Founding: Developed after the liberation of Kikka and the development of the Shadow Mana Zone. The leader of the Golden Dawn and head of the Blake estate, Zaven Blake was awarded with his own slice of land. Feeling at home in the ambient mana of the Shadow Grand Mana Zone. He chose to rebuild the Blake estate here and then found the province of Regnum Umbra, or Shadow Realm for those less educated. This founding and development was all a part of an old plan his father as well as the former head of the Blake family wanted to enact before the Shattering incident.
Laws: Regnum Umbra follows all the same basic laws that the nation of Clover upholds, with additions made by the current ruler.
Lore: Regnum Umbra is an ideal place that Rolin Blake and the Blake family as a whole have at least heard about at some point in their lives. The original land of the Blakes, now long gone and forgotten to most, was recorded into the annals of Blake history. Rolin Blake worked in secret to amass a fortune to gain a swath of land for when he eventually became the head of the Blake family. When the shadowlands first made themselves known...Zaven remembered an old tale told to him by his father during his time being trained as a weapon. Zaven found the plans and manuscripts drafted by his missing, and presumably dead father and put them to work to make a place that could be defended with both the strength of men, and with the environment hiding them from outside forces. Instead of a brutal tyrannical government Zaven changed the ideals of Regnum Umbra to focus on the merits of the people to create capable and strong leaders.
Military Corps: The Regnum Umbra Military Corps were founded and developed by Rolin Blake, as secretive and deeply loyal sects devoted to the Blake family. Since Zaven’s inheritance of the family head and subsequent founding of a nation, the new leader has brought the military into the vision of the world as it established that any country should be able to defend itself.
