Not only does the blade have the ability to shock through physical touch, it's handle has the ability to absorb the users mana giving it the ability to fire lightning through it's tip. Once making contact with the enemy, it would give them a strong electrical shock capable of Non-lethal even with direct contact, bruises and burns that are limited to only 1st degree and minor 2nd degree upon direct contact save for those resistant to electricity. A strike from this sword will still only do a single Junior Rank of damage even if they're hit by an attack coated by this ability. You can use the trigger effect whenever you so choose, but it has 4 uses before it jams at which point you must pay 15 mana to fix the jam.
