Standing at a commanding six feet tall, Ardere has an extremely powerful physical presence. He weighs well over two hundreds pounds of pure muscle. He had the physicality of a man who trains every single day of his life, with little rest. Unfortunately his body is also covered in dozens of scars, from the wars fought over the years. His skin is a pale complexion, but his hair is a light brown with a light red tint to it. He keeps his hair short with his side burns shaved evenly.

Ardere's style is very flashy and regal, with a red and gold tunic he usually wears. He has bright white pants and red shirts as well as various capes to suit his position as Captain on the Crimson Lions. He occasionally dons an armor set worn by his father, but it has since been broken and he has not had the heart to repair it. So he merely wears his Archangel's tunic, which he won in the Shining Stone Palace. He is also very fond of wearing suits and regal clothing. His entire style as a person screams regal. His style is that of a King.

Ardere has traditionally always been a man of passion and emotion. He is a high energy person who loves to talk to people and can be very stubborn. He is very driven and determined, and will not stop until he gets what he wants. He has a very serious drive and passion for power to protect those that he loves. He has spent a lot of time dwelling on how to protect those he loves. Even as he became Vice Captain and Captain, he still had that energy. He is a very charismatic man who knows how to talk to people.

Ever since the shatter, he has changed a bit. He still has that energy deep inside his heart, but he has become solemn and thoughtful. He constantly dwells on the death of his former apprentice; Silas. He has become hardened and serious, but he still has the fire to gain more power. After being one of the strongest Captains, he has felt fallen for the past few months since the shatter. But there is something deep inside of him that wants to keep fighting. He keeps trying to get better to be the man he was, but it is hard after such a loss. He doesn't want to lose that fire. He doesn't want to fail again. No matter what it takes, he will defeat his enemies. He will find peace. Too many have died for him, so he must live for those he loves, even if some have fallen. He has a strength and ferocity about him in battle that is unmatched, and he cannot forget that.

Ardere was born in the Common Region in Clover, to Ryoku and Fura Kasai. The Kasai family had made their way into the Noble ranks of Clover through a marriage into a lesser Noble Clover family. Ard's father and grandfather traveled to the Clover Kingdom while Ryoku was just a boy. The man made his way into the Magic Knights and up the ranks to even become Captain of the Purple Orcas. He started a family, marrying Fura and solidifying his family into nobility. Running his family's trading business and being a Captain was hard, but he was a revered man. Unfortunately when Ardere was a preteen, Ryoku was killed by a daemon worshipper in a heated battle.

Ardere was angry and lost for many years, trying to figure out his purpose without his father, the man who trained him and taught him how to be a man and fight. He found himself after taking the Magic Knight Exam, and making it into the Crimson Lions. He spent so much time training and trying to be strong like his father, but it wasn't until Lysander took him in that he realized he could be his own man. He had initially wanted to be a Purple Orca like his father, but quickly realized he was no a defense mage. The Crimson Lions was where he belonged. He got closer to his Captains and members, even attained the Vice Captain spot. Then the war with Diamond hit.

He spent four years on the front lines of the Diamond war, in the Forsaken Region. He received many scars and witnessed many deaths, but he became a very experienced fighter. This drove him to become Captain and take over his squad, being responsible for the death of 3 Shining Generals. Even after losing Lysander, he exuded strength and tried to take help his squad grow. After losing a second father, it was tough, but he used that loss to strengthen himself. Lysander gave himself for Ard and the Lions, hoping they would go into the future with strength and courage.

After the shatter, Ardere has sort of lost himself. Losing his close friend and former apprentice Silas has almost broken him. For months he spent so much time sitting in his office, dwelling on what he did wrong. He was broken. But now he has to move on, and to honor Silas' memory he must get stronger and defeat the daemon. He will now go on a journey, a search to regain his strength and perhaps some more. So many have died over the years. He has to make a change. The Clover Kingdom is his home. Even if his ancestors may not be from there, he will fight for his home.

[break][break]MAGIC DESCRIPTION: Ardere utilizes the element of fire primarily through physical means. He is a master physical reinforcement mage, but he supplements this through the use of creating weapons and armor of fire. He also utilizes self healing and transportation to help himself in battle, and to help others. But he primarily utilize his physical strength and martial arts skills in tandem with his magic, to destroy his opponents. Almost all of his efforts are put into magical power, and he attempts to overwhelm his opponent no matter how long it takes. He is ferocious and relentless in battle, utilize a variety of weapons and buffs.
