Enlil can be described as a dashing young bachelor standing five foot nine inches tall with short and styled raven black hair. His eyes are quite sharp in nature making him seem cold and unapproachable, under his right eye there is a small birthmark that only adds to his allure. Although he seems quite thin almost fragile due to the long changshan and loose trousers he wears his build is actually quite athletic in nature. His clothing is usually made of high-grade silk in primarily dark colours with lighter colours weaved in. There are two pieces of jewellery that he wears due to his position within the family the first is a white silk tassel hair ornament that sits behind his left ear while the other is a silver clip and chain that he wears on his clothing starting at his neck and clipped onto his shoulder.


Enlil comes off as entitled, selfish and wrapped up in his own social circle thanks to the way he was raised. He doesn't view commoners or the less fortunate as vermin, however, he does view them as lesser than himself but doesn't blame them for their flaws as to him they know no better. He is well-educated and is far from modest about even the smallest accomplishments he gains. Nobles are a unique breed and he is no different as he keeps to the standards expected of someone in his position, however, he will throw those away if they contradict his family's traditions, laws and beliefs even willingly to go as far as to sacrifice people while making it look like an accident if it benefits him or his family in the long run.

Even though his facial expressions make him seem as if he is cold and unapproachable he is able to adorn a mask of warmth, kindness and understanding even to the common rabble beneath him if it will get him what he wants in the long run. Those within his social circle see him as sincere, friendly, charitable and quite the social butterfly as he attends or hosts events. While he does enjoy his own personal space from time to time he does enjoy being in the spotlight and being praised.


Enlil grew up in the estate of Yinsil as the youngest child of four, out of the four he was the only one born male and so due to family tradition he took on the heirship and everything it entailed from a very young age. While his elder sisters were given more freedom to pursue their passions and be who they wished to be so long as it didn't break the family's rules he was raised under a very strict regime of lessons and social events which made him cold and jaded far earlier in life. It wasn't all bad though he did live a comfortably pampered life that many would wish for as he learned his role and responsibilities to the kingdom, more importantly to his family as he grew. Due to all the pressure and expectations he was dealing with when he was younger he found himself wondering if he had been born elsewhere would it have been the same?

He would keep such thoughts written down in a diary as a way to give himself an outlet on things that he couldn't otherwise voice and hid it away, however, one day it was found by one of the new maids and was turned over to his parents. Reading everything that he had written over the years they were less than pleased and showed that by punishing him severely. To the outside world, he was terribly sick and so could receive no guests but the truth had been far darker. His sisters and other family members had been grounded and so no one was to interact with him, in truth, his parents had used his words against him and stripped him of everything he knew. For almost a month he had been put to work as less than a commoner, he held no rights and had to accept anything that was given to him good or bad.

At the end of the punishment, he had a deeper understanding and viewed what he had done wrong, from that point on he never wrote down his thoughts or feelings with the fear that he may be betrayed by those lower than himself because they wanted to make a good impression or gain brownie points with his family. When he gained his proper position once more the first thing he did was dismissed the maid and made sure she would never be hired by any other noble family due to her actions. He felt no remorse for doing so as to him it was justified after what he had to go through. From that point on he did everything he could to correct his past mistakes even showing he was gifted in gemology and creating jewellery.

When he turned fifteen he was taken to the grimoire tower where he gained his own grimoire along with many others, he wasn't at all surprised with what he found as he seemingly had an affinity to the wind from a very young age. While his family seemed disappointed in it he did nothing but smile sincerely for the first time in a long time saying that he had been given the blessing of Sylph and that it was a joyous occasion with that explanation they understood why he was happy due to the potential of being chosen by the spirit herself. From that point, he had just continued on with his daily life passing on the life of a magic knight and enjoying the little freedom he has found he has.




MAGIC DESCRIPTION: Enlil prefers not to get into fights if he can help it, however, when needs must he has a vast arsenal at his beck and call be it from his attack creation ranging from long range to close range although he tends to refrain from using area of effects unless required. When attack creation isn't the answer and he wants something more subtle he uses physical reinforcement to augment his own strength and speed in the hopes of either gaining the upper hand or fleeing as required.
