Today started out just like any other for a young royal. Amaya stirred feeling the light that snuck through a crack within her curtains. Groaning lightly in protest she tossed the blankets back over her head drifting back to sleep for a few more minutes before her usual morning welcome party started the morning routine of first acknowledging her need to wake up to telling her how it is necessary to just opening the curtains before taking the comfort of her barrow away. Startling the girl to once again falling out of bed as she did every morning with a groan. Amaya rubbed her eyes looking back at her grimoire as just like clockwork, every morning she falls out of a bed, it always fell off her nightstand. landing on the ground infront of her as if acknowledging it belonged with her.
[break][break]
"Why do you fall too." She whispered to herself picking up the Grimoire doing a morning examination as she did every day "You feel different...Have we grown?" She asked it expecting a silent response before she slowly stood up, stretching the sleep from her bones going about the normal routine of Taking a prepared bath, enjoying the assistance with properly washing her massive length of hair. She examined the length in thought. It was about time to consider a change in style. She looked up at the ceiling in deep thought of almost anything that came to mind and oddly it was a silent acknowledgement of a needed growth. She couldn't tell why she felt a sudden need to shed her current skin for a new one. Maybe she needed a bit more meditation upon the subject later.
[break][break]
She got out of the bath, allowing the servants to assist in her hyenine regiment while getting dressed, making the morning routine complete upon a quick slipping and tieing of her high heeled shoes she wore. Today she held a simple style off the shoulder white top with long flowing sleeves reaching to her elbows with a waist high flowing pink skirt resting to her mid thigh. She she often showed along of her upper legs with her lower hidden by her knee high heeled boots, but she found, she didn't trip as often nor did she feel so constrained by her clothing getting in her way. She normally would argue with the slight choice of pink with the skirt instead of a usual purple or blue, however today she didn't feel the need to insist on a change of the skirt. She adjusted her holster in its proper place on her right hip as her left hip held her trusty relic 'lady madness'. Heading towards the door she accepted the freshly folded mantle from her head handmaid as she nodded, draping it on her shoulder properly, heading out of her room.
[break][break]
Amaya headed towards the front of the Ravencrest estate requesting a broom to a servant as she passed heading out front. She accepted the requested item thanking the servant before placing her mana into the broom as she sat on it, crossing her legs to the side. She rested her left manicured nailed hand on the wood as her right rested in her lap as the broom took off towards the first known stop of the day, the Coral peacock base.
[break][break]
At first, she didn't expect anyone to be waiting for her as was every morning. She was a newly appointed intermediate 5th class Coral peacock. She wasn't anything important, that was her thought till she saw Akauri waiting for her. She listened to the explanation and the rush to sending her on a sudden mission "Oh, Right. I will head there immediately, you can count on me." She spoke in response accepting the given mission she was not allow to refuse. She accepted the file on the mission as she sat on her broom reading the file over. Someone managed to survive an attack by an unknown creature. It was assumed this survivor was not the first one to be attacked, though they were the first to survive the attack and make it back to report the incident. Amaya had no knowledge of the place she was being sent other then where she was to go. She also made not of the acknowledgement of another member from another magic knight squad was going to be assisting her on this mission. She was curious of who it was that was going to assist her. She shaked the thoughts from her head as she put away her file of the mission into her satchel before taking off once again, this time straight to the meeting spot in Sosshi.

Appearance & Lore:
“There is always danger that comes with beauty.”
The nobles residing within a young king’s court didn’t know the danger of those words until one Lady Cherry walked into their faraway royal palace and bowed before their king. Her locks were like liquid gold, her skin perfect like the most beautiful white marble, and her lips were as red as the magical roses that only bloomed once a year, at midnight. Her mannerisms were pristine, and her beauty found her a place within the hearts of all men, even the king. He became cold, cruel, only cared for Lady Cherry and gave her everything she wanted…He even went to war for her because she wanted Tchazzar’s riches…
It was brutal, a trench war in its worst sense. No side was winning, and despite the fact that the king’s armies were tired and lacking in resources, he pushed them to continue. To continue until they saw him as a mad king…A conspiracy took place, where the sister of the King came to Tchazzar, begging him to end the war. And he did, in a day the Jaws of Fire and his council swept through the kingdom, letting the unhappy peasants deal with the king as they wished…yet Lady Cherry appeared before the Dragon Emperor the very next day, with that same bow, those same golden locks, those same luscious lips…A seduction that should’ve worked but didn’t. The sister of the late king had warned Tchazzar of the woman who turned her once great and beloved brother into a mad tyrant. He let the woman remain in his grand temple, but showed no interest in her. Not until she started attempting to tempt the members of his council to betray him. The Jaws of Fire’s punishment was swift and harsh. He turned to the strongest magician he had in his court, and asked them to curse Lady Cherry to suffer forever in her pining of all the world’s power and riches. Her form, he found next morning in the council room.
A long, thin and light rapier that always appeared to be covered in blood upon first glance… only those that bother to touch it find that the blood, while still bright red and fresh-looking, is completely dried down (and also impossible to remove.) A single beautiful rose sprouts from where the hilt meets the blade, one that only fully opens its petals once the blade tastes blood. The blade only welcomes a woman as its master, as all men that have ever touched it have received large cuts from both the hilt and the blade.
The accepted owner of the Lady of Madness naturally attains the Sinister Magic Perk while wielding them.

Taiyo Vermillion - My Burning Passion is to be the Best!
Taiyo woke up early that day since he had multiple tasks to accomplish. There was family work to be done and squad work. Getting out of bed, Taiyo went and shower first and then got dressed. Having breakfast, Taiyo’s thoughts were on what he needed to do. There was something he felt inside that started to bother him. He couldn’t put his finger on it but it was with a connection he felt. He started to feel the feeling after the spirit festival and he just couldn’t understand why he felt that way. There was a sense of familiarity with the feeling but also a feeling of sorrow, the same type of sorrow he felt on the day of the spirit festival but that sorrow also was accompanied by anger. Deep seated anger but at what? Trying to shake the feeling, Taiyo got up and walked over to his room and grabbed his mantle, putting it on as he didn’t intend to return to the room after dealing with the paperwork of the family. Grabbing the relic he won in a raffle, Taiyo looked at it. He couldn’t understand the relic and why it was just a hilt. He placed the hilt on his hip. He knew there was more to it than just being a hilt and he was hoping to get more answers on that later. For now, he had paperwork and some feelings to deal with. Before leaving the room, he walked over to his desk and his mind saw her; Cyra.
”Cyra, if you can hear me, I am sorry. I miss you and I want you back.” His hands were clasped as he spoke. He had created a mini shrine-like area at his desk where he spent the most time with Cyra during the time they were together. He would use the area to give his respects to her. A bright light shined before him as he heard her voice again. ”You abandoned me, Taiyo Vermillion! I haven’t forgiven you for that nor have I forgotten how it felt when YOU neglected me.” The light formed and Cyra appeared to him. She landed on the desk and glared at him. He finally understood the sadness and anger he was feeling. It was Cyra’s feelings. She was sad about them parting and angry at him because to her, he neglected him. That wasn’t his intention but things just got really hectic and he started getting too busy to give her the necessary attention she needed. He looked right at her with sincere eyes. ”Cyra, I apologize. It was not my intention to neglect you and I won’t give you any excuses. I accept full responsibility for the lack of communication, attention and nurturing you received from me during the last time we were together. You wanted what was best for me and I did want the same for you but we were out of sync and then the busyness sat in. I won’t let it happen again! I devoted my life to many things and our connection is just as important as every other connection I have.” The bird rose from her perch and flew closer to Taiyo, pecking him multiple times to vent her anger at him. After pecking him repeatedly, she flew up and landed on his head which was her favorite spot. She didn’t say much about what she planned for herself next but she was willing to begrudgingly give him a chance. After all, he was devoted to their connection at one point and she still saw that potential in him. ”I am guessing this means you’re going to stick around. Thank you.” Silence was all he received in return.
Deciding that he needed to do the squad work first and then the family paperwork, Taiyo grabbed a broom from the estate and flew off to the estate. Walking through the headquarters, Taiyo was stopped by one of the superiors who gave him the mission in Sosshi. It was due to his familiarity with the place due to helping them out with a problem they had in the past. The job file also told him that he would be working with another Magic Knight from another squad. Who could they be? Who was the other magic knight? What squad were they from? Important questions truly but none he’d get an answer to until he arrived in Sosshi. The task was one he wasn’t going to put off and now that Cyra was back, he could show her that he was still worthy of her. Taiyo nodded and started walking towards the door and that’s when he started feeling a strange feeling. It was much different than the feelings he felt coming from Cyra. It was more sinister and not anything he could understand and then the next moment, it was gone. He took a deep breath and sighed before continuing his walk to leave the HQ. Hopping on the broom he had, Taiyo flew off heading to Sosshi. ”Been awhile since we last flew together. I missed it.” All Taiyo would receive in return from Cyra was silence. He knew she was pissed off at him but was this really necessary? Fine then, if she didn’t want to speak to him then he’d have no choice but to leave that alone for now and deal with it at a later time when it was more appropriate.
Taiyo landed in Sosshi and that’s when he remembered the first time he was there. He was meeting Lydia Ravencrest who had just left the Crimson Lions to join the Azure Deer. She was there to help him out and they faced off against young Minotaurs. That was a long time ago and he had come a long way since then. Taking a breath, Taiyo walked over to a more visible area so that whoever he was working with would be able to see him when they arrived if they weren’t there as yet. WC: 1017 TWC: 1017
Rank & Element: Junior Class & Type: Accessory Magic Specializations: N/A Appearance & Lore: The Magic Knight Mantle is an Item in which Magic Knights wear to show the Squad that are in. Each Squad has a different color Mantle along with their own squad logo as well. When these items were built they were made out of a special material. A material that allows them to be unbreakable from any sort of attack, but does not block the wearer from any attacks. Magic Knights of the Clover Kingdom have worn these Mantles for Hundreds of Years. Abilities:
At first glance, Miroh Ath appears as either an unfinished or broken sword as all you are able to see is the unusual four-inch hilt one would often associate with a rapier. The grip is a finely carved onyx with a silver inlay spiralling up it leading into silver filigree and eventually into a half lotus design. It is only when the owner of the weapon channels mana through it does it show its true potential as at the bottom of the blade two small circles and a small orb appear, and at the base of the half lotus two larger circles appear, and on the petals, a symbol appears on each that seems illegible until you finish understanding the relic, at that point, you will be able to read it and find out the name of the daemon who's energy it holds. From the torch/petal hilt is a white pure aura dagger blade which is eighteen inches long and holds a purple tint to its edges. The blade itself almost appears to be made out of flames the way it curves makes it almost look like a khopesh. In the centre of the curve, an orb can be seen, while on the outside it has four spikes that can do damage.
Junior Lore: There isn't really a lot known about this relic. It's unknown how long ago it was created, where it was created or who created it, in fact, its name isn't even known. It was only by chance found by an archaeologist of a once noble family who fell on hard times after acquiring the relic from the ruins of an ancient battlefield. To try to change their family's fortune, redeem the renown they once had and fill their coffer they decided to raffle off some of the relics from their private collection.
Intermediate Lore: ~Get the relic to intermediate to unlock~
Senior Lore: ~Get the relic to Senior to unlock~
Grand Lore: ~Get the relic to Grand to unlock~
Dive Lore: ~Unlock the partial Daemon dive to unlock~
As this is an unusual relic it comes with an equally unusual ability but it comes with a bit of work to unlock. You are required to do a thread of 6,000 words where you come to not only understand the energies within the relic but unlock its hidden secret; that it is capable of a partial daemonic dive, and will allow you to have up to three small aesthetic changes while in this form. (The training must be approved like a normal partial dive) You are unable to access this dive ability before the relic reaches senior, the dive will be active for three rounds and it will be five rounds before you would be able to enter it once more, at grand it will allow you to enter the partial dive for four rounds but you will not be able to enter it again for six rounds. You are able to go to the spirit system and choose three abilities you will be able to access while in the partial daemonic dive. As with spirit dive, there are drawbacks that you will receive when the dive is on cooldown. This includes -5 m/s physical speed, -5 mana regeneration, -5 Debuff in Power, Durability, Control, Sensory and you will only be able to access intermediate or below spells.
In addition to the above abilities, they will find that their spells will have a number of boons and weaknesses to them.
Boons: - +25% spell speed and range to attack creation spells - are naturally able to ignore 5 points of the enemy’s abilities durability, increasing to 10 points at Grand rank.
Weaknesses: - If an object or structure is magically backed then it will be lowered by a single-tier on a successful clash. - Lose 5 mana per post while in combat on top of their sustain. This effect stops once the player's mana has reached 20% of their max mana. This effect increases to 35% at Senior Rank, then 50% at Grand Rank. (This replaces your normal mana regen and cannot be negated with mana regen perks)

With the use of ammo rules, additional orbs can be made per trigger.

Upon a successful attack, it will leave a first-degree burn and a glowing crescent moon with a pale purple cloud appears on the infected area and begins to make the enemy in question feel almost lethargic decreasing their speed by -4 meters per second. Using the ammo rules, additional marks can be made, however, the speed debuff is decreased by one. Due to the nature of hex and curse, it will actively attempt to turn any buffs into debuffs and healing into damage as per the clashing rules.

Striking diagonally left to the right from top to bottom will create a black and royal purple pure aura slash around three meters in length and half an inch thick in front of the owner while striking right to left from the bottom to the top will create the same strike but fifteen meters behind the enemy in question. As the strike gets closer it almost takes the shape of a net made of rope that is a centimetre and a half thick but still three meters long. It would give the illusion of a restraining spell, however, if any of the net touches a person then they will take not only a junior rank of damage and be dealt a first-degree burn but it will also leave a marking that resembles a solar eclipse with a royal purple glow around it. This marking weakens the defences of the one affected by it allowing for additional damage to be done in the following round. Using the ammo rules, additional marks can be made, however, the speed debuff is decreased by one. Due to the nature of hex and curse, it will actively attempt to turn any buffs into debuffs and healing into damage as per the clashing rules.
Amaya looked from her broom flying to Sosshi. Something was different about today. She didn't know what it was or how it was affecting her. She needed to squash the odd feeling racing through her. She did her normal morning routine but the first oddity was her Grimoire, She felt it was different but the pages were still blank, there was still the same amount of pages, nothing was different of her four leaf grimoire. Next was the bath. She had the normal routine and servants assisting when nodded but the thought of needing a hair cut or a change in her hair style was common but never seemed so insist in her mind. She looked behind her at the trailing ponytail allowing her hair to cascade in response. She sighed closing her eyes shaking the thoughts out of her head. She opened her eyes looking down at her pink skirt. and number three of oddities today, the fact she didn't fight or argue with the disliking of her pink skirt. She normally would change and refuse anything pink other then her mantle. However today she just accepted the color, She didn't want to accept her mantle color but she did and now here she was in public with a pink skirt, she accepted it without fighting like normal. [break][break] She saw Sosshi ahead of her before moving her broom down flying to the meeting spot as she looked towards the meeting spot seeing a surprising figure "Taiyo? "she asked to herself descending next to him before hopping off her broom. "Taiyo? What are you doing here?" she asked gently wondering why he was there. She didn't send for him or tell him of her sudden mission. After a few seconds it clicked, the file stated another squad was going to be assisting. She just didn't expect it was Taiyo who they sent. She looked up at him taking in all his features before noticing the difference of him, the large phoenix resting on his head "Cyra? Is that you by chance." She asked recognizing the multi-colored bird spirit. She remember the motherly bird well but she was confused as she remembered the bird had just up and left Taiyo awhile back. She remembered the pained face of taiyo during the spirit festival when the spirit was brought up. Her blue eyes watched the bird silently along with Taiyo, gauging their reactions in her thought process. She couldn't remember why Cyra left or why the spirit would suddenly return.

Taiyo Vermillion - My Burning Passion is to be the Best!
Taiyo had arrived at Sosshi and walked over to the meeting place, making sure to stand in a spot where he would be seen. Cyra sat on his head, silently but she made sure he could feel her anger towards him. He understood that he neglected her and that wasn’t his intention but with all the instant responsibilities and not enough time to quickly adapt, he didn’t have time to spend with anyone. It was only after she vanished that things started to even out. She could feel his emotions and probably search his mind on that but he didn’t think she would. Who’d want to relive the time their loved ones hurt them whether intentional or not. Taiyo had to find a way to fix things between them. He didn’t know why she returned to him but she did. She must have had a reason to even if it was to spite him. He knew her to be kind and caring, like a mother but now she was being the opposite of that. Angry and frustrated with him and not letting him fix it. Either way, he could do nothing at that time to help mend their broken relationship. As he waited, he sensed familiar mana. He turned only to see his girlfriend on a broom, landing close to him, asking what he was doing there. He caught her as she hopped off the broom and gave her a hug. As he placed her down, he looked her up and down. Something was different about her. ”Hey, Amaya. I am here to do a mission and I’m guessing by you showing up that it’s the same mission as you involving a survivor and an attack.” He continued to look her up and down trying to figure out just what changed and then he noticed it. ”You’ve grown two inches. I know you said you were a late bloomer but I didn’t expect you to actually bloom even if it was a little bit.” He chose to hide the fact that she grew in the front and back areas as well, at least for now. Taiyo gave her a head pat before turning towards the market area. It was at this time Amaya noticed the bird and asked if she was indeed Cyra. ”Yes, it is I. You’ve grown nicely, my favorite outsider looking in. Even his feelings for you have grown and I find that interesting.”
Having their conversations conclude, Taiyo approached the survivor. The man’s name was Laric and he reminded Taiyo of someone who shared the same name. He also was crying the same pleas of a monster bull on legs. That was it! The Minotaurs were still around and Taiyo was going to have to take care of them. Since Amaya was there, he was going to take her with him and she would be able to handle her own. After all, he believed in her. “Please, Magic Knights! Don’t underestimate the beasts! It killed all the people that were with me and to underestimate them would be a serious problem for you. Help us!” Taiyo nodded as he folded his arms. ”Leave it to us. We won’t underestimate the beast. Point the way.” As the survivor pointed the way, Taiyo looked at Amaya. ”Let’s go!”
Walking towards the area that the Minotaurs have been pointed to. He looked around just like the time he was with Lydia but this time instead of 12, only 2 appeared. ”I’ll take the one on the right. BE CAREFUL!” Taiyo grabbed the hilt that sat on his newly acquired relic and he could feel the sinister feeling it was giving off again. He couldn’t understand why he was feeling this sinister feeling or what it meant but he would need to speak to someone who may know something about it later. Possibly Hania. Since it was only a hilt, Taiyo figured if he channeled his mana into it, it would do something and so he did just that. He channeled his mana into the relic and it took shape. He could see the blade and the writing on it but he couldn’t read what was on it. With his relic ready, Taiyo approached the Minotaur on the right as it lifted its ax and swung it violently. Due to it being faster than he was, he barely managed to avoid the brunt of the attack and he grabbed the ax which stopped it. Even so, he still took junior damage due to a slight cut from grabbing the ax. Squeezing the blade of the ax, Taiyo broke it and then he sliced the Minotaur in half with the relic he wielded, causing junior damage and killing it. ”Pathetic.” His voice was a whisper as he continued to feel the sinister feeling coming from the relic. He placed the relic on his hip after deactivating the blade. The sinister feeling vanished and he was back to normal. WC: 844 TWC: 1861

Amaya smiled, getting a welcomed confirmation from Taiyo, catching her as she hopped down from her broom. She let a light laugh escape her lips, feeling him hug her warmly as she returned the hug, allowing him to put her down. Amaya looked up at him, watching his eyes look her up and down as she listened to his observation of growing two inches. She was baffled, looking herself over. "I...Uh... how did you know? I haven't noticed a change in myself? And I suppose you are right for hitting my mission on the head. What are the odds." she stated, confused about how he suddenly noticed a change in her height. Well, it was half a lie of not seeing a difference. She saw something different about her Grimoire, average thoughts, and likings. She hadn't noticed a change in her clothing as she often had nothing form-fitting other than to define her waist. She studied him and the spirit on his head that confirmed it was indeed Cyra, and it had noted the increased affection of Taiyo's internal love for her. Amaya blushed some at the observation looking away. "Thank you for that observation Cyra. It is good to have you back. He has truly missed your presence." She spoke, [break][break] Once the conversation had concluded, Amaya followed Taiyo in silence to their target. She allowed him to take the lead as he was more experienced with just talking to random people while you could change your underwear several times over before Amaya could get herself to outright talk to strangers first. His information was just as the file said as she nodded, "We will be back shortly." She replied gently to the panicked man before quickly moving after Taiyo heading to the location spoken of by the man. She looked at the minotaurs in interest. She remembers hearing stories of such creatures found in labyrinths of cruel successors that trapped their enemies inside to prevent them from getting to the captured princess. Or maybe that was just some fairytale she was told when she was tiny. She shook the thoughts out of her head as she focused on the matter with determination. [break][break] She nodded. "Be careful, Taiyo.." She Said gently, seeing him head towards his selected Target as she moved towards her own, removing her Rapier from its Sheath. "Alright, Lady Madness, let's show Taiyo how we have grown." She spoke to the blade twirling it around with her left hand moving towards the Minotaur as she watched it charge. She took note of its speed along with formulating her plan of attack. She lifted her blade up, looking into it as she felt a surge of power race through her before bringing it down, twisting in a complete 360, and dragging the blade's tip in a circle around herself. Fresh blood Droplets rested where the blade had formed the circle as she waited for the right moment allowing the Minotaur to move into the circle as she backpedaled, seeing the creature become even slower. She smirked, crouching down low, feeling a surge of energy racing through her legs as she brought her Rapier to her side before suddenly swinging upward, releasing a large wave of Crimson Petals straight at the turtle-speed Minotaur hitting it with another buff feeling herself take a minor hit in speed even when that didn't matter. She moved quickly after the wave swinging her blade, and cutting through the beast quickly. [break][break] "I am sorry. It is better this way; rest now." She spoke gently, swinging her blade to her side, flicking off the fresh blood before returning the sword to its Sheath. [break][break] She turned to watch Taiyo catch the blade with his bare hand. She assumed he had become injured. She took note of the subtle change in his body language and the lack of showing off and jokes about how awesome he must have looked. He caught an axe with his bare hand and broke it only to cut the Minotaur down as if it was not worth the effort of being flashy. Something wasn't right here, but today didn't seem normal; everything seemed off. [break][break] Feeling some hidden energy surge at her back, she reached into her mantel, pulling out her glowing Grimoire. It took a few seconds before her mind made the mental connection as her eyes widened in shock and excitement. She spoke, moving quickly over to him, flipping through the pages of the Grimoire and finding two spells. [break][break] She read the only one of the two that seemed relevant at the time as she smiled. "Taiyo...are you injured? I can actually heal you now. I got a healing spell." She said, managing to contain her excitement. After all this time, She finally got some spells, even if they weren't great. They were still in HER Grimoire. She couldn't wait to return home and tell Hania and her Captain the great news. She was also even more excited as she got her spells in front of the light of her world. After a few seconds, she managed to bring back her excitement, knowing it was better to not get it so openly in the open as she coughed, calming herself down. "Well, the mission is done. We should report back to our survivor along with head home to report our Victory." She said calmly, doing her best to contain herself. [break][break]

When Amaya arrived, Taiyo helped her down by catching her before he hugged her, which she allowed him to do. She even released a light laugh as he did so. When he put her to stand on the floor, he looked at her up and down before pointing out that she had grown two inches. She wondered how he knew. With a grin, he looked at her. ”I'm going based on when I hugged you as well as you standing before me. You’re slightly taller and based on where your shoulders and nose were in comparison to me the last time we met, I believe that it’s two inches that you’ve grown.” She also told him that he hit the nail on the head when he mentioned that they were probably there for the same mission. She even questioned the odds of them both being on that mission. ”Yeah, it’s quite coincidental. I actually wasn’t going to be at the squad’s headquarters so early but since I needed to stretch my legs and do something practical, I went to my squad and I was given the job. It is strange but I’m not complaining.”
Seeing the spirit that used to sit on Taiyo’s head suddenly there again caused Amaya to question if it was really her sitting on her favorite area to be perched, Taiyo’s head. As the girl called out to the angry spirit, it looked at her thinking of whether she should punish the girl or be nice. Now what reason would she have to punish Amaya? Well, Taiyo’s attention to her had dwindled and she felt bored and neglected yet this girl managed to maintain his attention whenever she was around. She even managed to get him to go further into their relationship. The spirit could feel the way her partner felt for her. Instead of being petty or sarcastic, Cyra decided to be nice to Amaya as the woman hadn’t done many things wrong and what she did that was wrong was for Taiyo to deal with, not her. Even though she was giving her partner the silent treatment, she spoke to Amaya with a warm tone. That same very tone that she always gave to her partner, Taiyo. Even though he wasn’t going to receive that tone from her for a very long time. Cyra even went a step further and pointed out the feelings the young Vermillion man had for Amaya. The young Ravencrest woman took the time to thank the spirit for the observation and even went a step further to be glad to have her back. She then commented on the fact that Taiyo truly missed having the spirit around. ”You are welcomed. It is good to be back. I thank you for wanting me back. Taiyo Vermillion may have missed me but this was all due to his own mistakes. Whether he learns from those mistakes remain to be seen.” Taiyo didn’t say anything and just let the females talk.
After Cyra and Amaya got reacquainted, it was time for them to get on with their mission. They first spoke with the survivor before setting out to find the threat. When that threat revealed itself to be young Minotaurs, Taiyo trusted Amaya with taking down the one on the left. Without wasting time, Taiyo switched to battle mode and wielded his relic, using mana to activate it. Seeing that he wasn’t going to out Speed the beast without a spell, Taiyo chose to disrespect it by grabbing its ax and breaking it with his bare hands. Without any remorse or tolerance for the beast, he cut the Minotaur in half. With the Minotaur dead and the relic now resting on his side again, he looked out to Amaya to see what was going on on her end. His hand did get cut from grabbing the ax but it wasn’t a big problem for him. After Amaya got rid of her Minotaur, she moved over to him quickly with her grimoire out. Did she finally do it? She asked him if he was injured and that she could heal him because she had a healing spell. Taiyo would extend his hand and show her the small cut from grabbing and breaking the ax. ”You may heal it. It’s nothing but a scratch but I’m pretty sure you can make it as good as new!” His signature grin flashed on his face. ”Congratulations! I told you you could do it! I’m so proud of you.” A smirk flashed on his face as he leaned forward and whispered. ”Guess it’s not a four leaf paperweight anymore. Good job.”
Amaya had decided that they should return to the survivor to tell him the good news. With a nod, Taiyo walked with her over to where the survivor was. ”The beasts have been taken care of. Make sure to keep safe and if you ever need the Magic Knights, we will be there.” With that said, it was time to return home and report to their captains. Taiyo would call for his broom and hop on. He’d wait for Amaya before flying off to the Noble region. He knew she had to go to the common region but he wanted to celebrate with her. ”After work, come to the Vermillion Estate. I’m sure that a celebration is in order.” WC: 914 TWC: 2,769

Amaya smiled, watching Taiyo closely before reading her grimoire once more before closing it, remembering the spell. Amaya took a deep breath focusing on the spell as she lifted her left hand and pointed her palm toward Taiyo. A small ball of baby pink light about the size of a Ballard ball formed from her palm "Taiyo." She spoke of her intended target as a pink seal formed underneath him while the floating ball of magic floated towards the intended target before a wing-like pendant formed on Taiyo's shirt. Lightly it glowed, slowly releasing her healing magic into his body, making the cut disappear on his hand while giving him a last boost of Mana to his own. [break][break] Once his cut was healed, she smiled. "There we go." She spoke before moving forward quickly, only to jump up slightly, wrapping her arms around his neck in a sudden hug. "Thank you for believing in me, Taiyo! I am Just so happy I can be more helpful and grow!." She said happily, feeling some small tears build up before quickly disappearing as she released her hold on his neck. She took a few steps back, collecting herself as she coughed. "Now that I got that burst of excitement and happiness out, We should return to our tasks." She said, "But in all seriousness, Taiyo, Thank you for believing in me and staying by my side all these years. It might not have happened if not for all you have done for me."She spoke honestly for the first time about her genuine appreciation of all he had done for her. Maybe this was the real deal. Perhaps she didn't have to be afraid of the future any longer. It may be time to finally let her actual self show. Indeed he has earned that much. Slight worry of what he will genuinely think rushed through her head, only to be quickly squashed with the remembrance of finally getting her first spells from a straightforward mission with him and being able to use her spell on him first. She nodded in response. "Your right. It is no longer that. It is now something more, a union of us." She said with a soft smile towards him. [break][break] Quickly she followed closely behind him, reaching the civilian as she nodded, letting Taiyo take the lead in reassuring the civilian of the successful mission. She called for her broom quickly after him getting on it before taking off after him. She flew next to him, listening to him request for her to come to the vermillion estate after work. She nodded in response. "Absolutely, I will be there for sure. You better have my favorites prepared and ready, "She said happily as she waved before taking a different route, having to head towards the coral peacock base. She excitedly reported the mission as a success to Akarui and showed the brand-new spells in her grimoire. She was proud of them and eager to do more and find ever newer spells that could hold themselves in her grimoire. [break][break] (Thread Exit)

Taiyo had gotten a scratch from his encounter with the Minotaur and Amaya noticed it. Taiyo wouldn’t have made such a big deal of the cut but Amaya was excited due to apparently getting her first spell. It was a healing spell and she was eager to use it which he knew since it’s been years since she had her grimoire yet she didn’t have any spells to go with it until now. Putting his confidence in her, he extended his hand to her for her to see the scratch and heal it, even encouraging her to do so. He also congratulated her in the same breath for getting the thing he knew she could get. She didn’t believe in herself due to the disappointment of not having the spells for all those years but he knew she’d be able to do it. He didn’t know if it had anything to do with her perceiving that he got hurt or not but he was happy for her. Even going as far as leaning in and teasing her about her former four leaf paperweight. She watched her as she lifted her left hand towards him which activated the spell. When she called his name, a small ball of baby pink light left her palm and moved towards him. He watched as the pink light moved around him and then his attention moved to his hand, where the cut slowly disappeared along with any pain he had. She had done it! She did her first spell.
After the cut was healed, his focus went back to Amaya. That’s when she jumped up and hugged him, wrapping her arms around his neck. He snaked his arms around her in response, rubbing her back. She thanked him for believing in her and that she felt more helpful as a result of making it to this moment. He felt her light tears against his cheek as they flew off her face. She released his neck and stepped back and coughed. It was possibly because she became aware that they were still working and representing their squads. When she spoke, it was evident that she did realize as she pointed out that they should return to their tasks. She thanked him again, telling him that she didn't believe that she could have done it without him. ”You’re welcomed. I knew you could do it; all you needed was the right conditions I guess. Anyway, you’re right, we should get back to it.” She spoke of her former paperweight as a union of them to which Taiyo nodded. Even Cyra had input on the situation. ”I must say, it’s good to see that you are moving up in the world. Congratulations on your first spell, outsider looking in. I guess I can’t tease you with that title anymore. You’re more than that. Now you’re someone who’s inside. Amaya Ravencrest, just know I won’t cut you any slack.”
As they finished speaking to the survivor, they took off heading back to their squads. Taiyo told her to stop by at the Vermillion Estate once she had finished working, to which she agreed. She told him that he better have her favorites which made him chuckle because he always kept her favorites around and made sure to always keep a fresh supply. ”Naturally, my love, naturally.” After branching off, Taiyo returned to the Royal Capital and walked into the Crimson Lions Headquarters, reporting that he had completed his task. While he did that, Cyra continued to rest on his head even though she was still upset. She knew that she’d have to speak with him eventually but he needed to suffer first.
Name of the Ability L'togael Idnita Type & Uses: Trigger ¦ 4 uses Rank & Specialization: Junior ¦ Attack Creation Mana Cost: 8 Per Trigger ¦ 15 Recharge Range & Speed: 32.25m ¦ 12.5 m/s Stats Affected: +2 Power Description: Touching one petal of the hilt alone is enough to activate this ability, the owner then needs to strike either from the left to right if they want a close strike or right to left if they want the strike to originate fifteen meters from behind the enemy in question. The strike appears as a pure aura purple orb around the size of a ping pong ball which seems to widen to two meters wide as it draws closer dealing junior rank damage and first-degree burns upon a successful direct hit. With the use of ammo rules, additional orbs can be made per trigger.
Name of the Ability Zhael Doya Type & Uses: Flow ¦ 3 Rounds Active ¦ 2 Rounds Cooldown Rank & Specialization: Junior ¦ Hex and Curse Mana Cost: 8 ¦ 4 Range & Speed: 25m ¦ 10 m/s Stats Affected: -4 speed Description: Touching two of the petals on the hilt alone is enough to activate this ability, the owner then needs to then land a hit on the target they wish to affect.
Name of the Ability Yunza Zont Type & Uses: Burst ¦ 2 Rounds Active ¦ 2 Uses Rank & Specialization: Junior ¦ Attack Creation ¦ Hex and Curse Mana Cost: 11 Initial Cost ¦ 12 Recharge Cost Range & Speed: 25m ¦ 10 m/s Stats Affected: +2 Power, -25% endurance Description: Touching all three of the petals on the hilt alone is enough to activate this ability, the blade itself seems to glow brighter for a few seconds before the white of the blade turns black.
