"And I understand your frustration about the food, I agree it is a waste but if I wouldn't eat it, I would never give it to another to do so." he said explaining his reasoning for such a thing "It isn't fair in my eyes and if anything bad happened I would feel terrible." he finished hoping that the other would understand why he did what he did with the steam buns that he brought with him. He was quite sure they were fine but he could no longer verify it.
