One of the Princes of Clover is throwing a party for a Local Aristocrat. The Magic Knights however has received intel that this Aristocrat is a double agent who intends to infiltrate the Royal Court. The Prince has asked for assistance from the Magic Knights to help uncover and capture the Aristocrat. Assignment states that the knights must blend in with the crowd, and having your cover blown will not be tolerated by the Prince.

Another day another mission, what was most important for Valo right now was that he remain busy. Whether it be tearing through dungeons, relentless training, or chasing rogues Valo made sure he kept busy. It took his mind off things while keeping his senses sharp and alert. It had been about a month since the Kikka incident so there was times it still felt fresh, but for the most part Valo was taking steps to move forward and not back.

Today's schedule included a mission, and a particular one at that. This wasn't a mission or dungeon that he could just attack and punch his way through, this one required a but of finesse. This wasn't Valo's first choice for a mission but he was a magic knight and orders were orders. The prince of clover himself requested assistance from the magic knights to help him catch a certain aristocrat that might be conspiring against him. So they were to infiltrate a noble party undetected and catch this traitor somehow, this really wasn't the kind of mission Valo looked forward to. It involved nobles. Valo wasn't a fan of nobles especially a large gathering of them, dealing with one or two was bad enough but a whole room of them Valo rolled his eyes at the thought.

But there was some positives to this, for the first time in weeks Valo put effort into his appearance. His hair washed and combed, his skin fresh and clean. His tailored suit well fit and clean. He straightened his tie as he walked out and towards the party, he made sure he looked the part of a noble. Though Valo was a common thug before becoming a magic knight, he always valued looking his best. The past few weeks it was the last thing on his mind, all things considered. But this was nice way to get back into his old ways. He had some carefully selected jewelry on his person as well, a nice gold watch with a set of rings to match. "Alright. Lets do this." he said looking at himself in the mirror before heading out and meeting his partner on this mission.

He was the royal capital waiting outside for his partner on this mission to arrive, he wasn't sure who he was teaming up on this mission. The only thing he knew was that it had to be someone of the opposite gender, so a female. He figured they would also come looking very well dressed, he just hoped whoever this person was didn't compromise the mission at hand.

As Lydia read over the mission she was getting sent on today the vice captain was a little surprised. Infiltration missions weren't super uncommon but they were normally given to the golden dawn or azure deer. After all the crimson lions had very straight forward missions that dealt with dealing with threats to clover. It was going to be an even trickery mission for the pink haired mage as she was one of the most well known knights in the kingdom which meant she couldn't just show up as herself or else the noble planning to betray the kingdom would catch on right away and get away before Lydia and her partner for the mission could deal with him. Luckily Lydia had recently made a transformation spell that she could use when she wanted to go around not being herself. The glass mage would walk over to her closet looking over all the dresses she had for dances. After a few minutes of looking she'd pick out a dress that looked much like her normal style of outfit.

She'd quickly change into it while putting on a pair of black gloves instead of her normal white ones. She would leave both her mantle and two swords back at the base after all they'd more than likely give her away. The vice captain would step outside of the base before casting the transformation spell. Glass Magic: Sigrún As the glass coated her body his physical appearance would change however her outfit would stay the same. Her pink hair with orange streaks which were new thanks to events at Raque would change to a raven color and her hair was currently let down. Her normal crimson colored eyes would then change to a midnight blue while her skin tone stay the same. After a few more minutes of walking Lydia would meet up with her partner for this mission who just happened to be Valo. She'd make her way over to him putting her arm around his before whispering in his ear. Valo it's me Lydia I'm just using a transformation spell to hide my nuatal look. Oh also when we get inside call me Elizbeth wouldn't do any good to change my look if you called me by my name.

The young wizard knight waited patiently underneath a nearby tree, he figured standing out there in front the nobles home would look pretty awkward. But as he waited he was getting a good scope of the place, from what he could tell it looked pretty normal. Well normal enough for the prince of clover and plenty of other nobles. It was this point Valo realized he would be surrounded by nobles, a bunch of fancy looking people living their fancy little lives. He rolled his eyes as he started to people watch, watching these people laugh and giggle amongst themselves. He wanted to be done with this quickly and get back to his training. It was then he felt an arm going around his own, he flinched back seeing an random women he had never seen before. "Who the hell!?..." Valo started to blurt out, before hearing the women speak. It was Lydia Ravencrest.

The Vice Captain of the Crimson Lions the women who crushed him and his other squadmates when they first met, that's who he was going to partnering up with!! He hadn't seen this women since that happened, and what he remembered it ended with him walking away all bloody and bruised up. She spoke quickly saying she was using a transformation spell to hide her appearance, a nice trick he had to admit. Transformation magic, perhaps something he should look into. "Lydia I haven't seen you since...oh this is gonna be a particular night ain't it." He said only loud enough for her to hear.

Lydia in Valo's mind wouldn't be his first pick on teaming up for some missions. He didn't hate her, he didn't dislike her. In fact he respected her, he respected her a lot. After that she beating she gave them, one of the many many things on his mind was facing her again. He never forgot that. She was very powerful figure in clover, in terms of influence and just overwhelming power. To Valo she was the pinnacle he wanted to achieve.

He took a few moment to let it settle in his mind, but he couldn't stop fidgeting around. "Tch...ok. Ly-Elizabeth. Do you have to be so close!?" he said moving his arm around. It was quite comical how he reacted around her, he was even blushing a little bit. It wasn't often he blushed, in fact it was really rare. "Let's just get this over with." he said finally starting to relax.

He took a deep breath and let it out, he wasn't going to put the success of the mission in jeopardy because of how he felt. He started to walking towards the entrance with Lydia on his arm. Now that he was finally relaxed the two would blend in with the crowd quite easily, Valo followed the footsteps of the other nobles as they made their way into the building. He looked around some the entire scenery of the place was very nice, large and elegant he was caught off guard but it didn't show on his face much.

He would whisper towards Lydia, making sure to speak low enough that only she could hear. "So how do these things work? You've probably been to hundreds of these things." he asked her.
