Neppa is a temperature controlling spell, that allows Valo to increase the temperature in a 70 meter radius. It has no offensive or defensive uses. But it will negate debuffs from dungeons or missions alike that originate from colder temperature. Valo just simply emits heat from his mana in order to cause this effect. The second function of this spell is the heat emitted in the air increases the user's speed drastically, for faster velocity throughout the area radius.

Surrounding Valo in a circle of twisting blue flames, literally creating a tornado of pure flames with Valo in the center of it. Valo can control how wide and high these flames reach, his maximum width for an area is 70 meters and can be shortened to 1 meter around him. As for height when used an area attack, it can only go as high as 9 meters or as short as three feet. The heat of the flames and smoke that will rise from the ground, can cause a blinding effect that will only occur once per opponent. Upon activation this spell causes a knock back effect that follows the knock back rules.
