[attr="class","ardereescroll"]Ardere exhaled hot breath into the air, closing his eyes for a moment as flames began to crawl across his skin. These were no ordinary flames--they formed an armor known formerly as Tyr. Named after the one handed War God, this was perhaps one of the Crimson King's most often utilized spells. It was a gamble to bet, but his estimation was that his magical power surpassed Hania's by a fair amount right now. So as the spear formed of ice came his way, he need not react to stop it. The spear would not be able to pierce his armor no matter how much strength was behind it. It would merely damage his armor. Even so, Hania was moving quite fast at the current time.

Nice try, but you will have to do a bit better my friend. He had one option to ensure Hania's onslaught did not continue and shatter his armor. Slamming his foot down into the ground, he kept true to his word. No offensive maneuver was made, but the sheer strength behind this stomp was more than enough to shatter the earth beneath them and shake the Ravencrest if he did not react quickly. Even if he did, this shockwave would serve as a sort of warning. Then, three swords burst forth from his black and gold grimoire. Siegfried's Arsenal. His signature spell. The trio of swords began to orbit him like three moons around a world. This was a near impenetrable wall--unless Hania got creative. Ardere knew the Ravencrest was smart. He'd figure out a way to get past it.

Standing there adorning his flame armor, the blazing orange eyes of his were fixed on the opponent before him. This was no ordinary opponent, it was a friend and a squad mate. Out of all of the Vice Captain challenges he had before, this was the one he was most intrigued about. It did bring a smile to his face however, thinking of the notion that his fate was forever intertwined to Vermillions and Ravencrests. This was a fate he likely could not dream of escaping, nor did he aim to. Fights like this kept him all too intrigued. Though he could not help but wonder what the rest of his squad thought as of now. They'd likely be tuning in even though he asked they run drills. As was the way of the Crimson Lions. None of them could resist watching a good fight. Even Ardere himself was guilty of this, a bad habit he had learned from his predecessor.

Stats Effected: +Grand Strength[break]
Applicable Perks: Mana Conservationist, Concussive Blows, Battle Knight, Brute, Herculean Strength.[break]
Description: Ardere has used this spells for years, and is considered one of his most used spells. Based on the Ifrit spell Lysander used and the Abyss Armor Elizabeth utilized, this spell has been honed and practiced. The mage creates an armor of flame across his entire body, lighting his hair on fire in the process. This also causes his muscles to expand and strengthen as the PR aspect of it reinforces his strength. This allows him to punch holes in buildings, or even level them. The power of the flame and reinforcement are used in tandem to make this a monstrously terrifying offensive spell.

Rank & Spell Type: Grand | Attack Creation[break]
Range & Speed: 80 m area| 75 m/s[break]
Mana Cost: 40 (20)[break]
Stats Effected: +22 Power[break]
Applicable Perks: Mana Conservationist, Battle Knight, Signature Spell.[break]
Description: This is Ardere's most often used spell, and one he learned from his father (It being a mirror of his father's signature spell). It has gotten stronger as he has, and this is the final version of this spell. He creates a massive sword out of flame. Being 2 meters in length it is long enough to match his own height but not too large to be awkward when wielding. The user can grab this sword, but they can also manipulate it in an 80 meter area, being 40 m radially around them-self. They can manipulate it to stab or slash or twirl, anything the user can think of. For every 50 control the user has, they can make an extra sword. These swords are powerful enough to cleave through stone and metal like it was butter, and limbs are just the same. These spells do have the ability to kill.
