Aboard one of the more renowned ships docking at the port, there was a young magic knight with fiery red hair. The sailors knew her to be a capricious witch. Nix, who, without asking, assisted them in carrying cargo to the shore, did so while cursing their slothful ethics and disgraceful lack of hygiene. They spoke politely and even complimented her sometimes. Which, by Nix's standard, was not nearly often enough. She told them so. From a witch's perspective, these individuals were hard-working and considerate humans. Not worth her getting cranky over. Someone had to make sure the ship sailed. Nix was delegated here on official magical knight business. Her travel expenses for the deployment to Raque were fully covered by the military establishments responsible for compensating her for completing the assigned task. There was a psychotic murderer killing tourists in Raque. Nix was responsible for capturing the lunatic and bringing him to justice. Having spent the voyage reading the mission summary, Nix carefully introspected and reflected on the victims. All of them were women. This sent a chill up her spine. After reconciling that it would be best to lure the killer out into the open, Nix realised that the perfect bait was, unfortunately, herself. Nix gripped her new walking stick, the unfamiliar dragon bone acquired at no cost from the underground market. Its name was Efst'ut Luth'ol, and its seller seemed cursed. He wanted it gone and accepted a piece of paper with a crayon in exchange for payment.
When she finished helping the sailors, Nix bade them farewell. Nix was assigned to this mission with a new magic knight she had not yet met. Salutations would have to be brief, Nix lamented, that was after eventually finding them first. The shoreline was receding, the tide out. Where the dock meets the land, Nix stood patiently. Her faux crown was on top of her head. Her Silver Eagle regalia was apparent, and an otherwise humble expression on her face. Her patience wasn't infinite, but it was far from wearing thin. She wiggled her toes on the sands of the beach. Feeling immensely pleased with herself for being exceedingly patient, Nix proceeded to wait, diligently keeping an eye out. Nix judged by the position of the sun that it was nearly noon.
Rank & Element: Intermediate ¦ Pure Aura Class & Type: Magic ¦ Weapon (Scythe) Magic Specializations: Attack Creation ¦ Hex and Curse Appearance & Lore: At first appearance this 67 inch piece of carved dragon bone bound in swaths of dingy red fabric seems to be either a unique club or spear as the lower end comes to a point and the top looks like a fossilized bone carved to almost look like the mana beast that was killed to make it it's only when the ability within is active will the blade be seen as a translucent red pure aura blade that is 26 inches long.
As we know dragons are mana beasts of incredible power said to be truly one witht he mana and it is thought that someone has found a graveyard of these mana beasts and has decided to make a tidy profit... yeah... never steal from a dragon alive or dead it never works out well for the one who stole.
Due to the magic still left in the bone this item will naturally rank up with the user as they do but the abilities will rank up every second rank unless they are a pure aura user as it will atune to them.
You will have to pay for the increase like a normal weapon but you can upgrade it even if you don't have the element so longs it lays in line with what is stated above. The item stops at grand and the ability caps at senior.
Type & Uses: Flow ¦ 4 uses ¦ 3 cooldown Rank & Specialization: Intermediate ¦ Attack Creation ¦ Hex and Curse Mana Cost: 15 ¦ 8 Range & Speed: 40 m ¦ 20 m/s Stats Affected: -2 Speed, Strength Debuff Description:
The weilder need only speak the phrase "Ndeir Xuz" to activate the lingering mana within what had originally appeared as a worn down bone spear or club. The moment it becomes active a red aura can be seen right through the split of the ancient bone, it even seems like it may be scentient the way the aura appears in the eye making a person unnerved from the mouth a curved semi translucent red aura forms showing that it is truly a scythe and not what a person thought previously.
From the aura blade what appears to be a red misty aura seems to fall. Swinging the scythe with releas a red cresent arc of pure aura in the general area of the target(s) in question. When being hit by this blade or its ranged attack it will deal intermediate damage instantly and leave a red mark almost like a bite on the skin of the person it hit. This will reduce their strength by 1/2 junior rank damage and slow them by 2 m/s though this lowers by one per every addition person it hits due to the ammo rules being in effect allowing more marks to be place. This mark will also actively try to surpress healing and buffs as if the spirit of the long past dragon is blaming the one it hurts for it being woken from its place of eternal slumber.
Lex would get arrive at the port looking around slightly, her Blue Rose Knights cape flowing behind her. She gotten a mission to accompany another magic knight, a Silver Eagle to be exact in the capture of a Serial Killer today. Lex didn't mind the task however when she read ego they targeted, she suddenly got the idea why she was assigned to this particular job. That part was annoying, however it had to be done. She bid the crew that brought her here far well as she left noticing there eyes locked on her. She couldn't blame them as she dress left little to the imagination, probably why she got here so cheap to…oh well. If her appearance could get her a cheaper ride she wouldn't argue. She now needed to find the one she'd be working with. She was given a brief description of who she was looking for. A young girl with a crown on in a Silver Eagle's robe. That shouldn't be too hard to find.
The search wouldn't take long however as she found her by the shoreline, though before she approached she looked for a moment, she looked like a young girl, or young by her standards. She couldn't be more then fifteen or sixteen, making a ten year gap between them. Though Lex knew better than to judge by appearance. She took a deep breath before composing hershe would tackle this just like she would tackle anyone else in any other job. With that in mind she made her way through the sand towards the young woman.
"Hello there Darling. My name is Lex Krane, I presume your the Silver Eagle that I'm here to work with. It is a pleasure to make your acquaintance, now shall we get to work?"
She said as she looked down with the young woman. Though she was looking down at her condescendingly to any degree. Quite the opposite if a young woman like her was willing to track down the killer she found that her courage was admirable. She juse had absolutely zero desire to kneel in the sand to meet her eye level. This would do. She was very curious how this young woman wanted to go about this…though that needed to be fixed first.
"But, I suppose before any of that, if you wouldn't mind telling me your name…"
She said trying to recover from her blunder with some politeness and grace. However it was measly a small hiccup up in the grand scale of things.

Nix was startled despite watching every single one of the woman’s steps towards her position. The woman was remarkably beautiful, regal in stature and rather tall. The inexperience of youth wasn't apparent in her marching, Nix couldn't detect a hint of nonchalance in her composure. Nix blinked one eyelid at a time, before tilting her head to the side. A smile creased across her face, as she listened to the Blue Rose introduce herself. A magic knight from The Krane Family. “Hello, my name is Nix. You presume correctly, you will be working with me today, rookie. Fiery Flare!” She snazzily shot finger guns in Lux’s direction, hoping to surprise her. Nix watched expectantly as the ardent flame above Lux’s head sprang to life. Nix knew that even a small breath from the woman would be sparkly, and anticipated the moment she realised immensely. “The warmth and light of the flame will make you stronger.” Nix elaborated further about her plan to find and subdue the murderer. “I will proffer myself as bait for this endeavour.” An uneasy feeling of anger rippled through her. “And then you will get the local authorities to incarcerate the culprit.” Nix’s thoughts on how to subdue the murderer were not kind or peaceful. “Does that sound agreeable, Lady Krane?” Though internally conflicted, morally Nix found that an eye for an eye made the whole world blind. Nix’s voice was calm and collected. Her countenance defiantly attempted to remain quaint despite the rage welling up inside her.

Lex Stood before her listening to what she had to say for a moment. She had to admit, while true she didn't care for being called rookie. This was something she would have to fix. Though taken only slightly off gaurd by the spell her eyes registered brief surprise but calmed down as she felt the warmth of the spell. She also felt it's power as she took it in. The girls plan was sound enough though She had a few slight issues with it. Shouldn't believe getting the authorities involved right now would be helpful. Otherwise we wouldn't be here and they would have captured it. She did not want any incompetence to hinder them. She gave a sigh for a moment.
Nix darling, while I think your plan has merit I think the roles should be reversed. I think I should be the bait to lure them out and rather then get help, you should ambush them and we take them together. With the boost to my power you provided I should be able to lure him nicely. Though if you desire to do it your way I will follow your lead this time.
She spoke respectfully to her bit wasn't one to hide her concerns no matter who was speaking. However for as young as she appered she did seem to have a good head on her shoulders. Though she would do it her way if she desired. She looked around briefly before returning her attention to the young mage infront on her. Her curiosity growing. Though she put that feeling down.
Nix listened to the Blue Rose intently. Her courage was admirable and Nix would be sure to mention it in her report. “I’m glad you volunteered.” The only reason Nix suggested otherwise was that it would look bad on the report if she hadn’t. The Krane woman was more than most likely conscripted into military servitude, Nix kept her presumptions to herself but was silently curious nonetheless. Keeping ahold of her walking stick Nix began to draw in the sand, caricatures of a vague nature that would facilitate her elaboration. “ You will walk into town, I will follow behind you at a safe distance. When the psycho attacks, I will protect you.” The plan was simple. Nix wanted to keep it that way. If there were any proclivities or concerns about the plan, they would have to figure it out during the confrontation. Nix swung the dragon bone and pointed it towards Raque. “Onwards!” The spell and its effects dissipated, Nix was cautious not to run out of mana before they found the psycho. Murderous intent simmered within Nix but she restrained it like a champion.
Somewhere in Raque, there was the sound of chains on cobblestones. The psychopath was haunting the corridors of alleyways and backstreets, searching for his next victim. A psychopathic murderer absconding from imprisonment; who had evaded incarceration by killing, was watching the two magic knight women with fascination. They were on the beach, one was drawing in the sand. The other was enticingly beautiful. The man had been waiting for them to venture into the city, where he would then ambush them. He wore a hooded-cloak to obscure his identity.
Nix resigned to not question his motives; what ever they were, they wouldn’t save him from being hanged. For his crimes against the Clover Kingdom were numerous and all of them heinous in nature. Nix intended to bring him to justice. All they could do now was stick to the plan and prey.

Lex Was glad that she had accepted the part of the plan about her being bait. She didn't know what this silver Eagle was capable of but she knew she could defend herself.. She didn't want to have to worry too much about other people during this. Either way it was the logical choice. With that, she turned and started making her way into the city, talking some of her hair behind her and making herself. More pretty than she already was. She started walking through the streets of the city knowing that Her back up was nearby. She didn't have any issues as starter by talking g to people, acting the best she could, like a dumb, beautiful tourist. She started making a bit of a show of didn't like acting ignorant. She made a special case in the sentence to make sure she was as ignorant as possible with everything she saw. She even bought little nicknames and things to take home, Nothing of true value, but if it would sell the act, it would sell the act..
IIt would seem her play would work though however, To the untrained tourists, they would have been very miserable, however. To a trained magic night, it was very easy to spot, He had been tailing her for the past. Couple blocks doing everything he can't see out of sight or appear busy. She was sure that was just target, but now was time to entrap them.. She wouldn't then look up left or right. And then turned into an alley way. She knew exactly where this alley would end up. But it wasn't long stretch before she would reach the end. As she predicted though, the man turned inside the alley and stalked towards her. She stopped in her tracks and turned around. Looking at the man who just had a deranged look on his face now. Like a predator that was about to capture their prey. She said nothing to the man, why should she? A nobleman engage such a psychopath. To be honest, she didn't care about his motives or reason. For doing it, the only important thing was that he was needed to be stopped. However she would speak as he got closer. She took a step back.
"Darling, I don't know why you're doing what you're doing and I don't particularly care either what I do care about is letting you know that you've messed with the wrong magic nights today."
She said this as a man then looked confused for a minute like he was processing what she had just said. Realization dawning on them far too slowly. Which Which is mostly what she wanted to catch. Him off guard from I went to give her Companion the option of a preemptive strike. Whether the user or not was their Prerogative She didn't know if they were to type to make a grand stand or take him out quickly.. It really didn't matter to her, which way they did it?.
