[break] The time had finally come. [break][break] It had been an entire year since the attack on Cloverian soil from a foreign nation, roving, pillaging and murdering their way along the eastern shore under the cover of a large fog bank. Had things gone their way, much of it would have gone unnoticed, thus in turn meaning the magic knights would have known about it and responded to it after they managed to attack Aries Garse. Luckily, two magic knights managed to stop them before they managed to get that far, sending the stragglers home after killing several fishing communities and a farmer’s family. [break][break] Spending the majority of this last year using what scholars they could spare from going over information gained with regards to the demons, dungeons and potential threats from the other great countries, a general location had been uncovered from which these raiders might have originated. Understanding that what seemed like a smaller threat compared to the previously stated might grow into a bigger one if left unchecked, it was for this purpose that an expedition crew was put together. [break][break] An expedition team that would be setting sail today… [break][break] A team of individuals made up of magic knights from various squads, capable individuals sent by the church and even sell-swords throwing in their lot. To some, the composition of such a group might have seemed somewhat strange, given how many different mindsets, underlying goals and motivations might get tangled up with one another. And if things were to take a turn for the worse, maybe that would actually be the case. However, due to what was riding on this whole situation turning out in an acceptable manner, the benefactors behind this undertaking could only hope that there being plenty of common ground would be the deciding factor in people working together properly. [break][break] [attr="class","header2"] [break] At the port of Raque, three large vessels had been docked, sailors working around the clock to make sure that every single one of them would be stocked up to the brim, the interior was spotless and any vermin was vacated before they were to take to the open waters. While waiting for all of the members of the expedition to arrive, all individuals arriving early were allowed to inspect the ship, choose and prepare their quarters for their time at sea, and help with the work that remained as they prepared for their week-long voyage into unknown territory. [break][break] Around the docks, many had gathered from altogether different positions and standing, as many commoners had come to witness the ships along with their children, while more than a few nobles had come up to see where the money they had invested had been put to use. Truly, these ships and their crew were a sight to behold, even as much of the expeditionary force’s backbone had yet to arrive at the scene. [break][break] Greeting everyone,[break] I am Edward Ravencrest, although, many may know me better as the head archivist of both the royal and magic knight archives. His Majesty the crowned prince had hoped to be the one to give this speech, but alas, heavy is the head that wears the crown and so I have been requested to come in his stead. [break][break] Each and every soul here regardless of their wealth or status has agreed to take on a dangerous task for the betterment of the kingdom. There, of course, be people seeking fame and fortune and there is nothing wrong with this as everyone has their own path to walk in this lifetime. So I wish those seeking such things the best of luck in changing their fate. [break][break] There is very little information within the archives and due to it being centuries old it may not be valid, the best I can offer is the outline of each island so that the ships can dock with some relative ease, after that, you will be going in blind. Due to the uncertainty, there is a chance of being hurt, maimed or even worse so I ask you all to keep your wits about you and look after one another on this expedition to the great unknown as even if we get the request for aid it could take weeks before it arrives. [break][break] May the four spirits bless, protect and guide you and for those who do not believe in such things may the fates favor and protect you until you all return home. [break][break] Addressing all those that had gathered, poor and wealthy alike, it was time for the crew and the team to start dotting their I’s and crossing their T’s. For as soon as everyone had gathered, it was time for them to board as they awaited their departure.
To say that the black knight was ready for all of this to get under way was just about the biggest understatement of the century.
One year ago, he had been put on a trail of wanton slaughter and pillaging along the entirety of the eastern coast of the country. Starting at the southernmost portion of the shore and working his way up on horseback, the wolf had seen small to mid-sized communities of fishers reduced to broken tents and shacks, splattered in blood. Inspection had proven that there was no food or wealth remaining in the entire place, nor were there any bodies to be found, though the large amounts of blood proved that there should have been a lot of them all over the place. Continuing to follow up on this all the way to the northernmost regions of the coastline, it was there that he met another do-gooder that would aim to aid him in trying to figure out what was going on here, only to find several men clad in armor, and one wearing only robes.
After putting the warriors down with a quick display of martial skill and ending the life of the spellcaster, it turned out that when the latter fell to the blade, the eerie bank of fog that had been covering the place disappeared along with him biting the dust. This proved without a doubt that the fog was the doing of these strange foreign individuals, and that if they were to find where they had gone, all they would need to do would be to follow wherever the mist was thickest, and at the most random location in terms of placement. After all, there was nothing natural about it.
When they finally caught up with the mist, it happened to have surrounded a large farmstead, which in typical fashion, had been covered in blood, though all of the bodies were gone. This time however, following the clear drag marks took them to a large pile of bodies, surrounded by a few of the foreign raiders guarding it, as well as another caster. This caster however was unlike the other they had slain on the shore, using foul magic to raise the dead from a very large pile they had created. Spotting farmers and fishermen alike, it rapidly became abundantly clear that this pile existed out of the farmers they had slain here, as well as all of the people missing from the east-shore fishing communities. Men, women and children alike, none had been spared, being raised into a submissive state and attacking both of the mages that had initially come to save them.
By the end of the skirmish that ensued, the undead, the necromancer and her guard had been put down, the massive pile of bodies being set on fire and burned down until nothing but ash and bone remained. As it happened, the plan had been to raise an army large enough to assault Aries Garse, taking all of their riches and food while adding all of those bodies to the undead army and moving on to the next location. The sad part about all of it had been how poorly all of this had been received by the people that were tasked with protecting the realm against such threats. Utilizing means of magical dampening and visual coverage in the form of fog to let them massacre hundreds of Cloverian citizens without anyone noticing, as few in positions of wealth ever noticed when the poorest regions were being struck down. With the stragglers of the foreign nation allowed to retreat and tell the tale to their superiors, Griswold had hoped they would learn from it, and never come back.
But now here they were, ready to embark on a voyage that would take a select group of sell-swords, magic knights and members of the church, attempting to broker some kind of peace between the two nations. To him, it felt like a peculiar thing to do, to seek out those that had been on somewhat of a genocide while trying to become buddies. That was, if they could even find them. As it stood, there was really no one that had ever been to the lands of these raiders, as no one had really been able to pin-point exactly where it was, aside from knowing what general area of open ocean to look in. And while Griswold had had his fair share of fun times in the open ocean, fighting krakens and saving cargo vessels, fighting slavers and saving civilians, even going down to the very depths of the ocean floor to fight an entire city full of serpentine beings that held a grudge against all surface dwellers, he felt that it was his duty to sign up for yet another oceanic tour.
And so, as the black knight, arguably one of the most powerful members of the black bulls stepped onto the scene, he noticed all of the civilians that had gathered here today. Whether they were here to watch the massive ships with their kids, wish the expedition members a safe voyage or simply inspect how their money had been put to use for some oversea venture, part of it would always remain strange to him. But maybe that was just because he wasn’t a citizen of Clover, at least not like all of these other people were. Still though, he had made some small effort at blending in, and had made sure to pay his debts tenfold when it came to protecting the citizens he could realistically reach over the past years. Making his way through the crowd and onto the nearest ship, Griswold did not particularly care which one would take him to where he needed to be as he looked for a free quarter. Finding that everything was up to choice as no one else had yet arrived, he picked the room closest to the upper deck before tossing a duffle bag of clothing, some sharpening stones and dried-food onto the bed.
Believing a change of clothing and a sharpening kit were really all of the things he would need once they set foot on dry land, he sat down on the bed to give it a quick inspection. Finding it to be far more comfortable than the average tavern bed, he imagined he’d be more than capable of getting his nightly rest here. And so, as he got up and closed the door to his room, he laid down and shut his eyes. All things considered, he had plenty of lost hours of sleep to catch up on as it was, and given the comfortable nature of his bunk, he could imagine a plethora of locations that were far less suitable for a nap.
Words could not express how Amelia felt about what she was setting out to accomplish, well that wasn't true. She could but the words that would flow would be no less greater than that of a massive waterfall flooding into a crystal clear lake below. Anyway the point was that she had a lot of thoughts on this journey she was about to undertake. Her previous mission to go below the earth to clear what she thought of to be ruins of a lost kingdom of it's undead inhabitants. The reward she got for completing a task as a new nun of the order of Salamander earned her descent praise with the right people, those same people asking her to undertake this journey, a new land.
Amelia wasn't informed to any degree she would have previously liked to have had but the church was calculated, Aidolus was very clear on what her object was to be given a few circumstances, above all else she was suppose to stick with the one person she loved to travel with anywhere, Priest Thaddeus of the Hoard of Gnome order. Her training complete she was able to see Thaddeus a lot more now but this? They were going to explore a new land together which Amelia thought was very exciting given the danger this new land possibly held for them. Little to say, she intended to stick to him rather closely.
Although that was her main objective she of course was given a secondary one, a chance to explore the religions of other lands Amelia was tasked with attempting to take back any knowledgeable pieces of document about such religions, more noticeably religions that seemed corrupted or were direct acts of disdain to the spirits so the church could deem this land as a potential threat and if that was so, the Spear of Salamander would not take them lightly. And for that matter nor would Amelia.
Coming from a diffrent location than Thaddeus, and a few days warning prior to the date Amelia had been able to prepare well, her physique small but her muscles strong Amelia was able to stuff a bag full of at least two weeks worth of food and carry it all on her back, nestled between her back and the bag was Tundrem wrapped up in fine bandaged material having arrived on a horse with a wagon attached to it owned by a elderly farm couple that gave her a ride after she shared some food with them shortening her supply by a days worth, she had gave them a few words from the church as well and the experience had been worth it.
So here Amelia was, walking towards a port in Raque, a breeze passing by her Amelia took a deep breath of the salty sea air as she approached the docks, rocking in the waters around were three whole vessels of quite large sizes Amelia had to guess, her experience traveling via the ocean or any large body of water rather lacking. One of the first to arrive Amelia noticed one figure, Sir Griswold and she let out a chuckle, if there was danger he was best to have around. She thought of him a solitary man but one who would extend a hand out to someone in trouble, rather or not he would always do that Amelia couldn't say.
Standing in the midst of the crowd Amelia was hard to miss with her bag easily doubling her height as she looked all to excited to be going. The Spear of Salamander, the division of the church some would call the attack force fit Amelia rather well, her nature to fight was strong and she could not allow herself to stay complacent for long, always on the move, always seeking the next battle or adventure, anything was better than stagnation.
Clothing fit for traveling, fighting, or getting soaked Amelia was wearing a dark golden colored shorts secured by a white sash that drifted slight off her form, knee high black leather boots and her shirt was predominately white with fire like outlining, and a depiction of the sun in the middle, her arms covered in the same wrapping like material as Tundrem, her hair was flowing down to her mid back but it was kept in place by a white hair band she was wearing.
Listening to the speech Amelia nodded to most of it and then when it was time to get on the ship she waited on the main deck of one of the ships for Thaddeus to find her on, her bag doubling her height hopefully making it easy for Thaddeus to find her.
Maria and Charlotte arrived at the meeting place through one of Charlotte's portals. It was here that they listen to a speech from the Ravencrest and were shown their their room. The two girls arrived in a very clean space which Charlotte proceeded to carefully inspect.
"Are you sure you don't want to come Charlotte, you been with me on all these other dangerous endeavors. What's one more?" Maria snickered while trying to hide the fact that she would miss the girl since she had been with here nonstop.
"As much as I would love to, your father unfortunately asked a favor from me. Besides there will plenty of people here to look after you." Charlotte creates a portal to return home but Maria stops her.
"How... how is he doing?"
Charlotte smiles and places a hand on her lady, "He is always watching over you. Never the less Mi lady, stay strong. You have plenty of people to meet and see and remember. Your name is Maria!" Then the girl backed away into the portal bowing, "I await the glorious tales you have about your adventure!"
Maria did her best to smile until the girl disappeared but now that she was alone in her room, she plopped onto her head frowning. For some reason, she felt like somebody was leaving her and there was a chance they would never return.

It was early in the evening when the raven-haired necromancer started on her journey towards Raque, she was hoping to get there in the evening so if she did have to interact with people it would be easier on her eyes. She knew she could put her blindfold on and it would prevent her eyes from being hurt by the sunlight but she was trying to not rely on it. Fredrick had told her to become too reliant on something would only cause issues when it wasn't there. She had honestly thought that he was talking about equipment, what he was truly referring to was her partner who she now saw as a member of her family... even if he was breathing. Not wearing the blindfold as she should have was causing all sorts of issues for her even now but she didn't complain about such things.
Even now the belated noble despised both Aelia and Jin, the difference was he would tolerate the raven-haired teenager as his own fate relied on her now, he also believed that there was a chance to save her from her current path and would manipulate her as and when needed when Jin wasn't around. Jin to him was merely a means to protect her and that is why he gave the stark-haired male his own family's heirloom. Aelia could feel Fredrick's hostility towards the pair but didn't act against it and believed he would eventually come around and accept they were all family now. She, in honesty, had no idea what an expedition was, why it was so important or why people may see it as dangerous. Then again given how she was raised and her current profession she just saw the aspect of danger as just a casual Monday.
Fredrick had been the one to talk her into going to Raque after he had signed her up for the expedition given she still had issues with reading and writing. It was on his educational to-do list but shackles and barriers had to be taken down first or she would refuse and fuss in her own way. He was hoping that being away from Jin for a few months would give him the time he needed to sew more seeds of doubt or wishes into her tearing the two apart all the while knowing she would be completely oblivious to it due to how stunted her emotional and social skills were. He had also sold it to her that while she was on this expedition she would be away from her brother. He just failed to state which brother, but then again he didn't like either of them so it mattered not to him.
After the long walk, she eventually got to her destination and listened to the speech that was given, although, her eyes were looking around at the crowd subtly. She was worried her biological brother would be turning up while wondering if Jin would. After the speech, she went to where she was directed on the ship but as usual, instead of sleeping on her bed, she slept in the farthest corner away from the door while facing it so she would be ready to move if needed. She was also still not quite at the point she was ready to sleep in the bed although she did take the pillow and blanket with her to her sleeping space.

[attr="class","temppost"] Victoria stared at the scenery as her carriage made its way toward the port in Rague. She was wearing a new adventurer outfit, one that she had gotten custom-made for just this adventure. It consisted of a pair of sturdy boots, a pair of leather pants with a flared, and a tanned jacket with two tails over an orange shirt with a sturdy pair of leather gloves to finish it off. Given the fact that she didn't have much information about the type of environment that she'd be going to, the noblewoman had elected to go with something that would be functional for rough terrain while also still being comfortable to wear in case she needed to make a quick getaway during an attack. It had been a year ago today that a foreign nation had landed on the shores of the Clover Kingdom under the cover of a fog bank and slaughtered their way along the eastern shore. The invaders had managed to make it all the way up to Aries Garse before two magic knights stopped them though not before they had killed several fishing communities as well as a farmer's family.
Victoria had been very incensed upon hearing this as the farmer had been one that she had been scouting out and had plans to approach them in order to collaborate but now those plans had gone up in flames along with their bodies. The fishing communities had also been a major loss for the town of Rague as with their deaths, many of the businesses had to make do with other competitors or subpar products which in turn affected their bottom line. So naturally, when she had heard that an expedition team would be setting sail soon to their home base, he had immediately signed up for it and began to prepare for the trip. She had also convinced the head of the Dubois family to funnel money into the expedition stating that it would provide good publicity for the family as well as new potential discoveries and trade routes for the family to explore. Thankfully he had agreed and so the Dubois family provide the lumber in order to make the ships that would be taking them to the raider's home and she had even managed to get herself put on the team. "There's also the fact that there were supposedly necromancers as a part of the raider team that has me curious about what I can discover regarding my own Wraith magic while there."
She had plenty of time to do so as scholars were busy trying to gather what little information they could about the raiders in between learning about demons, dungeons, and other various potential threats from other surrounding countries. "Thankfully, they realized that they can't allow such a threat to stand without some form of retaliation." she mused, looking across at Bacchus who had a stern, putout look on his face. He wouldn't be joining her for this expedition, not like the last one as she needed him at the manor to take care of some business for her as well as look after the household. With the Dubois family getting ready to transfer over to a larger mansion within the next few months, there was a lot of work to be done and Bachus would need to be there to coordinate with them; a fact that he wasn't happy with since it meant that he wouldn't be there to protect her. He had only relented when he found out that his cousin Magnus would be there and had tagged along in order to both see her off as well as speak with his cousin regarding her safety.
Her carriage soon arrived at the dock and Bacchus disembarked first before offering his hand for Victoria to step out, taking in the salty air as she glanced at the 3 boats docked at the pier. There were many gathered here; commoners here to see the spectacle while there were a few nobles here, no doubt to see where their money was being funneled toward. "Yes those ships weren't cheap to make even with the discounts that we gave for the lumber for them though I'm sure you're all content that it was money well spent and will no doubt be bragging about it later." Victoria mused, already hearing some of the nobles doing just that for those that would listen to them. "How tactless" she muttered under her breath as she passed by the braggarts. Bacchus merely shook his head in disgust at how they were bragging about the amount of money they had spent financing this trip as if citizens of the kingdom didn't die in order for this to happen. Victoria decided to pay them no mind as it was easy to throw around money but she would actually be making a difference which would garner her far more respect than their empty tactics.
Moving forward, she spotted the head archivist Edward Ravencrest speaking to a small crowd and moved over to listen in as Bacchus gathered her supplies and instructed the dockworkers on where to put them. He didn't really have much to say, merely offering blessings to the expedition team as well as stating what little information existed about the island and its inhabitants. Turning away, she was greeted by Bacchus who lead her to one of the ships, bringing her to the deck of the boat. "My Lady, I have put your provisions in your room and informed the crew of everything that is required for them to look out for your well being. I await your safe return." he said, bowing and rising back to his towering height. "Thank you, Bacchus. Hopefully, we will have garnered some form of peace between our groups and return victorious" she stated before spotting a girl clad in the outfit of the Church of Clover. Deciding it wouldn't hurt to greet her while she waited for the others of the group to arrive, Victoria walked over to the woman curtsying once she got within a few arms' lengths of her. "Greetings Sister and blessings to you. I am Victoria Amandine Dubois, a member of the Blue Roses a pleasure to meet you."

The young noble was given a simple task, hold onto the amulet in his hand for one month and be within the heart of the forest; if the forest forgave his actions so would they. He done what was requested but little by little he was becoming weaker as the item sapped his mana from him until he finally perished. The docked boat's constant swaying was soothing to the large giant of a man who found himself hunched over in one of the boat's many rooming cabins. Although many of the rooms of the boat were occupied by multiple beds in which much of the crew shared the same space, Magnus had been graciously accommodated with his own, of course, this was due to the Aurelius families "generous" donation to the exploratory vessel, and though not an idea of his own Magnus, in turn, couldn't help but be grateful for it. After all, with his large stature, the other beds simply would not fit, or rather he wouldn't fit in them, not unless he wanted to be bunched up like many of the ship's goods that were carried below.
Magnus found himself pondering for days before the trip on two crucial things, and two crucial things only. The first was what the Aurelius family needed to donate in the form of gifts to this new land, in which, he ultimately decided on spices and herbs that could be grown in rough climates such as potatoes, chives, mint, oregano, parsley, sage, and thyme. Along with fruits like persimmons, pomegranates, crabapples, and strawberries. All foods that he was sure could hold up in tough climates. Not to mention seeds and a few pounds of soil that he was sure could be maintained by a few plant mages and where all else failed he at least had a few runed scrolls that had plant magic imbued into it to help maintain said soil and agriculture that had cost a rather large sum of money. Additionally, Magnus had brought a few embued heating charms with him hoping that the people of the village at the very least knew how to bathe, or had the concepts of hygiene down, but if not he was all for teaching them how, in fact, to do so. For Magnus, if he could help others and bring the wonders of the Clover Kingdom to others then he felt it was only just to do so, to be of service.
The second issue on his mind was one of simplicity and that was simply, what on earth to wear. Magnus eventually opted for a couple of outfits that he thought would be fitting for the environment and the people's culture. Many of his outfits consisted of leather and simple clothes wool and cotton, and though he much preferred his suits, he had a feeling that wearing such in these climates would lead to nothing but their ruin and destruction, and he wasn't one to waste a good suit. However, he would be lying if he said he didn't miss his usual form of attire, but safety came first, as did practicality, and having a suit would also contribute to him standing out more than he was willing to, especially after having heard about the islands inhabitants and their bandit-like and savage behavior.
Magnus had only found himself on this boat thanks to a few things, the first being the fact that he was an Aurelius family Elder with a slew of connections throughout the kingdom especially when it involved exploration, goods, or trade, with his family being in the business of such himself, and the second was because a few of his family members wanted permission to go on this exploratory vessel as some of their benefactors and sponsors of noble birth from whom they worked for who took an interest in things like exploration were on the ship and of course they were in service to them, as such a few members of the ship who roamed held the Aurelius family crest somewhere on their person could be found. The third is that his new position of being a member of the Blue Rose lent itself to being of use, and the fourth and final reason is that he had kept an ear to the ground involving all things pertaining to a magic knight of whom he knew by the name of Griswold. This wasn't to stalk the man by any means, but because Magnus felt the man had taught him a lot, and that he owed him, in addition to the man often finding himself in precarious situations, Magnus felt he should keep a small watch on him in case the man ever desired some form of assistance or service. After all, Magnus felt that at this point he was practically indebted to him with all the knowledge and adventure he had come to gain and be a part of thanks to Griswold.
Magnus finished dressing, and grooming and decided to make his way to the upper deck, having been on the vessel for what felt like ages, Magnus still found himself as spry as ever. It wasn't the first time he had been on a boat, and he dearly hoped it wouldn't be his last, but because of this he was familiar with the dangers of the ocean, and though he so desperately wanted to swim in it, he was routinely told by others that it was, without a doubt, a bad idea. Not just because of the drastic temperature of the ocean (even though he enjoyed such things) but simply because of the creatures that could possibly be lurking within the unknown, and even the islands inhabitants could possibly pose a threat, for they knew not their customs or if the water could possibly hold some form of significant meaning too them. Magnus silently chastised himself for these facts, not wanting to offend anyone, but also mainly because even with all that knowledge he still so desperately wanted to go for a swim and feel the saltwater through his hair, of course, such swimming would be followed by immediate bathing.
However, he had to maintain a sense of professionalism, and though he didn't wear the mantle at the moment at least openly, as it was in fact folded and tucked within his grimoires satchel, he was still a Royal Knight, not to mention an Elder of the Aurelius family, and his reason for being on the boat was only allowed because of those two factors and those two factors only. Although Magnus did contribute in another way besides being an Elder and Magic Knight, and that was by his connections, Magnus had found that through the passing months he had run into all manner of people.
Magnus made his way to the deck of the ship in his island-fashioned attire, stretched, and petted the blue-antlered cat of a spirit who rested on his shoulders, Fantelo. The blue furball stretched and wagged his tail. Magnus of whom stared at the ocean with wonderment and curiosity.

Rank & Element: Senior | Paint Class & Type: Enchanted | Magic Trinket Magic Specializations: Physical Reinforcement Appearance & Lore: Click For Image A Magical Ornate Paint Brush Set that comes with six 4-inch Paint Brushes in total all with different widths and styled bristles. The paintbrushes are ornate in design, with swirls of small patterns and silver in color. They have purple bristles that fade into white at their tips. Nothing is too special about these paintbrushes on their own except they are sturdy and have no need for a palette or canvas as they are capable of producing any color of paint on their own with a slight infusion of mana. These paintbrushes were a gift to Magnus from his mother when he was younger and as such he cherishes them dearly but also uses them for his magic. However, as they are a magical set, they all share the same durability, thus if his weapon were to break even if it was just one paint brush due to an attack capable of destroying a senior rank trinket all of them would break. Outside of the fact that they can release paint and draw on the air, these trinkets are nothing more than blunt objects. As such, they cannot be used to stab or pierce without the usage of a spell or its ability. Abilities:
A masterfully crafted two-inch long white gold pin in the shape of a paintbrush in the middle of the handle lays a very rare unique sapphire blue moonstone.
At the origins of house Aurelius being recognized as nobles a set of eight unique pins were made, each pin was designed with a specific artistic or scholarly pursuit in mind and each having a differing type or rare gem or variant of a semi-precious gem inlaid on it somewhere. One was then given to each elder of the house.
The way they decided who would wear which pin was dependent on the pursuit that aligned with each pin. This meant the elder who found beauty in the craft of calligraphy would be given the pin which had the scroll and quill whereas the elder who found beauty in gardening would wear the pin-shaped like a rose in full bloom.
As an elder retired they would pass the pin to their successor. Who would then take on the responsibilities of every elder that wore the pin before them? It is believed that every elder on their final day of wearing the pin puts a slither of their mana into it so they might be able to guide those that come after them. Some elders have said they have felt the presence of their ancestors from the pin, especially during times of great turmoil or stress.
They've said as they become more attuned with their craft and the understanding of their duties the pin has given them a strength they didn't know they otherwise possessed. It is because of this these pins are seen as more than just a status symbol but something to be proud of and protected so that the future of the family can continue in its pursuit to serve those that would require their services.
