Description:
Slightly opening the hand and closing it again firmly gripping the leather handle of the dagger and focusing mana into it, the wielder thrusts the dagger forward and then pulls it back slightly. When activated, a blinding flash of electricity emanates from the dagger's tip, giving a chance that the ability would blind an opponent for a round so long as the owner's power stat is 10 over the opponent's sensory stat. Immediately after the flash, a small bolt of lightning 6 inches long shoots out in the direction of the opponent. If the spell hits the opponent it would cause not only intermediate damage and first-degree burns but the sheer force would knock them back 4m +2m for every 10 power the wielder has. With the use of the ammo rules, additional bolts can be created per trigger. As this is a triggered ability all uses can be made inside a single round and if a blind happens it would only work for one round regardless of how many times they are struck.
