Yursir was younger than him, that much was clear. Joseph hadn't thought of that until there was a young blond man latched to him. There was a natural stiffening of his muscles, but the man fought against their natural want to not be touched, to fear touching from those he did not know well. Pats, hand shakes, and the like were easier to handle than hugs. He should have been reacting like their brother, but they were clearly very different people. At the least, he was able to get himself to raise the upper part of his arms to hold with one arm and pat them on the back with the other. Should he be crying? Maybe this was just a reflection of their siblings innocence, or his own lack there of. Joseph was happy to find out that they existed, that they seemed healthy and well cared for, and healthy. “I'm happy you're safe and healthy.” He wanted to smile, but the feelings of joy brought with it concern. “It's okay.” This was the first time anyone treated him this way, against him crying. This younger sibling was shorter, but not short. Sunflower long hair and pale skin, and a thin build. He had never been an older sibling to anyone before. This was the first close blooded family member he could recall being in contact with in a long time. Blood didn't mean everything though. He could never forgive his mother Yalin, but just her.
This was the first blood family he had been close to that he didn't hate for more than a few moments. Anyone else too closely related was likely dead, or hidden away well enough to not be. Was this the right way to react? Just let them cry into his chest? Maybe, than ask him things or answer questions when they were ready. That was the plan, to bite their tongue to let the other have some happiness. Still, he had to say something, didn't he? “I hope telling you about our parents doesn't put you in danger.” Of course plans only hold if you are better at keeping your mouth shut than him. The expression on the tall mans face changed as soon as those words had left his lips. That was not supposed to come out of his mouth, but there was no taking it back now. Their pale corpse like pink eyes definitely had an expression of surprise, a mistake.

Amaya watched the touching reunion as she shaked her head not about to ruin that reunion. She slowly pushed Leone gently getting the Manabeast to get up as she herself stood up, feeling a light brush from Leone's wings swirl around her , pushing off any stray grass and dirt "Thankyou."She said gently stepping over the ducks around herself as she moved to a spot not far from the three boys. [break] [break]
She was happy for the brothers with all her heart, it was touching and pulled so many heartstrings. She could only imagine the feeling they both had deep inside as she looked up at the sky " Fintan...Your boys are finally home...I hope you are filled with ease and can continue resting in ease." She whispered to herself as her own thoughts turned to those of her own parents. It has been twelve years since she last was able to speak to either of them in person. All she had left of her life twelve years ago was her Manabeast and a blank space in her memories. She had a yearly ritual for ages of seeing the last place they once lived on. She heard the stories.. She seen the reports and she still remember most of the night she had lost them. [break] [break]
What about you both? Are you at ease I am still safe and guarded? Did getting rid of my toys please you both. I have grown so much and there isn't any amount of words I could say to tell you both how much I miss you both greatly. I will be facing a great dark force even more. If you both can do anything, protect the family while I am gone. Knowing all those here are safe will put me at ease and steadfast my return. I just hope I don't lose anyone or thing else within this darkness. She thought allowing her mind to be lost in the sky. [break] [break]
She hated letting her mind flow back to her past. it was just that the past. There is nothing she could do to change what happened, there is no amount of tears, words, actions or goodbyes that could allow that wound to heal but now the forest was growing even closer and instead of training. She was here worrying herself within the comforts of her family. Her mind drifted to Hino, to valo, and to her beloved Sol. They all were training on the Yuiee Estate but she was taking time to spend with her family, with her cousins, well some of them anyways. There was one cousin she worried the greatest and that was the one cousin that was more of an older brother. If she did have a sibling hiding somewhere in this world by some mysterious way. She had hoped they were like hania. [break] [break]
She shaked the thoughts out of her head as she looked over to see Jianyu returning with a tray of tea and some snacks. "Hello everyone, I have brought some refreshments of our heiress favorite tea and an assortment of snacks." He spoke

Upon the mention of potential danger merely from the mentioning of their birth parents, the young elven prince's slightly pointed ears typically hidden under his lush golden locks perked up. Had their parents been involved in something major enough for even their children, particularly of royal heritage no less, to become targets to some unknown threat? What were the circumstances? Who all was in the know of this situation? And were the ones behind this the sole reason that Yursir had been separated from his real family and made to live life apart from his own flesh and blood unknowingly? This very realization would be exactly what would suddenly give rise to a new feeling to temporarily replace the joy he had just experienced with a sense of justified wrath.
Those in close proximity would visibly notice the boy's Mana spiking as his body trembled.
How dare they…
Upon looking up again to meet his eyes with Joseph's for the second time, there would appear a glimpse of a wildly determined doggedness that not even Yursir himself could say that he was truthfully conscious of. This would be immediately followed by Yursir lightly separating himself from his brother's arms.
"I am a knight of the Clover Kingdom just as you are dear brother. So danger be damned. If it poses a threat to any who call this place home, then I hope to personally see to erasing that scourge from the face of the Earth!" He stated with a level of calm more akin to that of a tide prior to the incoming storm. His smile was one that could chill to the very bone if such a thing were possible. He then bowed to and acknowledged the others, gesturing a refusal for refreshments, as obviously he and Joseph had much to discuss.

“I suddenly feel a strong need for tea.” Taste wasn't a thing for him typically. It had far too quickly gone from him being willingly restrained by a hug and tears to to looking angry. The man walked over, thanking Jianyu quietly before taking a cup of tea. “Amaya, none of this is private from you but stop listening if you don't want to hear some very bad things.” This would definitely make all of this far easier to handle. He had tea in one hand. Amaya was given a warning in case she didn't want to hear, and Kenja was in their own world, probably training. This information was typically private, but this was safe to say there for the time being. The red head looked over towards the blond before taking off the glasses than stuffing it away. The next step was unbraiding his hair, which was quick and easy to do with one hand. It was always easier to unbraid than it was to actually tame it.“Yursir, you will need to steady your nerves. Letting your emotions control you rather than the other way around can cause miscalculations during battle. There are even people who will see the lack of control and try to take advantage of it. If you want, after our talk I can try to teach you some mental exercises that will help steady your mind and train your control.”
This wasn't the main topic, but they were at a training grounds and this was still important. Telling his brother any of this put them at risk. “Anyone who hears this information might be at risk of being endangered, if you aren't in danger already for revealing your existence.” The world wasn't a fair place, nor did it pretend to be. He wanted to give chances for them to stop him, to not entrap them with information that cannot be forgotten as easily as it was learned. The young man didn't speak again until they were right back to being next to the shorter teenager. “Our mother was Yalin Shinxiao. Her family no longer exists, but in another country it was high in rank before moving to clover for political reasons and becoming nobility here over time and generations. Everyone from her immediate family and ancestors in her branch of the family all had black or blood red hair and eyes. She herself had a rare condition one has to be born with to get. When they have children there's a chance it will be passed on to the child. Is it a sickness, or a defect in how the mana works in their body? Its unknown, only that every time they make any verbal sounds, it uses mana. They can grow weak and die if they speak too much, but can live a long and fruitful existence in never verbally speaking.”
Their eyes looked to the tea before pausing to take a sip. Even if he couldn't taste it, the smell and warmth was nice. “Every time she made any sound while she was pregnant, it would put the child at risk. She was married to my adoptive father while she was sleeping with our father Fintan. She was the operatic singer the Burning Crimson, well known for never not singing a single moment in her entire life. She never embraced silence.” She was talented and from a noble family with a long history. “I was born deaf and mute. That added with how corpse like my eyes were and I'm sure you can imagine how surprised the doctors were that I wasn't dead. She used magic to hide my eye and hair color because she didn't like doctors looking at her in blame for the multiple health issues I had. As I grew older, it was clear that included being unable to build much of any body mass to my frame. My figure will never look buff nor particularly masculine, but that was one of the lightest of the health issues she caused. I was barely born alive and our mother was indifferent. My father was and is a commoner, but the head of his family, musicians spanning across generations. His music is never marked as his and always played by others in public, like a shadow creating the most perfect works of art. He wrote most of the music our mother preformed.”
He might have been suggesting a bad reason why he thought Yalin married him, but was that so bad in this place? While he had the chance to say it. “He was the only one who thought of only my well being. You would have loved the person he was before mother broke his mind. He likely held onto it far longer than any normal person, but he is only one person. It was probably his childhood friend who hid you, she was a doctor and a noble with a husband. She, like many doctors that tried to help him and myself were killed by a group our mother hired. Sometimes they would make the deaths look natural, or set up a fire so they could take the body. People rarely realize just how much heat it takes to completely burn a body to ash. She hired them to kill our blood father Fintan so he would stop trying to look for me and to 'fix' my hearing and ability to speak.. If I had her sickness with the state my body was in, one bad sound could have killed me. The work they did to me was illegal and put my life at great risk but she did it regardless. She sold them to me, but my adoptive father found where I was in time to save me. His greatest spell before that day was a healing spell called Scalpel and Stitches. After that day, it was an attack spell called Scalpel. Every life he took to protect me destroyed a part of himself that could never be returned. He was never a violent person.”
If only, if only... “Sorry, I only knew our birth father a few seconds before he was killed. He was a magic knight, part of the Crimson Lions. He really did seem like a good person, but seeing me was possible the worst distraction at the worst time. My adoptive father found out who our birth father the day Fintan was killed. I think he was hoping to find out what to do, another person who loved me if he found that person alive. I assume he didn't find anyone else in the Ravencrest estate he felt he could call out too. His mind is too far gone to ask him personally so I'm not sure how one would find out. His family that helped mother was arrested in recent times. It wont bring back the dead or give father his mind back, but maybe it will help prevent it from repeating all over again.” This was a lot of dark information to skim over. Oops, the cup was empty. Was it a good thing to drink something that hot so quickly?

[attr="class","naxscroll"] As Kenja continued his sensory training, his eyes opened, and he took a sip of the tea that had been brought to them. Though he couldn't taste it's particular flavor, he appreciated the pleasant warmth and aroma it provided. His attention shifted towards his older cousin, Joseph, who was sharing a deeply personal story with his other cousin. It was the first time he had met them and he was feeling even more out of place than before since it was evident they were here to discuss some serious busincess that he might not have any right to know.
[break][break]
Joseph's voice carried a mix of vulnerability and strength as he spoke about their mother, Yalin Shinxiao. He explained that her family had once held a high rank in another country before moving to Clover for political reasons and eventually attaining nobility. Joseph revealed that their mother had a rare condition, something one had to be born with, which caused her to use mana whenever she made verbal sounds. It was a condition that could weaken her and potentially lead to her demise if she spoke too much. However, she chose to live a life full of music and never embraced silence.
[break][break]
Kenja listened attentively as Joseph described their complex family dynamic. Yalin was famous for her continuous singing throughout her entire life. A fact that wasn't lost on Kenja given his own muscal talents and singing voice. He hadn't heard of Yalin though but he was interesting in finding if there were any magical recordings of her singing. In the midst of the somber revelations, Kenja realized his tea cup was empty. He contemplated the intensity of the information Joseph had shared and wondered if it was wise to drink something so hot so quickly. He took a moment to process everything, recognizing the weight of the family secrets that had been revealed.
[break][break]
Kenja's sensory training had led him to this moment, where he was a witness to his cousin's profound tale. In the face of such complexity, he silently acknowledged that his role was to listen, observe, and support his family members in whatever way he could. No manny of pride could disrupt his love for his family, even if they were ones he had just "met". Kenja would wait for the two to conversate a bit more while he worked up the nerve to introduce himself better. Maybe he'd work on showing a little more emotion when he introduced himself so they'd know he was actually interested in getting to know them.

Amaya smiled accepting the cup of tea from Jianyu as he laid down several cups of water for Leone and his tiny family/ She watched the two brothers not paying any attention to their conversation. It did not have to do with her, nor was it her plan to interfere. She took in the smell of the tea with a smile on her face putting her mind at ease. She shaked her head of the sad thoughts. today was a happy day for the brothers. She then looked over at Kenja in thought before getting an idea as she finished her tea quickly before standing up.

POST
After Amaya suggested a little hand-to-hand combat training, Kenja decided to join her, leaving the conversation behind. He pondered his own training history as he walked alongside Amaya. Throughout his life, he had primarily focused on two things: honing his skills in magic and training in the martial art of Wing Chun. The choice of Wing Chun seemed that it ended up being fitting to Kenja, as its name, "Singing Spring," resonated with his own connection to music and the sakura blossoms that often appeared in his spells. It felt as though his grimoire was intertwined with his being in more ways than one.
As they reached the training area, Kenja took a moment to center himself. He assumed the Kim Yeung Ma stance, grounding his feet firmly on the ground, his body relaxed yet ready to move. This posture allowed him to establish a solid foundation and maintain balance throughout their spar. Looking at Amaya, Kenja contemplated the best approach for their training. He realized that relying solely on his magic would be ineffective against her. Any buffs he might apply to himself would be overshadowed by the sheer strength of her own spells. Besides, they both had mana skins, which meant they couldn't hurt each other when they landed a hit without spells, he hoped. After all, he didn't know much about what she could do.
With a determined expression, Kenja spoke to Amaya, his voice filled with a mix of excitement and readiness. "Let's spar without using spells. Even though I'd love to showcase my magic, I know it won't be enough to outshine what you can do. Besides, this way, we can truly test our skills and feel the impact of our strikes. Our mana skins will ensure that each blow counts."
Kenja's dedication to his training and his willingness to explore different facets of his abilities shone through. As they prepared to engage in their hand-to-hand combat training, he was ready to face the challenge head-on, relying on his Wing Chun skills and the strength of his own physical abilities.

Upon Joseph's mentioning of his sudden outburst, Yursir took immediate note of his conduct, and just as fast as he had released his Mana into the air the boy had also managed to re-contain it. Now he just kind of felt somewhat silly now that he had allowed himself to act so unaccordingly in the face of his Kin. The younger of the elven prince's cleared his throat and regained his posture before speaking again.
"My apologies brother. I meant no disrespect," he stated with a slight bow. Following immediately afterwards he would stand and contemplate the information that he was receiving from Joseph as he continued to explain his own background, how their mother was none other than the famous Burning Crimson, and about all of her nefarious dealings. At this moment in time Yursir came to find that he didn't even know which of his emotions to process first. The shock of being born to someone as famous as their mother? The anger at their mother for committing such ungodly crimes and various atrocities? The sadness and empathy he felt for Joseph who was scarred for life because of this? It was quite a lot to take in all at once for the boy.
He subtly motioned to Jianyu for a cup of tea as well, all while keeping his burning amber eyes fixated on his sibling as he contemplated their current situation. As it stood the remnants of that group of thugs that Yalin had previously hired were still moving about freely, and from the way the older of the two brother's had made it sound that they were very much still a potentially active threat. Even worse still was that they had no way to identify them.
"What a conundrum this all is indeed," he said as he took his first sip of tea. Fine Oolong

It seemed Amaya and Kenja where going deeper into the training area, was that to give the two brothers more space? That was likely Amayas idea, which was fine by him. Yursirs reaction was a bit surprising to him. ~Did I go too rough on the summary? I think he's in shock.~ He didn't want to hurt their younger brother. “I wasn't talking about respect, just concern for your well being. You don't have to be formal with me.” Joseph wasn't sure how much was too much for a typical person. Was it okay to reach out? What should he do? The man walked over, putting the empty teacup down and thanking Jianyu before looking back at Yursir. The two were blood brothers, but it was already clear from the beginning that they were both very different. His younger brother had lived a happy and peaceful life in nobility, while he had struggled and clawed just to put their own mind back together. Yursir was superior to Joseph at the same age in most ways. Skills you have only matter so much if you can barely approach people and still have trouble speaking. Maybe they can approach that later, but clearly not now. “I'll wait until you can handle what I've told you already before I tell you more. How about you tell me about your life?” Both blood parents were dead, so it wasn't like their younger brother could meet them.
He had wanted to warn the blond haired boy about the organization, but maybe that wasn't important. Nobody had taken it down, but it had been so long. ~If the group still exists, than they might just be waiting until they recover from the damage my adoptive father did to them.~ He signed to himself. Yursir hadn't responded to any of the previous sign language, so the red head was using it to talk to himself. This made him feel comfortable to chatter to himself without concern the other would know what he's saying. It would be nice if the group had given up and disbanded, but there might be a chance it's been quiet due to recovering after the people his adoptive father took down while protecting him. Considering they had a mix of high intelligence that lead to his adoptive father being able to solve nearly every riddle and puzzle spotted mixed with amazing power, it wouldn't be a shock to find out that man had even taken down top members. Of course his adoptive fathers mind was too lost to get a good answer from them and nobody in their right mind would expect a group that killed people and tested things on children to happily tell others if they did or didn't exist anymore. Saying why they've been quiet would also not be expected by anyone with any rational thinking in their mind.
So, it was good to focus on the here and now. The uncertain darkness that might pull him under one day had to wait, though the concern it might go after Yursir one day was also a concern now. At least he expected it, but his younger brother wouldn't. “do you have any hobbies?” It was hard to ignore that itching feeling in his mind that he had to press on the family matters more. It was like their fear was clashing with the information they knew as a medical health professional. Part of him knew it wouldn't be good to give more information to someone who was overwhelmed with it, but another part knew that it might put the younger Ravencrest in actual and real danger to not know. “When everything I told you before actually soaks in, I'm going to have to tell you more for your own safety. I'm sorry.” With most people, it was fine to tell nothing, or tiny fragments. This was different, and it sucked. His muscles stiffened a bit from all the over thinking and concern, their expression slowly shifting to concern. The man had never been good at hiding their emotions that well when it wasn't work related. Technically all someone needed to do to even read the persons thoughts was to know sign language. Their pale pink eyes with the faded looking pupils that made them resemble the eyes of a corpse certainly were easy to read.
Maybe he shouldn't have taken off the glasses earlier, but it was too late to change his mind. “Would you like to sit down?” At the very least, neither of them needed to stand while conversing.

Amaya followed after Kenja as she took out her hair before pulling it into a ponytail, placing her hair pins within the hold as she was felt it's length flow down to the back of her knees. She knew various styles and decided that for the time being she would play by ear as she tend to move and adapt with her opponent, cause after all to her fighting hand to hand was a dance of who was going to set the pace. If you were stronger, then the pace should be at your control to take out your opponent. Currently Fixing and updating my Template so posting normally for now.
As Kenja squared off with Amaya, preparing for their spar, he listened intently to her words. To his surprise, she had decided to allow him to use his magic and was giving him the first move. Amaya's willingness to accommodate his abilities filled him with a mix of gratitude and determination.
Taking a deep breath, Kenja focused his mind and channeled his magic. He began by casting two spells to buff himself, enhancing his physical capabilities. First, he invoked the spell Golden Cherry Blossoms. Extending his dominant hand, palm facing up, he uttered the incantation, "Flutter and flow." A single golden sakura blossom, crafted from pure aura magic, appeared within his hand. Bursting open, its golden petals dispersed and encircled his wrists and ankles, imbuing him with increased speed and agility. Next, he cast the spell Gift of the Heavens. Lifting his dominant hand toward the sky, as if reaching for the sun, he closed it and brought it down to his chest, dipping slightly. Simultaneously, his non-dominant hand moved as if scooping at the earth before he stood straight once more. As he closed both hands at his chest, radiant golden aura runes materialized around his body. From his back, white wings shaped like those of a dove emerged, each feather tipped in a brilliant golden hue. These wings spanned 18 inches and possessed the ability to grant flight and serve as a means of transportation. Furthermore, their feathery nature, allowed Kenja to regulate his body temperature, providing cooling relief in warm environments and warmth in colder areas.
Now enhanced by his magic, Kenja prepared himself to unleash his attack. He took a moment to lock eyes with Amaya, a glimmer of determination reflecting in his gaze. Then, with a burst of energy and increased speed, he launched forward, executing the Wing Chun technique known as Lin Wan Kuen—a rapid chain punch attack. Kenja's fists propelled forward in a blur of motion, the enhanced speed from the Golden Cherry Blossom's spell lending his strikes an extra ferocity. The power of his punches, combined with the grace and precision of his Wing Chun training, aimed to test Amaya's defenses and keep her on her toes, or so that was his goal at least.

When being used as a mode of transportation Kenja can carry two additional people, however, with the use of the ammo rules, he can create additional sets of wings on his allies, although, for each pair made they will find the speed is reduced by -1 m/s.
Momentum: For every post that a person is in combat, they will gain +3 m/s in their base speed capping at +30 m/s speed or 10 posts. If they step out of combat, their speed boost would drop by 5 m/s per post until they reach their base speed.
Amaya watched Kenja as she tilted her head allowing her soft pastel blue eyes to continue watching him, taking in the display of magic watching him closely taking in all his words. She always found it amazing to see the various forms of magic. She has seen so many different magics within the same scopes of various categories and even still she hasn't been able to see them all. Each one was made for their weilder’s use, aesthetic and ways of fighting. Even hers and Hino’s are similar with one element but they hold completely different ones. Sure they both can heal and make constructs, and physically reinforce themselves and their allies. However their other elements made them vastly different. Hino was more sound and intune. with herself and defense while Amaya was more for utility and getting to her allies much quicker than most could.
[break] [break] Amaya remained relaxed back pedaling with ease as he came at her from the front. She was not very surprised to see how quick he was, but then again given the two various spells he was using, that told her enough to know he was going to use speed. “Oh Speedy as well huh little cousin.'' She said avoided most of the punches by slim hair as others she managed to get her palms up in front of her feeling a slight damage of his punch to her manaskin. “Though If I were you, I would not use too many spells in one go. You can exhaust yourself much too quickly. Especially if your opponent is much more skilled in their combat and style then you are.” She spoke, getting a good distance from him, moving to his left, straightening herself up again. “Plus, sometimes you never want to reveal all the spells you hold within your grimoire.” She added relaxing once again resting her hands behind her back watching him “ Pop quiz. Can you name anything about my magic or style of fighting?" she asked curiously.

Kenja continued his sparing assault, throwing punches and strikes at Amaya, only to be effortlessly dodged and blocked by her agile movements. As he fought, his mind raced, trying to recall anything he knew about Amaya's magic and fighting style. He knew she possessed a powerful four-leaf clover grimoire, a rare and coveted spellbook that signified immense magical potential. He also remembered that she specialized in sensory magic, which allowed her to perceive and manipulate the senses of herself and others. However, beyond these basic details, his knowledge was limited. As he attempted to land a hit on Amaya, Kenja paused briefly, catching his breath, and responded to her question about his understanding of her magic. "Well, Amaya, I know you possess a remarkable four-leaf clover grimoire, which speaks volumes about your magical prowess. And you specialize in sensory magic, right? Manipulating and perceiving senses, that's quite dangerous." Realizing the limitations of his knowledge, Kenja halted his magic buffing spells. He listened attentively as she mentioned the importance of not revealing all of one's spells in a fight. It made sense to him, considering the element of surprise and keeping opponents guessing. With a thoughtful expression, he posed his question to Amaya. "I do have a question, Amaya. You see, I've been practicing a lot lately, and I've become quite proficient at recovering my magic quickly even after casting it all. But, is that the wrong approach? I mean, should I be doing something different with my advanced recovery? I'm eager to learn from your experienced perspective."
Kenja continued, acknowledging another aspect of his fighting style. "Also, I've noticed that I lack any ranged attacks in my arsenal. I can hit hard in close combat, but I feel like I'm missing out on options. Any suggestions on how I can incorporate ranged abilities into my fighting style?"
Amaya listened to his words as she straightened herself up " Yes I have a four leaf clover, power in everyone else's eyes but normal in mine because to me it is just part of me. I am not extraordinary in anything but being a ditzy socialite that wanted to become a magic knight." She spoke reaching into her hanfu bringing out a beautiful grimoire holding it out to him " I am not the sensory you are looking for." She spoke with a smile " My grimoire holds two elements. Both work in sync with one another. My born element is that of Angelic, a magic that I can not attack with. The other is my recently awakened magic of light. It holds a lot more of my attack spells however both allow buffs and healing while holding an illusion within their grasp. "She explained " Go ahead and look at my spells. You will find a lot of my spells are more angelic into light then a mixture of the elements as I find more of myself within my pink magic. "She spoke opening her free hand, palm up forming a ball of pink light gradating into white then the outside of the ball was blue " I have Pink angelic/ light magic with an Ice oddity. "She said " I might have worked on my sensory but that is not the main focus of my magic. I hold attack creation, Physical reinforcement, Healing, Sensory, and supplementary constructs. Now knowing what you know, how small was the window of acknowledgement of your attack stance towards me?" she asked closing her hand as the ball disappeared in a poof of snow.
[break][break] "Never show your entire hand in a battle. Pace yourself and control the tempo in your favor. Fighting is like a dance. Your opponent is your partner. Focus and move them to where you want them, not the other way around. And if at first they don't move, then you move till they have to change strategies." She explained. She looked up in thought of his question tapping her cheeck with a balled up fist "While the easiest way to recover is knowing when to use your magic and when not to use your magic. Some situations your magic can make it worse for those around you. While I can heal every wound without an issue, it is not beneficial for me to heal every papercut received on the battlefield when it is better to be regrowing one's limb so they may fight again." She said "At least that is how I see myself handling but then again I am not an attacker, I am a healer, or more now a utility mage as while I can buff my teammates and heal them, I can attack and fend off foes with my spells, fitting in many areas of the battle field." She said shaking her thoughts back to the next question. "Oh well it depends on where you want to be. I might be a primary healer but I want to be able to fend myself on the battlefield without having to be a damsel in distress, waiting for someone to come save me. I have a few weapons for close range but most of my spells would be range as it is beneficial for my style and myself not to be in constant harms way as those like Sol and Hania or even taiyo are more able to take on the hits then I am ever able to." She spoke before looking over at Jianyu
[break][break] "Jianyu, can you set up some targets for me please. "She called over to him.
[break][break] The man nodded sitting down the tray and pot of tea moving to the training platform setting up several targets at one end "thankyou."She said to him with a smile as he moved away to tend to some more things.
[break][break] She raised her hands above her head clapping them together before bringing down her hands pulling back her left hand as if pulling on a string as a ball of Light will form and shift into a cherry wood bow with a glowing pink string, Feathers rest at both ends of the bow. She aimed the newly formed bow, moving her body sideways before pulling back the string as an arrow of light formed notched and ready to be released as a seal formed infront of the arrow. She released the string allowing the arrow to fly from her seal striking the dummy across the platform infront of her. " That is my Serpharic's Volley. I have it, I have two fans I can make, I have even a massive shard of light in a shape of a shard of ice to make for my ranged attacks amongst other attacks. It all depends on what you feel can best assist you while being able to assist your allies as you won't always be doing missions alone." She said allowing the bow to disappear before retrieving her grimoire from him.
Description: This spell is activated by clapping her hands together above her head before pulling back her left hand, as if pulling a string, much in a motion of preparing a bow, will activate this spell as a splotch of Light will form and shift into a cherry wood bow with a glowing pink string, Feathers rest at both ends of the bow. By pulling back the string of the bow will form an arrow. A seal will form in the direction the arrow is released at whoever is in it's line of fire. Getting stuck with these Arrows will cause Senior damage. Due to Ammo Rules, More arrows can be created.

Kenja listened attentively to Amaya's explanation of her magic and her approach to battles. He couldn't help but be impressed by the versatility of her abilities and how she had mastered the combination of Angelic and Light magic. As she demonstrated her Seraphic's Volley, he observed the seamless transition from spell creation to attack and admired her control over the elements. Amaya's advice about not revealing all of one's cards resonated with Kenja. He understood the importance of strategic restraint and keeping some surprises up his sleeve. It was a valuable lesson, especially when facing opponents who might be able to steal his mana or manipulate his magic. He silently acknowledged that he needed to be more cautious in his own battles and not rely solely on overwhelming power. He also considered the potential threat of encountering someone with abilities similar to Amaya's. While he couldn't predict every scenario, he now had a better understanding of how he might approach such a situation. Guarding against her style of magic would require a combination of careful analysis, evasion, and countering techniques.
After Amaya had finished her demonstration, Kenja offered a genuine smile of gratitude. "Thank you, Amaya. Your guidance has been incredibly insightful. I admire your mastery over your magic and the way you adapt it to various situations. I will certainly take your advice to heart and be more mindful of how I use my spells in the future. It's clear that there's much more to magic than raw power, and your approach is a testament to that." He paused for a moment before continuing, "If we ever find ourselves on opposing sides in training, I'll be sure to remember what I've learned from you today. It'll make our encounters more challenging and exciting. But for now, I'm grateful to have you as an mentor and to learn from such a skilled mage." With newfound respect for Amaya's abilities and a determination to improve his own approach to magic, Kenja felt more confident in his journey as a magic knight. He knew that he still had much to learn and experience, but he was eager to grow and face whatever challenges lay ahead.
Kenja would feel as if his time was done and needed to rest and retire to a full meal. He'd bid his family farewell and and explain that he wanted to seek some time to rest and think, as now he decided to focus on the idea of learning how to attack from range. Being a battle mage with expertise in close combat, this new approach could provide a valuable advantage in certain situations. Kenja figured he'd start by researching various magical ranged weapons, like bows or enchanted darts. He could consult books, scrolls, or even see if there was anything in the armory for him to acquire should the estate be willing to part with it. His family was militerustic so he knew how to use weapons but he'd want to train with them if he found something regardless to use any magical qualities it may or may not have. He could set up a training area another time where he can safely hone his skills and increase his accuracy and power. It was important to Kenja to strike a balance between his close combat prowess and some acquired ranged skills. He wanted to practice switching between the two seamlessly to become a well-rounded battle mage.
"I want to thank you again one more time Amaya. I must say my goodbye now to you two as well cousins, Joseph and Yursir. I regret not having the opportunity to converse with you more during this gathering, but it seemed you were engrossed in discussing your respective pasts, and I don't want to interrupt. However, please know that I genuinely cherish the chance to get to know you both better, and I promise to make a conscious effort to connect with you both in the near future. In fact, I've made a mental note to invite you both to dinner soon. We can catch up, share stories, and get to know each other better. Perhaps, we could even spar together, as I've discovered that beneath my stoic exterior, I'm starting to find myself drawn to the thrill of battle. I guess you could say I've become a bit of a battle junky. Life has a way of surprising us, and it's during moments like these that we realize the importance of family. Our shared blood ties are a powerful bond, and I believe that as we understand one another better, we'll discover just how much strength and support we can find in each other." With that Kenja would retire for the evening and check out the armory.
