The brush is painstakingly hand crafted with hand painted dragons on the brush and cap . thru this brush Ozma has the ability to communicate easier as well as a way to use his paint magic easier.by channeling a minor amount of his magic Ozma is able to write in the air to communicate with other people as well as being able to paint without true surface making it easier for him to use his Paint magic
