Some people thought it was a smart to use dark arts from the past without being fully sure of what it exactly is. They requested Magic Knights to come to the town and deal with the situation. One of the Magic Knights was Charles who was sent to this mission despite not wanting to as usual. The fact that some people thought it was smart to unleash a bunch of undead on the population is probably one of the dumbest things he has ever heard in his life. No way in hell he will deal with something so stupid, but that was going to be the case today. Today he was exactly going to do something he thought was stupid.
The lazy black bull wasn't going alone this time, though. He was accompanied by a more senior member of the black bulls. Rosalia who is known to be a workaholic and the exact opposite of Charles when it comes to doing work as a magic knight. The person who has the highest chance of becoming the next Vice-Captain of the Black Bulls, people inside and outside the squad thought the same. Even he thought the same thing, there was no one else on the Black Bulls that was able to match her in terms of hard work and dedication as a Magic Knight. This was his first time ever going to a mission with her, so he wasn't exactly sure how this was going to play out, but judging by the witch's hard-working nature it wouldn't be hard a mission.
After agreeing to fly all the way to Aries Garse. Charles used his silver magic to create a silver owl that was capable of flying the two of them to the town. He got on top of his silver owl first and waited for Rosalia to get on the owl as well. "Agh, why do I have to do this?" He placed his hands on the owl and sighed. Trying to get away would've been useless, it's likely Captain Malcolm or even Rosalia herself will drag him back and force him to do the mission.
As soon as Rosalia got on top of the owl. It took off flying towards the direction of the town of Aries Garse. It was already dark, which was one of the main reasons Charles didn't want to go, it was night time. During this people were sleeping comfy on their beds, he wanted to be one of those people so bad, but no that wasn't going to happen. All because of some stupid cultists. The lazy black bull looked back at Rosalia who was behind him. Her appearance always taking the attention of every single male within range, whatever it was it didn't seem to affect him at all. Was it his own lazy personality that had to do with it? "So Rosa... Are you going to take the test for Vice-Captain soon?" Charles asked with some curiosity. It was obvious she was a good candidate for the rank of Vice Captain, but was she going to take it? Considering her workaholic nature it was likely he was going to take it for the sake of helping out the Captain manage the squad.
The silver owl kept flying towards the town, with the moon and stars illuminating their way, with the cold wind and calm sound of the night. Despite it being night time the scenery was beautiful for the two of them to see. After asking Rosalia he took a moment to look around, it was quite peaceful with just the sound of the wind and their voices. It made him want to sleep even more, but he knew he wouldn't be able to sleep until he's done, which resulted on him wanting to finish the mission as fast as possible.
Rosalia smiled and nuzzled herself into the warm neck of the man whose bed she found herself inside of this afternoon. His scent filled her nose and she inhaled it happily, knowing full well he was already awake. Her naked chest was pressed against his and his strong arms held her against him, offering her protection, trust and warmth. The beauty was growing used to it. She knew as much. He was intoxicating to have, like an addiction. Her lust for him was unrivalled and when it came down to sex he always performed to her satisfaction. The witch lifted herself off and looked at him, a smile on her pretty lips before she leaned over and gave a quick peck on the lips. [break][break] “I took on a mission today.” She explained, earning a groan from the male underneath her. He asked for five more minutes and it made her giggle. Rosalia couldn’t oblige him, however, and gave him another apologetic kiss before heading out to her room to dress for her mission. She slipped into the shower quickly, wanting not to smell like sweat and sex for Charles, who she’d been assigned to do this with. In all realities, Rosalia found the boy rather sweet, albeit lazy at times. He still had good intentions and she trusted him with the everyday tasks. She was curious to see what magic he used, and excited to get to work with him in a different environment. [break][break] The beauty walked over to her wardrobe, water droplets dripping off her body and down onto the hot pink carpet she’d furnished her room with. She quickly threw on some underwear before slipping into her usual black leather and latex combat bodysuit. With a towel she dried off her hair as much as possible before throwing it onto her bed and staring at her reflection in the mirror. She looked…she had that morning after sex glow, and it made her roll her eyes playfully and smirk. Of course. The woman reached over and threw some gloss over her lips before heading down the wooden steps of the Black Bulls base to meet her partner for today’s mission. Upon reading it she had laughed a little at the amusing circumstances behind it. If one didn’t take their time to study runes, they would have to learn the hard way how fragile their spelling could be. She knew that first hand from her experience in the Icy Mountains of the Storm Jarl’s Tempest. She’d spent days learning to draw runic and magical circles with Azordesmon and Azisorius. And the two dragons were strict teachers in their own ways. There was no greater relief and success for the beauty than having the two mana beasts NOT swipe away her circle for not being round enough, or for her rune missing a tip. It was…an experience for the perfectionist who’d repeatedly been told her work wasn’t as perfect as she’d hoped. But there was no greater satisfaction than having a magical circle you spent an hour drawing NOT get deleted by a giant creature of extreme power because “That’s not the offensive rune you need, witch.” [break][break] The beauty chuckled under her breath at Azordesmon’s strict ruling as she stepped into the main hall, where she found Charles, already dressed. She was pleasantly surprised. Perhaps he wasn’t as lazy as she though he was. He even offered to fly them over to Aries Garse, an action that made her raise an eyebrow before nodding. A large owl…out of…metal? Iron? No…it wasn’t steel either. The beauty’s ruby eyes moved to stare over at Charles again…he wasn’t a noble and he used a metal as shiny, rare and malleable as silver? She climbed onto the owl after him as she heard him complain and a little laugh escaped her. [break][break] “Because you’re a Magic Knight, silly, it’s our duty to help those in need.” She wrapped her arms around his waist in order to hold on properly. She wasn’t really used to flying on something akin to an owl. She preferred having her own wings, literally. It was night by the time they were in the air and neared Aries Garse. [break][break] “Your ride’s pretty neat.” She said, petting the large bird carefully with one hand while holding onto him with the other. He then brought up her taking on the Vice-Captain Exam soon and a little blush dusted over her cheeks. He knew. But how? She’d never really made her intentions clear or stated it out loud. [break][break] “I will…how do you know about that? I’ve never really shown any particular interest in it beforehand.” Rosalia was sincerely puzzled. She was good at hiding her emotions, but perhaps it had grown obvious to the more observant members of the squad that Malcolm and her were best buds. Still, that shouldn’t have been enough indication.
Her ruby eyes watched the scenery below them, the sparkling lights that indicated a village or a tower of some kind in the distance below them…It was interesting to see. Rosalia usually preferred her missions in the morning, as she could get drunk in the evening, but today wasn’t going to be one of these days. [break][break] She would wait for Charles to find a place to land his own once they approached the unfamiliar location known as Aries Garse. The witch had stepped foot there only once before, as a member of the Roses…and it had ended in a lot of confusion for all of the Magic Knights involved. Either way, once they were on ground, Rosalia made sure to pet the giant owl gently again. [break][break] “Never took you for a silver user…I must say, you have one of the prettiest elements I’ve ever seen.” She complimented before looking around at a set of about….five hooded figures running around, almost as if their robes were on fire. Right…so those were the idiot cultists the mission spoke about..and what they had released upon the world. Her eyes narrowed and the temperature around the two Black Bulls fell significantly under the 0 degrees as Rosalia entered her combat mode. [break][break] “Let’s focus on the ghouls first, but keep an eye out for the cultists so that they don’t try to run away…” [break][break]

Rosalia got on the owl and explained to Charles why he needed to participate in the mission. He was too lazy to argue about it and instead he just sighed. "Fine..." The lazy black bull was caught off guard as the red-haired bull wrapped her arms around his waist. This was unusual for him, but he knew it was likely because she wasn't used to flying which was normal. "Thanks." He replied as she was praising his transportation spell, people rarely praised him and generally just saw him as a lazy magic knight. It seemed he wasn't to Rosalia, he usually paid no attention to the insults, but getting some praise every once in a while felt nice to him.
Even though the cold-hearted black bull was good at hiding her emotions, Charles despite his laziness was a very perceptive young man. "It's obvious. You have been a member of the Black Bulls for a while, you have a close friendship with Captain Malcolm. Not only that, you constantly go to missions and work a lot. Plus, I'm not the only one who thinks you are likely to be our future vice-captain. Another thing, I don't think you out of all people will turn the chance of becoming the Vice-Captain of the Black Bulls. This time he didn't speak in a monotonous way, but talked more seriously proving the fact that despite him acting lazy most of the time he was perceptive. The signs were obvious, there was no reason why she wouldn't take the chance to make the Black Bulls a better squad and helping the Captain. Maybe if she was more like him then probably not. Even though Rosalia had flaws like every person in the Black Bulls, she also had good qualities, personality qualities that made up for her flaws.
They were now close to the town of Aries' Garse. The silver owl began to descend in a clear landing area. "Alright, we are here." This was his first time in the town, but he knew the town was well known for being one of the nicer towns that were located in the Forsaken Region. The owl safely landed in an open area, the silver mage got off the owl as the ice mage once again petted the silver owl and proceeded to compliment him again. "Hmm... Yeah..." Charles covered his mouth and yawned before resuming his sentence. "I haven't seen a lot of silver mages, I guess I'm one of the few." She was right, Charles didn't appear like a silver mage at all, in terms of appearance, personality, and social status. The very rare people who use more refined elements like Silver or Gold were usually nobility so seeing a commoner like Charles wield such a rare element wasn't something you will always see. His Silver Magic wasn't even more weird trait Charles had, but the lightning/electric properties it has.
The lazy black bull was standing beside Rosalia, as soon as she saw the stupid cultists that fucked up his night. It suddenly started to feel cold around them, for a moment he looked at her. She was fully concentrated, the look on her face was different from her usual self. It was obvious who was the source of that cold feeling. The ice mage then spoke to him telling him to focus on the ghouls, but to also make sure to keep an eye out for the cultists. "They wouldn't be going far, I'll track them down after we are done with the ghouls if that's the case. I want to finish this quickly and go to sleep." He actually hoped for them to not go too far away. Looking for them later will surely be a pain in the ass for him. His main objective was to finish this mission as quickly as possible.
"It's possible they are inside the town, that could explain why the cultists are at the outskirts trying to getaway. I think they are more worried about the ghouls."Charles began to walk towards the town, it was possible the ghouls will be there causing chaos. Why else will the cultists be on the outskirts? It was obvious there was something inside the town they were scared of that's why they were running around trying to maintain a distance from the town itself. It was dark and he had a poor sensory ability so he had to remain wary of surroundings. He had never encountered ghouls before so he wasn't sure what to expect, this gave him another reason to be careful.
When Charles started laying down the facts as to why he thought she would be the next Vice-Captain of the Black Bulls, the beauty’s eyes widened. She was a member of the squad for a long time, that was sure, and she worked hard, it was in her nature and attitude as a person (being a workaholic). And he’d noticed that Malcolm and her were friends, which, while they didn’t really spend all that much time together in public…She raised an eyebrow at Charles as they rode together on his owl. He was perceptive, that was more than certain. But when he mentioned nothing further surrounding that specific topic, Rosalia felt the little breath she was holding leave her lips. Since when had she been holding her breath? She felt something turn in her stomach when he told her that not only one who saw her as their future Vice-Captain…perhaps Malcolm had merit in asking her if she was interested in the title.
When they spoke about Silver users, Rosalia knew that he was the first she had met. There was no-on with an essence quite like Charles’. It was simply a fact, and the beauty had met hundreds of magic knights over her years in the organizations. When the younger Black Bull member said he wanted to get this done quickly so he could go back to sleep, a little smile crossed the icy features of the red-head. That was the most Charles thing she’d ever heard him say. He really was such a lazyass. But he was part of her family, and she couldn’t do much but appreciate him for who he was, despite his flaws.
The witch headed into the village after Charles, her ruby eyes on guard as she took out her grimoire and summoner out her trusty whips of black ice. “Frostbite.” She uttered in doing so, letting the weird material that was black ice leather wrap around her right thigh and wrist. The beauty always liked to keep a weapon on hand, even if the threat hadn’t show itself fully yet.
Her eyes narrowed however when she noticed a drop of blood on the ground, and she quietly motioned it to her friend, then a larger one…and then a pool of what seemed to be a person ripped to pieces. It made her ruby hues narrow as she glanced at what seemed to be bloody tracks…five of them that lead into a dark alleyway that made her sigh. “Poor people…” The beauty muttered under her breath as she stretched her whip out between both hands, and walked into the alleyway. Two pairs of dark red, burning hues turned to face her instantly and the appearances of the summoned ghouls was instantly something that made her want to get drunk. They looked human, only their legs and arms were twisted down as if they belonged to a dog, and they had no actually stomach or skin, they were all bone. Fucking hell. They were ugly. The two monsters instantly snarled at the pair of wizards and quickly ran at them. Rosalia shook her head and quickly cracked her whip down at the first one that got close enough for her to smack. Whips had the uncanny feature of being usable at both medium and long range, and although she preferred medium, the ice witch didn’t want to risk ending up like that pile of cartilage and blood on the floor outside of this alleyway. As the far end of the weapon impacted the ghoul she watched it’s bones crumble and its ribcage shatter. Good, so they were rather fragile. It made sense. And it didn’t get up either. Her attention quickly directed to the second enemy in front of them as she swung her weapon again, this time from midrange, straight up wrapping the icy black leather around the head of the monster and ripping it off. It was crushed under the sheer force. Her satisfaction lasted only for a bit longer however, as she saw the three other owners of bloody footsteps appear in front of her, and when she glanced back at Charles, she realized they were surrounded, as another four of these horrible creatures bottle them into the alleyway.
“They work like a pack…smarter than they look.” She whispered to Charles as her grimoire floated besides her. “Can you take the ones from the back?”

His lazy behavior was what he was known for inside the Black Bulls, the squad of misfits. Though something got him into the Magic Knights that he wasn't self-aware of was how perceptive he was towards his surroundings. He was able to tell Rosalia was probably going to take the spot of Vice-Captain, not because she said she was going to, but judging by her actions and general personality as a hard worker for the squad. There weren't a lot of people who will turn down the chance to become the Vice-Captain of their squad, much less someone as Rosalia who has worked hard and surely wouldn't put down the chance to help her friend that was Captain Malcolm. Charles will be surprised if Rosalia said she wasn't going to even try to obtain the chance of Vice-Captain. The chances are someone like him will turn down such opportunity due to his personality and way of seeing thing, plus becoming Vice-Captain will only mean more work for the lazy black bull.
As the two black bulls made their way through the dark town that was being attacked by the ghouls. Charles took a moment to look at Rosalia's ice spell that transformed it into a sort of whip, the whip itself took a form of black ice which Charles found interesting. He heard that witches possessed strange types of magic, they usually had different properties the type of magic they had wouldn't usually possess like Charles's silver magic that was capable of taking the properties of lightning magic even though Charles wasn't a witch he had that ability.
Charles spotted blood on the ground which meant the ghouls had already started attacking people. All thanks to the stupid cultists that thought it was a good idea to mess around with dark arts from the past. The silver mage followed his senior member his eyes looking at multiple directions. Until he spotted a ghoul who looked similar to a human, this disgusted him, but the ice witch quickly dispatched the ghoul coming to their direction without any problems. They were undead which meant they were fragile. He even took note of Rosalia's sudden change of attitude, it was cold and showed no signs of emotion or empathy towards those creatures. There was no reason to, but it wasn't hard to notice the sudden change. She took out the other ghoul without batting an eye the whip was stronger than it looked.
The witch then turned to him and told him to take out ghouls that were cornering them. "I already saw them..." He slowly nodded in acknowledgment, the silver mage already knew what to do. His grimoire floated beside him looked at the ghouls that were in front of him. "I'm going to finish this quickly. You guys are a pain in the ass..." Two silver swords will appear above Charles. The swords will shoot towards the direction of the four ghouls, but miss... The ghouls were intelligent and were confused at first as to why that happened. A second after having contact with the ground a surge of lightning surrounded and electrocuted the ghouls and shortly after killed them. In a similar way to Rosalia, Charles silver magic wasn't only rare, but it had even a rarer trait, it had lightning properties which allowed his magic to be used in multiple ways.
Charles turned to the witch a few seconds after he killed the ghouls and remained on guard. Even though they were weak they could easily outnumber them if they were not careful, especially if they didn't know how much ghouls they were in this town. They also had to capture the cultists after they were done, but that will probably be the easiest part.
Name of Spell: Silver Sword of Lightning Elemental Type: Silver with Lightning Oddity Rank & Spell Type: Intermediate | Attack Creation | AoE Range & Speed: 40 meters | 25 m/s | 20 meters Mana Cost: 20 | 10 Stats Effected: N/A Applicable Perks: Wounding Attack: Twice per thread if an attack spell deals damage to a target or their mana shield you can cause a wounded damage debuff to occur. This causes target to have -2 m/s and -3 in power, durability, and control. This last only a single post. Quick Shot: This perk allows a person's spells to naturally move 5 m/s faster than normal, this increases to 10 m/s at grand rank. Description: Charles creates a Silver Sword that appears above him. The sword deals intermediate damage and is capable of creating a temporary lightning field which lasts a few seconds inside an area of 20 meters. He can also create additional swords (20 control required per extra sword). If the user also desires he can also use the sword as a weapon instead of throwing it, but if the user wants to keep using he will use mana to sustain it.
Rosalia was impressed with Charles’ lightning oddity. It was interesting but she found it made sense due to the way metals reacted with electricity in general. She’d read about it in random books back in her brother’s home. Or well, if you could call those men brothers. They were about as far from a blood connection as horses were with owls. She was a witch through and through. [break][break] The beauty retracted her black ice whip and wrapped it loosely around her right hand. She let a little chuckle escape her lips as she turned to Charles. “Impressive…do you always talk to enemies you know can’t respond?” Rosalia teased softly, blowing gently in Charles ‘ear before walking further down the hidden alleyway, in the direction where the first two enemies came from. The Black Bulls had just taken on six of these creatures alone and dispatched them rather quickly, but there were probably more that remained further ahead. They had to be careful and not get cocky. As they moved, the witch would try to make conversation while also attempting to satisfy her closet magic nerd. “So what does Silver magic feel like? Any particular quirks it comes with?” She asked, letting her curiosity slip. Hopefully Charles would bestow her with a response that was satisfactory. The woman knew that if he did, she’d talk to Malcolm about it nonstop. Her poor Captain would have to deal with her blabbering on and on about it for ages. She knew she was making it sound worse than it was in reality. He was her best friend after all, and they found each other perfectly matched in humor… [break][break] That’s when she felt that horrible stench from earlier. The scent of dark magic, of fiends…of summoned entities and rotting flesh. Three…no. Six of them. Rosalia cursed under her breath as she unfurled her whip from around her wrist, then she extended it out, grabbing one of the ends and spinning it around so the edge rotated down at the first ghoul that appeared within view. The whip slit clearly through its head and then she retracted it back before getting the second weapon off from around her thigh and swinging it at the nearby chimney, pulling herself up to the top of the roof to get a better view at the enemies. Her grimoire lit up in front of her, the pages flipping over as the mage leaned back and exhaled a beam of powerful and sharp shards of ice down from above in a line, killing another three of the ghouls in a line before pulling up and wiping her lips with the back of her hand. Hopefully Charles could handle the other two. Her ruby hues scanned the area before noting that there weren’t anymore enemies in sight. [break][break] Once they were done, she’d jump back down to where he was and give him the biggest smile she could muster considering her cold and calculated state. “We should go back and arrest the idiots that unleashed these upon the town.” [break][break]

The silver mage killed the previous ghouls in front of them. Even though they were plenty of ghouls they didn't seem to put a lot of resistance against his spells. Mainly due to the fact that they were undead. His magic's lightning oddity taking care of the ghouls that were within the spell's range mainly getting killed by the lightning that struck them when the blades hit the ground. This usually proved useful to fool enemies and mix up his attack as people usually don't expect a silver mage who's magic also has lightning properties.
Rosalia turned to him and asked him if he always talked to enemies he knew they couldn't reply. "Depends on my mood, but I just want to get this over with so I can go sleep. Considering it's night time..." He replied to her with a slightly annoyed tone, it wasn't because she asked the question, but rather because he could be asleep at this very moment. The young magic knight followed behind his senior member down the alleyway. The witch seemed to have a thing with teasing males and Charles was no exception to that. She took a moment to ask him about his silver magic, for some reason she seemed to have a lot of interest in his magic, perhaps its rarity plus lightning oddity made it so interesting to her? "Well, I personally don't think feels like anything special... I guess since its more manageable unlike Copper Magic or Bronze, though the ability to react with a conductive metal like Silver makes things easier as it can fool the enemy as they usually don't expect that." He replied as he walked down with her taking a moment to chit-chat. He never saw anything special on his magic aside from the lightning oddity? Then again he found rarer magic like Pure Aura, Light, or Dark Magic more interesting due to their rarity.
Eventually, he will feel the dark energy from his before, despite being a poor sensory mage. There was an odd feeling surrounding area again, he didn't exactly know from where they were coming from, but he could feel it. Rosalia finished off three of them with her ice whip, which was surprisingly more effective than he thought it will be more. Now Charles was remaining with the other two. Shouldn't be a problem. His grimoire was floating the entire beside him. Aiming at the two remaining ghouls two silver swords appeared slightly above the shoulders of the young magic knight. The two silver swords moved towards the two ghouls and stabbed them. Though, not using the lightning oddity that was the ability that released the area of effect as he found it unnecessarily since they were only two of those things left. The swords stabbed the ghouls and killed them without any problems.
Once done they had something left to finish which was to catch the cultists that ruined his night by summoning ghouls to terrorize the town. One way to get to them quickly was to fly using his silver owl being on the sky will provide a better look at their surroundings and were those cultists were hiding despite being night. The silver mage will call forward his silver owl with his grimoire creating a silver owl in front of the two. "Yeah... Let's get this over with." Charles got on top of the owl and helped Rosalia got on it as if he was a gentleman, despite not really trying to be one in any way. As soon as she was on top the silver owl will take off and fly towards the direction the cultists were seen. They wouldn't be able to cover that much distance in that short-lapse of time so they will be able to catch up to them, especially through flying.
The owl will quickly ascend and head towards the outskirts of the town where the cultists were last seen. Charles was keeping an eye out of the surroundings and hoped Rosalia was doing the same thing as well. Eventually, Charles spotted the group of cultists trying to run away from the town and seemed to be too focused on trying to get away to the point that they didn't spot the owl on the sky which was a good thing. The owl began to slowly descend and eventually landed meters away from the sight of the cultists that were trying to escape. "Alright then... Let's finish this." He looked at Rosalia with determination, but this determination was in order for him to back to the Headquarters and get some good sleep.

Ah, of course. The boy was annoyed that he was up at night rather than in his warm bed. His frustration would be confusing to some Magic Knights but the red-head knew Charles well. They’d shared a common room for almost three months now, and his snoring was hard to miss. When he responded to her about his opinions on his magic, it made the beauty tilt her head to one side as the knowledge sank in. She’d never really met others that use any form of metal-based magic. These details were useful, and made sense logistically. Good god…the world of Magic and the Mysteries behind it drove her on a constant need to discover more and more. [break][break]
Rosalia gave Charles a little smile after he was done dispatching the ghouls. He’d done a splendid job, and she enjoyed watching the way his unique silver magic worked. The element was beautiful in itself, and it pleased her aesthetic self. She retracted her ice whips and looked around the area, scanning it for more enemies. When she found she couldn’t see or hear any, the witch would climb behind Charles on his giant Silver Owl…Rosalia paused as she realized that little near-syncretism with the squad based in the Royal Capital. It was an entertaining note she would keep in the back of her head. Perhaps when she saw Yuurei Krane next time she’d tease him with the detail. [break][break]
Her strong arms wrapped around Charles’ waist as they rode silently. They were both focused, looking through the territory for the enemy. To her, idiots who lacked knowledge in magic and practiced the forbidden, to him, the douchebags that got him out of his comfty warm bed at night. Neither of them dared to whisper as the sound of crickets in the night trickled around them. The stars lit the dark sky, guiding their way, and yet they ignored it, being too focused on the task at hand. It was what it meant to be a magic knight. One could only rest once they were finished with their mission. It was why Charles wanted to be done and over with it, after all.
A smile crossed the red-headed woman’s features at that though before the boy in question called out to her that he’d spotted the enemies. Rosalia was quick to let go off him with one hand pull her whip out again. [break][break]
“I’m on it.” The beauty hissed as she made her way forwards, twirling her whip above her head once before slamming its end down under the feet of two of the cultists, knocking them over. She heard both of them groan. She’d probably caused a bad bruise. Her gaze quickly moved onto three of the other men, quickly, the witch muttered “Fangs of Frost,” under her breath, summoning a spear in each of her hands. The black constructs looked almost indistinguishable in the darkness of the night and she quickly turned them around so their blunt ends were forwards, before chucking them at 2 more of the remaining 4 cultists. Rosalia trusted Charles to be able to handle the other two as her enemies fell unconscious on the ground. She clicked her tongue as she turned to him. [break][break]
“Excited to get back to bed once we’re done?” She asked with a giggle as she watched him work with curiousity. [break][break]

Description:Rosalia creates a single lance out of black ice with serated edges. The lance can be used as a held weapon or be thrown at a creature. Allies are allowed to pick up the lance without taking damage and whoever is holding it gets +9 to their Power stat. Once the lance is embedded into an enemy it deals intermediate damage and gets stuck there. Upon removal it deals intermediate damage once more due to the ice magic’s cutting ability and the shape of the weapon. The spell is modeled after one of Vulkan Rinvol’s as the pair spent time training together but modified to fit Rosalia’s more ally-based fighting style.
This spell goes off of the projectiles/ammo/occurrences/ rules based on a mage’s control.
The spell cannot deal 2x intermediate damage with the same spear in the same post.[break][break]

As the Silver Owl landed Rosalia was the first to get off. Soon afterward Charles got off and followed right behind Rosalia witnessing how she knocked out the to cultists without any problems. It seemed like they were too scared to even bother to fight back unless they didn't even their grimoires and other options. Anyway, it seemed like the cultists didn't try to fight back which was better if they didn't resist.
His grimoire came alight and floated beside the silver mage as he looked at the two remaining escaping cultists. "Silver Magic: Silver String Binding. As his grimoire floated beside him a silver thick silver string was sent towards the direction of one of the cultists that were trying to get away. The string entangled the cultist's arms as he was running which forced him to slip as the amount of the force from the spell forced him to lose his balance and fall to the ground. "Silver Magic: Electric Silver Spear." Charles then created a spear out of silver and ran towards the other cultist using the back of the spear to hit his head and knock him out as he was already had his restraining spell in use. The silver mage dragged the two cultists somewhere else. "Yeah... I'm tired as hell..." He sighed as he looked at Rosalia. "We have to wait for the Crimson Lions to arrive, right? The black bull yawned clearly showing how tired he was. If he could very well fall asleep right now, but the only one who could take them back home was his transportation spell.
30 minutes passed and two members of the Crimson Lions arrived to take the cultists to the prisoners with that their job was done. Charles then walked up to where he left the Silver Owl getting on top of it and waited for Rosalia to get on as well. Once she was on top of the owl. It will take off and bring the two Black Bulls back to the base. Their mission was now done and now Charles was able to get a good sleep and have a valid excuse to wake up late.

The fact that the cultists didn’t resist Rosalia and Charles’ attempts to bind them worried the redhead initially, but she noticed that A) they were all shaking horribly and B) they had no grimoires actually on them. Fear had gotten the best of these stupid wenches, making them leave their brain, bread and butter at the summoning circle. Rosalia sighed at that sight and was glad she was a Magic Knight at this point. Her magic was the one thing that pulled her forwards, that rendered her capable to live life. It was her calling in life. Watching people leave behind something as precious as their grimoires pissed her off more than the lack of basic intelligence and rune study that the cultists possessed. [break][break] She was a witch, sure, mana came differently to her than it did to the human race, but she’d been raised by people who wanted her to have nothing to do with magic, and she’d only started training at 16. People who tried to gain power the easy way…disgusted her.
[break][break] Charles was quick on her toes as she took care of capturing most of the enemies. The younger Black Bull showed off his rare elemental magic with ease and used it in a way that made Rosalia tilt her head once more. She’d have to do research on the Silver affinity in her free time. Discuss it with Malcolm perhaps. He was the only one who would listen to her passions blindly and for hours on end.
[break][break] “Good job Charles, you’re plenty skilled at your age. I’m kinda jealous.” The witch giggled and nudged the male as she walked over to him. They made small talk as they waited for the Crimson Lions to take the cultists away to prison and once they were done, the black-haired male would summon up his trusty owl friend once more. Once they were back, Rosa headed up to check if Malcolm was up so she could write up her mission report and hand it in, smiling softly as she saw Charles practically falling asleep on the way to his room.
[break][break] What a cutie. He was growing strong. She hoped the gods protected him. [break][break] "Good night!" She murmured softly after him and headed up to Malcolm's office.
