Name of Spell: Whedaus Welun

Description:
Steepling his hands Hania closes his eyes, for this brief second he opens himself to attack but in that brief second an almost black mist-like cloud of ice appears under the steeple that he's made. Parting his hands releases the spells full force, the darkened ice almost seems to frost everything that it touches turning it into a winter wonderland. The thing is the more a person looks around things are wrong, very wrong... where there should be songs of joy they would only hear songs of misery and grief while others wailed and cried. The sweet-smelling air would actually start smelling of burning wood and flesh, the place would slowly turn into a more twisted version of itself with windows broken and cracked the people would look deathly sick and hostile. Mana signatures wouldn't be where people would be expecting them allowing Hania and those not affected to move around easier due to it being harder to track them. Those trapped within this eclipsed winter wonderland would also be taking grand damage. Those within the spell will find themselves getting severe frostbite and moderate hypothermia. With the use of ammo rules, Hania is able to prevent allies from being harmed.
To see through this illusion a person would need 120 sensory this is increased by 2 for every 10 control that Hania has with an additional 2 being added for every 15 sensory Hania has. This decreases by 2 each round however if used against another sensory mage uses a sensory spell to attempt to see through this spell it reduces by a specified amount based on rank stated within the illusion rules.

Holding his hand out with the palm towards the sky his hand closes only to open once more to what appears to be a faint icy drift falling off it, above his hand, how hovers a rune having what could be mistaken as a snowdrift coming off it. This isn't actually the case it is just very small and fine ice shards. This rune is around one inch tall and half an inch wide and starts to hover around his body increasing not only his speed but healing him for grand damage, this spell is capable of doing everything that a grand healing spell can do in regards to regrowing digits, organs, limbs and revival using the healing rules. With the use of ammo rules, additional runes can be created, to use these runes he has to envision those he wishes to have one. The rune then vanishes and starts to hover around them, they also gain the benefit of the speed and healing.

Moving his left hand out forwarding palm towards the enemy makes a single ice arrow around five inches long, with the use of ammo rules additional arrows can be created. Flicking his right-hand makes the arrows move towards the enemy, with the use of the homing rules however Hania is able to control the arrows movements via his mana tether making it near impossible to escape the arrows. Those that are hit with the arrows are dealt grand damage, they suffer severe frostbite and moderate hypothermia.

Moving his left hand in front of him as if holding onto something an elegantly crafted composite longbow of ice is formed within his grasp, moving his right hand forward he pulls the string back, as he does an arrow of black ice is formed. Releasing the bowstring of ice allows an arrow to shoot forward towards a target dealing senior damage to the one that it hits. Using the ammo rules additional arrows are able to be made each round.

The tanto looks like it has a black tassel at its hilt, the blade itself seems to be almost see-through but the blades almost give off wisps of black icy mist, as Hania has enough control he can create a second tanto in his other hand while simultaneously creating others that float around him with the use of the ammo rules. The tanto are able to deal senior rank damage, if he wanted to he could allow all tanto to float and aim them at people with the use of his mana tether or even pass them to allies so they could use them.
