"Hahahaha! Woooooooo hooooooo!!!!" infectious laughter released from Valo's mouth, hearing it from a far one would think he was having the time of his life. Truth be told he was, another day another mission for the young eager magic knight. This time he found himself on the run, his laughter escaping his lips as he blew past numerous tress, hills, small landscapes. Riding his broom at full speed swiftly avoiding trees and anything else that would halt his speed. The young man had no time to slow down this mission he thought would be pretty simple, get the uncovered old blade to Royal capital simple. But much to Valo's excitement apparently a lot of other people wanted this dusty old sword for themselves. What started off as a simple decently paced fly back to the royal capital turned into a full high speed chase, and not many things got Valo more excited than a full on chase.

It refreshed his memories of back home Kikka when him and the old gang used to steal and make a run for it. He couldn't explain it but something about being on the run just his blood racing. But this time Valo was running for a good cause, trying to complete a mission for the magic knights. This time he was on the other side of the law. Having about ten other figures dressed in all black chase him down, some had brooms others were barely able to keep on foot but some did a surprisingly good job.

Valo of course not going to risk the failure had no intention of slowing down, or losing the sword to his pursuers. This being his first time on the Diamond Kingdom outskirts as leaving quite the impression on him. He didn't really know who these guys were, but it didn't really matter to him all he knew was they wanted the sword and he couldn't have that. The antique sword and wrapped up and tied to his back tightly, one would have to use good amount of strength in order to rip it off. Valo was also making sure it secure to him, dropping it in the middle of a chase wouldn't be the best outcome.

He was riding his broom with a near masterful control, on top of it as if it were it was a board. Using it to weave through numerous boulders, rocks, trees and pointed ground structures. He was making his was down a large mountain, so the decline only added to the overall velocity. But despite the highly dangerous situation his grin never left his face. "Oh come on you guys have got to do better!!" Valo shouted towards his chasers, wanting to aggravate them, make them angry would cause some to make mistakes. He couldn't risk bringing all these guys back to Clover, he had to start getting rid of them. With that thought he started to take some sharper turns, and cuts no longer going down in a straight path.

His broom going full speed, just barely avoiding rocky terrain with last minute sways and dodges. Although focused Valo somehow made it look like he was quite the pro, these sharp maneuvers would have one of the robbers trip over a large rock causing him to slam into one of his partners taking them both out. Valo kept the same speed lowering his body for better control and sharper turns. The robber getting desperate now they started to lose some of their members started to catch up Valo, seeing this he did a sharp turn to his left heading into a large forest. Now not so close to the ground, but flying at he same height of some tall trees avoiding hitting any branches. Some didn't make out so well though, one of them had a branch slam into his face knocking him out. Another tried to stay close to ground level ended up tripping over a large boulder and fell right into some swampy water. That was four down which left six more to deal with, Valo looked back for a second and saw at the last second one of the robbers chasing him by foot caught up somehow about to grab the sword. Valo took hold of his arm grabbed it, did two quick jabs to his face and tossed him towards a tree slamming him into it. "Ouch! That must've hurt!"

Getting a quick breather Valo turned his face about to collide with the foot of another thug, luckily he managed to avoid the blow by ducking low at the last second. Avoiding him completely the thug hit a tree branch knocking his wing out. Leaving four left to deal with, two on foot who were surprisingly fast and the last two on brooms. But it was time to switch things up, his broom was decently fast but Valo was in fact faster on foot. In another moment Valo dispersed his broom, putting it back into his grimoire. This act caused him to start to fall towards the ground right on top of one the chasers, Valo's foot planted directly on his face knocking him out.

But is momentum didn't stop he soon took off into a dash, running on foot now his speed for now was noticeably slower for the time being. Moving slower on purpose to bring them in closer, giving them a false sense of hope. The two chasing him on a broom started to really close in, right before one their hands would touch the sword. Valo activated his spell increasing his speed significantly leaving a trail of fire as he ran even faster then when he was on his broom. He could just out run them now if he wanted, but they were to close to hometowns in clover now. And since they chased him this far and being this persistent, he didn't feel comfortable just leaving them out here. He had to give them a reason to go back from where they came from.

He kept running this time slowing his speed just a little so the last thug on foot could keep up, as soon as he got close Valo twirled his body avoiding his arm. The back of his fist struck the would be thief right in the back of his head knocking him out.
"You guy are pretty useless huh?" Valo said towards the last two still on brooms, to provoke them even further using his right hand he gestured for them to come and attack. But these two were a little different they seemed more capable then the others. One of them started to stand upright on his broom, and summoned a long chain with double sided axes on the ends. The other had summoned a pair of large hammers and hopped off his broom meeting Valo at the ground level.

"We need that sword kid." The one with the hammer spoke his voice rough, and a little desperate. Valo looked puzzled more so because this was the first time they actually tried to speak to him.
"Haha so you guys can talk! I kind of already figured ya'll were to dumb to speak the English language. But I can't do that sorry magic knight business." Valo said hopping up and down in place, ready to start the inevitable fight. Valo lack of respect annoyed the thugs, and they no longer left it to just words. The one on the broom attack first, launching the chain weapon towards Valo. He managed to narrowly avoid the attack by swaying down and towards the left, but the thugs attack patterns were synced. The one wielding hammers came in swinging, but his attacks were really wide and not that fast so Valo was more then capable of dodging and counter attacking. Plus the one using the large hammers had a large frame, and it got in the way of his partner trying to hit Valo with his chains. The large missed another wide swing, and Valo stepped in closer this time landing two solid blows to his abdomen he grunted in pain leaving him open for another blow to hit his nose stunning him for a few.

The thief wielding the chains still on his brooms got even more desperate, swinging his chain again missing Valo completely. But this time before he could pull his chain back Valo grabbed it and pulled it hard sending the robber flying into his partner knocking them both to the ground. Valo ran over and did a high axe kick on the chain wielding thug knocking him out.

The dusty old sword still on his back, he ran straight towards the Royal Capital at full speed. When he arrived in the town he started to untie the sword from his back meeting the people who owned the museum right in front. He twirled the sword once and delivered the sword successfully.
