Description: To cast, the user will push out their left hand to their respective side with their palms facing out after gathering their mana to their hands. While gathering the mana required, sporadic—nearly invisible—sparks of static electricity can be seen around the casters hands. The sparks vanish when the spell is cast, as a wave of invisible pressure (+10 sensory to see the white, ribbon-y spell) pushes out from the caster's location a static sensation fills the area effected. Those caught within the spells 25 meter AoE will have their speed debuffed for -2 m/s (without losing potency per target due to SM, unless the required 5 control per target is not met, in which case the debuff will degrade its effectiveness by half per person) and visualized by the same barely visible sparks around their feet and ankles. They will also be knocked back 2 meters + 10 meters for every 10 points in power the caster has, as well as + 5 more meters from the element, while the casters own feet gain the same visual effect as the spell reinforces their speed, increasing it by 2 m/s. This spell can cause junior damage in the form of minor cuts and bruises to targets, can minorly scuff up and crack structures, and move anything under 200lbs.
