A young Magic Knight shouldn’t usually be asked to go into the Fringe. The territory between the Diamond and Clover kingdoms is a wasteland of thousands of years of war and holds horrible secrets of the past…but when a new dungeon is discovered, so far away from the Capital and news of rogue wizards going to conquer it first spreads...your Captains send you off to intercept.
[break][break]
The Ancient Tower of Quinteps is a humongous leaning monstrosity of carved rock. It is a mystery where many civilians and knights alike have vanished without a trace. Yet it is not a place with magical portals, or the residence of an evil wizard...What resides within are living fossils of the best and worst kind. These creatures roam about as guardians to the treasured knowledge of their creator, at times snacking on the occasional passer-by with their huge jaws when they get hungry, and retreat back in the ancient tower

As you exit the kingdom and enter the Fringe in search of the Ancient Tower of Quinteps, a dust storm hits you, making you cover your eyes and steering you in an unknown direction to you. By the time it passes, and you uncover your eyes, you find yourself staring at a towering stone structure ahead of you, alongside your partner. Nature seems to have claimed the place, as it covers the door into the actual tower in green lianas. You have to cut through to actually enter. (600 Words Minimum Each)

You find yourselves in a large circular room, where the only light enters through the cracks in the old rock walls but the amount of heat is disturbing and you find yourselves sweating a little. The sound of running water instantly reaches your ears and as you lift your feet you find that you’re walking through something akin to a swamp. You can see a few flies and mosquitoes buzzing about. A large limestone staircase arches over ahead of you, leading further into the dungeon.

If you have over 20 power, you can grab onto one of the lianas and pull yourself out. Magic that permits flying like supplementary constructs and golems can help too. Be smart. You pull yourself out onto the lowest plate of a solid, limestone staircase that seems to head upwards.

You climb up the stairs, slipping a few times here and there, but get to the top without much issues, only to find yourselves face to face with several large snail-shaped mushrooms (5 each). They each have one singular red eye that stares at you before narrowing angrily because you enter their territory. They attempt to lash out at you with their dangerous roots, attacking at your feet and arms for [junior damage], trying to pin you down before releasing toxic spores that deal damage that caps at intermediate unless you have the wind element. [break][break]
Only once you manage to finally defeat them, do you get some peace and quiet and feel the scent of something rotting wafting through the air. The room you’re in is covered with small mushrooms and moss, with a few small sets of bones from birds and other minor mammals and reptilians lying about here and there were the Snail bodied-Mushrooms were lounging previously. The bad smell seems to be coming from the one…disturbingly unnatural large opening in the wall from your right.

The tower shakes gently as you move into the next room, and you find yourselves underneath the open skies of the destroyed tower. Hot steam wafts into your face as you find yourself staring at a large heated lake. You can infer that there is perhaps some form of lava or molten rock that is the cause of the warmth of this whole tower. Nature here seems to be overgrown as giant azure mushrooms tower over you and tree’s tower and grow around the hot waters. But it would seem that you’re not the only ones here.
[break][break]
You’re quickly spotted and surrounded by a large pack of furred reptilian mana beasts called Falkhasaurs that, if you’re a total nerd, you’d know are extinct. If you’re a Magic Knight you probably wouldn’t want to straight up kill these rather than knocking them out. If you’re a rogue, you may not care.
[break][break]
The entire tower shakes much more furiously once the battle ends, and a loud pair of roars makes the environment go completely silent. Whatever cicadas or bees were buzzing about just go completely still. The next room is straight ahead, and the players can choose to either pass over through climbing the trees over a large open river or take the very small narrow path to its side.

One is a large brown avian mana beast, called a Joatl. It has a sharp poisonous tail and spiky wings that allow it to fly above the ground. The other is a land reptilian with fur on its back and teeth with the durability to bite through metal. This ancient being is known as a Juvasaur.

Whomever clears this dungeon receives the Notable Achievement "A Taste of the Past!"
Vile was feeling prepared for adventure, his training over the past couple days had given him the confidence he needed. He heard the whispers of a location between the two different nations, that held within powerful relics from the past, even more exciting was the prospect of a real challenge. The two assailaints he had fought recently were little more than faceless nobodies picking on the weak. Vile was far more comfortable being considered weak by his opponents as it gave him the edge to use his fighting style. All of this had led to his leaving from the Clover Kingdom's country limits to reach the fringe.
[break][break]
It wouldn't take the vagabond long to find the gigantic rock on the horizon. The rumours had specified this rock and its surrounding area to be the cause of accidents and and misplaced individuals. The rumours specified of all sorts of creatures wandering its halls but no information pertaining to entry or specific information of dangers within. Vile had begun walking to the tower in his usual get up. Despite the trip being several days just to reach where the tower was supposedly located. Vile had no issue with this. He had a number of dried meats, a camel pack, swag, and yet needed no map. If you couldn't follow a big rock in the sky, you would simply be a greater fool than even Vile, a sorry state to be in for sure.
[break][break]
Upon arrival to the base of the tower's surrounding areas Vile began to notice that dust was beginning to swirl around. The dust began to be interlaced with sand more and more as he took each step, the area was changing to that of a sandstorm. This sandstorm was surprisingly relentless and though he had been stubborn for the minutes previous, Vile flipped up his hood and pulled up the stretchy collar of his undergarments. With these steps taken the vagabond was completely covered head-ankle allowing him to be shielded from the harsh, glassy winds. His feet however were completely exposed as they always were. With his manaskin active he was able to dispel any real damage to the skin but the particulates chipped away at his feet and toes like tiny angry insects. When the wind shifted it would cause the sand to reach places previously incapable giving the man a wholeheartedly uncomfortable step.
[break][break]
Vile was anything but an efficient traveller. The sand made him not want to take any more steps, yet he persevered. He bit his lip in order to focus his mind from any excuses he may provide himself with. Each step brought him closer and closer to the base edge of the tower. The vagabond thought he actually heard someone somewhere inside the incessant howling of the winds and sands. Struggling all on his own he pressed forward regardless of the pain and unpleasant sounds.
[break][break]
Moments after the sound heard in the distance, the vagabond was able to finally reach what looked like a path. He started along its length and relief washed over him, to be at the final point of this journey was like the final stretch of a race. Vile had realised that despite the sandstorms the entirety of the path was covered in many different plants. Primarily the roots were of interest to him, how did they survive the high salt content of the surrounding area?
[break][break]
Vile's arrival was by far the most disappointing part of his journey. He had reached an opening absolutely covered in root-like structures. Despite its sheer size he didn't think he would have much resistance gaining entrance. The vagabond decided it was a good idea to see where the sound came from. Vile hoped that the desert winds would die down allowing him to see the origin of the noise. He found a small alcove within the stone in order to take a sip and watch for anyone who might approach.

TL;DR -Crazy man get angery at sand[break] -Waiting for someone to help him inside[break] -Halp I want loot[break]
The Fringe. Home to mainly large landscapes of different terrain, and lots of history. All the history in this place intrigued Jin quite a bit. It was right next to the Diamond Kingdom outskirts the main place for a massive war. The rogue found himself looking intently at all the landscapes trying to spot signs of war and battle atop of his raven golem. He heard and read about the wars and battles that took place, but he rather see the history in person and it sure was a sight to see.
Jin was also returning from a trip to the Wildlands, he ventured out to those lands a few times. It was a land without laws and rules where the true unsavory people of the world liked to live. But Jin didn't go there for that, the Wildlands was a territory with massive potential. Such large and luscious lands unclaimed and unused. Much to far for any 'heroic' faction to visit let alone keep tabs on. Jin's most recents jobs and encounters had left him wondering about many things. And maybe just maybe the Wild lands held they key to some kind of future.
But today sis destination was in fact a dungeon one that was located somewhere deep in the trenches of the Fringe. Which made it an easy target for rogues to try and get their hands on some treasure. And it was way out the way for the capitol to keep an eye on. That meaning that many rogues and things alike had first access to this dungeon, and for the Capitol that was not acceptable. Rogues having first access to a dungeon did not sit well, but this didn't really matter much to Jin. The chances of him running into a magic knight way out here was pretty slim. And if he did come across one he was well prepared. The only problem was, could he find it. Jin sat up straight on his golem rubbing his chin looking around, he was pretty sure he followed the proper directions. "Mmmmm Zeno...are we lost?" he asked his large crow like golem, knowing full well he wasn't going to get an answer back, he looked down at his golem with a sense of joy in his eyes. But when the rogue looked back up his jaw dropped. A large dust storm heading straight towards him, it came out of nowhere and now it was much to late to try and escape it. He just needed to embrace it.
Jin covered his face with his free arm, trying to make sure no dust got in his eyes and mouth. He was doing his best to steer his golem in the proper directions but the strong winds and dust made that nearly impossible. He grabbed hold of his spear keeping it tucked under his left arm, his two daggers were fine being strapped behind him. He was being turned and tossed all over the place with no sense of control or direction. After a while he had no clue or idea where he was, he just wanted the storm to end and luckily enough it did.
Eventually Jin found himself still on top of his golem Zeno, but now in front of a large tower. The rogue wiped the sand from his eyes in order to clear his vision. He was now looking at a giant door covered in green vines and other things of nature. But something or someone else caught his eye and his sensory. There was someone else there too, Jin looked to that location and saw a young man about the same age as him. With dirty white hair, and even dirtier clothes. His skin was dirty as well and his eyes looked sleep deprived, and wildly unnatural. On the outside this man looked and smelled like a simple hermit without a home who probably ended up lost here because of the sandstorm. But Jin could also sense his mana, and he knew this vagabond was not to be judged solely on how he looks.
Jin using a mana tether commanded his golem to fly close to the dirty white haired male. As a rogue Jin trusted next to no one, and of course he had his doubts but maybe just maybe this man could prove useful. Jin crouched down staying on his flying golem making sure to keep a safe distance between them but their words could be heard. "You...you seem...capable. The easy guess is to say you are lost. But I don't think that's the case. I think you know exactly where you are, and you have plans to head inside and see what treasures you can find." Jin said pointing his Dawnbringer spear at the dungeons doors. Having his golem fly towards the doors, Jin would swing his long spear down with one fell stroke cutting all the vines and green lianas. "Should we venture inside together?" Jin asked the mysterious young man, but he wouldn't wait long for an answer as his golem flew into the dungeon slowly.
Floor 1 | Room 1
Jin would remain on top of his flying golem the ground was dirty and muddy, plus he also didn't fully trust this mysterious smelly stranger. He did think he looked rather interesting though. But Jin couldn't just pay attention to his stench but the stench that was also surrounded them. A smell of soil, mud, dirt and many other things filled his nose. While Jin was not a fan of such stenches, oddly enough it bothered him very little and only served to annoy him. He simply used the high collar of his black jacket to cover his nose.
If the stranger followed Jin would begin to attempt some conversation. "So...whats your name?" Jin asked him looking down at the ground. And that's where he noticed it, the muddy ground was anything but normal. It was quick sand or some kind of sinking dirt. Jin was safe because he was on his golem, but the stranger was not. Normally Jin could careless about saving the life of another, he only 'saved' people when it provided him with some pay. It was rare for him to go out of his way for things like that, but even he was surprised when his hand was out for the stranger to grab just in case he needed help getting out the quick sinking dirt. "Take my hand if you need it." he said simply. The back of his mind thinking it's best he have some kind of support going through this dungeon, rather than venture it alone.
Name of Spell: Zeno Element: Void Rank: Intermediate Size: 2.1 Meters Mana Cost: Cost: 22 | Recharge Cost: 24 Type of Golem: Predator Applicable Perks: N/A Description:
Zeno is a large bird like golem, closely resembling a crow and raven Jin's favorite birds. Zeno stands at 7 feet tall from it's head to it's tail feather. The size of each of it's wings is about 7 feet as well, giving it a 4.2 meter wingspan. Because of it's wide wingspan flying for this golem is extremely easy, and following the transportation rules Zeno can carry two people at a time. While used for transportation it’s speed is 10 m/s. Zeno has some intricate designs on it's feathers and body that stem from Jin's void energy taking a light blue hue. This hue can darken though if need be. Zeno is a golem made entirely of Jin's void energy, making it a fierce attacking golem. Each part of it's body can be used as a method of attack from it's deadly sharp beak, to it's razor sharp wings and it's powerful claws. Also because of it's void like properties whatever items or mundane structures not backed by magic Zeno attacks gets destroyed completely and potentially erased from existence. If Karasu is wielded by a void user then it suffers the strengths and weaknesses of the void element. Following the ammo rules he can summon an additional one with every 30 stat points into control. The maximum number of Zeno’s Jin can summon is four only with the proper control.
The best way to describe Mikhal's feelings right now is ever so bitter. The rogue knight was still a bit upset due to the last time he had tried a dungeon to obtaining some nice weaponry and armor he failed miserably. It turned out that the only thing that be would obtain would be a handful of gold. Sure that wasn't anything that most would complain about but for someone that tends to things on their own, he knew that money doesn't grow on trees. Though feeling a bit bitter, the rogue mage tried to stay optimistic of the outcome. He and small group of others were all in this together, this time around he just might run in to a future ally.
Geez, why did it have to be so windy and humid out today? The rogue mage thought to himself. He read of the dungeon but must have skipped over the part about the conditions that he would have to travel through to reach it. The rogue didn't prepared well enough for such conditions. He figured this would be an easy outing so he wore his regular attire. He was in a black tuxedo and a white tie over a black dress shirt and white dress pants. It was a nice two piece suit that he'd matched along with a nice pair of black loafers. His hair was nicely perm pressed with a single curl swooshed across his forehead. A dazzling young figure for someone who commits crimes for a living. For the item he brought along of course the most important was trusted grimoire.
Mikahl was riding along side a small group nearly mentally broken before he noticed a a large stone structure in the near distance. Perhaps, this the location. It is true however that dinosaurs are real. Who cares I just wait to get inside and out of the wretched weather. Mikhal was somewhat pleased to be at the location. It looked as if the place hadn't been roamed for quite some time. Mother nature had consumed most of it with her vines, plants, and exotics animal running about. We have arrived my precious comrades, halt the wagon here please! Mikhal exclaimed. He then looked around and took note that getting inside maybe not be as easy as once expected. This seems like it is going to be more complicated that I once expected. He then walked forward to the ascending stone door. My loyal followers let's push forward to accomplishing this great feat to granting our access into this dungeon. Once inside we'll explore the depths for it's treasure and conquer any beast that stands in or way. Mikhal riled up his crew mates they as prepared to remove the vines.
The rogue and his crew stood there looking at the dauting task at hand. The towering door was completely covered in various vines and blocking the only entrance through. Let's get going with shall we. Mikhal said charismatically. He would then begin to pull at the vines tearing them the shreds slowly until a clear appearance of the large door could be seen. Soon after being seen it would crack open allowing the party to enter at their own will. Well I honestly thought it would be a lot harder than that. Before the other couldn't even muster up everything to say Mikhal went through and swift murdered them all one by one. Great now that the hard part is done I can finally enter this dungeon and capture the treasures of fulfillment all alone. The rogue would then pursuit the dungeon with a mischievous smile upon his face.
It didn't take long for Vile to notice the large bird in the sky. It's odd design and unnatural appearance made it stick out like a sore thumb in the sandy weather. Vile would stand and wave enthusiastically at the bird thinking he might be able to make himself look like an easy meal. He had no idea what an otherworldly sky chicken would taste like but he bet it would be absolutely delicious. Fortunately for the vagabond before he had done anything reckless it became apparent that the bird had a rider and he was headed directly for the dungeon that he himself wanted to enter. Without any form of hesitation he had gone straight inside.
[break][break]
Room 1 [break][break]
Just before Vile could begin following the new arrival through the newly open entrance, a new man in a suit would arrive from a carriage. What was even more confusing was this man didn't even seem to acknowledge Vile's existence as he headed forwards and straight toward the entry. Shrugging the vagabond let out a sigh and ran through the entry before the suited man could. He jogged at a rather swift pace in order to catch up to the slowly flying bird. It seemed at least this man wished to talk to him. It was in this entryway that a pervasive smell of damp and rotting organic material would permeate the air. There was a slight hum in the air as it became apparent hundreds of thousands of tiny bugs flew around inside.
[break][break]
"Name's Vile, I take it you're here to clear this place out too Mr tall, dark and mysterious?" Irregardless of whether the man on the bird looked back Vile would wink and grin playfully. The tone of both his voice and the words used were distinctly cheeky. The vagabond did however begin to notice almost immediately that his feet were slowly sinking into the floor below. Rather than allowing himself to just fall in he gripped the vine-like lianas that were drooping off from the top of the cave. He would rapidly change which one he was holding onto and pulling upon to maintain a steady and consistent level out of the muddy floor. 'It's definitely sandy and very quick, this bloody mud I wonder what you'd call it.' Vile had never heard of quicksand before so he would not have the understanding of the irony in his thoughts.
[break][break]
As the homeless man pulled himself along the outskirts of the first chamber he scanned the room. His eyes gazed upon an exit on the far end. Rather than use any mana as he was not particularly gifted, he relied solely on his raw strength to get himself across. At one stage he found a step of his to be particularly heavy. To put it simply Vile wasn't the sort of man to be defeated by mud. He grabbed two of the lianas instead of a single one and tugged hard. Despite his rather large frame and the strength behind his pull neither would snap. He had risen fully back to his feet and was able to stand upon slightly more stable ground.
[break][break]
Room 2 | 255
[break][break]
Upon reaching the end he found himself able to reach the start of a stone staircase which Vile would immediately ascend upon. As took each step up the stair case he would shake at his boots and flap his cloak around. With his final odd gesture he dragged his feet along the stone to remove any more excess mud. With each step however a new and wholly exciting smell would replace the stench of the swampy layer from before. The area he was approaching was a large and lush garden of sorts, there was even a lava pool too! This excited Vile greatly especially upon realising there was none of that gunky, smelly mud from the previous room.
[break][break]
"So what brings you here handsomes? Was it the rumoured treasure, the experience or what? I'm honestly just here to beat the shit out of something and call it a day." Vile would say this loud enough so that both the men would be able to hear this regardless of what room they might have been in. Regardless of the pace they were setting themselves with Vile would gleefully walk off the stairs towards the jungle with naught but a care in the world. That was until he noticed an odd sound. It was horde of bizarre snail creatures about to go on the offensive. This was when Vile would get ready into a combat stance. Low body with hands outstretched at either side in an animalistic fashion.
"Looks like I'm getting that chance. Let's go lads!"

TL;DR -Crazy man get angery at sand[break] -Waiting for someone to help him inside[break] -Halp I want loot[break]
Jin had held out his hand for the other white haired male to grab if need be. He wasn't in the business of saving random lives unless he was getting paid for it, or it benefitted him someway. But with this being the rogues first dungeon it would benefit him to keep him alive, simple because he didn't know the dangers that were ahead. Maybe just maybe he needed someone to down the line, he didn't want to take the chance on doing it himself. But from what he noticed the man that got caught in the quicksand didn't need help at all, he simply grabbed one of the vines nearby and pulled himself up. Seems the one named Vile didn't really help at all.
Vile was a rather peculiar name Jin thought, and of course like always his mental guard was up. Was Vile his real actual name, or was it implying something else. Was his demeanor Vile? Or was something else like his smell. He imagined that this was a name he gave himself, and thought it was pretty cool. "I am names names Jin, and aren't we all a little bit mysterious." the rogue replied to him looking up to see another visitor coming through the front entrance. The new fellow was wearing a fancy looking suit that was not really the best for these kind of places, but everyone had their own personal tastes. So Jin didn't think much of it, it was funny to him through that now there was Vile who dressed like the complete opposite of this new guy. One was dressed rather dirty and unkempt while the other was very clean and sharp. "Some interesting people are out today." Jin said out loud.
Without wasting time though he used a mana tether and mentally commanded it to fly him onto the next floor.
Room 1 WC: 311
Floor 2 | Room 1
Going up the stairs led to a wide spread area, showing off pretty very different land spaces. It was quite a site to see Jin had to admit, but the stench of the upcoming room caught his attention. He rested his golden spear on his shoulder and looked towards the one named Vile as he asked a question. Wanting to know what exactly brought everyone here, for Jin it was a number of things. The rumors of treasure of course, but also it was the pure curiosity he had on this place. Ancient beats and settings, peeked his interest he had admit and since he had the free time and Aeila was busy doing her own thing. Why not finally pay this place a visit. "Simple curiosity. But treasure as well." Jin answered him with a slight smirk.
But right after he answered this question weird looking snail like mushrooms started to appear around them. Each one had a singular large red eye, that made it pretty obvious on where to strike them. Vile was already in motion to go on the offensive. Valo looking around the cave saw there was about fifteen of the creatures, and with the three of them that meant it was five each. So now it was time to get to work, Jin still standing on his crow golem Zeno. Quickly aimed his spear and threw it with pin point accuracy straight at one of the snail mushroom's eye going right through it killing it instantly. And the spear itself stabbing the wall behind it.
Then with two snail like creatures in front of him about ten meters away. Jin commanded his golem to fly right towards them with both wings out. Zeno wasn't a golem that was just used for transportation, actually it's main usage was combat. The golem was quick and decently strong, so it's wings would slice right through both of the mushrooms with little effort killing another two of them rather quickly. Zeno had flew over for Jin to grab his spear back, but right as he did that another mushroom a few meters away had tried to attack the rogue with some vines. But the rogue was quick with a reaction, he separated himself from his golem by flipping to his left and Zeno flew right avoiding the attack.
Jin used the opening to run at the creature closing the distance and as soon as he was close enough, he swung his spear with it's razor sharp end and cut the creature's giant eye nearly in half. Jin started to spin his spear between his fingers as his deep blue eyes focused on his next target the last of his mushrooms. The same attack happened again, but the vines were cut from some quick and precise maneuvers from his golden spear. Moving in and closing the distance when the time was right, Jin jumped into the air and stabbed the last one with his spear killing it as well. With a quick pull the rogue took his spear out of it's eye and called Zeno back to his side, just in case he needed the crow for anything else. He did turn his head to see how the others made out with their enemies.

Entered Floor 2 Room 1 and used his spear along with Zeno to kill five of the mushrooms.
Floor 1 Rm 1: The rogue mage had work up a bit of a sweat by killing all of his followers that came along for the ride. It was a bit harsh but a must of thing to do. After-all anyone would need a nice warm up before they would have to take on the big bad creatures of the dungeon ahead. It was apparent he had had shown to the scene a bit tardy as there was already two others participating in the adventure. The self-proclaimed demon mage put a close eye on the two to see if either of them were worth keeping alive for the rest of the run. He noticed that one of the two was flying around on a golem which was enlightening after noticing the other. The second man had chosen to take the ground root which was possibly the not the best considering the floor had apparently been a trap. Quicksand huh? I guess this place has found its way to weed out the weak early. Then by his surprise he saw the second fellow was slowly sinking and struggling to make it through. Yup we have an idiot on our hands. He would continue to watch closely. What he notice was the the fellow was particularly strong and was managing to force his way to the other side. Alright then maybe this guy doesn't have it well in the brains department but physically he seems capable. I guess I can keep them both alive....for now
The rogue mage was not too fond of trying to catch a ride with the golem man. If he wanted to get through his place, he would have to do it by his way. However, the issue at hand was not only that he did not have the ability to fly, but he also was not physically strong enough to pull himself along the hanging vines. Well isn't this something. A pesky little task I have on my hands but nothing that I can't take care of myself. The self-proclaimed thought to himself. Time was wasting and he could not afford the others to get too far ahead of himself. He figured if thing were to get out of hand, he could use them as a shield while he makes an escape from this dungeon. So, after that the mage had come up with a quick solution. I know that I shouldn't be doing this so swiftly but it looks like I really have no other choice. He would then open his grimoire and let the book flip through its pages until the perfect spell was found. Yes, this just might do the trick. He thought as he scanned the room once more noticing that the distance to the other side wasn't too far. Here we go. He would cast his first spell of the dungeon so far. One that is simple yet effective for said situation. The spell was name Spatial Creation: Fall Angel Flapping. It had innate ability to automatically transport whatever it touches to another location the user desires. In this case the rouge mage looked at where he was needing to go and placed the spell on himself to get there in an instant.
Floor 2 Rm 1: Once one the other said the rouge mage had finally caught up with the other two. One of the two men would as a question and Mikhal could not tell if he was being sarcastic or not. Instead of just answering outright, the demon mage would say. You know we're standing next to you right. There is literally no reason for you to be so loud. He then looked at the other man and simply shrugged his shoulder for approval. But yea treasure, fights, thrill, whatever I'm all for it. The other guy replies even more concise. Simple curiosity. But treasure as well. His demeanor made him a bit of a mystery. Mikhal would for sure have to feel him out throughout the dungeon. How about we proceed from here?
The group would continue to move on to the top of the staircase in front of them. As they would approach the top Mikhal could sense a sudden change in the temperature. This change would instantly alarm him, and he could help but wonder if the other two felt the same way. I'm sure that this isn't normal and something that we aren't going to like will be waiting or us ahead. Just as those thoughts occurred a foe would a appear as fearsome of them all. Not really, but the little buggers were unpleasant to the naked eye. With their confusingly shaped snail-like bodies, these giant spores hide themselves into walls, tree trunks, ceilings and remain steady. Careful, I can almost bet these things are just hoping to surprise us with a sneak attack at any chance they can. It mattered not that Mikhal tried to warn the two. The brash one had his own plans in mind before Mikhal could get his point across. Looks like I'm getting that chance. Let's go lads! Well if it's going to be this way then I guess so.
The first of the three to act was the mysterious fellow. This guy had shown an incredible display of power. He manages to maim and take out five of these snailmushroon like beings in an instant. It was so fast the Mikhal himself knew that his power could not compare. This was only because the nature of his magic would not allow him to create spells that could do bodily harm. This was a terrible drawback indeed, but the rouge mage had come to make the most of his abilities and was getting better at defending himself by the day. All it took was for him to have a little bit of creativity and even more importantly a lot of grit.
With the self-proclaim demon mage had to begin to take part in the action. He did not possess any flash spells like the previous guy, but he did have just what he needed. With his two fist and impeccable strength he would give a beating to these creatures. Mikhal didn't have to move very far due to the fact that he found one of these creatures located on a nearby tree. With a quick reflex the mage would snatch the monster from its position before it could make it's own attack. With his free hand the demon mage would swiftly turn and punch directly in its face finishing it with haste. It was then a second of these monster would appear near the mage. That was odd due to the fact that Mikhal was adept at sensory and didn't notice it at all. It matter next to nothing as the creating spewed out one of it's vine just to have Mikhal quick reflexes also snatch it mid air. I don't know how you got so close to me without notice because simply out. You stink He would then swing the creature over his head slamming it down to the ground with tremendous force.
Unsatisfied with the answers of both people Vile would look rather dejected at the responses. When black hair pointed out he was being to loud he would simply poke out his tongue in response, much like a child. Unlike the rogue mage Vile took no interest in the happenings of others. He completely ignored anything that the other men might do, wholeheartedly fixated on a small cluster to the right. It was at this moment it would become obvious that Vile really hadn't thought any of this dungon crawl through and worse yet, combat itself. His stance became lower as he laid his hands into the grass and arched his back like a feral beast. His eyes grew wide with wild intensity as he pushed off with both feet at once. This caused the man to leap forwards for about a metre before landing back on his hands. Rushing forwards on all fours he was headed straight for a cluster of five. Usually having enemies grouped up like this would actually be a hindrance to a melee-ranged spellcaster, but not for Vile.
[break][break]
Unlike his temporary companions Vile's magic was entirely focused on combat prowess. Usually the vagabond would use his approach to summon forth his weapons. These creatures looked soft bodied and more than likely made of a weak, flesh, plant-based material and as such he knew, or rather believed that these would take little more than his resonance. On his approach however he would notice their vine-like appendages wrapping around to the sides in preperation for the shadow mage. Vile leapt up to reach the cluster of creatures with a melee strike before realising how foolish his approach truly was. As soon as his feet left the ground the lianas shot out from all sides to wrap around the entirety of his limbs. They pulled at every angle tightly in order to restraint him in a splayed form. The lianas begn to wrap tightly around his neck and face as Vile's vicious side would finally come full swing.
[break][break]
"You poor fucks you think this'll hold me?!"
[break][break]
That vagabond's voice was deeper than usual but sharp. His mouth would purse into an unnatural shape with a toothy grin that drew blood, his lips spread so thinly they came into contact with his teeth. His eyes were wide and blood shot and for those that had paid attention would notice he had not yet blinked since combat started. If two mages with him hadn't realised yet, Vile was not a stable, let alone safe individual to be around. As his mouth was about to be covered by another liana he opened wide and bit down hard. It was at this point that his Grimoire would glow with its black-purple otherworldly hue. In less than a second black energy would swirl around the sides of his head and coalesce at the centre of his mouth. Suddenly, black energy would shoot forward while spreading out towards the group of creatures. The energy would ripple with vivid cruelty as the 5 plants in its path would shudder and slump over lifeless.
[break][break]
With the "snails" dead the vine-like structures holding Vile unravelled and dropped in a single movement. The vagabond would land back on the ground in his combat stance. It took several seconds for the man to be satisfied that combat was no longer necessary. He turned to look at his temporary companions, eager to see what kind of magic they might be able to conjure forth. To his surprise both of them had already finished as well.
[break][break]
Guess I'm not the only fighter here. Might be harder to pinch the loot off their corpses than I thought.
[break][break]
The vagabond turned his head to the side and cracked the bones in his neck. After this Vile stood on some of the lianas and pulled at them to detach two small lengths. He turned to the two men and began wiggling his arms with seemingly unnatural flexibility. His grin and wide eyed stare had died down, returning to his disinterested and emotionless demeanour. This would however betray the outrageous motion of his arms and next comment; [break][break]
”I’m going to grab your balls oooooooooowooooooooooooooooooo”
[break][break] With the ‘spooky’ ghost sound he changed the directions of each tentacle assisted arm wiggle at both individuals. It wouldn’t take long for this piss take to grow old for them, or Vile himself. Tossing either of the vine-like appendages to either side he would search around the room looking for the next room’s entrance. That was when he’d notice steam pouring out of a large opening. Vile mused at how it looked like a noble’s maw with a lot of steam coming out with no real substance. Assuming the other two would have no qualms, and that there was no longer any immediate threat, he headed towards it with brisk pace. Rather than running as before he would walk with a sense of purpose. Vile’s patience for this place was growing thin, he needed a challenge.
The white haired rogue turned and saw each of the men had also finished their fights with the creatures. The two were capable at handling themselves in a fight thus far, but the threats of the mana beasts wasn't that high. There was probably going to be more threatening creatures ahead and thats when they will see what each one is capable of. Jin went and hopped on top of his golem once more to prepare for leaving the cave, but not after he noticed the one named Vile doing something very odd.
He had come over getting the attention of everyone shouting that was going to grab someone's balls. In which seeing this Jin had actually started to laugh, it was odd and definitely weird to see. But it was funny even if it was meant as a joke or not it got a nice laugh out of the rogue. "You're an odd one." Jin said to him resting his spear on his shoulder while standing on top of his golem. "But that was a good laugh."
Room 1 WC: Completed.
Floor 2 | Room 2
Moving on ahead Jin took flight with his golem placing his head on the golems head he poured more mana into the spell wanting to keep it active just in case he needed it for anything ahead. But the entire tower started to shake suddenly as he flew on, alerting him that something about this place entirely strange. Of course it was far from normal, but it just kept getting weirder and weirder much like the man Vile. Maybe this place was like his home, but Jin remembered the entrance was covered in vines and greenery so this probably was his first time coming here. "So where you guys from?" The rogue asked the two in attempt to make some conversation, while also digging for any information. But he was suddenly caught in a release of hot steam.
The rogue shaking his face free from the hot steamed that poured on him. Was getting some visual of what was ahead, no longer wanting any sudden surprises. Seeing a large heated lake ahead thinking that explained the natural heat in this place. It also didn't help with the large and towering greenery and mushrooms that was all around them. Already the rogue felt sticky and icky being in this place, now his goal was to get out of here as soon as possible. So the moving along didn't stop until fast and weird looking beast tried to pounce on him and his golem, but with quick thinking Jin had his golem Zeno slice it with it's sharp wing made of void energy, literally slicing the creature in half killing it. "Mmm. More beasts. These ones look a little more normal than the other one's though. Good Luck." Jin said out loud.
Using his golem he took advantage of the open space this time around, and had his golem flew out of reach from the beasts. It was easy to see these monsters were tougher than the green eye snails in the cave. So Jin had to use his real magic, an he planned to make it quick. Holding his open palm out towards three of the mana beasts looking up at him. He said one word. "Raim." and three dark blue void rifts were created right next to the beasts and with a swipe of his hand the rifts went through the creatures and erased the middle space, slicing them in half. The is entire sequence was done in a near instant so it was hard to see unless one was only paying attention to Jin.
Making that a total of four beasts he had taken down, considering the numbers he could finish off another one. Spinning his dagger Karasu in his left hand using his eyes to select the next target. And it would be an easy one, as it was running toward him hoping to snatch him off the air borne golem. Jin waited for the beast to hop in the air, and with a quick and deadly precise throw the dagger pierced the throat of the beast killing it as well. Now making the total count a five, leaving the rest for the others to take care of.

Description: Further expanding what he can do with rifts, Raim is a spell that is very much similar to Oriax and Seere before it. 'Split the convergence, creating divergence' Creating a rift anywhere in his visual sight with a maximum distance of forty meters. Swiping his arm with an open palm, or pushing an open palm forward he creates a rift. Raim is literally cutting a space between those two points, creating a split. It cannot be used on a living being or inside them, but when used on physical matter not backed by magic Jin is literally able to split walls, doors, floors, objects and items in half. Using his control Jin is able to move the rifts around freely to also strike a target causing intermediate cutting damage. Jin can create a 'split' right in front of him and fire it off at an intended target. The rift is 6 meters tall and dark blue in color, and it resembles a long line crack one would find in a wall. Raim can appear in an instant like manner due to the nature of this magic, the rift does take the time to form at a position based on the distance of the caster and the speed of a spell of the same rank. Following ammo rules, Jin can create more rifts in accordance to his control.

There is always a point in a person’s life where they must go out and seek adventure and that was just as true and real for Tokage. Having trained with his mother’s side of the family the Shengxiao and also having spent time in his Half-brother’s country of Umbra Tokage has felt that he has trained himself enough to try taking on one of the lower dungeons that were scattered throughout the kingdom of Clover. Though there was a serious flaw in his preparations for the task of taking on one of the dungeons and that was his lack of spells that no matter how much he trained he just couldn’t seem to have any luck with so Tokage has had to spend his time focused on swordsmanship and due to that he has become quite adept in using the sword that was passed down to him by his mother.
Now the dungeon that had caught the young shengxiao’s eye was the Tower of Quintep mainly unlike the rest of the dungeons this was one had a massive sand storm that surrounded it and it was home to some ancient and unusual creatures that were said to be long extinct and not found anywhere else in the world. So this place called to both the adventure in Tokage and also the scholar that wanted to study and learn more about these long lost beasts. Once he had decided that this would the dungeon he would try and conquer Tokage made the arrangements needed to travel to the tower and begun his journey there. Upon arrival there were many groups that were looking for another member and while he would have enjoyed being apart of someone’s group he knew he would be more of a burden then a help due to his lack of magical spells so he decided it would just be best to head inside and if things got to bad he would escape as quickly as possible.
Having pushed his way through the storm and making it to the massive old tower covered in vines he was surprised to see that the vines that had once covered the door way were cut and the path through was open, from what Tokage could tell there must be another group that had recently passed through here and also trying to conquer the tower themselves. Normally the young man would wait till the group completed the tower but coming this far he figured he might as well try and catch up with the group and just give up any findings or loot to the others depending on how far along they were after all he was here for the experience and knowledge more than any items. Making sure his sword was ready for use he made his way into the tower taking note of the massive change from outside to inside.
Inside was filled with the atmosphere of a large swamp complete with the humidity and swarming of bugs and pests, it was eye-opening for the young mage who had never been inside of a dungeon before. Tokage had only read about the different things that could be inside of a dungeon and while he had done research about the tower he just wasn’t expecting what he was seeing. Now he moved through the area cautiously and quickly noticing that there was a massive disturbance in the soil that looked like someone had sunk into it Tokage used the surrounding vines to make a massive rope and tied it off to help him cross this next area after cleaning off the soil he continued his way forward. Tokage was glad he was paying attention or that sinking soil could have easily ruined his chances of moving forward.
Now he climbed the steps leading to the next floor and the environment of the swamp was replaced with the atmosphere of a large jungle that seemed heated by nearby lava pits. Once more Tokage was drawn in to observe the area and take notes of the changes. There was still much to be understood about the Dungeons that even after all these years not a single scholar was closer to figuring out how or why they formed the way they did. Around the top of the stairs the bodies of large snail like creatures littered the area, it would seem Tokage was starting to get to the places where he needed to be ready to use his weapon now and drew it. He slowed his own progress through the area to make sure he wouldn’t be caught unaware of any other creatures in the area though as time passed he didn’t notice any other animals or beasts and could see the tracks left behind by the party in front of him. Tokage knew he was finally catching up with the group and was more then happy to no longer being the only one making his way through the area.
There was a massive doubt and annoyance at himself that he should have waited till he had some spells because he just wasn’t sure if this was the smartest or more educated thing he could have done in this situation and now he was more then well inside this dungeon it would be quite a daring escape if he was going to try and escape going forward. Finally making his way forward there was a gentle shaking of the tower if you could call it that maybe from the outside it would have been a gentle shaking but from inside of the tower it borderline felt like two massive giant were wrestling causing the tower to sway and shake. After keeping his balance and entering the next room it was here he could see the group ahead of him and along with that the monsters that were also attacking said group. Watching one of the members dispatch a group of 5 reptile like beasts Tokage noticed that there was another group of 5 trying to surround the person yelling out and quickly attacking twice with is sword he was able to dispatch one of the beasts from behind. “I can only deal with one at a time over here. So I would greatly appreciate some assistance.” Tokage would yell as he took up a defensive stance from the creatures that were slowly turning towards him now that he had made himself known and taken out 1 of the 5 beasts.

The white haired rogue took care of his share of beasts quickly and efficiently, expecting the same outcome from the other two considering what they were capable of in the last room. But when he looked over they were nowhere to be found! It was such a strange outcome to him because he was sure they both were right behind him. But now it looks like they were gone and replaced with another person, who held a sword. A tall young man probably around Jin's age took care of one of the ancient looking beasts with his sword. Claiming he was only able to deal with one at a time, Jin had half a mind to let the beasts take care of him considering all the strangeness going on. But was he willing on betting on another potential ally just to get out of this place?
"Fuck it."
Using a mana tether he commanded his golem Zeno to fly low so he can grab hold of his dagger, in a swift motion the golem flew and turned to it's side letting Jin grab the blade in his right hand. Once he had his weapon again he flipped off his golem letting it continue forward using it's wings to slice through another mana beast killing it leaving just three left. One of them was running towards Jin head on, he waited for the perfect time to strike and right at the last second he stabbed his blade forward landing his dagger right in it's skull killing it. Leaving just the two that he already had planned for, in his left hand was his light spear which he used to activate another spell. "Infinite Light Rain." summoning two light swords in the air he mentally controlled them to pierce the last two beasts, they hit the mark but the damage was not enough.
In a swift motion he placed his dagger back in it's holster on his lower back, and twirled his spear. Using it's longer reach and his mastery over the weapon he slashed forward and was able to kill one of them. But it left him open for an attack by the last beast swiping it's claws at his back, he was struck and sent tumbling a few feet. It hurt quite a bit, but his mana skin had protected him from any significant damage. Now he was just annoyed the beast ran at him once more, but Jin simply threw his spear with perfect accuracy piercing it's neck and killing it finally. The white haired rogue grunted he wasn't a fan of taking damage when he didn't have to.
He looked towards the new comer his eyes were piercing. Jin was not of the morality to save a life without receiving something in return, but right now his only concern was now getting out of this place as soon as possible. Perhaps this stranger could return the favor in that way, hopefully he had the same objective. "Hey you. I'm trying to make out this place alive. I assume you want the same thing, if we work together I think we can do that." Jin said to him simply grabbing his light spear and commanding his raven golem to land near him. "What do you say?"
As soon as Jin finished asking that question though, the entire place started to shake and vibrate. Not only that but two loud roars that probably came from humongous beasts could be heard and it seemed like everything came to a stand still. Jin himself looked surprised and looked outward towards the noise. "Looks like we don't have a choice, now do we." he said no longer waiting and walking ahead. "I suggest we go through there." he pointed at a narrow path.

If Jin could avoid running into anything more dangerous he would, and he bet on going through the small narrow path that was nearby. The likelihood of running into more giant monsters was unlikely in such a small pathway. There was another way but it lead to a large open space of water, and just using his imagination he could guess was lurking beneath it. He had no way of confirming this, but he didn't want to take that chance. Jin was walking through first with his golem right behind him, and considering this fellow was following he would be right behind it. A move Jin did on purpose, he didn't know or trust this guy he could potentially attack him from behind so thats why the golem was between them.
The rogue had his arms ups covering his face from being scratched by all the tough branches, and plants. But he underestimate how sharp these plants were and one of them ended up scratching him quite hard and digging into his mana skin. Jin cursed out loud not because of the pain but because he was annoyed, every time he turned around there was some kind of threat that he couldn't really see. But on the bright side these things kept him on his toes, there was a slight challenge in this place that he was oddly taking a liking too. Jin wasn't afraid or bothered by challenges to much, he saw them as ways to improve his skills. What annoyed him was the sneaky tricks that he couldn't see, cause that only meant he had to be more focused. A small reminder of all the training him and his brothers and sisters went through in his youth, how tough and brutal it was. But how he learned to enjoy it when he actually saw improvement.
After finally making through the all the plants and thorns there was a small open space to just rest, the plants started to spread out allot more. So why not take advantage of this opportunity. Jin took a second to look around making sure the area was actually safe, his sensory was fully focused as well just in case. Then finally turned to face the new comer. "So what's your name, and how did you end up here?" he asked him suddenly with a bright smile on his face. Now finally giving time to really scope this stranger out, he was tall just not as tall as Jin himself. But his facial features were almost the near opposite of Jin's. His hair was longer and a raven like black, his eyes were a gleaming red all the opposite of the rogue himself who hard stark white hair and piercing blue eyes. Now was the time to hear what this guy was all about.
Jin's Infinite Light Rain spell was still active started to take effect and healed the injuries to his mana skin. A soft light gold glow could be seen shimmering around him.

Floor 2 Room 2 Tokage nodded his thanks as the other person finished off the remaining beasts quickly and without hassle. It looked to Tokage that he would be able to smoothly make it through the rest of this dungeon without worry, though he did wonder why this person was by themselves and it was this thought that was interrupted by the man.
"Hey you. I'm trying to make out this place alive. I assume you want the same thing, if we work together I think we can do that." The man said quickly with a bit of annoyance, Tokage wasn’t sure if this was at him or for another reason. “What do you say?”
Tokage didn’t miss a beat, “Yeah of course that’s what I was hoping for.” Covering the ground between the two Tokage followed in step besides the silver haired man. They were heading towards the more dense overgrowth path instead of the other which looked to follow the trickling riverway. Tokage didn’t really care which path they went on because he wasn’t really in any kind of position to try and go against the other party member. After all he was just lucky to have met up with someone that seemed able to hold their own just fine especially after Tokage had already experienced their ability both from following the trail and bodies left behind and then upon reaching this floor and seeing those abilities in action. Tokage followed Jin.
Floor 2 Room 3
The silver haired man moved to take the front and upon entering the dense path the raven golem that had been sitting on his shoulder took up the spot just between the two mages, Tokage didn’t take any offense to this due to understanding that while they were both mages there was no reason to just suddenly trust each other. Their companionship was simply one made out of need and duress, Tokage sheathed his sword so that he would be able to move through the brush easier and without worrying that he would lose his weapon or get it tangled in the vines. As they went through the briar and undergrowth, bits of Tokage’s clothing was caught and torn giving his look a fresh frayed look that irked the young Shengxiao and he knew that he would have to get rid of this outfit now and order another to replace it. Maybe the direness that would accompany most people in their first dungeon adventure was missed due to how easy Tokage had it making his way through the floors due to luckily riding on the coat tails of the group ahead of him and now of this silver haired mage.
They made their way through the path till it opened up into a place that looked perfect for relaxing and resting before moving forward, it was a surprisingly beautiful area filled with various flowers and plants. Tokage was shocked by the discovery that there was somewhere actually safe and without worry so far inside the dungeon. He had constantly read that dungeons were vicious and horrid places where only the foolish went into and how many never return from such simple dungeons. The Silver haired mage after doing his own checks and inspections of the area turned to Tokage and finally asked him who he was and how he came to being here.
“That’s right we didn’t get to introduce ourselves earlier thanks to all those overgrown reptiles.” Tokage said as he also put on a smile to mirror the man in front of him. “I am Tokage Shengxiao. I got lucky when entering the dungeon and seemed have joined you. I must ask did you enter this dungeon alone because that would be quite impressive.” He stood there across from the man with a look of respect for the man, after all if the man did come this far all by himself it would be one of the first times, he had heard of anyone taking on a dungeon by themselves. “Who might you be since we are exchanging pleasantries.”

Jin awaited to hear the answers from Tokage, they all seemed pretty simple enough. Using his best guess he assumed Tokage was just a simple traveler looking for some adventure and ended up in this wretched place. He didn't say much about that at all, which was fine for Jin no need to press for any more information. They could probably split ways as soon as they make it out this place. His surname though rung a few bells Shengxiao in his mind it sounded quite familiar. It was probably a house of some sort, but not renown enough as a noble house.
Tokage then followed up with a question of his own asking if Jin entered this dungeon alone. Bringing the rogue back to his thoughts about the two people he met at the entrance of this dungeon. "No I didn't enter alone. I entered with two other individuals. I don't know what to think of it, I thought they were behind me and suddenly they weren't any more. My best guess is they somehow got lost, or worse. These places truly are dangerous I guess." Jin replied to him, the last sentence was mostly for himself though. This being his first dungeon he now knew to never underestimate them. He only hoped whatever treasures awaited at the end was worth it.
"As for who I am. You can call me Junken Sho, Jun for short." Jin responded with a bright smile. As always the rogue never gave his real name out. Though he doubted anyone of note would know it, it was always best to play the safest card you had as his mother taught him. The only person of recent memory he told his real name to was Aeila cause she proved to earn his trust. It was extremely rare anyone else did the same. Jin finished healing his injuries and stretched his back, it was time to keep moving on.
"Well those were nice introductions, but lets keep moving forward. I don't wanna spend anymore time here to be honest."

Jin without wasting time started to head towards the exit and the next pathway, which after just a few steps was welcome with not one but two earth shattering roars. So loud and sudden that even the rogue himself was shocked, his blue eyes widened at the sight sounds. It was rare for him to be caught off guard and honestly shocked about something, he was trained to always be calm and centered. But even his wildest dreams he did not expect to see this.
A cloud of dust obstructed his view for a just a moment, it was quickly followed by a gust of wind that blew it away. Now he nothing else but to accept what was right in front of him. Two large mana beasts engaged in a vicious fight. They both had a ancient reptilian appearance to them, but at the same time they looked very different. One was winged and preferred being in the air giving it a slight advantage over the other one, it also had a long dangerous looking tail which looked like it could cause allot of damage. The other beast had no wings, but it's advantage was it's size. It was bigger and it's black fur made it look even more menacing. Also it's jaw was massive and bite from it probably just meant death.
"Haha I wonder what she would think of these things." Jin said to himself thinking of Aeila. He also wondered if she would be able to make these ferocious beasts new wraiths. Jin leaning on his spear then directed his attention to Tokage. "So Tokage what do you think? Looks like they haven't noticed us yet. Any ideas? We aren't going to be able to beat both of them I don't think, unless your hiding some crazy spells." Jin joked but if the dark haired mage was hiding something crazy now we would be the best time to see it."
"If we plan to attack one of them, I vote the one that can't fly. He looks big and strong, but slow and easy to hit. That's just my judgement on it so far though." Jin continued awaiting for Tokage's response.

Well at least the man in front of him had not dived into this dungeon all by himself, while it did reduce the amount of awe he iniatially it didn’t diminish it to much due to the fact that from the man’s explanation he was still making his way through the dungeon even without the two other companions that had been here with him. “Well hopefully they have simply got turned around in this dungeon or maybe some magic has pushed them out, these dungeons haven’t been quite researched nearly enough.” Tokage offered just to help with any kind of worry the man might be having. Luckily it seemed that he was actually going to find out the man’s name which was Junken Sho or Jun for short. It wasn’t a name he would know or heard of so he simply smiled and committed it to memory on the off chance they ran into each other again after this little adventure.
“I agree we should move on, though I feel that you have gotten the short end of this stick with our little party. I’m skilled with this sword but beyond that I’m pretty much just a nice distraction.” Tokage explained as they left the little clearing inside all the brush.

As they moved into the next room they were greeted with two monstrous roars from two just as massive and dangerous creatures. Tokage couldn’t see the beasts to clearly due to the beasts kicking up a large cloud of dust. He waited for it to settle and disperse enough to be seen through and his breath was taken away upon seeing each monster in front of him. One was a massive two legged Juvasaur, even Tokage’s mother use to tell him stories of how these very creatures would gobble him up if he so much as stepped a toe out of line and there were supposedly museums that held the monster’s very bones on display. Tokage never thought he would ever get to see this creature in the flesh. The other monster though he had never seen or heard of before, it was a large dragon like creature that had two legs, two wings and a massive tail that seemed to have a spike or spikes on it Tokage wasn’t to sure from this distance.
The two creatures were clearly in some fight to the death over the space in the room, Tokage assumed this was a fight as the top monster or beast in the dungeon and wondered how often this happened. It looked like Jun was also impressed by both the beasts. Jun mentioned that this would be the time to pull out any crazy tricks or stunts that would help them, though sadly all Tokage had was his sword and his willingness to be a distraction. Shaking his head he looked at Jun, “Sorry Jun, as I mentioned earlier I only have this sword and the willingness to be a distraction since I assume you have more then enough ability to take care of these creatures if what I saw on the way up was anything to go by.” Tokage nodded his head at Jun’s suggestion to take on the Juvasaur, “That is a Juvasaur for the record it attacks with its tail and massive head if it gets you in its grip it can use those claws as a quick way of removing your limbs from your body so I will get its attention and keep it as entertained as I can, while you use whatever magic you got to actually finish it off or harm it.” Tokage said as he drew his Dark Sword dashing towards the land bound creature, as it was still focused on the Joatl in the sky quickly Tokage slashed twice across the back of the Juvasaur’s legs and made it a point to come into its sight. “Look at me you stupid overgrown lizard.” Tokage would yell at the Juvasaur.

Jin was surprised to hear that Tokage wasn't hiding any crazy spells in his arsenal, or he was he just didn't really want to show them. But given the situation he had little reason to lie, it was odd to him though. But in the end that was fine, Jin was confident enough in his abilities to be able to bring down one of the beasts. And if they can manage to bring down one, facing the other would be even easier. Now he could go about this a few ways actually, he could just cast a void rift right underneath the beast and attack that way. Or he could summon his golem Zeno to fly in and do some heavy damage. Or he could just go in himself and do some damage with his weapons.
He did have to give credit to Tokage though, his willingness to rush in and be a distraction with no spells of his own. It was admirable and a little foolish, but admirable. He placed his trust in Jin to come through with finishing off the beast, even though they barely knew each other. Usually trust like that had to be bought where Jin came from, unless it was his siblings. Jin started to spin his light spear quickly through his fingers, deciding on how he was going to attack. His Infinite light rain spell was still active and he had one more use of it, before the spell would end for a while. So why not use that.
Using Tokage's distraction Jin rushed in towards the Juvasaur the light swords from his spells right beside him, controlling them via mana tether he had both swords stab the large creature in the legs not only stopping it from attacking Tokage but also dealing junior rank damage to it. So it must be pretty weak now, and when Jin closed the distance he used the added length of his spear and stabbed the large mana beast in it's chest. The rogue held his ground for a few seconds, to see if the beast was ready to topple over and it was. It fell to the side defeated and no longer moving. Jin removed his spear and flicked the blood of the bladed portion, his eyes now focusing on the next target the one in the air.
But to his surprise it was no longer interested in a fight. Jin looked quite surprised by this and continued to watch it fly off, but not before revealing some treasure hidden behind a large boulder. Making the rogue even more shocked, now he was convinced this place was entirely way to weird and complex to understand. Since he didn't consider Tokage a threat at the moment, he ended his light spells since there was no threat around. He walked towards the treasure, eyeing it before immediately reaching in for it. "Hey Tokage come get your share, a man willing to be a distraction with no access to spells. That deserves some coin in my eyes." Jin said with a chuckle. "You could be hiding your spells, but that's fair. Can't blame you for that. Also it's none of my business." he continued.
After that the rogue would simply nod towards the swordsman and part ways. Maybe their paths would cross again, only time will tell.
