Designed after the legends of the Monkey King, these Circlet serve to allow their user to call upon the golden cloud of the monkey king. Jirou had this item made in response to needing a way to fly on his own during combat to be able to stay airborne if need be. The Circlet itself is a shiny and polished golden band etched with the designs of dragons and clouds.

To activate this spell, jirou needs to send mana to his Circlet, before speaking the words “Xiao Yun” to call upon his cloud of Golden Topaz Aura in the form of a Heavenly Cloud throne of the Pantheon of his home country. Upon activation a cloud just big enough to carry Jirou forms around his feet. This cloud can grow to fit as many people as it can for its rank if desired by Jirou. When in motion this Spell allows jirou to remain attached to the cloud until he desires to leave it, where it will continue to travel until called back to him with its name. This spell travels at 50 meters per second when acting as transport.
