encounter them. “Do we have any plan, like how we could attract the goblins?” He asked while walking alongside Ivy, given the fact that he knew very little of the creatures, besides the fact that they were rather annoying and weak.

Since Ivy had a hour before needing to go to the caravan Location she went into Hasphass blacksmith shops, luckily the blacksmiths were nice to give her weapon a quick resharpening, as a special service they even oiled the blade to prevent rust longer. With a sharpened and piled Druantia attached to her back Ivy made her way through Hasphass streets to go to the caravan location.
Gripping Druantia with her right hand she thought about the first training with Sir Griswold, that moment she threw dirt in his eye and was sure he couldn't see, his eyes were definitely closed and although she hadn't asked him about it she was sure he couldn't sense her through mana because she wasn't using mana anyway, no..that didn't sound right either, thinking about it more only brought further confusion. Letting that conversation slide to the back of her mind she arrived at the caravan spot, although she was told it would be a caravan the large transportation was no doubt, one of the slightly more durable carriages. Ivy sighed as she thought about the logic that royals and commoners mostly shared, the more important things often had better transportation, it did provide a safer trip but obviously it caught more attention by the most unsavory types of the Kingdom so it was most often a double edged blade.
In either case Ivy seemed to be the first to arrive as a capable mage or someone that appeared to be was not present, the only bodies around were the people that was loading the cart with supplies ranging from food to ale, and even had some cars of silver and gold, Ivy was sure that this carriage was doing to get attacked, maybe by goblins and thieves but hopefully not. Having stood in place for a few she heard a voice from behind, "Are you a Magic Knight?"
Turning around and showing her mantle she could see a frown cast upon the man's face but he quickly tried to make it go away but a hint of it was present, "Yes I am, I'm Ivy Ravencrest, Black Bull member." Perhaps it put the man's mind at ease despite being a Black Bull, knowing Ravencrest produced generations of magic knights for the Kingdom, Lydia and other Ravencrest members' fame stretching even beyond the Kingdom itself. "A young Ravencrest! What an honor to have you protecting my carriage on it's way to the prestigious royal capital."
Annnd, Ivy mentally left the conversation. The type that used status to determine how to treat people was the worst for her, she couldn't stand it. Keeping eye contact she listened to the guy go on about his rich experiences in the royal capital.
Perhaps it was because she recognized the voice on top of wanting to get away from the guy she was already forced to talk to, her head immediately swiveled as a voice mentioned favorite Black Bull. "Noah!" Ivy's voice squeaked as she walked towards him, meeting him halfway. Noah and her had only ever meant once but that one experience was life changing since they could have died on that day without Captain Zaven. Although Noah and her tried their best to fight and keep up with the Captain, the cursed forest dungeon while advertising it was a beginner dungeon was far too difficult for their past level of strength and magical ability.
Noah's eyes were drawn to her weapon as this was the first time seeing it, mentioning it was a great weapon. Ivy supposed in one sense Druantia Fang was a great weapon at the moment but every few battles it needed to be repaired and she had no doubt she would need to change it soon but she kept that I'm her mind. "Thanks Noah, you're looking more like a proper mage than before." Ivy said, smiling back as it was clear he had been training as well.
"You will always be on my mind Noah, and yes I'm excited to see how much we both grew." With the personal conversation done it was time to focus on the actual reason they both had come , suggesting they just walk into the forest unless there's a plan. "There is a plan, one far easier than going into the forest and hoping we just run into the creatures, the forest is ultimately their territory so it wouldn't be wise to try and fight there." Pointing to the carriage, "Although our goal is to take out goblins we will be escorting this carriage out of the town and past the first to the open roads, goblins have been stealing gold and silver and this carriage has that and more, goblins are sure to smell the food and will most likely attempt to ambush us. Basically we protect the carriage and the goblins will come to us making it easier to ...do whatever we have to do.
The flyer didn't mention killing the goblins, but there was a possibility that not killing them could make them more confident and just attack humans in greater hoards to be successful. Taking out a book from underneath her clothing labeled "Creatures of Clover Kingdom" Ivy opened up, breezing through the pages to land on Goblins, " It says here that although they don't seem much, goblins are stronger than the average human and can take a bit more wounds. On top of that they use earth magic and a habit of ganging up." Ivy said, showing Noah the book to read for himself.
"Young mages. " The guy before called out to them, instantly Ivy face went back to the list unamused face as he dramatically basically told them the carriage was ready to move out if they were ready to defend. "I'm ready, let's do this Noah." Ivy said to Noah as she leapt onto the top of the carriage, although she did like the free seat she mostly did this to act as an intimidation to the weaker willed thieves and creatures but she would imagine she looked silly as well.

[attr="class","noahtext"]Noah just smiled, and looked onto the man they were supposed to be escorting. Before engaging once again with Ivy, he would wave in a friendly manner and introduce himself. “Hi, I am Noah and it’s a pleasure to escort you.” He sounded fake, because he could already understand the man was a little bit on the noble side, showing apparent disinterest as Noah didn’t mention his family name. Quickly shaking it off, he would listen to everything Ivy had to say about goblins. “That’s a great plan Ivy.” He just nodded, as she obviously did her research, unlike Noah who just basically showed up. He was very happy that someone like the young Ravencrest was accompanying him, not only because he considered her to be a friend now, but also she was very knowledgeable and always willing to learn new things, even if it was about such things as goblins. Gravity mage realized that there would be enough time to talk more after they got onto carriage, as the man they were escorting announced that they will be leaving soon. Noah could sense a certain level of distaste from Ivy´s side towards the man, however he didn’t dare to ask more about that as it was not the ideal occasion. [break] After making it onto the carriage, he just jumped up and sat down next to Ivy. This way they both had better view on the situation that was happening around them. While none of them looked intimidating, he believed it could scare some ill-minded people off. After all, their job was to get rid of the goblins. The road on carriage was rather bumpy, making Noah little nauseous, but once they entered forest he kind of got used to that feeling and finally was able to talk to Ivy. “So how has your training gone so far? That glaive fits you so well, I had no idea you were using a weapon before.” This was his initial question, because he was genuinely interested. His whole training was done in the Shadowlands, under the mentoring of the Shadow of Dawn with whom were both mages very familiar. Noah, by this time also managed to understand Ivy´s magic, and found it extremely interesting. Two of them were really special even with their one of a kind magic, which made him feel even more comfortable, being around her. [break] Due to the fact that the two of them met when they were very weak, there was a lot of proving to be done. At least on Noah´s side, as it felt like the Cursed Forest left a permanent mark on both of them, not the bad kind though. Noah also, besides many other things finally got a hold of his sensory skills, even if they were up on very poor degree, he was still proud of that. His sensing abilities definitely weren’t the best, but he found the use of tracking abilities very useful when applied to his offensive spells. He was constantly trying to concentrate, and he wasn’t sure if Ivy could feel it too, but he just calmly spoke. “Two o´clock, six targets.” This would be all, they were rather close, and that was the main reason gravity mage could sense them. Not taking a long time, a very sad looking spear was thrown in the direction of the two mages. Noah, wasting no time just raised his hand, and the spear stopped in an instant-like manner, before shattering itself into hundreds of pieces. It didn’t take long, and the horses stopped and they got surrounded by a group of six goblins. Noah smiled, as he spoke. [break] “Okay, I think this is my turn.” He smiled, as he raised his hand in the air and softly spoke. “Encompassing Presence.” Seemingly, nothing happened as no one besides the mage himself could see what was going on. A small orb of gravity mana formed in his hand and rose up a few feet above him. It didn’t take long until the goblins would start feeling a pressure, that was pulling them towards the center of the invisible orb. They tried to hold on to rocks, branches and other things, however none of that seemed to help them, as the spell just sucked that in too. Noah quickly moved the orb a couple feet further from the carriage, as what was about to happen wasn’t exactly a best thing to be under. All the six goblins were weirdly spinning, having their bodies in very unnatural positions, before they would all collide with each other, after getting to the orb that was the center of gravity spell. During the whole time, the spell would be affecting Ivy and the man they were escorting as well, but it was one of new things Noah just learnt, excluding people from his area of effect spells. He would then easily end the spell, putting his hand down to neutral position seeing as all the goblins fell down on the ground, knocked out unconscious. [break] He would then quickly turn to Ivy to explain what just happened. “I don’t know if you could see my magic yet? But I really went all in on area of effect spells.” He smiled as the carriage would continue, not long enough until they got surrounded by six goblins again, hoping to rob the goods they were transporting. Noah just turned to Ivy, and with his hand gestured that it is her turn to show just how much she had trained. He would sit back and watch with full interest.
Elemental Type: Gravity Rank & Spell Type: Intermediate | Attack Creation | Restraining Range & Speed: 40 meters | 10 m/s | AoE 20 meters Mana Cost: 24 | 12 Stats Effected: -5 m/s Speed, Control -5 Applicable Perks: World Binding Description: This spell is activated by Noah pointing his hand onto a place in his sight and saying the name of the spell. After ]that a small orb of his mana is released onto that place and this orb will attempt to draw in everything within the range of 20 meters that is lighter than 600 lbs and no bigger in size than 6 meters. Due to the sheer force of gravity, anything affected with this spell will take intermediate rank of damage in form of moderate bone cracks or minor breaks, as well as become restrained, having their movement speed and control stat lowered. This spell is invisible, as long as the enemy doesn’t have 30 sensory. This spell can be broken via the according Restraining rules, having lowered durability because of it being an AoE. Based on the ammo rules, Noah can create multiple instances of the orbs as long as he has needed control to do so, however only one of the orbs remains AoE.

Ivy would imagine, to other royals or nobles she hated the idea of status all together, that was not the truth but it wasn't a complete lie. Ivy loved royalty or nobility that acted as such, however the inflated idea of their own self importance often showed the worst in them , those same types giveing birth to a son or daughter and the cycle continues spreading such foolish notions into the deepest crevice of the Kingdom.
The man they were to escort had already proven to be the type Ivy would prefer not to talk too and rightfully so, any man whom chose to pay her attention hearing the Ravencrest name was a man not to be trusted because her views and his views would clash, and when royals or nobles got angry or jealous, bad things could occur for all sides so such topics were better left never to be realized. Letting Noah talk her own words were quick and short, her distaste growing as the man spoke to Noah In such a disrespectful fashion.
Heaving chest Ivy quickly moved herself to the top of the carriage, Noah joining her hopefully for the same reason she was, although just the thought of doing it for company would be good and well for her too. The carriage began moving into the forest, the ride bumpy and Ivy snickered into sleeve as Noah didn't seem all too accustomed to it, Ivy sometimes rode animals as opposed to her broom or walking so being on top of a moving object made no difference to her. Due to his nausea most likely subsiding Noah brought up how her training was, mentioning her glaive fit her well and he hadn't known she was using a weapon before.
"Well.. I actually wasn't. Not actively at least, I often train in the forest, my magic being literal tree formations of various effects it makes me feel.. more attuned. I hunted food using a makeshift spear that gave me some level of weapon training I did not know I wielded. But it wasn't until meeting my fellow Black Bull Sir Griswold, opened my eyes to using weapons as a different form of combat. If I recall Noah, you ran out of mana and had to sit back a few times, you could think of this as my way to prevent the same for me." Realizing she didn't quite answer Noah question she looked at him with a smile, "Other than that I spent most of my time training alone in the forest, half spent on magic and properly wielding a real weapon after training with a wooden one for some time.
Smile fading Ivy ears lightly twitched as her gaze shifted to try brushes of the forest, besides a well of her mana and Noah, she could feel a dozen other similar presences around. "Not just two o' clock. We're surrounded but half of them are hanging back" Ivy immediately told Noah, as her eyes were open but she felt her viable perception fade and focus on the flow of mana around her instead, although her sensory skills weren't anything significant it was steadily increasing.
Opening her eyes she could see Noah lifting his hand as he clearly was eager to show Ivy what he could do now, she wanted to see it anyway so she didn't move but was definitely aware of the shifting presences moving beyond the brush. Turning her body away from the presences to entice them but at the same time allowing her to hang one leg off as she unclasped Druantia but didn't grab it.
She heard Noah spell name but nothing happened, moments later Ivy took that back as something was happening, the slow gather up of mana circulating in the air at the palm of Noah hand, the goblins around seemingly being dragged by the circular creation, and from the looks of the pressure it's exerting it was painful to be too close around. Ivy felt the spell trying to pull her in but she changed her posture allowing her to lean back in preparation for a leap but also to put her hands on the edge gripping down, the noble guy looked to be holding on for dear life and Ivy was amused.
"Yes I can see it in one sense, that training was put to good use!" Ivy swung her hanging foot back and forth as her eyes shifted to behind her and back to the front noticing the other hidden goblins got closer. However they would be too late as Noah's attack appeared to have crushed the goblins in a variety of places. It seemed Noah had not heard her earlier when she mentioned more but it was okay, it was her turn.
Since they had been far too close already the carriage only moved a few dozen meters before the goblins came out looking for their reward in silver and gold. Noah is giving the area to her now. Druantia Link: Smothering Hands Ivy see said smoothly without moving from her standing position by the carriage, her grimoire opening up and flipping through the pages, landing on one as several seeds popped out.
The seeds burrowing in the ground in front of her as the Goblins closed in, just as the goblins stepped on the seeded area they began to grow, the seeds creating seed branches that formed into large hands big slightly taller than the trees around them and like Noah she also learned how to limit the area of her magic, instead of spreading the hands she focused it to surround the group of six coming at her, trapping them in between the group for large hands as they closed the distance and then finally the hands collided with each other smashing the goblins together, curved spikes impaling the goblins as well hurting them further although the curse Imbued into the spell was weakened to nothing.
It would be just as Ivy finished that the sound of hurt low grunting could be heard behind the carriage, the other six goblins hurt and bones cracked but still conscious and undoubtedly furious.

Those with this perk can reduce the requirement for control to utilize a dual spec spell by -5 points! This further increases to -15 once the player reaches grand rank and -20 points once they reach archmage!
Hex and Curse-based spells may now deal damage without the need of an offensive spec. The damage they are capable of dealing is the rank of their spell minus one. Junior-ranked spells are unable to utilize this feature.
Description: Ivy utters the name of her spell, her grimoire popping out several seeds that nestle into the ground. These seeds quickly grow into a few tree branches in the shape of hands with curved splinters, being several meters tall and extend to collide with each other crushing the target in the center as long as they are in radius to do intermediate damage as Ivy finishes the spell name.
The curved spikes on each hand push into the target body, draining their mana and casting a curse that debuffs endurance, allowing the user next hit to do ½ junior damage as the hex itself causes junior subsequent damage.

Combat Summary: Ivy uses smothering hands to do Intermediate damage to six goblins, followed by Junior damage. Goblins need to be hit with another intermediate spell to be killed.
[attr="class","noahtext"]Noah was very surprised when Ivy mentioned Griswold, but it clicked as they were both in the Black Bulls. He smiled as the idea of the two of them training together was rather amusing given how different in natures they both were, but it was a rather sympathetic duo. However, as the goblins marched up and started attacking, he didn’t get to address that and would do so later, now the fight was on. They seemed to be more resistant than Noah initially thought but Ivy wasted no time and proceeded to attack another pack of them. “Wow they are so many.” He said, not frightened but rather amused, realizing that even if they were outnumbered, their power was just greater. Ivy then started casting a spell he didn’t know yet, and it looked like she really honed her attacking capabilities. She was no longer that scared and little hopeless girl from the dungeon and Noah was extremely pleased with that, it made him genuinely happy seeing her so powerful. The trees just spurted from the ground in an instant manner, which Noah observed even in the dungeon, and considered it really impressive. But then they just continued, it looked like a very well developed spell which was also entertaining to watch, unlike his magic which was invisible to most. “Nice!” He shouted as he saw golems smashed in between the two giant hands, additionally mutilated by spikes. Ivy´s magic was really dangerous, as it looked so beautiful but at the same time was really deadly. This combination was dangerous, as people could be easily fooled by the beautiful flowers and trees. After her spell was completed, the goblins were pretty much dead, at least from what Noah could see and it was not the prettiest sight but it was their job after all. “Those little monsters are more durable than one would initially think…” He said scratching his head, as the golems that he targeted before with his spell have rose up, being visibly wounded but just not dead yet. Noah sighted as he was a little annoyed by this, however there was not much time as the beasts just crafted a new set of their small weapons, which they started throwing their way. Thankfully, Noah already knew that these were not the problem, as their ranged attacks were very ineffective, but it was still needed to be stopped. Noah just pointed his finger onto one of the little spears and it instantly stopped and blocked the other weapons in making their ways towards the mages. Wasting no time, Noah would then just do a couple of gestures with his finger, as if he was directing the trajectory of the little earthly spear. It rushed back towards the goblins, and knocked them out one by one, by smashing their little skulls. [break] Noah didn’t really like the sight of that, but it was the fastest way to get rid of them, and he still had to train the homing effect of his Kinetic Link. After this was done, it looked like all of them were finally dead and the carriage could just continue. Noah paid very little attention to the man they were escorting, he mostly forgot that they were even supposed to protect him too, but he quickly looked onto the front of the carriage to see him terrified but alive. “Good.” He said silently, before he would turn back to the young Ravencrest. “Well this went very differently than those spiders in those caves.” He would now finally sit back down. “So, how far are we from the destination, do we think that there are more goblins coming?” He honestly hoped that this would be all of them, but seeing how many of them were present, he wasn’t so sure. “Also I forgot to continue with that before goblins attacked, but I did a few missions with Griswold and he is indeed an extraordinary mage! You are in the right company, Ivy.” He smiled, as the carriage would continue.

Finished those goblins and onwards we go![break] Gravity Magic: Kinetic Link
Elemental Type: Gravity Rank & Spell Type: Intermediate | Attack Creation, Sensory (Homing) Range & Speed: 40 meters | 10 m/s Mana Cost: 20 | 10 Stats Effected: +4 Power Applicable Perks: Knock-back Description: This spell allows Noah to weaponize any object present on the battleground. Activating the spell by pointing on one concrete object in his sight, Noah is able to use his gravity to apply his magic in form of small gravity point, which is attached to said object and moves the object as Noah wishes by gestures of his right hand. The gravity point is visible if enemies sensory is over 30 and looks like a small ball 3 centimeters in diameter attached to the object, and Noah can manipulate objects this way up to 600 lbs of weight (272 kilograms) with the size up to 6 m and based on the ammo rules, for every 20 control he has he is able to manipulate one more object at the same time. The size of the object doesn’t matter in terms of damage, as it’s the force it is manipulated with, dealing intermediate rank damage upon hit in form of moderate bones cracks or minor breaks as well as knocking the enemy back 4 meters and additional 5 meters for every 10 power Noah has. Standing in her position and watching the goblins get slammed together Ivy saw their flesh get pierced but because it was curved she knew well it wasn't deep enough to kill them. Leaving the goblins on top of the hands she would watch them struggle as they pulled themselves off leaving small holes in them they didn't seem to mind. "They truly are!" Ivy said as Noah commented on their durability that Ivy just witnessed first hand.
With the group of goblins climbing down, Ivy didn't waste time in deciding to finish them off "Druantia Link: Paraystic Drain. Ivy said still standing still as several seeds popped out of her grimoire again, nestling into the ground as roots quickly grew back out of the ground, grabbing the goblins as they touched the ground, wrapping around their bodies and sapping mana and nutrients out of their bodies, the roots growing and tightening their squeeze turning it into an deadly crush. "Druantia Link: Blazing Javelin" Ivy said next as in front of the ground grew a large tree in the shape of a javelin pointing right at the goblins getting crushed, the tree shooting at the goblins in a intense twirl as Ivy transformed it to set ablaze as she ran the large javelin through the bodies of the goblins getting crushed. Finishing after Noah she would ask the driver to continue the journey as she hadn't sensed anymore goblins. "I would prefer goblins over scary spiders in a dark area any day. " Ivy said recalling the spiders in the cursed forest they had to fight against but we're ultimately defeated by Captain Zaven, "our mission is already done, our job was just to eliminate any goblins that attacked the carriage, from here the road will be open so there be little chance of any further attack. Ivy said getting off the carriage to let it continue its journey, ensuring Noah it was time to get off as well.
"Did you? Sir Griswold is most definitely a great mage, I look up to his wisdom both in and out of the field" Ivy said brimming with energy. Quickly containing her excitement it was time to make the report. " It's time for me to turn in the situation to the magic knights so I believe this is where we say goodbye again to Noah. " If Noah allowed Ivy to clasp Druantia Fang again to hug him with both hands and then pat his shoulders , "[color=olive[For now anyway. I'm sure we'll keep meeting like this in the future![/color]"
[attr="class","noahtext"]After Ivy would finish off the last goblins, Noah quite enjoyed the show, her magic had gotten so much stronger as well as brutal and it really surprised him. Seeing her together with the spear, it made much sense and it seemed that Ivy has completely redefined her fighting style, which was very sympathetic. It was obvious both of them used the experience from the Cursed Forest as a call for improvement, and both of them did their job pretty well. Finally getting away from the goblin corpses, Noah would sit back and try to lie down, as the carriage was still going on. Thankfully, they soon hit the open road without any forests surrounding the path, and therefore the possibility of another goblin ambush were very low. Ivy finally got to speak about her training with Griswold, to which Noah just chuckled. He could see her being rather excited, and he was happy for her. After all he was sure that sooner or later, the solar mage was to become a new captain of said squad, and Ivy learning from his was just a great option for her. Noah had somewhat-similar bond to captain Zaven, however it has been still different as there were many external factors affecting that relationship, being in emotional distress over the course of an instance was one of them. [break] After Ivy finally said her goodbyes, he would smile and nod. Being hugged from her was apparently something he just had to get used to by now, and therefore he reciprocated the hug, even though it was still a little forced. “Okay, I am sure we will meet sometimes soon, take care and have luck training with Griswold! Looking forward to seeing how strong you got next time we meet each other.” He would smile and since there was no need to stay on the carriage, he would watch her fly away only to find out where he had to go next. The most rational thing to do was to go back to Royal Capital into his new fancy room that he gained as a member of Golden Dawn, after all there were still a lot of things to finish and stuff to unpack before he could really be the magic knight he always imagined. Setting up his broom, that was laying on the side of the carriage he would just fly off, quickly looking at the man they were escorting. “Well, hope you will be doing okay and I am sure no more goblins will be here, we got rid of all of them.” With this, he would just leave, even though the man was headed the same direction, he was pretty much the last person he wanted to travel with right now.[break] [exit]
