[attr=class,PERKname]Powerful Ties
[attr=class,PERKview]This perk allows for the player to gain a large plot of land that they essentially control. These plots of land are broken into two factions so to speak, provinces and dominions. A province is a city-state that though somewhat independent still answers to Clover while a dominion is completely independent and answers only to themselves. There are many additional perks each garner, some are the same while others are different but this comes down to which you want to be. There are only three slots for each and although allegiances can change there might be danger in doing so, so be careful when picking which you want to become. You must decide if you are going to become a dominion or a province upon purchase of this item. (Example: Powerful Ties: Dominion or Powerful ties: Province)
Your deeds and exploits have reached the ears of the kingdom's royal family and they have deemed you worthy enough to grant you the honour of your own province, all they request is that you continue your service to clover. This province will be an extension of the Clover Kingdom meaning though you do have authority there to make your own rules and laws, Clover still ultimately holds the reigns but this comes with benefits.
You've grown your notoriety or infamy but for whatever reason, you believe that being completely loyal to Clover is no longer the best course of action for you. Due to this you've all but severed ties with Clover and founded a new nation that you alone decide the rules and laws of. This has benefits but there are also downsides to going down this route.

Rules & Benefits
- Noble status rises (Commoner > Lesser Noble > Main Noble > Lesser Royal)
- 3 Legendary Bases for organizations or estate use (must be purchased, these are classed as independent from the estate rules)
- Are a political head of state or ruler for a population of 5,000 citizens
- Have an army at your disposal of 500 guards (capped jr rank), 400 soldiers (capped int rank), 40 commanders (capped senior rank)
Note: All are controlled only in groups for Siege and War based roleplay, and cannot be used to 'gang up' on characters. In addition to the listed general personnel of the standing military of your Province. You are also granted 4 generals (capped gnd rank that must be created) that DO NOT go against a character’s NPC cap.
Note: Only the generals are able to be controlled by the player and can leave the province, however, should they be taken from your lands due to either conquest or another reason, it leaves your province less defended.
- Gain a stipend of 5,000 yul from clover each month.
- Will have to follow the same treaties as the Clover Kingdom
- A character heir must be named at creation in case of death, goes inactive for two consecutive censuses or leaves (This, of course, can be changed via roleplaying. Failure to do so and one of the above scenarios happen means that the province slot would be freed and the inactive province would be archived.) If there is an heir then it would just move to the next in line if the aforementioned happened.
- Missions, events, dungeons, etc. That give out monetary value will also give a 10% portion of funds to the Province. These funds can only be used in upgrading legendary bases and generals. When powerful ties are fully upgraded then the funds can be used towards character development but will still need the approval of the staff.
- Events, Dungeons, or any other type of activity that may damage the territory will be required to allow the standing armies of a province the opportunity to defend.
- Once a Province has reached the status of sustainability, or 200,000 Yul in the treasury (items and/or money) they are allowed to make missions/events where the money in the treasury will be used to pay.
