Saeka walked towards the mana beasts petting zoo. She always hated seeing such strong majestic beasts of the cutest variety. They weren't anything like bears and lions or dragons. nothing massive and scary. They were tiny rabbits, ducks, swans, birds, rams and sheep. [break][break]
Saeka watched the ducks and swans as she leaned against a fence. This place was already boring again. The rogue was bored. She could feel her bloodlust wanting to end someone. She would never harm animals, but humans were a prey she enjoyed. She narrowed her eyes holding a staring contest with one of the swans that she dealt with last year. [break][break]
She looked away hearing a honk of seeming victory from the swan. For the time being, she will allow it to know this false victory. She looked up at the clear blue sky in thought. She felt something different. She felt distant from the life she lived. She hadn't been living this false life for long from the underworld of shadows she knew. She kept in contact with their 'mother' and the family. She did all the contracts and wishes. She came home when necessary. Yet why didn't she feel like herself. What was wrong with her? The cotton candy haired girl really wish she had that answer. Something was growing, but something else was fading. It was clear in her magic and more often the things that annoyed her with a passion, were not so annoying. She didn't know all she knew was she wished she could feel the old her more.
Adunel Lerovup is a simple yet elegant necklace that sits on a delicate silver chain. The pendant itself is around an inch tall by half an inch wide, it is a moonstone surrounded by silver filigree with several silver leaves and small pearls to add to its beauty.
The creation of this item was thought to be within the Diamond kingdom by a holy man, it isn't been proven one way or another if this is indeed the cage. The former heir to the Zhongli was doing some personal training in the outskirts near the Heart Kingdom when she came across an injured child. The child was to old to take home and so did her best to patch them up, when they regained consciousness they explained what happened and asked for her to take them home. Even though she didn't want to she didn't want to have a child's blood on her hands and so agreed.
When the child was returned she was about to leave but due to the relief of the parents, they insisted on giving her something they considered just as valuable and so was given the necklace. They insisted it wasn't much but in comparison to what she had returned to them, as not to offend them she accepted with every intention of throwing it away, however, she decided against it and so went to the black market to get it appraised and tested. She found out it was indeed valuable and so had it placed in a wooden box with Saeka's name written on top with a note that it was only to be given on her fifteenth birthday so she could appreciate it.
Little did any of the family know that the young heiress would never be there to see their youngest sister's reaction when opening the gift.
Adunel Lerovup is unique in many ways, from the fact it has two elements instead of one, three specializations instead of the normal two and four abilities instead of the normal three, this gives it a perceived edge over many other items because of this fact. In addition to this, any training done by its wearer will grant stats and spell points at a ratio of 1 per 1,500 words as well as once per page allowing it to redirect a spell of the same rank as the item or lower without a clash.

Saying this ability's name is enough to activate it. This tracking spell is a unique one even among one of its kind as usually physical contact is needed to place the marker, where this can still be applied the wearer of the necklace can use their air pressure to send a bolt of air around the size of an average sized dinner plate in the direction of the one they want to track. Due to the nature of Air Pressure if it makes contact with its intended target it will be knocked back 2m with an additional 5m being added for every 10 strength they have, it, of course, would do no damage allowing the person to believe that it was just a dud spell. Regardless of if it is a touch or a dinner plate-sized orb that hits them an invisible mark in the shape of a lilac scythe would be left. This mark can only be seen with the right amount of sensory or higher.
This mark allows the wearer to track their target over a large distance without requiring a map spell that could possibly be seen to be used. With the use of ammo rules, additional marks can be created allowing for several targets to be tracked at once.

If a person was to look at the owner of this particular bow they would see nothing but a cute, naive and innocent young noblewoman, what they don't know is that the owner is actually a stone-cold manipulator and killer who has likely in the initial second of meeting a person decided how they would be of best use to her, several ways to kill them and how to dispose of their body. [attr="class","skyquote"]❝Once upon a petting zoo❞
[break]
[attr="class","skyscroll"] Why had Itta picked the petting zoo? Again, his reasoning for going here was never going to be hunting eggs. Or even painting eggs. Most activities seemed to be made for children and their parents who likely got dragged along into the festivities. Itta couldn’t help but silently wonder if any of these people here truly enjoyed being here. Ugh- blah blah, again, tradition. So special, so cool. Perhaps it was really just jealousy that made Itta feel the way how he currently did. Seeing families enjoy their time together. Watching them smile and hearing laughter fill the air. Even though he tried to push it behind a layer of hatred towards tradition. What was really the case was that he felt consumed by jealousy. Wanting something he could never have again. And so he had turned to the other side. He’d have his revenge on the ones who had ruined his life. He’d ruin them all, one by one. [break][break] Itta let out a sigh and looked towards the petting zoo. He wasn’t sure what animals he expected to see during a festival like this- but it ended up being exactly how he imagined it to be: little cute animals. Each of them as cuddly as the other. Perhaps he had been wrong in going here- who, no.. which serious and useful person would go here to pet the animals? Literally no one. Itta was about to turn his back to make his way over to somewhere else on the festival’s grounds when his eyes fell on a girl that looked around his age. Perhaps a little younger. Her hair color… well- ”Looks like she fits right into this festival’s vibe huh..”. Like cotton candy. [break][break] His eyes scanned up and down her body for a moment. The expression on her face almost matched Itta’s. Both seemed as bored, like they didn’t really want to be here and yet they had decided to anyway. Itta’s judgement might’ve been wrong, but he doubted it. For the girl with the bright cotton candy colored hair to not enjoy herself during a festival quite like this one.. what was she thinking about? Itta kept a little distance. He might’ve been staring at her a little too long. No particular expression was on his face, he was mostly just paying attention to her antics and behavior. After all he wasn’t here for any festivities.. The girl seemed interesting enough at least. In a way that she was different from most of the crowd that had gathered. Was she interesting enough to strike up a conversation? Perhaps.. maybe not..

[attr="class","skyscroll2"] Outfit reference:(link here) [break][break] Moving from this thread:(link here) [break][break] ✦ Petting zoo time! Oh hey, look at that, pink haired girly looks as bored as me.
Saeka watched the sky in idle thought, zoning out from the world around her as her left hand lazily reached up to her neck pulling out a pedant of a small round moonstone held within a beautiful hold of silver filigree with several silver leaves along with small pearls to add to its beauty. This was her most prized possession and something she felt close to. It was a gift from a family member that has long sense left this world. A blurred face of a distant memory. She wanted to see that distant figure again. At least a part of her did. Such was life of the rogue playing noble. [break][break] "Adunel Lerovup..."She mouthed silently closing her eyes as she took in a deep breath to calm her thoughts. She needed to focus on the festival. She was here to seek a cure for her boredom that didn't result in having to deal with a dead body. She was suppose to be a ditzy noble girl. That was her cover. That was what she was to be till she was told otherwise within the bright light of Clover society. She opened her eyes seeing a figure out of the corner of her eyes. It seemed she was being watched by at least one individual in particular. Time to see what this fellow was all about. He seemed to be eyeing her up and down as if the gauge her. Was her interested in her? Surely he couldn't be. She surely wasn't sticking out that much? [break][break] "Go paint a picture, it will last longer. "She spoke in a soft bored tone looking back to the various pens and families. All happy go lucky. "Also it kind of helps to act like you wanna be here if you don't want others to notice your boredom. "She spoke. It was best to just be her boredom self. What was he to assume other then she was bored. She pushed off from the fence she was leaning against with both hands as she allowed them to fold behind her back as she turned towards him allowing a soft playful small smile to form on her face as her cotton candy eyes watched him in curiosity as deeper within their depths held something that could be watching back if one wasn't careful. She was relaxed to say the least. Perhaps she was going to find something enjoying to do in this event. [break][break] She watched him before hearing a child a few pens down from them let out a yell of a tantrum upon the two servants that were attempting their best to quall it's desires without causing a show. She closed her eyes as this was much like what happened last year when she was hear with her big brother Xue. [break][break] "I want them out and free! Father said I could have whatever I want! I want them!" Yelled the child grabbing ahold of the pen that held the gate. [break][break] She opened her eyes looking out the corner of them as her small playful smile became a smirk. She knew exactly where this was going to go. Some noble brats never changed. Always given what they want with their parent's money cause their parents could care less to actually give them the attention they needed or the discipline needed. This was one aspect of society she hated. Whiney childern, Spoiled brats. The whole 'I want it! so give me!' tantrums. As well as the poor servants that have to suffer the wraith of the child in various views, in public and what she could assume behind close doors as well as the wraith of the family they belong to for allowing a display even if they were not within power or ability to halt it. Such a cruel fate for those who believe themselves happier in the light of society. [break][break] She heard the rustle of the servants and child as it opened the gate allowing a herd of rabbits free causing a stir enough to slip out of the grasp of it's servants as it moved to the next gate. [break][break] She frowned seeing which one it was. It was of that Damnable Black swan. The very one she had a score to settle with. She turned her head seeing it and the heard she remembered from last year escape the pen the moment it was loose, frightening the child into a wailing cry of fright. She let out a light chuckle. The child deserved it. She almost wondered why no one thought of enchanting those gates so maybe brats like this one wouldn't let the animals free. "Well Seems my entertainment levels are up." She chimed rolling on the balls of her feet.

[attr="class","haniascroll"]The ice mage had made his way from the main plaza having heard the commotion, he had noticed younger children who had been at other pens petting and feeding the ducks and sheep with the help of the caretakers of the animals while being watched over by their parents seemingly in tears because of the tantrum of on entitled child. "And this is why I didn't want to come here." he said more to himself than anyone else. "Amostia..." he said the ice spirit appearing on his shoulder before flying off to entertain and keep the scared children calm as he moved towards the pens that had been open. He looked at the child for a moment before looking at the servants "You are adults and are the ones minding him, if he wants something that is both a danger to himself and others deny him it." he said his voice neutral.
His eyes turned to the child "And I do not care if your father said you can have what you want, these animals are not yours so you can not have them." he said his voice was still neutral but there was a touch of sternness in the undertone that wouldn't be detectable unless you truly knew him. Once again he looked at the servants "Take your young lord away, I will be sending his father the cleaning bill for my clothing and the bills of anyone or any animal hurt because of his son's entitlement." he was quite sure the owner of this petting zoo would also be sending quite a few bills due to this and he didn't blame him as some of these animals though cute were rare. He would wait until the servants ushered the boy away screaming and crying as he threw yet another tantrum for being told off.
He stopped in front of the black swan and looked up and kept eye contact with it as it flapped its wings and honked trying to intimidate him "Get back in the pen and take your cygnet with you." he ordered not breaking his eye contact. After a brief moment of it and the others honking it did what it was told herding its young into the pen before entering after them. That was one issue solved, the next was the rest of the animals that idiotic brat had let out that were grazing on grass, prized flowers and vegetables. With a sigh he held up his hand in front of him and created an orb of ice allowing the heavy mist to touch the floor and spread making the area far colder, while doing this he made sure to make pockets around the children and adults so they wouldn't feel it.
His eyes went towards the two youths around his age "Would you mind assisting me heard these animals back into their pens? I am sure you will be compensated by our festival hosts if not I will be more than willing to do so myself. I do ask that you don't hurt the animals if you do agree. With the coldness I have created, it should be easy enough to get them into the warmth of their pens." he said listening to young children giggling as Amostia played decoy so this could be made that much easier.
Rank & Element: Junior ¦ Light Class & Type: Relic ¦ Accessory (bracelet) Magic Specializations: Physical Reinforcement ¦ Healing Appearance & Lore: A simple bracelet made out of reinforced glass with an opalite charm dangling from it almost like a pendulum, that gives off a dull light during the day and a bright light during the night preventing any natural shadow from forming.
There is nothing of major historical importance or deep story into where this item came from. The white-haired heir of the Ravencrest family has suffered from terrible day and night terrors since he was young and still does to this day. When asked what is wrong he brushes it off telling people not to worry it was a condition he had. He will never go into the terrible things he sees, in fact, he personally wishes he could forget he quickly realized that his perfect memory was a double edge sword and at times he truly wished he didn't have it.
His elder sister Lydia was the first to realize that it happened more when he was in an emotional state or surrounded by darkness. She also realized that he refused to sleep unless every light source he could find was active or he would sleep outside under the sun during the day, this wasn't optimal as he was to be trained to take over the family if anything were to happen to Lydia. Still, there wasn't much anyone could think to do to help him as he refused to open up but even if they could that came with a different set of hurdles they had to get over. Hania earlier in his life wouldn't take things from people due to his treatment before being adopted.
It took a while but Lydia finally found a way to help her younger brother, she had a crystal made with light inside and told him to use it when he sleeps. She said it was hers and she just wanted to see if it would help. He was reluctant but she said it only had to be a few days so he accepted. Throughout those few days, he slept somewhat peacefully so it was clear that it helped but not enough, she could only guess that the light wasn't strong enough. She realized this would be fine for a normal child afraid of the dark but it was clear to the pink-haired woman that this wasn't a normal situation.
She personally designed what she believed would help him the most, she chose the materials, their appearance even the opalite that dangles from it. As the bracelet was being made she slowly started to imbue her own element into the glass beads and the opalite as the former was created and the latter was shaped. It took close to a year to complete but Lydia seen it as something that should be done slow and steady, this was to make sure that it was done right the first time and that no matter what it would be near indestructible for whatever he may face in life.
On what is now classed as Hania's eighth birthday after a certain incident happened, she gave him a box, and within it laid the bracelet. He was told to keep it with him always as she would be there to keep the darkness at bay and watching over him so he could be at peace while he rested. From that moment he has always kept it with him even if he hasn't always worn it.

[attr="class","skyscroll"] Itta raised an eyebrow once the girl spoke up. He didn’t look away now she had clearly noticed him, after all he wasn’t trying to be secretive or anything like that. And if she would’ve asked, Itta would’ve even told her why he had been looking at her. Compared to the others who were currently near the petting zoo, she was without a doubt the most interesting figure. The girl said that it’d help to act as if he wanted to be here if he didn’t want others to notice his boredom. That on itself would’ve been great advice if Itta had been trying to hide his boredom in the first place. Something he rarely did: hiding however he was feeling. That, and acting on the way how he felt- the whole reason how he had gotten himself into a situation where he’d have to live a double life. Itta could never quite understand why people would choose to act different than how they really felt and why they’d put on a pretty face only to please others. Eh, then again, most people cared more about fitting in and belonging to and with others than he did. [break][break] ”That would’ve been great advice for anyone who would follow it” he responded, shrugging. It was only when he heard a kid start yelling, when he broke eye contact and looked towards were the sound came from. ”Looks like the show started right on time“, Itta spoke to himself. The show. As the cure to the bored expression on his face, that was apparently easy to spot. A spoiled kid demanded for the animals to be freed. All because their father had told them they could have whatever they wanted. And in this case they wanted the animals. Itta wasn’t sure whether he should be amused to watched a few servants make one of the worst decisions, letting whatever chaos play out in front of him. Or to feel frustrated at the fact that kids like these would one day grow up too. This bratty kid was only one of many. In another few years they’d be demanding more than freeing some animals at a petting zoo. When other innocent lives could be involved into whatever these spoiled brats would request then. As an additional mistake to society. [break][break] As expected it wouldn’t take long until the servants opened the gate to free the animals, as had been asked of them. Strangely enough the real entertainment wasn’t that, but it was the reaction of the white haired male who had just showed up. He went over to the servants and pointed out that it was up to them to pretty much keep the kid safe. They were the adults, and they’d have to deny him in case the child would ask for something dangerous. To make it even better, not only the servants, but also the kid wasn’t safe from him. The man brought it quite nicely still. He wasn’t being rude whatsoever, while still making himself very clear. Itta could barely hold back a chuckle, covering it with a cough that followed afterwards. While the servants might listen, Itta still doubted if this child even understood the concept of ‘this is not yours, so you can’t decide what you want with it’. But oh, did he love to see someone being put in their place when they deserved it. [break][break] ”Haah..?”. Itta was surprised to hear this man even decided to ask for help when it came to assisting to heard the animals back into their pens. He had always thought of himself to look like, well, not the helpful type. And Itta certainly wasn’t looking forward to cleaning up the mess other people had made. In this case the problems that were caused by a bratty kid and their servants. But some sort of compensation did sound nice. Even if this trip to this insufferable festival would end up being useless, he’d get something out of it. Which, in return, would not make it completely useless. ”Hm, alright.. I’ll help. So what’s the plan? You want me to run after these animals and hope they will actually move closer to the warmth?”
Saeka watched the damnable black swan and it's cygnets, if she hated anything it was it and it alone for last year. It knew what it did and if it was the last thing she did, she was going to get the better of that swan. Well that was the plan. That was until a white hair noble moved with grace and an air of authority, immediately taking on the challenge of leading. She watched his quick work to scolding the servants of the child, then to scold the child. His spirit was distracting the other childern, keeping the situation calm. [break][break] She watched his movements to the swan, the two staring at each other, even with the swan with it's wings out and trying to assert it's dominance. The male stared it down and told it what to do. She was expecting the swan to put the male in his place. Instead after awhile it back down and herded its young into the pen again. [break][break] What the actual hell. I get suplexed by that damnable swan last year but it listens to him without issues! I call hacks. She thought to herself in panicked shock as on the outside she clapped with several other citizens as him taking charge. It was then his attention was brought to them asking them if they can handle the rabbits and other smaller creatures. She watched him before hearing itta act confused. [break][break] "Well obviously, we just need to get them into the pens." She said with a light giggle moving forwards clapping her hands together balling them up leaving a space open as the smell of carrots came from within the shadows of her cup hands as she moved to the rabbits crouching down on the balls of her feet catching the rabbits into the tricked smell of her shadow magic. She was glad for the flower smells and colors that tend to happen with her odd magic. She took small steps backwards keeping her balled hands down walking slowly with tricking the rabbits to follow her back towards their pen . [break][break]

Name of the Ability Z'ar Tobor Type & Uses: Flow¦ 3 Rounds Active ¦ 2 Round Cooldown Rank & Specialization: Junior ¦ Healing ¦ Physical Reinforcement Mana Cost: 8 ¦ 15 Range & Speed: Self ¦ 10m/s Stats Affected: +2 m/s Speed Description:
Saying this ability's name is enough to activate it. The wearer of the necklace gains a light mist around their body allowing them to feel refreshed, due to this sensation they are able to move quicker than normal. A secondary effect of this refreshing mist is that the wearer will be healed for junior rank damage, this healing is still in its infancy and so can only heal grazes, minor cuts, bruises and scratches. In addition to this, it will actively use the clashing rules to try and cleanse debuffs, poisons, toxins and other negative effects.
Name of the Ability Hawga Kagh Ehtaha Type & Uses: Flow ¦ 3 Rounds Active ¦ 2 Rounda Cooldown Rank & Specialization: Junior ¦ Sensory (Tracking) Mana Cost: 8 ¦ 4 Range & Speed: 25m (+sensory x2) ¦ 10m/s Stats Affected: Description:
Name of the Ability Lorkor Hofiba Type & Uses: Flow ¦ 3 Rounds Active ¦ 2 Rounds Cooldown Rank & Specialization: Junior ¦ Physical Reinforcement ¦ Sensory (Illusion) Mana Cost: 8 ¦ 4 Range & Speed: 10m ¦ 10m/s Stats Affected: -2 Sensory ¦ +2m/s speed (self) Description:
Whispering the ability's name is enough to activate it. The moment this is done what appears to be a thick wind-filled lilac fog seems to fill the area making it almost if not impossible to see for a single round using the blinding rules, regardless of whether they are blinded or not their mana senses would be reacting strangely. They may not be able to feel a spell coming at times and times that they do feel mana it could be coming from the wrong direction, this includes when they use their own spells. The sensory required to see through the illusion is 10 +2 for every 15 control that the wearer has (if the wearer has the advanced perk puppet master this is reduced to +2 for every 10 control) this can be reduced lower if another sensory mage uses a map spell as shown inside the sensory magic spec. The requirement to see-through the spell will decrease by 2 every round (this will change to every second round if the wearer has the advanced perk shattered psyche). As the illusion is still in its infancy there is a lot of unknown growth it can do. The wearer will find that while they are inside the fog that their speed has slightly increased as they feel a stronger air current around their feet.

Due to the nature of air pressure, any physical hit the wearer lands causes a knockback equal to 2m with an additional 5m being added for every 10 strength the wearer has. Due to this being a passive ability it will grow with the necklace and so its word count will be added to what the word count required to advance the item itself.
A periwinkle silk and lace ribbon fashioned into a double hair bow around three inches wide and one and a half inches in height with a double tail that matches the width of the bow. Although, due to the nature of the specialization it has it may change colour depending on what the wearer wants. near the centre of the bow, there is a small gold and moonstone charm around half the size of a pinky nail.
If a person was to look at the owner of this particular bow they would see nothing but a cute, naïve and innocent young noblewoman, what they don't know is that the owner is actually a stone-cold manipulator and killer who has likely in the initial second of meeting a person decided how they would be of best use to her, several ways to kill them and how to dispose of their body. The bow was given to Saeka by her elder brother Xue on her fifteenth birthday, it is like its owner and holds a deadly secret that only Saeka and Xue know.

Around the blade itself are wisps of shadow but after a brief few seconds it seems to transform leaving lilac wisps of wind. The blade is classed as a physical weapon and will do Junior rank damage as such. It has the added benefit of warming or cooling the area with the light breeze although it will smell of lilac.
[attr="class","haniascroll"]Hania moved away from the floating ice orb that continued to keep the area cold and moved towards some sheep moving towards the hay bales. He stopped, looking at the dark-haired male, and nodded "Yes, however, if you are smart about it you won't need to run after them but guide them." he said simply as he picked up a crook nearby and started herding the sheep into their pen. The ice mage had never observed a shepherd in action and was unaccustomed to how something like this should be done. 'It's times like these I wish I had been granted the ability to make walls.' he thought to himself ushering the lambs into their pen and watching as the parents followed though they were a bit more unruly than their offspring, he couldn't exactly blame them given the disruption and how the initial chaos of everything leaving and the screaming of the young bratty noble affected their lambs.
He took a moment to look at the list on the gate telling him how many of each animal should be within the pen "One black swan, four cygnets, two adult sheep, one white one black, six lambs of varying bright colours..." he said as he pointed counting "Four adult rabbits and a dozen kits of varying colour." he called out to the pink haired girl so she knew the number that she needed to bring back. "There should be three goats, with two kids." he said "Two white peacocks and a small pony." he said moving to put the crook down and headed towards where the pony was. It began to rear when he got close but he just made hushing noises as he moved to a child "Would you mind if I could have your sugar cubes, I think the pony is jealous he doesn't have them." he said his tone warm.
The child was shaking seeing how terribly the animal was behaving, she had wanted to feed the pony "The bad boy made it angry..." she said stifling a cry "Yes, he was very very naughty but I promise he will be punished for upsetting the pony, but, I think your special treat for him will help him calm down and go back into his pen." he said with a warm tone "I'll even see if the owner of the pony will allow you to sit on him for helping, how about that?" he asked, he knew that ponies and horses were out of some people's budgets and expected this would make the little girls day. She wiped her tears "R... really?" she asked making him nod "Of course, I always keep my word." he said watching as she held out the sugar cubes she had. "Thank you, I'll talk to the owner before I leave." he explained to the little girl who ran off to tell her mommy about what happened.
Hania stood straight and moved back towards the pony who still seemed worked up "Now, now there's no need for that." he said his tone soft and non-threatening. It was far different from how he originally spoke "I even got you a treat, a little girl truly wants to meet you but she can't when you are like this." he said moving slowly towards it the hand with the sugar cubes in front of him as he grabbed the bridle stopping it from rearing "shh... shh..." he said putting his head to its own whispering the entire time helping it calm and have its sugar cubes before taking it into the pen. He would make good on his promise to the little girl but now there were goats and peacocks to get into the pen, as well as, the rabbits the pink-haired girl was attempting to bring back.

However bothersome it might have been having to deal with the egg painting due to his own issues, there was something that usually resonated well with the boy: Animals. Maybe it had been due to his former mentor’s mentality rubbing off on him about how ‘animals were better than people’, but he just always had a soft spot for them. So when a mission had come by where he needed to put down a pack of wolves to protect the people of Hage, Gawain had made an altogether different decision. Though they had gone back into the woods bruised and concussed, he had managed to save their lives by doing what he had done, and he hadn’t regretted that decision even once. Because if there were lives that could be saved by doing things the hard way as opposed to losing life by doing things the easy way, the right option should always be clear just from that alone.
So when he had heard that there was a petting zoo somewhere on these premises, it was something he had decided he would want to witness first hand. Sure, petting zoos were for kids and all, but he just liked seeing the kinds of animals they would be putting into these pens. For obvious reasons, he wouldn’t be expecting anything massive and outlandish, instead expecting to only see the kinds of animals that prowled the lands of Clover itself if one knew where to look. He assumed there would be chickens, cows, pigs, maybe some sheep and some goats, maybe even a bunch of geese, the kind of stuff you could expect to be dwelling around the farming communities in the northern regions of the country. But as it would turn out, he was only partially correct.
Aside from some of the animals he had mentioned, there were also different kinds of creatures that were likely of the mana beast variety: animals that had been warped and changed irrevocably through prolonged contact and exposure to natural mana. While he had seen a few and fought even fewer, he knew that they could potentially pose a threat if all went the opposite of well. So when a stampede broke out all of a sudden, the boy could only wonder as to what had happened that might have triggered it as he hadn’t been around from the start. That said though, early or late, he couldn’t just not do anything when there were people at risk of getting trampled or otherwise hurt. So instead of taking his time to assess the situation, he switched into a higher gear and began closing the distance between himself and the nearest creature he could locate: a rather large goat.
Leaping over some of the knocked-over boarding, he ran up to it and jumped on top. Using the bridle that was still in its mouth, he put his full weight into tugging it into specific directions, trying to move the large horned animal around the masses that were now in a panic and running in every direction. Gawain honestly hated it when people were this helpless, feeling nothing but pity for the weak and for those that would sooner run rather than try to help others. But that too was part of humanity: the strong and overwhelming urge to keep oneself safe at all costs. Shrugging as he used his Ki to try and locate places he could not directly see with his eyes, but seemed more devoid of people, Gawain continued to steer it around the place as he kept directing it further onwards. Knowing that if it were to stop running, there would be a good chance that it would start bucking and try to throw it off, likely succeeding in the process.
But for someone his size, Gawain was honestly quite strong and durable, at least enough to keep this animal from mowing anyone down and stepping on their bones. By the time most of the people had started clearing out, giving him a bit of space to do as he pleased, he just tugged to the right and held on for dear life. Causing the large goat to just keep sprinting in circles as it more or less followed after its own head, the degrading pace proved to the boy that it was slowly losing steam as it tired itself out. Looking around to locate the open pen where it had likely escaped from, the young eagle then shifted their direction towards it. Barely even questioning what was happening, the goat just moved on and on, breathing more and more heavily as it panted due to the distress of having someone on its back. But as sad as it might have been, it seemed like the only way to get the creature to go back without hurting it in some way.
Several seconds later, both Gawain and the goat made their way into the pen, at which point he let go of the bridle and released his grip. Causing him to fall off of the horned mammal, he tumbled back by means of a reverse barrel roll before rising back up to his feet. Slamming the pen shut behind himself, he watched as the large black goat continued to pant before sinking through its hooves, dropping its body onto the hay beneath it. There, it remained, looking around a bit skittishly as it gradually calmed itself down. All in all, things had gone quite well in Gawain’s opinion. Because aside from a tuckered out goat, the animal was now more or less in a state where it could be petted again, likely being far too tired to try and break out or even buck at someone out of spite. Now under normal circumstances, he might have dropped everything to bring it some food and see if he could calm it down.
But out of the corner of his eyes, he saw a pair of geese going at it, honking as the waved their wings about menacingly. Of all farm animals, the ashen-haired boy knew that geese were some of the more dastardly ones. They did not fear people, in fact they would lash out at you just for looking at them wrong or not moving out of their path. So if these were mana beasts and not just ordinary geese, he could only imagine what they might do. As such, he made their way after them on the double.

[attr="class","skyscroll"] Get the animals back into the pen- yea, no shit sherlock. Itta knew that much. But he had expected to hear some sort of game plan. So that they needn’t have to run after all these animals and catch them one by one. He wasn’t the type to like working in teams most of the time, mostly because it took trust to make team play work and he had a hard time in doing so. However, wouldn’t working together be the easiest way to get this done? If the three of them would focus on a small number of animals together. Lead them back to their pen, and then move on to the next few animals.. wouldn’t that be a better plan than all focusing on an animal individually and hoping they wouldn’t have to chase said animal. Eh.. whatever. [break][break] The pink haired girl already seemed to be busy leading the rabbits to their pen. While ‘mister leader man’ had turned his attention to taking care of bringing the pony back it seemed. For a few seconds he looked back and forth at the two. Trying to decide if he wanted to surprise himself by helping them out.. or if he’d do the same thing they were doing: his own thing. Hm. Well. For as far as Itta could tell, neither of the two looked like they needed help in guiding the animals back. Which left Itta with staying in his comfort zone and doing his own thing. For as far as this could be considered his comfort zone. Yes, he liked to work by himself, no matter what he’d be doing.. but he had no experience with handling animals whatsoever. There was a first time for everything in life though. [break][break] Itta glanced around at the animals. He’d rather not try his animal handling skills on the swan and cygnets first.. that seemed like a disaster waiting to happen. Those things were vicious. Itta couldn’t remember ever hearing anyone talk nicely about swans. They seemed to be the devils in the animal kingdom. And sure, they might’ve looked pretty floating around in the water when they were left alone- but that was far from the type of animal they really were. What were the other options.. Now it shouldn’t be all too hard to use magic to create glass cages of sorts around animals to trap them. Even if that was temporarily before they’d be moved to their pens. But Itta could only imagine that must’ve stressed the animals out even more. [break][break] Letting out a sigh, he moved over to where the two peacocks were. There were only two, so how hard could it really be to bring them back? Shouldn’t be too hard, right? Itta hunched over a bit while moving closer to one of the peacocks. His plan was to pick one of them up, carry it back to where it belonged, and then go back to repeat the process for the second peacock. Easy enough. He slowly moved closer to the animal. Trying to stay as calm to not startle the peacock. Shuffling closer and closer until the animal was pretty much in between his legs were he stood. Thinking this was the right moment, Itta acted fast and moved down to pick the animal up in a quick swoop. However, the moment he made his move- so did the peacock. It suddenly charged forward and ran off. Itta was left grabbing into nothingness that was the air in front of him. Now knocking himself off balance complete. [break][break] He clumsily stumbled forward to regain his balance and then stood up again, staring at the peacock that was now standing a few feet away. Standing there menacingly, that animal knew exactly what it was doing, Itta was sure of that. ”Oh.. it’s on now” he muttered under his breath. Not wasting another second, Itta leapt forwards into the air. Both arms outstretched to grab the peacock. His arms quickly wrapping around the animal only a second before he fell on down on his front with a loud thud. The fall was completely worth it now he had grabbed ahold of the peacock. While holding the animal against his chest, he’d crawl back on his knees and then got up to carry to peacock back.
Saeka took her time and care with her scented shadows getting the bunnies to follow her in with the alluring scent of queen anna's lace, which smelled like carrots when the stems are broken. How knew her shadows would actually help. She moved to a far corner with the rabbits, ensuring all of them were in as the keepers moved closing the gate. She watched the keepers restock the rabbit's food along with some carrots, distracting them enough for Saeka to climb out of the pen, dusting off her skirt as she looked around happy to deal with the twelve rabbits that had followed her. [break][break] She made note of Hania having dealt with the swan and geese with their cygnets, then herding the sheep into their pens to then move to tame a crazed horse with a sugar cube. The man had talent of taming manabeast, but from what she heard of the man infront of her. He had a lion like manabeast on his massive estate. She could only imagine how hard it was to tame that one. [break][break] She looked towards a new arrival seeing him deal with a goat, getting it back into the pen. Well that one was done at least. She then turned to the newest face of interest. Itta. She watched him struggle with two peacocks as she covered her mouth struggling to hide her laugh with visible coughs as she turned away. She couldn't help it. She knew all too well how it felt dealing with something with feathers. She got suplexed by the swan that was still hooping at anyone that got near. It still felt victorious even in its pen. She wiped a tear from her eye of laughter as she calmed down her laughing coughs as she looked over to some of the keepers trying to move near the freed peacock with treats, it not trusting them as she moved forwards holding up her hands " Let me try." She spoke, [break][break] "it is a manabeast, it will hurt you in this state." Said one male. [break][break] "I am smaller then it. It won't find me threatening." Said Saeka getting some blackberries as she moved forwards slowly to the peacock seeing it's feathers out and spread. She lowered herself on to her knees adjusting the berries between her hands as she rolled one down to the peacocks feet. She watched it look between her and the fruit before taking the small berry, eating it. "See...I am not bad." she said softly remaining calm. Patience and understanding was what she needed to do. She rolled another piece to the peacock, a little closer to herself as it carefully moved towards her taking the piece. stepping back from her again as she remained still. [break][break] She kept eye contact with it as she slowly lured it to herself giving it a piece as she stood up seeing it immediately move back eyeing her. "There there...It is alright." She said gently holding the rest of the berries out. It took a few moments but slowly moved to her taking the berries from her hand. She slowly took her other gently stroking its head " See.." She said seeing it not pull from her this time. She had a few berries left as she slowly moved her hand as the peacock followed with the want of the berries. [break][break]

Name of the Ability Malakta Lilaste Type & Uses: -- ¦ -- ¦ -- Rank & Specialization: Junior ¦ Physical Reinforcement Mana Cost: -- ¦ -- Range & Speed: Self ¦ 10m/s Stats Affected: Description: 1/2 Junior rank strength buff This ability passively grants 1/2 Junior rank strength to physical attacks around their hands a faint wind can be felt with the right amount of sensory the aura of the wind can be seen to be lilac in colour.
Abilities: While worn the owner of Hidden Secrets has access to the advanced perk Mystic's touch
Type & Uses: Flow ¦ 3 rounds active ¦ 2 rounds cooldown Rank & Specialization: Junior ¦ Transformation (Temperature Changing) Mana Cost: 8 ¦ 4 Range & Speed: 10m (AoE) ¦ 10m/s Stats Affected: -- Description: Pulling the golden moonstone charm before gripping and pulling the hairbow out of her hair will cause the bow itself to be shrouded in a wispy shadow for a moment before it begins to extend, when it fades what lays in its wake is an ornate 8" double-sided serrated, yet lightweight dagger which is perfectly balanced for the user.
[attr="class","haniascroll"]The ice mage had managed to get the sheep and pony into the pen, his eyes going over to his companion to see how he was doing with the children, like himself the ice spirit wasn't exactly known to sugarcoat things. During the time that he had managed to get some of the animals in, the woman he had requested aid from seemed to have gotten the rabbits and their kits into the pen, however, it seemed as if the dark-haired male was having issues with one of the peacocks. "You realize that you could have just used some of the seed provided." he said pointing to a satchel. Given the situation, he could understand why he wasn't looking around for ways to make things easier as there were children in the area, then again he didn't exactly believe that was the case but he didn't want to think he was as stupid as the majority of people he had to deal with either.
Nevertheless, he did manage to get the peacock back into the pen and the girl managed to get the second one. What did surprise him was the young white-haired male who came in and was riding one of the goats. They weren't even that much bigger than a regular goat. He didn't want to know what the owner of this petting zoo was going to say to his captain and heaven forbid if the animal was injured as the Silver Eagles would be on the hook for the vet bill. He wasn't going to even touch that with a barge poll, Gawain wasn't his monkey so it wasn't his circus to deal with. The ice mage moved to gather some hay and started to lure the kids into the pen walking back slowly allowing them to eat as he did so.
The father was already in the pen it seemed and the mother was letting off a racket but followed her young, he could understand that she likely thought they were going to be put in danger. He was fully expecting to be headbutted either by the female or the male but as he left what little he was carrying into the troph the mother ended up licking her young. Although, the male was indeed getting irritated it was easy to see by how he was bucking and ready to charge. Hania exited the pen and closed it before any more issues could arise. "Thank you both for your aid, if you are not compensated by the Blue Rose captain please let me know and I will tend to the matter myself." he said politely as he started to move off attempting to find where his troublesome cousins ended up, then again, he would end up going the other way as soon as he spotted them regardless.

With the large goat back in its pen, it was time to properly engage the goose… gooses… geese? With it more than likely being the latter since it sounded right, it was time to display some of the things he was good at, as well as some of the things he generally didn’t excel at. Not yet at least, but there was always time to learn. Thanks to him gradually leaning himself into learning martial arts, the boy had been learning how to show some manner of restraint when it came to the amount of force he exerted when dealing with whatever threat might come his way. It was important because he wasn’t just getting stronger, he was getting faster, as well as becoming more and more aware of his surroundings and the amount of damage he could unintentionally wreak upon it through honestly just the best of intentions.
But that was likely where the saying came from, regarding how good intentions were the things that paved one’s road to hell. It was a realization that had helped him greatly, as exercising with a certain training dummy from time to time helped him figure out how much of himself to exert upon someone or something else. Because dishing out hits against a dummy that struck back at you just as hard as you struck at it more or less made you want to learn moderation, as well as being able to regulate one’s own output on the fly.
Dealing with a pair of rogue geese that were considered as ‘mana beasts’, Gawain was keeping every single one of his senses locked on them in an attempt at taking both of them down at the same time. Given the nature of how clumsily geese walked and ran, the ashen haired boy knew that his base speed was more than enough, though he kept himself at around a pace of twenty miles per hour. More than enough, or so he assumed. Forming a one-handed seal with his left hand, his eyes began to glow with a jade hue, internalizing a solid amount of air pressure mana inside of his body to make up for the one thing he assumed he would lack when trying to take down both of these animals at the same time. For as he closed the distance between them, the two made it quite well known that he had been taken notice off through loud hissing.
These weren’t your average geese, they were mana beasts of some sort, meaning they were meant to be handled with care. That said, given how this was a petting zoo, he was sure they wouldn’t just start spitting fire in his direction, as that would hardly be safe for kids. Believing the quickest way to handle them would be to overpower them, he increases his physical strength by at least twice the normal amount. That said though, the goal was to regulate and handle them with moderation, exerting just the right amount of it to overcome them and keep them restrained. So just before he was about to reach the two geese, Gawain tapped into his full speed for only a moment, almost doubling it out of the blue to bypass their defenses and put a geese head underneath each of his armpits. Believing the sweat he was working up to be plenty of punishment, he kept their heads and beaks locked while using his arms to pick up one goose each.
And just like that, the geese outbreak was overcome in what felt like a second. Being more than capable of handling and carrying them, the fast that he kept their heads locked meant that they couldn’t exert themselves in a violent manner whatsoever, while the fact that their eyes were covered would hopefully do something to slightly ease the tension. Walking them back to their pen, the boy stepped into it fully as he lowered himself slowly, gradually releasing the vice grip he had on the two birds while pushing them down into the hay. Having clearly been startled by the way in which they had been snatched up, there was honestly no better way when it came to handling geese, as they had a tendency of honking at people and being outright rude and snappy. Whenever he saw them in the boonies, they always acted rather high and mighty, hissing and biting at people that got even remotely close.
So as his lock on the animals got released ever so slightly, the show of force and the restraint shown when letting them go in their temporary habitats seemed to have overwhelmed them to the point where the animals did not lash out at him. There was a seeing about cornered animals being the most dangerous. However, there was something about a cornered animal being let go into freedom that seemed to work in one’s favor from time to time. Removing themselves from Gawain’s care, they walked around in their pens in a bit of a lackluster fashion, still overwhelmed by what had happened as they softly honked and stuck to the corner of the pen for the time being. Now that things had quieted down a bit and these animals had been returned to their proper place, the boy ventured towards the feed bags. Not knowing who the majority of the people here were, he just nodded at Hania, whom he knew solely from having gone through a dungeon at some point.
Reaching for the feed bag and filling up his pockets with geese food and grabbing two handfuls of goat chow, the boy turned and went back to the animals. Still believing that the guy didn’t think much of Gawain, he honestly couldn’t be bothered by it. They weren’t in the same squad, so it wasn’t his problem. People were allowed to think what they wanted. Stepping in with the large goat, the boy stretched out his open hand, allowing it to take some of the food if it felt so inclined. At first, it was clear that there was some level of distrust, though the fact that it seemed to still be quite tired was enough for it to accept its loss for what it was and deal with the consolation prize. Quickly emptying out both of the boy’s hands, it even allowed the Silver Eagle a moment to stroke its head before it bleated and wandered towards the opposite side of the pen. It was clear that it was done with the boy, so he wouldn’t overstay his welcome.
Next up were the geese that had solicited a visit. Wandering into the pen, he emptied out both of his pockets in a specific spot before taking a step back and taking a knee. With a few curious honks and some cautious glances, the pair approached carefully before taking a few bites. Keeping their guards up, their eyes shot towards any limb that moved, showing they were not ready to be handled yet. As such, Gawain took his time, waiting for them to settle into eating properly before he began rubbing the back of their necks. At first, it seemed as though they did not even notice him doing it. But when he stopped, he saw that they stopped eating as though wandering why he stopped. Returning to stroking their feathers as carefully as possible, he was allowed to continue up until the moment when they ran out of food. Honestly, the boy held a lot of love in his heart for animals and would never hurt them if he could help it.
However, as recent times had proven when he was handling a pack of wolves out in the boonies, having to hurt them was the only thing he could do as it meant not having to kill them. And between the two, choosing the lesser of two evils gave the creatures another chance at survival, not to mention re-instating their fear towards humans. For wild animals, maintaining that fear was vital for their continued survival, a thing Griswold had told him time and again. As the two geese scurried away from him, it dawned upon him that his own time here had also come to an end. Restoring some sense of normalcy to the zoo while getting a chance to get some one on one time with some of the animals, there were still some things here he wished to take part in. And given as how there wasn’t really anyone here he wished to speak to, saying his goodbyes wasn’t required in the least.
Name of Spell: Pressure Output: Purge Elemental Type: Air Pressure Rank & Spell Type: Senior | Physical Reinforcement | Attack Creation Range & Speed: 80m | 40 m/s Mana Cost: 30 | 15 Stats Effected: +Senior Strength Applicable Perks: Overpowered | Apex Predator Description: This spell is activated by forming the half-rat hand seal with his left hand, causing his eyes to glow with a jade hue. After the trigger is utilized, pressurized air mana begins to externalize, causing his physique to be elevated. In so doing, it coats his right fist and left leg, allowing him to strike for Senior damage while being magically backed, thus allowing him to clash his Power against offensive or defensive spells. To those without at least 30 Sensory, this spell is invisible, otherwise looking like a thin jade layer coating his body.
As long as the spell remains active, this is something he can keep doing. Additionally, upon utilizing the spell, Gawain can also release a burst of pressurized wind in a chosen direction from his imbued fist. This can be performed once every round, with ammo rules allowing for an additional shot to be fired in tandem for every 30 Control. This blast is aimed at a single target, being roughly five meters wide, dealing a Senior amount of damage. To those without at least 30 Sensory, this burst of air is invisible, otherwise looking like a wispy mass of jade mana.
