[attr="class","polarPOSTIT"] It was the very start of the evening, a perfect time to have a late Tea Dinner, his personal chefs were already busy getting the food ready for he evening. He had a plan for tonight and needed it to go well. He wondered just how easily Sumire would bend the knee to him. He smiled to himself as he walked through his palace as he was dressed to the nines. He was wearing a semi formal silk outfit, decorated with Bamboo and artistic representations of Cicadas. Even the makeup he wore was themed around summer. He was eager and happy to have a new toy coming to his palace, but he had to be very careful not to over extend his hand, Fengge had warned him to behave and he would. He only needed his words to turn someone as simple minded as Sumire to his desires. But he ha money and power to help with those words. He knew from his spying eyes and ears that she was a Loyal girl to her family, and he had many ways to make that work to his advantage. [break][break] He carrieid with him his tea set, specially made so that it wouldn’t be mishandled. He set it upon the table and went to his chest of tea, taking his most prized tea from it. The tea was an Oolong, grown from 6 special “Mother Trees” the last of their kind. The Tea would have hints of orchid and woody earthyness, having been aged for nearly a hundred years in magically sustained enviroments to keep its flavor perfectly stable. He had his servents prepare the room properly, as he no longer had the public usage of Enlai and Lanying, though they were still very loyal to him, he had to use other servents. He dismissed them all after they were done and he would gently sit at the tea table, his other gifts would be brought in by his silent Honor guard as needed. He gently began to fan himself. [break][break] He would be given a message by a guard that she had arrived, and would be awaiting her when she got there. He knew his Honor Guard would bring her straight to him in his personal guilded palaquinn. It would be a lavish sensory ride, the softest silks, the gentlest of rides. His honor guard was trained for one thing, Jirous personal comfort and safety, and as such she would know not a single bump of strange movement on the ride there. Once she had arrived, he would stand and go to meet her Personally wearing the soft purple colors of royalty. “Greetings, Lady Sumire, I hope the travel was pleasant?”

At this point in life Sumire was sure she was being pulled in four different directions with all the sudden attention she was for some odd reason catching. Most of her life up to this point had been very uneventful, very simple. She was in harmony with her fabrics and her way of life, enjoying the freedom and life style of clove and their society. It wasn't till The flower blossom fete of this last spring that her life was in such a spiral of a rollercoaster with no way of getting off. First there was getting to know the former heir of the vermillion Taiyo Vermillion. He was a sweet guy, at first, She stood true to not allowing rumors to cloud her judgement of him, that was until the last Servitude season she took part in that she saw the true side of him and the truth within the rumors. He was completely nuts. She was sure, if he was nuts, the rest of his family will be as well. However the loyalists were still in the magic knights and hopefully not coming after her at any point in the near future. She wasn't with him long but she was sure if he was a threat, she wouldn't be home and even herself. Then there was meeting Ozma and Jirou at the flower fete that has lead to even more time.
[break][break] Her recent errand running in the star festival had ended her up to meeting Ozma and accompanying him around the stalls. While she received some scolding for making it home late, It wasn't anything other then concern once it was found she was with Ozma Yuiee. Sure she should have kept a servant with her, but they were in public were eyes were on them at all times. She didn't sleep well the next few days just from the constant questioning of her siblings, her mana beast, her servants, everyone wanted to know but she didn't tell them anymore then it was which was simply, They talked, she accompanied him, they ate a snack. Plain and simple, there was nothing more, at least on her end.
[break][break] She then got some relief of the confusing daily life by being able to have a day of rest with the Yinsil Heir Enlil. He was sweet and someone she wouldn't mind being betrothed to. Their family's worked closely together in the same industry and she has never had one issue when it came to him, nor did she ever feel confused of anything with him. She felt really at peace, but her life was not hers to declare intent. She liked to believe every breath and movement she made was of her own thoughts but she knew that she was free the think the way she wished to but what her father said goes regardless of her own wants. Every action had a consequence and there were some battles not worth receiving the consequence of punishment for.
[break][break] Now she was apparently in the sights of Prince Jirou Yuiee. She found out a few days ago of her schedule becoming more open due to the seeming sudden increase of Personalized appointments outside her usual work at her family's home. Her whole life was becoming more and more exclusive whether it is set clients and times of doing her job as well as all her studies and times life for the social life within clover.
[break][break] She was glad she wasn't part of some of the socialite circles and their politics, even if her mother felt would benefit her own growth. Those girls were crazy about every little piece of tea and always getting at each other1 publicly for who knows what at any given moment. It was a horrifying sight when innocent clothing get found in the cross fire of tea and who knows what other liquids and food finds against them. She didn't know how they all can manage to be so sweet one moment and horrible beings the very next behind close doors lets alone public.
[break][break] Sumire wasn't the happiest, having been driven nuts before even sunrise getting pluck from her bed, shoved into a nice long bath, barely awake. Pulled into a quick light breakfast. Then taking nearly all morning into mid day before the proper cloths and fabrics were choosen and fashion to compliment her hair and eyes. She ate another light lunch before coughing and sneezing up a storm getting her makeup piled on and smoothed out. She was a minimalist when it came to nearly everything. Her clothing was simple and nothing to flashy. She wasn't meant to be above her clients but to be a compliment to their sights as a simple seamstress from the lesser noble family. She winced at feeling her hair getting combed and pulled every which way as she was sure at this point she was going to be bald in more then one place if they kept being stern with her hair. She wanted to scratch her head and remove the style that her hair was brushed and put in along with all the pins allowing the length down and free behind her. Her makeup was kept to very light natural colors to compliment Sumire and the hanfu she got fitted into on the go as her family kept to a paste orange and whites to compliment her vibrant eyes while not over doing it given her host for today was Jirou Yuiee.
[break][break] She hated how she looked in the mirror. She couldn't recognize herself. She sighed silently reminding herself it was only hopefully a few hours then she would be back home and free to never dress as this again any time soon. She hoped today's sudden tea dinner party was going to be a one time thing, even if part of her knew it was not going to be a one time thing if her father or the Prince had a say. She closed her eyes getting one more look over by her parents before seeing the prince's personal pavilion had arrived outside her home. She was nervous of going in such a extravagant transport. Even her parents were lost for words. Thinking it over she accepted the pavilion, feeling too exposed within its depths as a carriage followed behind baring her family's gift of pomegranates. They probably could have found something a bit more appealing but what can you give to a prince on such short notice? They were lesser nobles in clover, they had to transport things from the east to clover. It took time, they had to make done with what they had and at the moment it was the barrels upon barrels of pomegranates.
[break][break] During her ride, it was sound and peaceful. She had remained in one spot the entire time, not wishing to move too much as she was uncertain how to feel in such a transport, it was unreal to someone like her. Is this how imperials are suppose to travel. She recalled back to Ozma arriving in a carriage. How different the twins really were. Even when she went to see hino, she went by her own carriage. She soon rested in her spot remaining still and unmoving the entire trip.
[break][break] She felt the pavilion stop as she looked outside stepping out of it before bowing Low to the sight of the prince " It is a great honor to be in your presence Prince Jirou. The ride was like a dream, I was beyond honored to receive such a kindness from your majesty." She said softly.
[attr="class","polarPOSTIT"] Jirou couldn’t help but smile as his personal palanquin arrived. He chuckled softly as she bowed with respect. Finally, a woman who knew her place. Hotaru was still fighting her…reeducation, but she was a non-issue right now. She was still under his thumb even if she did struggle a bit. He smiled and gently approached Sumire to be the one to lift her from her bow. His touch was gentle and soft, his skin on her hand was that of a pampered noble, yet his voice was calm and gentle but just a bit forceful enough to let her be reminded of his status. “It is a good pleasure to see you here, lady Sumire.” he said softly to her, like a gentle man he wasn’t. he gently let go of her hand, showing he had the understanding that she wasn’t his to touch for too long, but his action had carried with it a soft caring hand that would make sure she was welcome fully at his private palace. Thankfully all his toys were hidden far far underground, beyond the average sensory skill of anyone who might visit. His adoptive father had done his best to hide it from the world. [break][break] He gently motioned for her to walk in front of him. Or at least beside him. He was doing his best to appear like a good man and he smiled softly. “I am glad you enjoyed the ride that much. I pride myself on following the prper traditions of our homeland” he smiled gently once more as they got to the door and he opened it hed let her see all the Fineries inside as he looked at the barrels being brought in. In the room were two strange mana beasts, each one colored like koifish, yet they did not swim in water. In fact they swam in the air. They were a domesticated breed of Sky-Koi, raised to be imperial pets less then battle field animals. They were a domestic breed and ate the mana from the air itself, as such they were placid calm creatures. [break][break] he would smile as a barrel was brought in and he was informed by the servants that each barrel contained the same thing. He would happily open it and remove a pomegranate from it. They were… beautiful. To say there not the most perfect fruits he had ever seen. He opened one and the seeds glistened like rubies in the light and he tasted one… sweet and tart danced on his palate the perfect combination. the exotic gift even had a wonderful rich autumnal scent. He would smile softly. “place the barrels in my private lauder please, I shall portion them out to my family after tonight.” he ate a few more seeds and then chuckled. “I must say lady Sumire, you have a good eye for taste and beauty. Those are quite honestly the most perfect Fruits I have ever received. I can why your family is well known as traders of quality.” he would set it down on the table and motion for her to sit with him. “Join me, food will be ready soon and id like to talk a bit before we eat and drink.” he gently pet one of the sky-koi as it swam lazily by him. He smiled softly at it knowing from his spies that Sumire would most likely fall in love with the ghostly creatures, they shined like pale moonlight and looked almost spirit like. He sat down first and would snap his fingers as the small fire under his custom teapot would begin to grow and start the brewing process. he ahd a small box on the table infront of where she would sit, with a hetian Blue jade Neckless, a token of thanks and fortune for her to have. 'Please, open the box when you feel comfertable to do so. I think you will find it an adequete thanks for the wonderful gift you have given me today

Sumire remained in her bow until she felt him gently take her hand allowing her to lift herself back up as she resisted the urge to immediately pull her hand and herself away, lucky that he understood such traditions as she nodded in response " It would be a great dishonor to myself and my family if I did not accept the kind invitation of one of our imperial family's own princes requests. "She spoke gently in response following his lead, ensuring to be to the side of him but slightly behind him. He was the hosts and it was rude for her to take the lead in his own palace.
She followed with grace and small strides after him as she bowed quickly as he ushered her into another room as she watched in wonder of the finites in the room watching the manabeasts dance within the air without a care "It is amazing. "She spoke in awe following his gesture stopping to watch him take a sample of the pomegranates "We of the Honoka take great pride in our wares and our trades, We have our own secrets that allow us to preserve all our produce and products of food and house hold goods to ensure they are of the most prestein condition we received them in and we sell them it."She spoke. She knew all the ins and outs of her family's work. They were merchants first and fore most. They held so much influence on the markets to ensure even those of the lesser standings had their own chances to grow and continue their own shops and stalls to feed their families. Hers have even helped those of misfortunes when it was asked of them after ensuring it was not a hocus for undeserved wealth.
She followed him, sitting across from him. Her brilliant soft Sapphire eyes took in every small detail of himself and the room around her. " It was actually my father that picked the gift knowing it was the best suited to grant great prosperity for yourself and the rest of the Imperial family. We wish for only growth and for the sun to never set open your kingdom and those that follow under your family."She spoke gently wit her own blessing. She knew she was going to be more on guard and wise of how she spoke and what was to be spoken, last thing she wanted was for trouble to come upon her family in clover and her family back east, let alone get herself stuck in something that was going to cost her a chance at a future she hoped for deep down with someone she cared about dearly, even if they might not know. She had many games of Go being played with four various opponents. One, she was sure she would never have to deal with, one she wouldn't mind losing two, the other two in her path were the two princes she has encountered. They were twins, that was public knowledge but from the different encounters. it was kind of hard to believe with who differently they acted. Both were hard to read of true intentions, but she knew the mind games that those of higher power love to play to get their way.
"Alright, What would you like to talk about your highness?" She asked watching the pot before looking towards the box he commented was a token of gratitude for the gift she had brought. She felt the lid lightly pulsing her mana faintly into the box to see if there were any trick she could spot for the necklace, not finding any she took ahold of the box with both hands as she opened the lid examining the necklace, before placing the lid back over the top of the necklace moving it to her left. " Thankyou for the gift your highness, I will treasure it with future generations to come for your kindness. "She spoke knowing as much as she wanted to refuse the gift, it was a token of gratitude for this meeting and it would be rude to not accept it. She didn't know where or if she would wear it, but she knew it was going to be kept in the box for the time being till she got home. [break][break]
[attr="class","polarPOSTIT"] The room was calm and cool, fans propelled by magic sat over small vats of ice that circulated the air around the room to keep it chilled and nice to be in. The room itself wasn’t too decorated, as it was acting as a a staging area for the real excitement later. But that would come after tea and a gentle meal of chilled geletnous turtle shell soup, with sliced Wolf berries and Ginko nuts. He wasn’t a big fan of turtle, but it would balance his Chi and keep him from havign too much yang in his body, even still he hated having to eat such a feminine food. But he would swallow his pride to keep himself healthy. There was no other way to go about it. He sighed internally missing his tiger meat buns but smiled outwardly. He listened as she spoke about her family and their secret practices to keep their product well maintained. He nodded along and smiled politely. He had no alterier motives at the moment. He smirked and chuckled as she sat and looked at the tea post and spoke about Dishonoring him by not showing. He chuckled again as he poured out the first blooming of the tea over the sitting tea pets, three cranes each one carved to represent him, his brother ozma, and his sweet sister Hinota. [break][break] “oh do not worry, In my palace when I invite people it is not with the intent to make them feel as if they must bow to my every whim.” a lie. He would rather have this woman on her knees bound and broken before him then suffer an insulting tongue. If he had had his way Lydia would have been his personal training dummy for the way she had treated him was she still alive. “You are from my homeland, and as such I knew that you would come to visit even if you did not wish too. That is why I have taken great pains today to make sure that you enjoy every second of it. For example, this tea we will be drinking has been aged for nearly a hundred years, kept safe without using Magic to allow the flavors to properly grow and change as nature would dictate of good well made tea. It comes from the Sixth sister of the six Mothers, the last of their kind that grow directly in the imperial Gardens. Even with my connection it cost nearly 3 months of Savings along side the obscene travel cost for it.” with those woulds he would finally pour the very first cup of the tea for her, despite it being his palace, tradition dictated that the guest be served first making sure to keep the spout pointed not in her direction, so as to limit the risk if some liquid might spill to harm her. [break][break] Servents arrived with the chilled turtle shell soup. It was served carefully in mother of pearl bowls and ivory spoons. It was a feminine dish made to honor the guest. Wolf berries and ginko nuts floated at the top of the expenive glistening dish. Jirou smiled as they followed tradition and served her first when he motioned for them to do so. He would then remove his special silver needle, one used to test for poison or toxins and he would test each bowl of food before it was placed on the table. To show he cared about her safety, he tested her food first. To make sure it was completely safe. He knew no one of his servents would poison his guest or him, but even still hed rather be safe then sorry. He cleaned the needle with his own mana, burning it away with pure aura before testing his own and then cleaning it once more to return it to its proper storage place. “There we go, tested for safety as per tradition. Let us enjoy a meal before we begin our business, though in truth I simply wished to extend a Noble hand to your family. It is only right that My family take interest in those of the lesser nobility, We would not want to seem aloof like these clover Nobles are. We care for our countrymen after all.”

[attr="class","Sumirescroll"] Sumire watched the box before looking up scanning the room in silent thought. It was much stranger then she thought being in audience with Jirou. She has meet hino while training and Had meet Ozma while at the star festival. Both of them were so different in atmosphere around them. Hino was much sweeter then she could have ever imagined or been told, a true flower of radiance. Then you had the reserved magic knight of the crimson lions, Ozma. He was mute but nothing about him was screaming 'I have more wealth and power then you ever could.' There was something off about him and never seemed to sit right, maybe it was just her gut instinct not trusting many around herself but there was just something that nagged her deep down, she just hasn't found what it was. Then there was Jirou. She knew he was for the most part all for show, so far that is what she saw. She was sure he held a lot of power within his pure aura magic and his standings of his palace. Every part of her warned to not trust all she saw and so far she was going to follow that gut instinct.
[break][break] This room while well kept and decorated nicely, seemed very very bare in her opinion. She was sure this was more of a staged room. She wasn't sure what the details of the requested visit held nor did she fully understand yet she needed to be the one to do this and not her father as he was head of their family. If there was any business, it should be in his favor to be here not hers. yet she was the one requested for this meeting, the one that got stitched into this dress and nearly threw into a coughing fit with the various hands that helped with her makeup. then into a pavilion that was so gody she wasn't sure if she could handle the sight of it. There was too much to show here for someone as insignificant as herself.
[break][break] "I thankyou for take consideration of myself into tonight's activities your majesty. It is much more then I could ever have asked for. "She spoke in thanking him for considering her comfort even though she was sure his words were not true. They seemed too real to be true, holding a trap behind them. She wasn't going to let her hidden guard down. She was going to make it out of this unbound and not in a position to be used. She listened to him speak of the painful consideration lengths he went through to ensure her comfort. She expected such extravagant acknowledgement of the tea that probably cost an arm and leg. Much too much to the tea then she preferred. A simple tea any common house hold had would have been enough for her. She nodded taking him for the tea before turning her head watching the servants come in with their food.
[break][break] The smell was amazing to say the least. Most likely the best to be longed for. This was the Yuiee estate, the best of the best was here, from the tailors, to tutors, to weapon smiths. If there was anything the kids possibly wanted it would be as simple as requesting it from a servant and it would be there by the end of the week at latest. The kids didn't have to lift a hand for anything they had and could get everything they wanted without much question. She watched him pull out a silver needle testing each of their bowls. What consideration.
[break][break] "To extend a hand to us? I know my family would be more then thrilled for such an alliance in the future. We are nobles back home but here in clover, we are lesser nobles from my mother's sides own political routes here in clover. Her family has long since dissolved into my father's own, but our stature of political standing still holds true. "She spoke. she knew of their standing in both clover and back home. While she could careless of the political socialite circles of clover, she was in one way back home, or was in one before deciding to come to clover with her parents. She could have stayed over seas and handle their politics with some ease given the influence her own family held there. But clover was so different and so...Open about all their drama. She seen how the socialites of the various families ran the kingdom. There was a circle at the top that was dreamed about then you had all the other circles trying their best to get in the top's graces for even a taste of that circle. She seen the slander and tearing of the various male and females socialites and the dating games to get a bit more power over another. She could only imagine the shame a lot of their families felt behind close doors.
[break][break] She knew her mother wanted her to know of these socialites and take over in the various circles, but she would rather lose braincells watching paint dry then get in that mess of politics.
[attr="class","polarPOSTIT"] The tea was beyond expensive. Easily worth a human life in terms of its raw value. He would have easily sold a few servants to the forbidden markets just to be able to buy this tea, but with his connections he wouldn’t need to worry about getting his supply. He smiled to himself and he would watch as the servants cleaned up what little mess there was from delivering the food. Soon enough the table wascleaned perfectly so that the food was presented as if it had just appeared on the table. He chuckled and would wait for them to be alone again. He would lsiten to her words as she spoke and nod softly to affirm he had heard her regarding her thanks and regarding her family and how enjoyed they would be for his recognition. He would be brutally honest. But in a way that seemed carefree and as if it was a forgon conclusion rather then something he did on purpose. “Oh well of course they would. Despite my… reservations about living in clover away from my wonderful homeland. The Yuiee are the largest clan present from our home here in this country, we act as a….gateway to the clover markets and polical spheres. Through the Yuiee, the empire makes its tendril of control spread further. Our family has historically been seen as the explorers of the Imperial Family, we have been the way makers for other houses, and have such been seen as the Layers of the Paths. So it is my families honor to lay the path for the merchants to make the empire even more prosperous.’ he would say. While his family was known for much more important things, it was one of the underlying principles of Jirous own beliefs. He could not be the God-Child he thought of himself as if he did not know the proper path to Power and success. [break][break] He would begin to eat, taking the first bite of the meal to set that it was okay to eat. He would eat delicately gently, acting as a soft spoken and loveable prince would. To all but his closest advisersand the two blood children of Fengge, he was seen as the golden child with jade eyes. He smiled softly and would fill her cup again if she finished it while they ate. Before she could speak again, he would finally speak himself. “If I am being truthful the reason I asked for your families presence today was because I wished to meet the wonderful Sumire herself. I have heard nothing but good things regarding you and your journey in the land of clover.Expecially from my siblings, though they only spoke a little and that is what started my interest in you. Tell me about yourself Sumire, if you would. No doubt youd like me to tell you about myself as well.”

[attr="class","Sumirescroll"] Sumire watched her reflection in the tea taking in its sight, smells, colors of the tea. She preferred her simple teas, but then again she preferred simple. Sure she could spend money on almost anything. However she just didn't see beauty in things that cost money. She found beauty in the simple things like her clothing, her work. those were things that didn't need a lot of work or money.
[break][break] She looked up from her observation of her own reflection in her tea before looking over at the servants watching them clean up any little mess they made of delivering their food she listened to him explain about the Yuiee and their power and influence along with the whole spill of the how they loved helping their people. She would believe that of Hinota. Of him though, she didn't believe it for a second. Not from him at the least. She clapped her hands together nodding slightly as she looked towards him before down at the food placed infront of her. She watched him eat first signaling it was alright to begin eating as she took small bites. She allowed him to fill her tea again as she listened to him. She sat her utensil's down before moving some hair behind her ear with her left hand before watching her tea again.
[break][break] "There isn't much to know about me, if I am honest. I am just a simple seamstress within my big family. I love the simple things in life as they hold the most meaning and memories to last longer then anything pricey." She said gently. " it is the littlest things like drawings from my younger siblings or the various hair pins and ribbons I have received from my family over my life to my dear little Fu yue that is teaching my heart every day to enjoy her growth." She said gently "it is the memories I make that makes me." She said looking towards him. she was relaxed with a soft soft smile and expression as her brilliant sapphire eyes soften. She was giving him the same answer she gave any guy that was wanting to get to know her. Her inner most thoughts, wants, hopes and dreams. those were not meant for anyone but the one she knew fate was going to keep away from her future. the cards were right and the deck was fair but life had it stacked against her. She tilted her head slightly as she nodded "I got to know your sister through my training with her and I got to know your brother from the time he graced the star festival with his presence. It would be rude of me to not get to know you as well." She spoke. Getting the topic off herself was her objective.
[attr="class","polarPOSTIT"] As she explained herself Jirou doubted it was the information she protrayed it to be. No doubt she was hiding her true feelings, as he could tell from her general attitude that she was someone who knew her standings and was aware of how best to use it. It was easy enough to see that this woman was someone worthy of Jirous interests. Yet he had no desire to try to court her or bring her into his fold. Many would question what the purpose of this was then, but to Jirou a new experience alone was worth the money this get together would cost.he truly had no alterior motivefor inviting her overy, he chuckled and would smile to her. Ev eryone always said the same thing, very few would admit that they wanted to experience new things. Few knew the pleasure of surrendering yourself to the carnal aspects of this world. Many would think that means sensual, sexual in nature. But in truth even eating delicious food can be carnal, if it illiscites and satiates the primal urge that all humans have to indulge in their life and enjoy every second of it. [break][break] But no doubt she did feel that way to some extent. And he could understand it as well. There was a plesentness to having just enough. He had often dealt with that when he was younger before he discovered his true appitite. As she spoke he would take note of every word and motion of her body, her eye movements all of it so that he could better understand her. He would smile as she mention his siblings as he ahd been eating the entire time he wiped his mouth softly with the napkin of such quality it could be used to make dressed. “You need not worry about offending me Lady Honoka, it is an Honor to get to be able to host you.” he would say politely and smile. For all but very certain few jirou was normally seen as a gentle and loving person, who was kind and polite. “I must say when I heard speak of you from my siblings you were rather accurate to their descriptions. That is not often the case. If I can ask, what made you want to live the life you do if I can be so bold to ask. WHile our culture does allow woman in positions of important, most woman choose to remain in the household, yet wonderful woman like you and my sister Hinota are a rare type that wish to push against traditions” he smiled and said it as if it was a point of pride. [break][break] Unless one knew otherwise it would seem like jirou was a rather progressive person. Expecially with what was going to happen next. Before she could speak suddenly the guard at the door would make a noise as a small commoner child ran in, holding a piece of paper. He wwas an orphan Jirou had found while out and about in the land of clover, who had caught his eye because of his magic. He would make for a wonderful honor guard one day, but that was far into the future. The child was dressed to fit his place, despite being of clover descent the child happily wore the clothing given to him by the staff. Jirou smiled seeing him and chuckled. “Rami, you cant just barge into places anymore. Your going to be joining my staff once you reach the right age so you must mind your manners.” jirou would say to the boy as he blushed. “Forgive him lady Honoka, Rami is still learning the ways of our culture and has yet to learn the finer points. What is it that brings you rami?” the young boy smiled, but he was also blushing. No older then 8 or 9, Jirou had saved him from starving to death out in the cold winter of Clovers forbidden region. Jirou had only been there to sate his desire for blood, yet when he left he found a potentially great servent in the making. He would introduce the boy to the proper way of doing things and teach him his place as commoner trash without having to raise his voice at all. That was his secret. The thing that all his servents had in common, they were all from the very beginning desperate or alone people who needed to be blessed by the heavens and saved. [break][break] the young child would smile, a gap-toothed happy smile, a truly happy smile as the child was innocent. Yet this was all planned. As he revealed he had gotten 100 percent on a language test, as Jirou required all his servents to speak in his home tongue so that there was no misunderstanding. The young boy would speak in a broken half learned version of their language, he was still learning so jirou didn’t feel insulted by it. And he was doing quite good despite only being learning a month. “I managed to impress teacher!” the boy would say as he proudly presented Jirou the test and the young prince would chuckle and laugh. [break][break] “that is good Rami! Very very good! As a reward for doing so well, go to my maid, and tell her I have given you a gift of any kind you want.” before the boy could speak jirou would motion to quiet, a soft and gentle motion moving his finger to his lips, his attention fully on the young boy as he knew sumire would use this as a judgemental situation which is exactly what he wanted. “you need nott ell me it Rami, I am with a guest and it would be rude to take anymore time from her and my meeting. However, once I am done I will come visit you and we shall practice together okay, now apologize for being rude and intrurrupting us and then go have fun okay? you’ve earned it for getting a perfect score today.” the young boy would smile and nod before looking at sumire and with a deep and respectful bow he would apologize to her in the way a child would before running off back outside with the guard yelling at him playfully to be more respectful. All a ruse, all a lie. Meant for one purpose and one pupose only, to make jirou look good. “Forgive him, he is still learning our ways.”

[attr="class","Sumirescroll"] Sumire continued eating her food, taking her time to enjoy each bit as it was a lot better then she could imagine she soon heard him speak of his siblings and their accuracy of describing her. She listened to his next question which actually had her thinking of the answer. While her father would be more then happy to having her stay home and within the walls of the white lotus till a proper betrothal was made, he allowed her freedom to learn and experience things within the restrictions of the things can not and will not cause any headache of him having to fix. Back home it wasn't such the case cause their standing was high in the royal courts, they assisted in regulating and controlling the markets with their influences. Clover they were working form barely a standing as lesser nobles. such things was to be free to experiment. one of her younger siblings was an idol and rarely home or at his squad's base, he was already arranged to someone but seeming too scare to acknowledge the bindings of such and the choosing. as much as there father wanted to put him in his place and make him a here to the family and his place, her mother stated otherwise, knowing clover and its roots along with ways to continue the influence. To sumire it was simply he was still a teen trying to live little even if it wasn't the best viewing of living.
[break][break] Sumire was about to reply her answer when one of the door slid open with a carefree happy child of 8 or 9 came running in, which took sumire by surprise. She knew jirou himself did not have childern as far as she was told. She was sure this must be an orphan he took in as she watched the interactions nodding to the child in understanding before watching him leave shouting happily. "Such a sweet boy you have taken in your highness." she said with a smile turning her attention back to him as she shaked her head " it is not a problem. My siblings do the same thing very often when I am with clients, even my little Fu yue does cause she is still learning herself." She said sweetly before rethinking her thoughts to his last question.
[break][break] "Why do I do what I do...Hm well for me it is simply a matter of pride and what I have seen of my own family. I have grown around many many siblings, some here in clover, others still back home. I love my family and I have seen their strengths, their weaknesses, I have seen their prosperities and their struggles but they all keep doing what they must for all of us. I have always believed that I have no right to tell anyone how to live if I have not lived in such the same way. I feel that if I don't go out and explore, or try my hand at things, if I just remain the good daughter. That when I bear a child with the man that my family decides me to be. If I have not lived it or tried it, then how can I bear the right to tell them no. How can I hold the strength to stand strong for my family or for the knights that lay down their lives. How can I become a mother that my childern can run to if ever in danger or bug by something they don't understand? I want to show my childern, my future husband and family that I can be strong like all of them while remaining the woman that I am. My magic isn't anything special nor is my standing. If I did perish tomorrow, the world would continue to move on and I would hope they continue moving on in my stead." She said gently messing with the seams of her sleeves in thought. She knew who she wanted and hoped they wanted her just as much.
[attr="class","polarPOSTIT"] Pride… that was the first reason she gave and that was all he needed to hear. Traditional values told that a woman shouldn’t place her head higher then a mans, but he knew the world he lived in wasn’t that simple. If this was the home country he could enforce it. But here in clover all he could do was mitigate any damage that could be done. Yet he also felt a kinship to her, a pride in himself that swelled seeing his people doing well. It was like a building swelling joy in his chest that his family was the reason for all of this growth. Even from the ancient days of the past his bloodline has done what was needed to keep power in the hands of the chosen and hed have it no other way. The true nature of himself would do anything and everything to keep power where it belongs….himself. He would need allies and people he could lose. Proper pawns and soldiers to die for his cause. [break][break] Sumire was not a pawn to sacrifice or a soldier to move and position. No. She was something far more important. She was a crutial and vital piece that was within reach to play. Barring anything emberresing happening like getting himself beat somehow, he was certain her opinion of him would be held high. Her connections and her status would be able to help him reach further heights of importance. He made sure to listen and absorb every piece of information she offered even if it was just surface level. That gave him enough for later questions. “I am sure your family is proud of you. You will be the first and strongest connection your family will have in this region, you have much responsibility on your shoulder and if you ever need help, please I am more then willing to help in any way needed. Funds, meetings, references. If you need material as well for trade and establishment of business I am more then happy to help.” But as the portion wwa small by the time she was done talking and a few minutes after he was done with his soup. As she ate hers, he took time to call over a maid, speaking to her privately to prepare the next area. [break][break] “the next part of our enjoyment tonght will be ready shortly.” he would say happily and stand gently, softly. Despite his frame he was showing his gentleness to make sure she felt at ease. I will go ahead to make sure it is ready. Finish your meal and tea, and when you are ready my servent will inform me.” he would bow respectfully and properly for his station in this instance and he would move to the next room. In the next room, he would see the box set up on the lavish and exquitely decorated table, the table itself was made of Polished Ginko tree brought from the homeland. It was an antique and had been made by one of his ancestors. He couldn’t remember who, but it made a fine talking point. The truth of the matter was he didn’t care. The ancestor may have made it, but he had taken it and restored it to its proper shape after years of it being left in the dark and dusty storage, so it may as well be his. [break][break] On the table was a cloth of the finest silk, paid for from his own allowence from the Yuiee family stock. He had it transformed into a table cloth he kept preserved and perfectly maintained just for guests. Upon that cloth was a box. The outside was made of what appeared to be stone but was actually fossilized wood. It was ancent, a rare item indeed. The chairs that were placed next to the table were made of fine mahagony and silk pillows stuffed with the finest Duck Down Feathers. He smiled and took not that the room contained very little smell, and no color except for the items described. He would nod in approval and when she was ready and his servant reported to him, he would open the door and invite her in. “Thank you for your patience. The room is prepared perfectly. All other sensory input has been dulled to alloww you a chance to enjoy the truest sensation of touch.” hed let her enter and then gesture to the box once the door was closed. [break][break] “That box these is an old relic from one of the first eras of our kingdom. Its considered a lost treasure of an item. Though to be truthful its not the only of its kind. Just rare and hard to find. It’s a sensory toy, made to help heal and retrain hands after serious injury. However the maker of this type of item died suddenly and left no means to reproduce his work. I have one of the few left in existance.” he smiled and would sat a seat in one of the chairs, it was slightly more decorated then the other. Just enough that it might not even register that it was different consciously but would definantly make a mark in the mind. “its completely safe, and will not cause any pain. Slight discomfort perhaps if you have a hard time with touch, but worry not it will be healing your hand and messaging your muscles all at the same time.” he would say with a smile, like a child seeing a toy for the first time, yet he knew everything about it. There was two modes to the box, one for what he described and another for pain and torment. But she didn’t have to worry about him using that section. Because in truth it had been a long forgotten torture device described in use by xias court. But very very few people knew xia even existed, as any item made during his time or by him were re accredited and as many as possible were destroyed. But destiny made sure one found its way to his newest incarnation. [break][break] “If youd like ill demonstrate it first, but rest assured I would never allow a guest of mine to come to harm. Expecially by my attempt to share an experience with someone new.” [break][break]

[attr="class","Sumirescroll"] Sumire listened as she ate her soup and drank her tea taking in his words as she listened to her inner thoughts knowing the next course of action for herself. While having a tea party hosted by himself and the yuiee. She couldn't trust him as far as she could throw him. however, she knew from her gut this was one yuiee she was not going to like being around. Sure she had a small inkling from ozma but nothing like jirou. [break][break] She stood up once she was finished with her meal, wipping her mouth before informing a servant of her being finished allowing the guards to lead her to the next room as she moved over to his side listening to his explaination as she shaked her head bringing her hands up to her chest, laced within each other grip within her sleeves. " I will kindly have to decline your highness, I indeed have issues with touch when it comes to my hands. Anything that can possibly affect them might also affect my work within my trade. Also I thought such of a tea party would be just that, I was not scheduled for a entertainment selection." She spoke gently as she looked at the item in question. she did not see how something like that was retrieved and to be able to heal and massage. It honestly looked like a torture device along with it being so old. She was sure it was dirty and gross to touch. She looked around before turning to Junjie reading his face as she turned to jirou putting her hands together as she bowed gently. " It has been a great honor your highness and while I would not like to end this meeting so quickly, it is getting quite late and I have a busy schedule coming this week with my duties to my family. So please excuse me and my the sun never set upon the future of the imperial growth." She spoke turning to Junjie allowing him to escort her out,
