Somewhere in the common region, on a hill overlooking a smaller town filled with people of average wealth sat Amelie, a cloak thrown over her leaving only a billowing outline. It was a warm afternoon and a gentle breeze swept through the small white flowers that bloomed on the hill where she sat.
"Quite a beautiful day... even the clouds seem to be enjoying it."
Looking upwards, Amelie took a moment to admire the puffy white clouds that floated across the sky like wool pillows.
"It's almost a shame really."
With a huff, Amelie picked herself up and dusted some of the dirt from the back of her cloak.
"It does seem like quite a pleasant place. Look at all the cute little animals, going about their days. Those children by the river playing with a ball, that man there tending to his fields, I think I may even spy a woman baking treats in her kitchen through the window there."
Amelie rubbed her chin as her stomach growled.
"Ah, we'll definitely be taking the pie. Umbra, are you listening? Did you hear me? I said I wanted that pie. I'm a bit hungry and it smells quite divine. Well to be honest, I can't smell it from here but I can imagine it's spell it's causing me quite the hunger pangs."
Turning to her friend, accomplice, and personal ninja assassin maid, Amelie pointed towards the town.
"I think she's in the corner house there. We'll have to remember that one."
Nodding, Amelie crossed her arms.
"Very well then, we still have a few hours before dusk so we should go over the plan once more to make sure it sticks. We can't afford a single mistake for this. If we are caught, found out, or reported, fufu, well it may be the end of us, and I refuse to be brought down until I bring Clover to it's knees!"
Looking around on the ground, Amelie found a a long stick.
"Ah, this will do nicely. Of course, I could just use my magic to draw the lines but we musn't use magic until the time is neigh. We can't risk someone sensing us before the operation begins! Now then..."
Walking to a patch of dirt, Amelie began to scribble lines.
"These two X's are the two of us. Mine is the one that's a tiny bit bigger because obviously, I am the mastermind behind this plot. Now from here on out, I'll be using our code language on the off chance that someone attempts to use tracking or some other type of magic to find us out before we even begin!"
Amelie began scribbling a crude outline of the towns and building into the dirt.
"First the Leaves of Fall will waft gently down on this area here."
Amelie circled a building with her map.
"The chill will begin in that area, but summer must come before fall and so the sun, eclipsed from it's normal splendor will rise quickly from the east, here, which actually may be the south west but it matters not."
Pointing to another area of the map, Amelie continued.
"The eclipsed sun will sing of Armageddon and the coming of the bunbuns, their long ears will be sharp and their tails fluffy, and they will be out for blood."
Amelie made an arrow from one point entering into the town.
"As the potatoes hear of the eclipsed sun's rally of dismay, they will cry out to the angry moth. The eclipsed sun will tell them not to worry, for the angry moth is on their way, but for protection they must seek the raccoon of light, else they may be taken to the star world from whence only some may return."
Waiting a moment to let all of this information sink in Amelie would continue with the finale of the mission.
"Now then, once the potatoes are herded into the raccoon of light, the Leaves of Fall will blow furiously across across dunes of causality. Once the storm ends, the sky will return to night, the raccoon shall release its children with great gusto and the potatoes will be left bittersweet growing saddened roots and droopy flowers."
Amelie took a breath then turned to Beatrice, Also known as Phantasma Brigade's Umbra.
"Well then, we have some time but are there any questions? I believe this to be quite the perfect plan! Worthy of the name Phantasma Brigade: Operation Two- Sneezing Crow!"
