[attr="class","julienglass2scroll"] Sol listened as Hinota explained things further to her captain that he had a right to be frustrated but genocide should never be mentioned especialy for a captain of all people and told him that he didnt need the groups approval but they would voice an issue of they had one, she then went on to explained that she wouldnt vouce for the others but she had no issue walking away and leaving him to deal with the fallout if he made such a terrible choice and while Sol knew that if Zaven did do such a thing it was on his head the Mantis would still see this mission to the end since the other result was the demons destroying everything. “I trust your tactics to see us thru to the end Hinota” he said softly a small smile on his face as his tone showed that he had complete faith in her Sol then turned to listen to the his fellow family member as he would explain that all family heads would be expected to know everyone within said family even ones who were in distant lands with or without magic and or escort. "true from what I remember growing up there is always some form of record keeping be it a tome or some other documentation of sorts“ he said his tone showing he was enjoying talking with a member of his rediscovered family even if the circumstances were less then idle. [break][break] Elysi would explain that only two of the childen of lilith were male and all the others were girls before explaining further that only one of the males was not born a daemon which Sol gained a look of contemplation. “hmm so two males and the rest are female and one that wasnt born daemon hmm the odd one out worries me slightly but at this time we can only cross that bridge when we come to it” he said as he wondered as Elysi would tell him the offer was always there “thank you I appreciate it” Sol stated before the other Delothosin would start explaining to Amaya that the runes were for warding and shielding and while they might seem similar they could be different then the ones seen on the Yuiee estate.”Its strange I can't read these runes in the slightest but yet I know what they do is that due to our family?” Sol asked Elysi since he was still learning things about his family so a chance to ask an honest question like this was a good chance to learn even more. [break][break] As Zaven stepped out of the cabin Elysi would remind him to remain within five meters in order to remain protected and while Sol was still irritated at the captain for his actions the fact he had taken time to cool his head was a wise choice. Once he was outside though Elysi had instantly addressed the group and warned them that if they didnt find harmony with their group that none of them would make it out of the forest alive as they would end up destroying themselves and causing the daemons to laugh at them, he then went on to give a dire warning about their captain in that he has mentioned destorying the forest in frustration and that the forest in turn would feed on it and twist it and him if it gets to him. Sol gained a grim look as his family member warned them that they must be ready to kill him if he falls since if he did then likely he would become a new daemon and it would be an entirely new thread and as Elysi's eyes locked onto Sols briefly the Mantis nodded in understanding that if should the worst happen he would put down the threat to the kingdom. [break][break] At the mention of information regarding the Blake family Sol face while already set in a serious mask instantly turned more grim since rumors while could be false were never a good thing to head.” if its something our family has been tracking it must be extreamly serious” he said his tone showing that Elysi had his full attention on the matter. While Elysi explained about his reasoning for being in the forest going further into the explanation of stating he was searching for an item that was taken from the church vault Sol mulled over the information that they were given. As Elysi went further into detail about their current foes specifically the eldest set and the youngest the Mantis thought over the elements and abilitys.”hmm so right now out current set that are causing trouble have rather simple elements but that doesnt mean that makes it any easier Nature elements here are strengthened and while thats good for some of us here that also means that Selina has a power increase as well hmm ” he mused to himself while acknowledging that both the elder daemons had much stronger and more powerful elements and nasty ways of using said elements. [break][break] “we will really need to keep an eye out for the eldest two while all of them sound like bad news the elders seem like a greater threat at current”Sol said as he took in and kept mulling over the information that they were given, while it was good that they now had a good chunk of information about what they were up against their were still gaps and unknowns which made him wary of moving to hapazardly into the forest. [break][break] An ornate katana with a twenty-four-inch (60 cm) blade. the sheath is made of what seems to be made of marble which has been carefully carved into and engraved with what looks like ruby, the base of the sheath has a gold kojiri. Just above the midway point, there seems to be a piece of onyx that has been set around the sheath, the top and bottom of the onyx seems to have the same white marble though it has been fashioned to look almost like fur or feathers. Connected to the onyx there seems to be additional ruby fastenings with ruby chains connecting one part to the next, near the top there is a ruby set in gold that leads off to three carmine red tassels. The handguard seems to be made out of gold leading into the hilt a hilt that is just under half the size of the blade that covered in lackered red marble before being surrounded in black ribbon with gold helm and small ruby beads at each crossing pattern of the ribbon. [break][break] The corrupting shadow was made using an unknown method outside of a certain noble family within Clover. This family has been shunned by many other noble houses because of their appearances and they macabre magic that they are born with so choose to remain in the forsaken region instead of the noble. Not a lot is known about this secretive family, it's hierarchy or its family mechanics and they aim to keep it that way, it allows them to continue doing what they are without too many questions being asked. One thing people will notice of this family is that when they pass their trial of adulthood they start wielding a weapon of some sort and how the dynamics of the family will change to that person. [attr="class","amascroll"] Amaya listened to the on goings in the cabin, trying her best to just distract and derail the tension even after Zaven's leaving to head outside. She could feel some frustration at the tiny mistake she had made which seemed to her ages ago " It was one time...I was curious about a note so I went to investigate it. I made it back home safe and sound and nothing burnt down to or from, at least to my knowledge." She retorted not liking to even know a church member that had been stuck here for ages even knew of that trip. To her it wasn't a massive deal. She had her rapier and her training, she had a perfect fake story. Was she utterly confused by the person, who she assumed had to be a rogue or someone masquerading as one maybe? That was still something that greatly confused her. She was sure their paths would never cross again as she had no plans of willingly leaving clover soon in the near future. Especially with her newly given status of heiress. Sure she has had it for a while and sure she knows she doesn't do half of what Hania did as heir but she knew he had reasons for not just putting all the responsibilities on her at once. Anyone else, she would rebel and shove it back but when it came to her cousin he always seemed to know how to make it easiest to learn and adjust for her with very little resistance. [break][break] She listened to the confirmation of the runes. " I haven't asked what they were for but they were always active when hania was sick or when Lydia was afflicted with something. I know mom had a lot of runes like these but I didn’t think anything of them as a child.” She replied looking over to him when he came to see the one she was looking at. She turned fully towards the ground listening to the information of 4 of the eight. Two of the eight were male, one was born a daemon and the other was made one, the youngest of the boys was once human. The other is tactical. They knew that the two that had been taunting them from the bushes had single elements. They also know of another female of the girls that enjoyed fighting. She took note of each one mentally connecting each one with the given information before coming to a need for something else. [break][break] “Are you sure there is nothing else you can tell us of these daemons? Or give us any sort of help whether it is what we need to look out for? Or some way to properly navigate this forest so maybe we can make it to our destination. I know this sounds a bit desperate but I can’t sense anything in that forest or make heads or tails of which way we must tread and well with the recent explosion of feelings from everyone. I unfortunately do not see us being able to stay here and wait for apologies or our captain.” She Spoke looking towards Hinota. She knew the woman wasn’t having the greatest time here given all that had happened as Amaya was sure they hadn’t been here long then a few hours, maybe half a day at most and already there was tension especially the warning given to them from Elysi [break][break] “I wish I could say with confidence that he would never allow such a thing, however, I know from what my cousin had told me, He doesn’t trust Zaven, that he is a threat. I hope we can do all in our power to not allow that but if our fate is to take down a captain then It is what we must do for the safety of the clover.” She said softly, not wanting to think of the possibility of ending another’s life. He was a human being, A captain. Someone many looked up to. He had a home, a family and people to lead. How can one keep a clear conscience with something like that possibility looming over them. But then again, Any one of them could fall victim to the same fate from an unseen situation. She couldn't imagine what that choice was like. She shut her eyes, shaking the thoughts from her head, refusing to dwell on the thought, returning to her real question to Hinota, knowing the woman would not like her following words. [break][break] “I know you wish not to lead nor most likely not wish to leave Captain Blake behind, but If I am honest, I feel we must keep moving, we have taken much of Mr. Elsyi’s time and I wish I could say we are close to our goal or could rest but time is not on our side if we ever wish to return to our homes and families that are waiting on the outside for our return, hopefully as we entered.” She said in earnest. “I will follow however you wish for us to go and if needed I will take the lead still. How Should we go about this?” She asked Hino. [break][break] She wished to not be in this damn forest, it already caused harm to her hanfu and threw her for a loop feeling very blind with all the white noise outside the cabin’s safety. It was off putting not knowing all that was hiding in the forest. She felt at home in the capital because she could sense everyone, she could tell for the most part from what she could sense who was moving within the estate from her room. Here she had no way of knowing anything except in front of her face. [break][break] She made note of Jin’s questions and decided to keep an ear out to it as she was sure while it was a needed knowledge but there was not much they could do. She was sure Elysi wasn’t going to join their group for his own safety. She just had to hope they were going to get moving soon. Time was short. She only hoped Zaven was going to be okay and rejoin them soon with a much more leveled head. They lost a strong fighter to this group.
Aoiveae Isro is a one point Seven meter-long staff made of an unusual pale blue metal of unknown origin, with a unique ornate top making it seem almost spear-like, it is not until the owner channels mana through the staff that its true majestic form is seen. Inside of the staff, the bluish metal seems to become almost transparent and magical energy can be seen going up it, in fact, the energy is so condensed it's almost like electricity can be seen dancing up the length of the staff. From the top that was once seen as a spear tip, a circle engulfs it and from the sides, a set of wings are seen almost like an aurora.
The true origin and creator of Aoiveae Isro remains unknown, even its history to this day remains quite the mystery though it was discovered several hundred years ago. As it was found in the broken-down ruins of a temple within the Aristaeus’ Basin close to the border of the heart kingdom it is believed that it must have held some ritualistic importance. This relic was originally bought from the black market by a noble with the intention of placing it up for auction, this noble doesn't wish to be named due to the method they gained access to the relic and has every intention of giving the proceeds of the sale to the church anonymously.
[break]
Intermediate Lore:[break]
It is only through meditation and inner peace can the true power within be found. The energy feels different, it is almost like a completely different mana swirls within the weapon, it's weak but fluctuates mirroring the owner's own emotions and turmoil, there is no understanding as to what this could mean but it feels like a breakthrough is very close... although for now very much out of reach. [break] Senior Lore:[break] Inner peace and acceptance has now began to settle in to both the owner of the staff and the staff itself. A mutual understanding has been reached and so the staff itself no longer become cumbersome to it's owner almost changing its size to be perfectly fitting. It is almost as if the staff is alive with its own soul as it clearly didn't want to allow itself to be used by someone it deemed unworthy of its power. [break] Grand Lore:[break] ~Get the relic to Grand to unlock~ [break] Dive Lore:[break] With understanding and introspection the wielder can almost hear the voice within, the past memories of the one who held the staff at the very beginning of its creation. Its true potential finally reveled as the staff once belonging to a spirit user. The first memory seen was the pact that they would never part come what may as they both placed a small portion of their life's mana into the staff. An oath that has held strong even now centuries later.

As this is an unusual relic it comes with an equally unusual ability but it comes with a bit of work to unlock. You are required to do a thread of 6,000 words where you come to not only understand the energies within the relic but unlock its hidden secret; that it is capable of a partial spirit dive, and will allow you to have up to three small aesthetic changes while in this form. (The training must be approved like a normal partial dive) You are unable to access this dive ability before the relic reaches senior, the dive will be active for three rounds and it will be five rounds before you would be able to enter it once more, at grand it will allow you to enter the partial dive for four rounds but you will not be able to enter it again for six rounds. You are able to go to the spirit system and choose three abilities you will be able to access while in the partial daemonic dive. As with spirit dive, there are drawbacks that you will receive when the dive is on cooldown. This includes -5 m/s physical speed, -5 mana regeneration, -5 Debuff in Power, Durability , Control, Sensory and you will only be able to access intermediate or below spells. [break][break] In addition to the above abilities, they will find that their spells will have a number of boons and weaknesses to them. [break][break] Boons:[break] - Once every second round the mage may heal naturally one rank below their character rank free of charge, this increases to twice per round at grand.[break] - Able to redirect incoming attacks if the owner's control is +10 than the opposing mage's power stat, lowering to only needing +5 at grand rank, this is only applied if your spell is of equal rank or higher than the opposed one. This can only occur once every three posts. [break][break] Weaknesses:[break] - Unless within a dual specialized spell knock-back will automatically be attached to attack creation spells[break] - Spells cost 20% additional mana from the natural base amount of mana

[attr="class","tamaflowersscroll"] The floral mage moved away from the group and looked out the window, she was quiet, it was clear there was a lot on the teen's mind. It had been the first in a long time since she lost her temper and felt that vitriol bubbling deep within her, it wasn't her, she wasn't at all like that but she couldn't stand the thought even in frustration to speak such horrid words. She meant everything she had said though, Luli and Junjie had taught her not to speak such words unless she was willing to back them up. They explained that you can tell a lot about a person by their conviction and the stances that they take. It was one of the few times that Junjie has seemed irritated, he had confirmed it had been nothing that she had done and had apologised for being harsh with her. [break][break] He had gone on that he knew she was strong and never wanted her to be anyone's victim and she had the potential to protect those who couldn't protect themselves but that meant standing even if her nerves told her to cower and retreat. She was taking in the information being given to them as she looked out the window with a forlorn look. In honesty, she didn't want to be in this position, she wanted to be home. 'Women should remain at home tending to their husband and children.' her older brother Jirou's words rang in her mind. She knew traditionally he was absolutely correct and had her family not attempted to push her she may have accepted that fate. 'No, women are just at home on the battlefield as men.' she thought to herself as she let out a silent sigh, she could only imagine what he would do if she did become his captain. [break][break] "You are withholding information Elysi, your body language proves this." she said her voice dull, she hadn't turned her attention from the outside but she had noticed it as she moved to the window. "You want to tell us, but, I fear that this might be family information so I will not push for it." She didn't see any point in trying to do so. "Although, I would like to know which item exactly brought you here from your church; if we come across it we will later be able to return it in your stead and in form them of your plight, however, I believe if Lilith is defeated then whatever is preventing you from leaving will release it's grip." it of course was only speculation at this point but it was the only thing she thought would make sense for him to be kept here. [break][break] "It's like kikka all over again." she whispered to herself, she had noticed a few things from inside the house that she had missed from the outside but due to her low sensory she was unsure which parts were real and with everyone's sensory being dead outside they would be in the same boat as her, it was frustrating 'It's times like this I wish Valo knew what limits were.' she smiled a little shaking her head knowing he wasn't going to change and she wouldn't expect him to, if he did then he'd be someone entirely different. She bit her lip a little "Jun... he is speaking the truth about my captain I believe." she said turning away from the window and looking at the group the smile was completely gone, she was being serious. "When we were training on the Blake estate two of the daemons visited..." she began. [break][break] "They said..." she paused and shook her head, she knew if she spoke those words in earshot of a Delothosin then there was a good chance that her captain's family was going to have issues and she wasn't about to cause that. She knew it was a risk but they hadn't done anything to hurt the kingdom or its citizens to her knowledge. She would say something in what would appear to be gibberish if someone heard it. The truth was it was a code that she had been taught by Junjie and Luli, one that Jin would recognise. If he was close enough he would hear her say "This is incredibly messy. Those two daemons said that the Blake had links to daemons, possibly pacts in the past but I don't want to say anything in front of him in case it's just them playing mind tricks." she knew all families had secrets after all. [break][break] She came out of her own thoughts hearing Sol's words "I..." she sighed "I don't know how well my tactics will work against enemies like this. Void and dark is a nasty combination but what makes it worse is it's on a tactician." she said knowing he was going to the bane of her existence as he likely had years on hers. "But, I had one of the best people I know nurture my gifts in such a thing so I need only trust in that I guess." she scratched her cheek nervously. Junjie had been the one to notice when she was younger she could read the tides of not only political battles but the battlefield when she moved things on his maps when he and Luli had mock battles. [break][break] He put it down to her unique disposition of not caring which side won so long as the loss of life was minimal. It would end at times with him winning smaller skirmishes but her overall gaining victory for her side. "I think in the Ravencrest's case the family tree is in the current head's mind." she covered her mouth laughing lightly, she remembered how Amaya had told her that her cousin was a nightmare because he would never forget anything and it would bite her more often than not. "Elysi if you don't mind me asking, is there any difference between born daemons and created daemons?" she didn't know if it was something that he could tell her but he guessed there was no harm in asking as this could help her create some sort of plan, the issue was she didn't know which daemons were born out of the eight and which were not which was an additional problematic factor. [break][break] "I would also hazard a guess that earth-based elements would increase in this grand mana zone too Sol." which would be frustrating if there were a lot of nature and earth-based elemental daemons in this place. She believed it was reasonable as the daemons hadn't found this cabin by the looks of it but then it could just be due to the strength of the runes used on the in and outside of the place. "The tactician is going to be the greatest threat in all honesty... then again a chaotic, unhinged brawler is... ugh..." They hadn't even started and she was getting a headache. "Nevermind, her strength is also her weakness and easily exploited." she turned her attention outside once more towards the tree "How can you navigate the forest when it changes as you walk, this is important information that we do in fact need." her voice was calm and stern, it was clear that though a request she would push if needed. [break][break] She looked at Amaya "You were an idiot." she said as she tried to defend her actions "You had no magic, no one knew where you were and what if you had been disarmed or entered into a place where magic didn't work." she knew she always carried a weapon with her and that expedition would have been no different. "As you know we are in a sensory dead zone so there must be complete magical dead zones like in the prisons." she walked over to her and tapped her head "You do have a brain in there right?" she would ask, she wasn't being mean about it "I would rather your cousin not raze this kingdom or cause an international incident attempting to find his wayward cousin and it would be even worse if you ended up dead..." she said tilting her head "Just... please... think before acting..." she warned wanting only the best for her. [break][break] "We do need to get moving, but, let's see if Elysi is willing to share any more of the information we have requested before doing so." he said, she didn't want to even broach the thought of them having to kill Zaven, but, with everything previously said and with what Elysi said now it was a real possibility. "At current Amaya, I'm the most senior magic knight and was placed in charge by the captain of this excursion so I will do my duty as much as I hate being forced into such situations." she said, hearing Amaya's words she smiled "The 'youngest' have the minds of children... well, we use that to our advantage." she said with a chuckle.
"This is incredibly messy. Those two daemons said that the Blake had links to daemons, possibly pacts in the past but I don't want to say anything in front of him in case it's just them playing mind tricks." this is only understood by Jin

Kikka is a town known to be the defensive foot-hold for the Clover Kingdom, it is the town that sits in the grey area of what could be considered the noble region and the common region. It is due to this that there is a diverse range of people and backgrounds that called this place home. [break][break] A young fire mage found himself getting into trouble when he decided to steal some vegetables from a garden of jewellers. The mother of the family was the one that caught him and even told the boy and his mother that they just needed to ask due to them having more than enough. It was the beginning of a new bond between the family and the fire mage. [break][break] Over time the boy grew and where he was wanting to learn the next flashy fire move from the former purple orca. She would tell him that he needed to learn how to walk before he tried to run or those he cared about would get burned by those same flames that treasured so much. Of course, being young he didn't understand what she was getting at. [break][break] The woman's husband attempted to teach the street smart and somewhat rough male his craft. He, of course, got bored real quickly because crafting jewellery was a slow process that often was very detail orientated. Still, the man tried. On the day the fire mage was scheduled to leave Kikka for the exams the man called the young mage into his workshop. [break][break] He was just finishing up a double ring set and told him to put every wish and promise he could into a single flame and release it onto the ring. Somewhat sceptical the fire mage did what he was asked and thought it was for some sort of trinket for the woman that had helped him grow. The man placed the ring into a box and handed it to the budding mage. [break][break] "Valo, we see you as our son and we are proud to see the man you've grown into. You've helped create something that is unique and special, keep it with you and give it to someone that you believe deserves what you put into it." [break][break] The now young man gave bravado with his normal attitude but took the ring. He held onto it for three years until something terrible happened. The family that he had loved so much was taken from him. The one that had seen him at his most vulnerable and had helped him through the grief was a young woman. A woman who themselves couldn't fight due to their beliefs. [break][break] He remembered the ring from all those years ago and offered it to her, telling her if she was ever in danger just to call him and he'd come running.

The flames are intricate and delicate so they could easily be mistaken as tasteful jewellery. Speaking the name of another while twisting the ring will give them the benefits of the healing. With the use of the ammo rules, additional people can be healed per trigger. This ability heals for junior rank damage, this ability will also actively attempt to cleanse those being healed by it from any debuffs, poisons, hexes, curses, venoms as per the clashing rules.

When a connection is made an identical book is created in front of that person with the casters name so they know who is contacting them. As those communicating speak the pages start to fill in with blue flaming text as if being written, this is so facts can be looked over at a later point while the spell is active. As this is only junior currently only one person may be contacted at a time. If used for reinforcements the person being asked must wait 2 rounds after the initial contact has been made before they can enter, as this ability grows stronger it will allow for contacting people in other areas, if contacting people in other areas and requesting aid they must wait 4 rounds after the initial contact has been made before they can enter.

A warm gift for Hinota Yuiee. After spending a few weeks away from the flower mage, Valo had crafted a beautiful bracelet as a gift for her. And as a symbol for his commitment, he got Warmth's Embrace made for her.[break][break]

[break] Elysi looked at the group for a moment listening to them talking about their wayward captain, he had noticed that the flower mage had a lot on her mind it was in her body language a lot more than her face. He was glad that he hadn't ever felt the burden that she found herself within, then again his sister had sacrificed herself so he wouldn't have to. Then again leadership was a lot more complicated within his family, something he was quite sure that Sol would soon find out as he gained more trust within their overly cautious family. "I have heard many things about the 'great' Zaven Blake, not all of them good just be wary and aware of what you may face in the future." he told the group, he was grateful that they wouldn't push even though they believed him withholding information and they were correct. [break][break] It was then that Hinota started saying something about what the daemon's revealed while training on the Blake estate, she stopped herself mid-sentence, it was understandable he was a member of the church after all. There were rumors about them but their family gave them little mind as their secrecy had created such things. He wondered how people would react if they found out many of the rumours spread about them were in fact true, he couldn't help but smile a little to himself over it. His eyes went to Jin as he spoke and shook his head "Stranded isn't the word I would use in regards to this situation..." he said thoughtfully "I would say I'm more like an unwilling guest that is been held captive." he said with a soft chuckle, it seemed as if he was in good spirits despite his current predicament. [break][break] "Perhaps." he said thinking about it "However, it is my life at current and I've made the best of what would be an otherwise irritating situation." he didn't seem to think much of it as to him there was a reason that he was being kept there, then again it wasn't like they exactly knew where he was hiding to try to dissect him like he had many daemons in the past. He had taken note that the floral mage seemingly talking nonsense to herself, he wasn't about to ask if she was okay as she seemed of sound mind and was likely attempting to make sense of things in her own way. "It is a very nasty combination, especially on the one who has them. I wish you the best with him as the last mind that went against him well... let's not speak of that." he said nervously, it was clear it wasn't a good outcome. [break][break] "If you are going to speak on weaknesses and strengths..." he pointed to a wall and a door appeared "Speak in there, that way I can not hear either." he offered, he wanted to make them understand he shouldn't be hearing such things, he understood that they still had reservations on him and hoped that they would feel more comfortable knowing it was only their group that could hear their discussion. "By what little I can feel from here your captain is outside of the protective field of my home, as much as I would like to say to go after him I would suggest against it." he said showing true concern for their well-being "It is better to lose one than the entire group, also, as much as I have stated to be wary around him he may be attempting to do recon and that is why he left the lady in charge." he explained. [break][break] "The bottle?" he seemed confused at the next question but then remembered what he was likely talking about and brought out what he used "It's a magic item." he said hiding it from him "It has the elements plant and water on it and can heal, attack and afflict opponents with weaknesses." he said giving more information on it. "I have some very odd family members who get very bored and decide to make things." He seemed nonchalant about the item, to him it was honestly nothing special. "Does this interest you or something?" he would ask him clearly confused, he would have thought that he would have seen decently powerful magic items by now but then, he knew nothing about the people in his home. He then thought about how many items he had seen like this one outside of his family and he could only think of a handful. [break][break] "This item is completely trigger based, this means that though powerful it can drain mana very quickly if not careful." he explained to him showing he had used one ability many times to take out the enemies as he had, due to how difficult the enemies had been it would be easy to surmise that the item was powerful and if it was trigger based that the owner had a decent well of mana as he didn't seem at all fazed when he used it. He turned his eyes to the other three as they spoke "Be careful when trusting Sol, especially with tactics, she may not match up to the enemies and end up getting you all killed due to it." he warned he didn't know her but he knew the tactician on the other side had centuries on theirs. [break][break] He also worried about the strain of placing such a burden on someone who looked so delicate that they shouldn't be on a battlefield. He had no doubt she was capable he could feel such, he also knew she would have proven herself or she wouldn't have been there but he still seemed concerned nonetheless. "You know there was a daemon who had a perfect memory, they couldn't forget anything, many of his kind apparently tried including the brood in here." he said thoughtfully at Hinota's words on the Ravencrest head, there had been rumours about the male's memory but he didn't put much stock in things he couldn't personally verify. He smiled and chuckled "It's a family trait." he confirmed "You'll find we have some weird innate abilities" he wasn't about to go into it with others around but if he were to ask when alone he may give him a crash course. [break][break] "I said to my knowledge, I don't know if I am accurate." he corrected him before listening to floral mages question about naturally born and created "Usually, naturally born daemons are stronger, however, there are rare cases where this isn't the case from what I've observed." he would answer them. "For example, the two that 'play' in this area are born however are much weaker than the male that was made into one." he said thoughtfully, he didn't expect such a question that much was clear. "Our family track a lot of things" he said trying to think over several things that he tracked before this situation. "Some of them more troublesome than others as you can imagine." He had, to be honest, this one had been the biggest pain in his ass and it wasn't even something his family had him track. [break][break] "Did they really let you come in here without an education?" he face palmed wondering what his family was thinking "You are going to get yourself or others killed with that train of thought." he scolded like an elder. "Just because you see the elements as 'simple' doesn't always make it the case or them less dangerous, don't fall into that flawed fallacy." he warned knowing it was a dangerous path, especially for one of their family. "Daemon magic doesn't act like our magic, they have unique traits to them." he started to educate the entire group "Usually wraith users see their wraiths much like a golem user, however, there was a daemoness who used wraith who managed to allow her wraiths to keep their personalities, slowly however, her magic would transform them into mana beasts she still cared for them or so I've heard." he wanted to give an example of what he meant. [break][break] He was still in disbelief over Sol being in this forest while not having a proper education and became speechless as Amaya attempted to rationalize why what she had done was completely logical. He opened his mouth to say something after a moment but it seemed like the floral mage had taken point into scolding the white-haired woman. He turned his eyes to Jin "Good luck making it out alive with those two." he said showing he had no idea what to make of this entire fiasco. "You realize that curiosity kills dumb heiresses." he eventually said to Amaya before rubbing his face and wondering how she made it to adulthood without dying as she seemed like the type to run with scissors pointing the blades at her or the kid that sat in the corner eating glue and crayons, then again, he imagined that her entire estate had been made idiot-proof. [break][break] Shaking his head he tried to move past the brain rot that was being afflicted with "Like I said my family tend to do a lot of protections for families so longs they can pay the fees so unless I see the runes I couldn't tell you in the slightest what they are meant to do." he said calmly. He listened as Amaya and Hinota both asked for a way to navigate the forest "I've marked the trees with gemstone markings." he would inform them "A way to navigate the forest? I can give that. Ruby go left, Emerald go right, Sapphire double back, jade stay still until the marking changes, moonstone continue forward until the next marking, chrysoberyl run the opposite direction until you see the next marking and don't look back." he said giving them what to look for on the trees to help navigate the ever-changing forest. [break][break] "There are traps but you'll know when they are nearby, by the topaz markings on the ground." he said thoughtfully "And there is something dangerous... very dangerous in this forest." he said clenching the book in his hand "That is the thing that will cause the gemstone markings to change to chrysoberyl and you must run from, it is the pet of the eldest children... It... I" he stopped speaking "Even being touched by it can cause adverse reactions and changes not only in appearance but magic, this includes in any item that you own." he said in a low tone, he actually looked afraid as he spoke on this thing. "The worst thing is even if there wasn't sensory white noise you won't feel it coming, even map spells won't pick it up." he looked at the protections and watched as their colour changed to a yellow. "Shhh.." he said putting his finger to his mouth. [break][break] "Do not move, do not speak until the gemstones change." he whispered, just as he finished what could be described as a wraith seemed to enter the home. It floated around as if patrolling. This was easily eight feet tall and looked like it had been chained, it was clear it was hunting. If anyone made a noise or moved it would stand on alert and move in their direction swiping, if it landed a hit the area would look necrotic instantly and it would continue attacking. If people remained still and quiet it would remain for a few minutes before moving off, after a few more minutes the gemstones would once again turn purple. "If you find an amethyst marking and can't run or are confused on which way to run get to the marking and remain still and quiet, it may take some time but it will lose your scent and move away. Always wait three minutes before moving away from the marking." he warned. [break][break] "Did you just call me Mr. Elysi?" he said looking at the white-haired woman "If you are using titles it would be Mr and then last name not Mr then first name... what are they teaching socialites these days?" he was confused beyond belief with her "And please just call me Elysi, if I wanted formality I'd talk to my family." he said letting out a deep sigh of relief knowing, for now, the threat had passed, "I do hope that you all can return to your families, they must be worried about you." he was being genuine as he spoke on this matter, he had an almost forlorn look as he thought of his own family, as much as his family could be overbearing at time he still missed them. He then thought over the request and shook his head. [break][break] "I'm sorry but that is classified by the church and I doubt my family would be too pleased if I spoke on it, I do hope you understand." he said showing he wasn't about to speak on the item he was sent for. "Don't doubt yourself or you are doomed to fail, however, I would say proceed with caution," he could see the doubt in the young woman's eyes, but, he would expect that of anyone in such a scenario regardless of their experience. "I should have mentioned this before but anything with daemonic blood is boosted on top of any nature-based element, this includes earth, gemstone and the likes." it was a slight oversight but it wasn't exactly something he often thought about after spending so much time here. "She may seem unhinged but she is methodical in her chaos, don't underestimate her." he cautioned. "It's her twin that keeps her grounded." he finished. [break][break] He was curious as to why she believed that the eldest daughter's strength was also her weakness but he already knew they were suspicious of him so didn't want to push his luck. If they wanted to share with him they would do so, after all, they were willing to respect his privacy and so he would do the same. "Once you are ready to leave let me know, I'll bring up a map spell so you can at least decide what you are going to do. It will likely show any daemons in the area." he said once again going quiet allowing them to discuss what they would do. He was still concerned that the eldest daemon's 'pet' was in the area but he had warned them on what to look around for and how to act if and when such a situation occurs, there wasn't much else he could do to prepare them.

[break][break]
Information was passed between conversations, scoldings and advice being given. Offering them a room where they could talk privately with one another before informing the group that Zaven was no longer near the cabin and had likely moved off to do some recon for the group. Where Elysi had refused to give up some information he did explain how he managed to navigate the forest and explained to the group what each gemstone he used for his system meant and where to find them. It was then that he got serious and informed the group to remain still and quiet until the gemstones used in his cabin's protection changed back to their original colour. He didn't go into any detail as no sooner than he finished what he said than a corporeal mana beast around eight feet tall floated through. This mana beast almost looked like a traditional wraith. It moved around and so long as what he said was followed it would eventually leave with the gemstones changing a few moments after, if not that person was about to have a bad day. He gave information on the beast and who the masters were. He explained this was the thing that they would need to run from if any marking changed to that one other gem and what amethyst meant. Once everything was said he asked them to let him know when they were ready to leave and he would use a map spell so they could see where they should be heading and even hopefully give them the location of some daemons if they were in the area.

[attr="class","julienglass2scroll"] Sol heard Elysis words and he nodded his face set into a serious look as he knew that the situation they were in was very perilous and one wrong step could have dire results and with how their captain was they needed to be wary just in case. He listened as his family member would look to Jin and explain that he wouldnt exactly say he was stranded but more of an unwilling guest and that it was his life at current and he had made the best of what he could with the situation he had.Sol had to admit that it took immense strength of will and mind to life in such a situation for who knows how long and as he mentioned that the combination of magics they were set to deal with were very nasty and that the last mind that went against them went rather badly from how Elysi described it and then cut himself off, the fellow Delothosin then explained that if they were going to talk strength and weaknesses then he advised them to go into a separate room as he knew that it might be sensitive information not meant for his ears and he accepted that very calmly. [break][break] The Mantis just listened and paid attention as Elysi explained the propertys of the bottle and sprayer he had used to help them and he was a bit intrigued that such a odd thing had such power but then again he knew to never judge anything by face value and from the fact that this thing could attack and heal as well as cause weaknesses in opponets showed it was nothing to scoff at, as he mentioned that he had some odd family members that make things Sol chuckled a bit and nodded.”I have heard that about our family still the strength of such things is remarkable” he said. When Elysi turned his attention to him and warned him to be careful when trusting especially with tactics due to Hinota not being up to match up and there was the risk of getting killed due to it.”That is a good point we are dealing with foes that are far beyond our reckoning to we will need to be able to adapt though I know Hinotas skill in strategy will of great use” he said knowing they had to be careful but he still had great faith in his friend and team member. [break][break] Elysi would continue and explain that there was once a daemon that had a perfect memory and that he couldn't forget anything even though others tried to make him, as he went on to say that what Sol was experiencing was a family trait and that they have some weird abilitys which Made Sol Chuckle along with him”Indeed Im starting to realize that more and more but its honestly nice in a way” he said a small smile on his face. The conversation then turned to how strong some of the daemons were and that naturally born daemons were stronger then created ones but that wasnt always true and exceptions were made on occasion and did say that the two that played in this area were far weaker then the male that was created which showed just how different daemons could be, Sol was stunned however when Elysi suddenly scolded him regarding his thought process on the daemons elements and questioned if he hadn't been given an education before being sent into here which Made Sol look slightly ashamed."I have been taught but not a through education as im still reconnecting but your right that train of thought is dangerous and it wont happen again Elysi you have my word” he said his expression becoming serious. [break][break] “true just because an element is simple doesnt make it less dangerous in fact it can make it more deadly especially given the foes we are dealing with my time in kikka was a good lesson of that” he said surpressing a shudder at the memorys. At the mention of a daemoness that used wraith that kept their personalty and that her magic Would eventually transform them into mana beasts Sol felt himself stiffen as a cold chill went up his spine as it sounding like only one foe he had dealt with.”That sounds point for point Like Lilitu we encountered her in Kikka when we reclaimed it and someone I will never forget even if I tried.” he explained as he took a deep breath to center himself again. As they moved forward he caught his family members jab at not only him but Amaya but in truth Sol couldnt find it in himself to be angry as Elysi was his elder and he had very valid points so Sol would do better and learn and grow from what he had been told, it was then that Elysi explained how to navigate the forest and that he had used gemstone markings to show how to show which direction they should go [break][break] Sol listened intently to the directions and which color meant which direction but the one that had him wary was the directions of the Chrysoberyl and as his fellow family member went on to explain that it was a pet of the eldest children and a dangerous thing of the forest and that even its touch was incredibly dangerous causing changes and reactions upon even a simple touch.”it sounds absolutely terrifying” he said his tone grim as he felt a shudder at the implications of what this thing could do, the mantis would then hear Elysi put a finger to his mouth and Sol quickly followed his instructions as he froze and kept his mouth shut, as he saw the wraith suddenly enter the home and float his gaze was locked on it but he remained calm and still knowing that most likely if any of them moved it would draw its attention and then it would cause a deadly situation. [break][break] After what happened Elysi explained that if they couldnt outrun such a thing that the next best solution was to stay still and quite and eventually it would leave after losing their scent.” that thing was no joke I can see why you gave such a warning” he said his tone serious as he got a sense that that was something not to pick a fight with since it might just wipe them out easily. As his family member suggested that they proceed with caution and also explained that anything with daemon blood got a power boost ontop of any nature based elements which caused Sol to bite back a frown since that made things even more complicated sure Hinota and himself got strength from the forest but the fact that the daemons got a second power boost could cause immense issues later on down the line. As Elysi told them that once they were ready to go he would bring up a map spell so they could figure out what they were going to do and Sol nodded.”thank you Elysi for everything” Sol said with a smile and a kind tone since it was nice to see his blood family and to have their aid for such an occasion was a godsend now the big question was how do they proceed. [attr="class","amascroll"] Amaya listened to Elysi speak with sol and his acknowledgement of being more of an unwilling guest. She could only imagine the amount of isolation and emotions that He felt knowing that at least for now, he was stuck here, that the forest was not going to allow him to leave. She was sure the delothison would have most likely sent others in if he didn't tell them not to. Such things must be hard. Something she knew she wouldn't be able to handle very well herself, but then again, she had her heart of glass on her sleeve. She had nothing to hide nor to allow it to be cold to the world around herself.
[break][break] She watched Elysi in his disbelief and comment as she didn't retort it. Cause while that phrase might be true to some, death is someone she hated with a passion for a whole different reason and nothing was going to kill her without her fighting within every inch of her life. She might be a socialite and a ditz at times but she was very stubborn and bull headed when she has her sights on something, only a select few knew the weaknesses of her stubbornness with losing minimal braincells. If anyone was to loss braincells it was whoever wanted to attempt logic in a matter of fact way.
[break][break] She listened to each question making a note of each, especially the various colors of the gemstones. while there was still some iffiness, he did give it with genuine care. She looked towards the gemstone watching it change suddenly before hearing his whisper as she remained still as instructed her eyes catching on to the wraith the phased into the cabin, staying there for a few moments before wandering off again. Her eyes traced the direction the wraith went before looking back at the gem, styling still till it returned to its normal color " That thing is the eldest's pet?" She remarked seeing his body language change as even he seemed teriffed of the wraith as she listened to him explain what can happen if that thing touches them. If he was acting that way then the results of what could happen if it touched any of them or their weapons could be dire as she imagine it wouldn't do anyone any good to suddenly have their magic changed and possibly no spells or who knows what else.
[break][break] She listened to Elsyi's scolding of sol and his education or lack there of of what they were in for being here. She knew she was under educated on the subjects of daemons. She did her research of what she had access to and bugged Hania when he wasn't training. She even had to go to cousin Edward to see if there was any research she could do to prepare for this forest. She wasn't suppose to be here, Sure she did training with her mentors cause while they were tending to this forest, she was going to continue her duties to the magic knights and her family. Yet, here she was. She knew she would be out of her element but she was still here and taking all the scolding's in stride because she knew it was all to benefit her in future situations. She looked towards him as she nodded " Elysi it shall be then. "She spoke not at first seeing the issue with her acknowledgment of him as there were two delothison in this cabin, him and Sol. It was her mistake but it seemed he just preferred his first name and not the whole formal systems of title and stuff just as she and most of the others in her family. They hated being called lord and lady or Mr. or Mrs. Ravencrest. Yes their status was above others but they were as equal as a commoner. They were just as human as the next and not people to be kept on a pedestal looking down. They would leave that to the Silva. Well she would leave it to a certain magic knight to take entitlement to a whole new level.
[break][break] She snapped out of her train of thought hearing hino's next scolding on top of Elsyi's as she flicked feeling hino tap her forehead "I have one in there." She teased rubbing her forehead lightly as she smiled " yeah, I am not sure if he is back from his mission or not. I wished I could be home to greet him but I will attempt my best not to get anyone or myself killed as I wouldn't wish his wraith on even my worst enemy." She said in acknowledgement as she was sure he was the deadliest man in clover and could easily make the underbelly of clover's criminal underground turn themselves in and never do anything again. There was a reason that girl never rebelled and accepted all the guidance she got from him. Even though he was a stable pillar in her life, he was still very powerful in more then one way.
[break][break] She watched hino speaking of some notes of strategy as she seemed to have a slight plan of how they were going to approach this. It was then Elysi spoke of forming a map spell of the forest to assist them and it even showing the daemons. She had a map spell but nothing that would show the daemons or anything of that nature let alone the range his spell could cover over her own along with the fact she was sure if she did her spell or really any of her spells, they would give away their location. which might be good if they get split up but it was still bad over all.
[break][break] "If everyone is alright with it I would like to see a map of the forest and see what we will possibly be having to deal with." She spoke voicing her opinion. This was the best option they had to gaining their bearing and get moving towards their destination. She just hoped it was as accurate as it should be but then again with the why this forest is spoke of changing it's layout, it would almost seem pointless and confusing. There was more to her reasoning but that was kept to herself for the time being
Aoiveae Isro is a one point Seven meter-long staff made of an unusual pale blue metal of unknown origin, with a unique ornate top making it seem almost spear-like, it is not until the owner channels mana through the staff that its true majestic form is seen.

Jin Zhongli
Jin remained quiet for a while, just listening in on everyones words. Elysi was clearly not telling them everything, which Jin was not a fan of but it was to be expected. Everyone has secrets, some people would rather die with them. In ways Elysi was similar to Jin, they both had secrets and information about their own families that they could never part with for whatever reason. From Jin's position he could understand Elysi's hesitation, but in this instance lives were at stake.
There was another conversation happening with Hinota not really looking forward to being the leader as Zaven seemed on and off. Jin let out a little bit of a sigh. He was probably going to die here, he didn't believe everyone here was incompetent. It was just a lack of connection. His mother taught each child about the importance of working together and connecting on the same objective.
The next thing was Hinota's words, particularly the ones that sounded like gibberish to everyone else but him. Jin didn't react to this in anyway but he completely understood it. In his mind he was smirking, the twins must of taught her the language. Each member of the Zhongli no a way to communicate with each other in the same room without anyone else knowing what they are saying. It's only really used in times of need. In a way she was Zhongli after all. Jin blinked three times to acknowledge that he heard and understood her words.
"That bottle was able to quell some pretty nasty mana beasts very easily. If you have more it could prove very useful in the situation were faced with mana beasts again. But only if you have more to spare that is." Jin said Elysi, the rogue had seen his fair share of powerful items and weapons. He owned some of them, and anytime his eyes found something that would prove useful he would always try and get his hands on it. He wasn't going to steal it given the situation that they were in, he would ask for it.
There was some scolding going on between Hinota and Amaya and Elysi, and then Sol. It seemed strange that Elysi had such an opinion on two people he didn't know even if one of them was family apparently. Jin looked at Sol and Amaya and then back at Elysi. "They have my full confidence and I fully intend for us all to make it out of here alive." Jin replied to him. So far Elysi had proven useful but also quite judgmental and overly opinionated on people he didn't know. It was rubbing Jin the wrong way. He felt his words were having a negative effect on the moral of Sol and Amaya at a time when their moral needed to be firm and solid. Jin's eyes wondered around the room and then back at Elysi. " Were not all perfect are we?" he added.
After Elysi was telling them ways to navigate the forest, he started to tell them about a particular dangerous entity as if things weren't already bad. Something that could not only harm them but also change ones appearance and magic? Jin's eyes interest peaked when he heard this, he never heard of such a creature that was capable of this. The next moment as if he spoke it into existence a wraith like being was floating in the room and Jin remained perfectly still and in three minutes it was gone. So it followed scents and seemingly had no sight. Quite the interesting creature Jin had to admit.
Once Elysi was done and it was came to the group to discuss what to do next. Jin would thank Elysi. "Thank you... Mr. Elysi." he said with a smirk.

[attr="class","tamaflowersscroll"] Hinota had been lost in her own thoughts previously but she had kept track of everything thus far, it was a situation she wished she wasn't in but it was the hand that she had been dealt, so would deal with it. She had issued notice that she was going to challenge Zaven to be captain of their squad and so she would need to get used to leading if she managed to succeed in such an endeavour. When she spoke of what the twin daemons had spoken about on the Blake estate she did so believing that no one would understand her words, however, she noticed that Jin had blinked three times showing he had taken in the information and understood. It was something that she and her retainers would do when they spoke in this code. [break][break] It was confusing to her but she didn't react to it, this was not the time nor place for such a discussion but one would be needed in the near future with all three people. She had questions now and she wanted answers for them. She knew this entire situation was messy, there were imbalances she had just spoken about, for her part, she would make sure everyone left this forest in one piece. She didn't have the years of experience some of their opponents did but that didn't always make a good tactician and she knew that. Failing tactics she could shield and strengthen her allies with the added effect of healing. She was just getting too much into her own head and not trusting in her own strengths and the confidence others had placed in her. She dreaded how Valo would be if she didn't return, she knew he would both blame himself for not being there and likely raze the forest and everything within it in anger. [break][break] She brought out a notebook and a calligraphy brush she had borrowed from her eldest brother from her bag. Since it had paint infused to it she didn't have to worry about having an ink stick, water or a dish to make ink. Sitting on the floor she started to quickly write down the gemstones they needed to look out for one what each one meant. She also wrote the information from earlier inside the book so she could place it in her report when they returned home. She was glad that their current host was attempting to make the best of a bad situation, however, he did come off as quite judgemental. "How do you expect him to have the type of education that your family is used to when he is still treated as an outsider presently by your family?" she would ask flatly. [break][break] "A fact you have registered at least twice in this brief meeting" he finished her eyes looking up from her notebook though her head didn't move. Was he underprepared? Yes, but then they all were for their current situation. It was the reason for Zaven's frustration. "He's right, only with trust and confidence in ourselves and each other are we going to make it out of here alive." She reaffirmed that she did trust both Sol and Amaya even if they did seem a little lost from time to time but that was not due to a lack of anything but experience and something like this would definitely garner a lot of that. In her mind, if they shouldn't have been there then they wouldn't have been sent, then again she was almost wondering if he was attempting to plant seeds of doubt amongst them. [break][break] She pushed that thought aside as so far he had been nothing but helpful towards them. She looked to Jin when he spoke of perfection "Oh, I know I'm perfect, that's why my hanfu isn't ruined like another lady that I know." she said with a teasing tone as she looked at Amaya. Everything was so serious and she wanted to lift up the mood a little. As she finished writing down the notes Elysi spoke of a dangerous being inside the forest, it was then she noticed the gemstones changing colour and the quick yet hushed warning of their host. She remained still and quiet watching what happened next. Watching what could be described as a traditional wraith entered the cabin. She watched it carefully wanting to close her eyes and pretend like it wasn't there but if it was a danger she couldn't just in case. Eventually, it left and soon after she noticed the gemstones changing. [break][break] She took additional notes of what Elysi was saying and even made a picture of the would-be pet. Still, there was something off about it. "You said this place is safe since the daemon's don't know about it but that thing just phased through your walls, could you explain?" she would ask wanting the answer, to her this would be something she wouldn't let go. She stood gracefully and watched him, she understood that there was some information that he couldn't give up but this had to do with her and other's safety. "Once the question is answered, we can take a look at the map spell and get going to deal with the what trials may come this way while attempting to dodge whatever that thing is." she didn't like being near such things, it was quite taboo in her culture to mess with the dead.

A warm gift for Hinota Yuiee. After spending a few weeks away from the flower mage, Valo had crafted a beautiful bracelet as a gift for her. [break] Elysi would remain quiet and listen to the group, he had given them everything he was willing to give currently. Could he have given more? Sure, he could have but he didn't know them nor their true intentions. Zaven's words though spoken in frustration had made him additionally cautious and information he may have been able to or willing to divulge he no longer was. In time, if they met again he may be willing to give them more but that would be dependent on their actions going forward. It didn't matter though, soon enough they would find out the entire truth about this forest and those who currently called the place home. He listened to Sol's words, he knew that they were one if not the most secretive family in the Clover so little information was known about them and their ways. [break][break] Ordinarily hearing someone saying that would cause an investigation as to how it was known and for the perceived threats to go away under different mysterious circumstances mostly it was non-lethal but it could and would go in a more lethal way if they didn't come to their senses. It was never tracked back to the family, they were too careful for such things after all. All he could do was silently sigh, he wasn't his teacher "Just be careful not to be too loose with that tongue of yours Sol, you are a giant target." he said with a smile on his face. It was a double-sided veiled threat. Their family still had their issues due to their past and every one of the family knew that people would be looking for information on them and so would look for any crumb or weak link to get what they wanted. There was also the fact that if anyone got too loose-lipped the family would deal with them in ways that would make people beg for death. [break][break] Sol's height alone made him stand out, the white hair, albino skin and blood-ruby eyes in junction with that may as well have made him a magnet for those kinds of people. He listened once more as he understood about the enemy being beyond their reckoning but still believed in the floral mage's skill for strategy. Part of the elder Delothosin wondered if it was fair to put such a burden on a single person; especially one who was so young and looked so delicate they should be kept in a glass case to prevent them from being damaged. He couldn't help but chuckle at Sol's words "You say it's nice, I tend to call it an inconvenience, although, I guess my circumstances are vastly different from yours, you now have that feeling of longing many of us grew with." he said with genuine thoughtfulness. [break][break] "Even non-daemons with quote unquote basic elements can be a threat unless you are saying your brother in arms Valo Stark isn't a threat although his element is just basic fire." He was in the know as he did get news from listening in on the witches and daemons since he had little to no contact with his family at current. It felt like his adulthood trial all over again except it lasted for years instead of a single one. "Going back to the strength of elements for a second, spirits actually connect easier to those with the elements seen as basic, theory is, is that they are closer to the natural mana." He knew his sisters had reasons for not stepping in or pulling strings if he was there, either that or they were attempting to kill him either way that was up to the great spirits to decide. [break][break] "I don't expect him to have a full rundown of our education, but, I would have expected him to have the basics known before he ended up within a forest of daemons." he said to the floral mage as she brought up a valid point, there would have been no way to gain a lifetime of education in such a short time, he was wondering honestly if this was the smartest thing for him to be there. He didn't put the blame on his sisters or even on Sol as he was just doing his duty. Still, he couldn't help but worry as he knew the daemons would target him due to his heritage and unlike other families it wasn't as if theirs was that easy to hide. "It is admirable that you still do your duties knowing the risk your bloodline gives you though you aren't prepared." he was being sincere with his words and it showed. [break][break] "I understand you are still trying to assimilate into the family and the little education you do have was rushed but for now the best thing I can tell you until you can get home is to follow your instincts." he said with a quiet tone, he was concerned about having one like them here when they were still like a newborn. Eventually, Sol seemed to understand what he had been saying and confirmed that even simple elements could just be as dangerous as something more desired. "So you know of the daemoness I speak of?" he would ask with fascination "Perhaps if we meet again you will indulge me with your experiences with her." he would say with a calm tone though there was a hit of excitement of learning more about such an odd daemoness. [break][break] "It seemed that the ordeal has shaken you to the core, are you sure you are ready for what lays in this forest?" he would ask with open concern "I mean the daemoness Lilitu was said to be one of the gentler of the daemons so longs she wasn't angered. Then... well... it was nice knowing you." he said in a thoughtful tone, he had basic knowledge on many daemon's while more in-depth with others. It was just a gamble if he was willing to share and if he was just how much of it he could or would divulge. After a moment he broke out of his train of thought "If you can not steel yourself and your nerves you will get others hurt or worse killed, if you can not do this then stay here and I'll send you home." The elder Delothosin was completely serious with his words and his stern tone and look proved that fact. [break][break] "You are right again. Having confidence in yourselves and relying on each other is how you will survive this ordeal and I truly wish you the best in being able to do so." he said looking to the ceiling "Perhaps, I too will finally be free of the forest that has become my prison home for the last five years." there was an almost forlorn tone in his words. He then heard the floral mage cracking a joke and looked at Amaya chuckling a little "Are you sure you don't need a change of clothing Amaya?" he would offer again "I don't have female hanfu, I do have some flowing male ones though and things akin to priest garb from the east." he knew it would be odd but he liked how light the clothing was while still remaining durable if made properly. This would be the list time he would offer such a thing to her. [break][break] Eventually, the conversation went to the wraith-like creature that had floated through his cabin. "It was once a Delothosin." he said with a saddened tone "That's why it is so dangerous." This was information that he believed that they all needed to know. "I can't go into further detail than that, please forgive me." It seemed like it was a painful thing for him, but then it would be for any self-respecting Delothosin. "Nothing in this forest is a joke and everything will attempt to kill you especially." he said to the younger Delothosin. His eyes went to Amaya as she spoke "Well, the eldest daughter says it is a pet but she would call her mother a pet if it didn't get her killed." he said looking out the window "So even if what it is, is up for debate one thing for certain it is a real threat." he said calmly. [break][break] As the conversation continued he listened to Hinota's words "It's a defence mechanism." he said not missing a beat "All of the daemons can do it, it's why they can never find this place." he said pointing to a cluster of gem-like runes "One of my relatives had one of their servants create them for me..." he said thoughtfully "Their permeation magic has been such a blessing." he said happily. "The gemstones change as a warning allowing me to remain still so I phase with it when they are close, the walkthrough and when they are gone the gemstones change and I know I'm safe once more." his tone was calm as he spoke "Can't find something that to you isn't there." he added, playing smart is how he had survived for so long "And yes, there are fail-safes in place that will wake me if a daemon is too close." he would show that every caution had been made for his home. [break][break] "I am thankful that you are taking my wishes into consideration, I would have hated to start calling you Lady Ravencrest if we were going to start becoming formal." He knew there were certain niceties that all nobles had to do especially the higher they were in the food chain but he'd been out of that for so long he didn't see the point in it. Then again, he hadn't seen the point of it for as long as he was breathing but social norms. He couldn't help but roll his eyes whenever such things came up. As far as he was concerned everyone came into the world the same way and they would leave the same way and anything gained between the start and the end wouldn't be going with them so why bother with it? [break][break] He watched as the foral mage gently poked Amaya's head softly like a sister, the entire scene couldn't help but make him chuckle, it reminded him of his sisters. How they'd scold each other in private and even scold him when he stepped out of the norm for the family. "You are concerned about your cousin Amaya?" he would ask "I'm sure if he has returned he will be awaiting your safe arrival home and eagerly awaiting your report, I wouldn't make him wait too long or he may come and try to find you." he said trying to lighten the mood a little. He had noticed the floral mage speak previously but he couldn't make out a word of what was being said it was likely a way for her to put out her thoughts without others knowing, he knew many people were kind of the same way. [break][break] It was then Jin once again spoke about his magic item "It's powerful because the abilities are triggered, they don't flow like usual spells." he informed the only white-haired male with pigment. "Unfortunately, the item is one of a kind. I only have it because the relative that made it wanted it field tested and since I was going into a forest with daemons they thought I'd be the best one to try it out." He said looking back at the spray bottle as he thumbed his jawline for a moment "I could lend it to you, but I would expect it to be returned to Sol when the threat is dealt with so it may be returned back to its creator." he said He would smile a little, it was almost as if he was looking through the surface and directly to the core. [break][break] "Is that wise for one in your profession?" he would ask "Although, I do admit, I have heard those in your profession won't let death take them easily." he said his tone not changing, he wouldn't go into anything further allowing the speculation of what he was getting at be theirs to decipher. He knew exactly what Jin was getting at with the first subtle jab he laid "Who wants to be perfect, it's boring." he said simply "Then again... it explains certain things..." he wouldn't go further into what he was thinking or why he was thinking it, it had nothing to do with them in his mind. He sighed at what Jin did, he could rescind the offer of the item but that would just make him look as petty as Jin was being. He knew he was being judgemental and realized that it was likely rubbing people up the wrong way, but they too were doing the same thing to him. [break][break] He had been in that place for half a decade essentially completely isolated. That, with his upbringing, being in near-constant danger and the teachings of Gnome it was hard not to be judgemental of people who seemed like they decided that they were going to go skydiving without a means to land on the ground safely. "Just a word of advice, if a person requests to be addressed a certain way especially in their sanctuary while not undermining you as a person. Do it." he said coldly to Jin before looking out the window again "There is one more gemstone I forgot to mention earlier. You'll see obsidian gemstones now and then, don't approach them, nothing good comes from it." he warned the group, if pressed for answers he wouldn't give them only that it was dangerous. [break][break] With the group agreeing, he stood and brought his hands together whispering something under his breath before opening his hand like a reverse book towards the ground. What appeared was a pink diamond board showing all the intricacies of the forest including where markings could be found in their correct colour. He pointed to the clear quartz "These are witches and for now they are neutral." He pointed to things made in red and blue rubellite "These are mana beasts and the colour means hostile, the blue ones are docile at current." he would then point to two particular pieces that were made of green alexandrite "Daemons." he said simply, oddly some of the map changed to blue tumble quartz while another piece changed to onyx, however, the majority of the map remained unchanged other than the gemstone runes changing, but he didn't comment on these. "I would give you something that could keep the map up, but, sensory simply doesn't work outside of this cabin." he said allowing them to study the map.

[attr="class","header2"]GM Notes
[break][break]
The time has come to say goodbye to Elysi, he gave a little more information throughout the conversation and even offered the item he had previously used with the strict understanding that it was to be returned to Sol when the daemons were dealt with. With everything said and done he brought up a map which was oddly very specific. It showed the gemstone runes on the trees, where witches were, the daemons and even the mana beasts of the forest. What was strange was some of the map itself changed to gemstones completely but he didn't comment on it at all. Get as much information from the map as you can, make a plan and set off.
[attr="class","amascroll"] Amaya watched sol and Elysi as she kept a smile on her face. She was happy to see Sol interacting with one of his own family, even if Elysi was being a bit of a grumpy guy. She could understand where he was coming from. She would be the same way being stuck in a forest full of enemies hunting her down at every moment with no escape. She would have fallen to any trap or gotten killed or captured. Though she could feel he was holding a lot back, he even stated he was. He claims it has to do with his family. While she believed this the case, there was a feeling deep down that was telling her to not believe it entirely. Maybe it was her natural issue of fully trusting anyone at a moment's notice. She grew to trust her family, to trust sol as her boyfriend, to trust Hinota as her teacher. This she learned to trust them after seeing Hania did. However, Hania wasn't here to give his insight. This made it harder to trust everything she heard. She knew where she stood in the group and was most likely a bigger issue then she wished to acknowledge but she was requested to be here so she had faith in a greater cause then herself.
[break][break] She took note of his change of subject upon hinota's playful poking at her hanfu as she smiled. " As much as I like my clothing untouched. I prefer my cousin's hard work and money to not be entirely destroyed if I can help it, then again I want to say his clothing budget is much bigger then my own by how many hanfus of his get ruined near daily." She said sweetly "But I am sure all of mine is much more since my styling isn't the simplest as it use to be not to long ago. " She said in light jest as she knew he paid a lot for this wardrobe without even needing her requesting. it was a gift and something she appreciated greatly. She looked over at him listening to his question if she would like a change of clothing. She closed her eyes in thought for a second before opening them. "I think I will accept the change in clothing this time around as while I know I will get attacked and damaged, it is better then being so unsightly I suppose, I will be fine wearing whatever you wish to allow me to wear ." She said accepting the offer this time. She looked up at the ceiling in thought before closing her eyes keeping her smile on her face at allowing her thoughts back home where Hania was, where Leone and Jianyu was, where her squad and social circle was. They were going to be there waiting when she got out of this. She was going to return one way or another. She just hoped to return alive and mostly in one piece. [break][break] "Oh I know he will be waiting for those reports along with who knows what new responsibilities and expectations for me after this mission." She said shuddering at the thought of the lecture and line of questions he is going to have along with any new tutors or things that will be expected of her. she calmed her over active mind, it was all going to be alright. She got this, she just had to hope she had whatever the future had in sort for her. She had faith in everyone. She had faith in herself. She looked over to her staff in silent thoughts before looking towards jun and his line of interest almost purely in poking their host. Was he actually knowledgeable of the subtle jabs, those like her tend to do to each other either in fun intent or to seek a conflict to unravel their targets? She listen to his question going to the relic and its making.
[break][break] She listened to the explanation of it being a one of a kind weapon made by a family member. He was willing to give it to them with the understanding it was to be given to sol once all was said and done to be returned to the family. that seemed off to giving something so critical to his survival to them. was there something more he was getting at? "If I may as Elysi. if we do accept it, who do you think should hold on to it, or more who would you trust of us to keeping the item safe?" she asked in a curious questioning. This was genuine curiosity. she had never seen such an item do as it did and found this whole questioning to meaning more then it seemed though she wasn't sure. She could tell jin was poking a bit too much and even Elysi was starting to get tired of such things. She couldn't blame him, nor was it her place to question and poke further. She wasn't the most skilled with questioning on matters she had no place in.
[break][break] She watched the map in thought. She indeed was right of things somewhat changing, though it was just the gems and their colors. She always enjoyed seeing map spells. She had one or more two of them herself, one in her grimoire and one on an item. She looked the way they manifested and held true to their elements. Her own was pink but it was bright, not the best for if they wanted to not be noticed. All her spells were bright but that was expected of her magic. "It changes in real time...Elysi I am curious still, what is the obsidian one other then dangerous, cause you told us of the ones to avoid and directions beside off the gemstones as well as what ones motion traps but there has to be more to the obsidian one other then nothing good, Could you give us any further insight for that one in particular? How do we handle when seeing that one, others have a direction to move or remains still. Is there nothing to that one other then avoid it?" she asked again knowing he wasn't willing to tell them more but there had to be more. Hania could tell her it is dangerous, but even he would give a bit more explanation as the spirits know that girl was a walking ball of danger to herself some of the time, her ex was a prime example. "Also, your map, some of it changed. Is that due to the nature of this forest constantly changing as well? What information can you give us of these changes for this simply can't be all there is to this forest and its constant change." She asked gently.
[break][break] She chalked a lot of her processes up to over thinking but something wasn't setting right, she just couldn't remain not assuming there was more then being shown. Maybe it was her own paranoia, she wanted to believe it was that, however she knew it wasn't that. It was the literal unknown of the entire forest and its denizens. This place was like a constantly moving wall of paintings of someone trying to find the right placement only to change placements a second later. She kept her eyes trained on the map spell while keeping her senses high along with ears focused on all her eyes were not. She wasn't the strategist but maybe she could help lead some possible thoughts without further scolding. She was to start using her brain and thought processes, this was the best way to do so even if it is seen wrong, it is her way of handling her life and what is tossed at her. [break][break]

[attr="class","julienglass2scroll"] As Elysi cautioned Sol to be careful with how loose he was with his tongue and warned that he was a giant target which made the mantis nod in understanding, he knew that his birth family was secretive and that there was a important reason for that secrecy it was something that once he had discovered his heritage he had become more withdrawn with information. While he had no problem with most common information he was tight lipped on anything regarding his family and that extended even to Amaya as while they were dating they were not wed so he knew that the secrets of his family could not be told to her.”I understand Elysi and dont worry im not loose lipped I have heard and seen first hand what troubles that can bring” he stated remembering some of his squad encounters upon his entry into green mantis, he knew also that he was an oddity even among his family due to his height so he had to be doubly cautious. As he heard his family member chuckle at his words regarding their family and stated that they were a bit more of an inconvenience in his words but admitted that his situation was vastly different from Sols own and mentioned he now has the feeling of longing that many of the family had. [break][break] At that Sol blinked as he became more thoughtful and a bit somber in a sense.”yeah.. I can say I do have that longing I want to know more about my family to learn so much that I missed” he said his tone indeed held a sense of deep longing for his birth family and after a moment he smiled.”but with what I know now I can start to learn even more” he said his tone had changed and was optimistic showing that while his journey had been tough he was still eager to continue and learn.Elysi went onwards to question that even basic elements in the hands of non daemons could be a threat and wondered if even his friend Valo wasn't a threat to which Sol shook his head remembering their training together.”no he is an immense threat I lost track of how many times I got scorched during training” he said with a snicker at the end knowing that he had deserved it at points. [break][break] The elder Delothosin would explain further that spirits actually connected much easier to those with basic elements with the theory that they are closer to the natural mana itself not twisted or shifted like other elements, to Sol it made sense since by being more attuned to such mana a like can be grown and strengthened quickly. As the conversation shifted to Elysi and Hinota talking about his education and how he couldn't be expected to have a full teaching yet his family member relented a bit and did admit that he didn't expect Sol to have a full Delothosin education but he would have at least expected him to know the basics before ending up in this situation. At that Sol mentally grimaced as the elder delothosin had a valid point but as he mentioned that despite knowing the risk of his bloodline he is still here to fulfill his duty.”I will do that Elysi and I will tread carefully as well” he said softly [break][break] as Elysi showed surprise and a bit of fascination at the fact that he had encountered such a daemoness and he nodded as he was asked to indulge him later on the experience with her if they met again.”I did and I would be happy to share the story of what happened though it is one that still sticks with me since the days of kikka” he said before he heard and saw the open concern in Elysis face and tone and he took a breath before nodding.”I am ready for what lays ahead I was just starting my path when I had entered kikka to reclaim it since then I have grown in many ways and I'm not the same person I wont back out now and I will see this thru to the end besides I still need to to catch up with you and the rest of the family” he said his tone strong and reassuring as he turned a bit light hearted at the end as he gave Elysi a small smile “I appreciate the offer but im going to finish this” he assured him. [break][break] The conversation shifted as Elysi mentioned that they needed to have confidence and trust in each other and by doing that they would survive before he would speak to Amaya about her clothing offering a different set again out of kindness and Amaya had decided to take the offer this time. The tone would shift again as he explained that the thing that had floated into the cabin was something that used to be a Delothosin whice sent a shiver up Sols spine at a member of his family being twisted like that.”now I understand why we need to avoid fighting such a thing” he said as he saw Elysi had a hard time talking about it and mentioned that he couldnt go further before warning Sol that nothing in the forest was a joke and would aim to kill them him especially due to his bloodline.”Its ok Elysi we understand” he said calmly. [break][break] The conversation would turn to better subjects as the elder Delothosin would explain the specialties of the house and how he managed to stay so safe for so long with the use of permeation magic from a family members, it then went to him talking to Amaya and being glad that she would accept his wishes and joked with her a bit before he shifted his attention to Jins question and explaiing the bottle he used in more detail and even said he would be willing to lend it out of it was given to Sol to return to the family and Amaya was quick to ask who would hold it if they did.”if it was to be lent out perhaps it would be best in my hands?” he questioned not wanting to be pushy but wanting to make sure that Elysi would feel safe with it in the hands of family. As his family mentioned that being perfect was boring and Sol chuckled at this and nodded.”I agree Perfection is over rated its better to seek to be greater then you ever were before but not perfect” he said knowing that there was beauty in imperfection. [break][break] The next words that Elysi said to Jin in response to his jabs made it clear that the white haired void users was pushing the limit and Sol frowned as he turned his attention to him.”Jun be respectful to my family please look at it from the other side how would you feel if your family was disrespected” he said his tone was calm but there was an edge of disapproval to it. As the subject shifted to another gem this time being obsidian and it was to be avoided at all costs as nothing good would come from them Sol made a mental note of that before his family member made a map out of gem to show the area, its pink color allowed for other colors to show clearly what was friend and what was hostile with a the green gems showing daemons which meant they were targets. However when the board suddenly shifted Sol blinked.”wait why did it suddenly shift like that is it an indication something we need to be wary of?” he questioned since a shift like that was clear that something wasnt right and Sol would rather have the information before stepping foot out into that forest again. One thing people will notice of this family is that when they pass their trial of adulthood they start wielding a weapon of some sort and how the dynamics of the family will change to that person. Jin Zhongli
Sol and Elysi continued to discuss their family matters. Jin didn't know and hasn't seen much from Sol yet, but it did seem like he was being asked to do a lot. Finally meeting someone from his family for the first time from what Jin could tell. He wondered if the magic knight had the backbone to do what was required of him, hopefully he did. Much like Amaya and Jin himself Sol was a powerful mage, but their potential not yet fully realized. But it wasn't just about strength, did he have the mental fortitude?
Jin smiled when Elysi agreed to lend them the bottle he had used, to be honest he didn't care who had it as long as they did. "Your very kind Elysi, Thank you. To make it easier let Sol carry the item so that way no one forgets when its time to return it." He replied. Just in case they had another overwhelming encounter, the bottle would help if it still worked and worked the same way as displayed.
Elysi next comments towards Jin confused the rogue a bit, but only because he didn't know what he was talking about. Had he done something that was unwise? He truly didn't know. Jin had to conclude that maybe he was referring to Jin's slight about how we aren't all perfect. Considering how grumpy of a man Elysi was, perhaps this was his way of snapping back. If it was then it wasn't worth responding to in Jin's mind it was rather weak. Jin was as petty as they come, while some considered it a flaw in a way it has kept him alive. To him it meant even the little things are important, even the tiniest of details.
Jin chuckled at Hinota's comments "Well according to Elysi being perfect is boring, so I would disagree with you only because I do not find you boring." he replied to her also hearing Elysi's comments. Jin's subtle jabs towards Elysi wasn't meant to offend him, but only to make him realize that he was rubbing people the wrong way, perhaps the message got across to him. But Jin couldn't blame him entirely being stuck here for so long could bring the worst out in anyone. To be honest it was a blessing that Elysi so far had only been a grumpy over-opinionated judgmental man, whom probably forgot how to have a little fun he could have been worse.
Elysi's next words to Jin were said rather coldly, it seemed the rogue had hit a nerve or sorts in his little teasing. Jin smiled and dipped his head a little. "Apologies Elysi I was only trying to lighten the mood. Offending you was not my intention. You have been kind and welcoming to us. I extend that apology to you as well Sol, I meant no disrespect to your family." He said to them both. Jin was used to this, he often joined the antics of his siblings and had apologize for them later on. He turned his eyes towards Amaya and gave her a playful frown, now he had been scolded at just like her. But it was all just a jest to him, he would laugh about it later. He was glad to see Sol have some backbone though.
The next focus was the map that Elysi was now showing them, which Jin studied very carefully. Some things had shifted on the map which was odd and confusing, but Amaya and Sol had already begun to ask the Delothosin what that meant. So Jin didn't feel the need to be the third one to ask, he simply awaited for the answer.

[attr="class","tamaflowersscroll"] The floral mage had remained quiet, she watched and listened to everything that was said, it was the best way to get a grasp of what to do going forward and see each person's mindset at that time. Each person was taking this situation differently, that much was apparent but for two of them this was their first time having to deal with such a threat, she knew Sol had taken part in liberating Kikka but this time it was far different, she highly doubted any daemon was going to willingly sacrifice themselves or show their weaknesses so willingly. This time was also far different for Sol as he would likely be the primary target for these daemons from what information she had gathered from Elysi. That was a bit problematic in her mind but it made it easier for her at the same time, however, she knew better than to fully depend on that information. [break][break] Her eyes went wide as he heard his confession about the wraith-like being that they just came face to face with "It... it was once of your family..." she didn't understand its abilities as she knew next to nothing about Elysi's and Sol's family due to the way their family was but even if it wasn't such a way she could only imagine the pain, anguish and anger to see a relative manipulated in such a manner. "You..." she shook her head, she doubted he would want to hear condolences from anyone, he had been locked within this forest for five years with that thing, and she was sure he would have been looking for a way to safely put it to rest. She didn't even want to think of what would happen if that thing escaped this forest, she couldn't help but shudder. [break][break] He answered the first question that she had asked, and she was ready to accept it but the wording that he used, was odd to her but she never commented on it. "It makes sense, you can't destroy or kill that which can not be found." she said thoughtfully. "Your family is very resourceful." she said with a warm smile looking at where he was pointing. "I'm glad that you have so many fail safes in place to keep you safe." her tone showed she was concerned for his safety, she wouldn't wish her worst enemy to fall at the hands of daemons, she didn't even want to think of the terrible things someone them could and would do to their corpses. It was soon that he offered the use of the bottle he had used to the group, the flower mage agreed it would be of use but shook her head. [break][break] "Thank you for the offer but we can't accept." her tone was calm and respectful, she believed it would be important for him to remain with it for his own survival, besides, none of them knew what it was truly capable of and if it would have any drawback on them. She wished to remain safer than sorry at the end of the day, she just hoped when she explained her reasoning later they would understand and not be too irritated with her at current that she refused the aid of such a powerful item. Amaya was once again offered a change of clothing and this time she accepted, she could understand why Amaya did and as much as she personally wouldn't have liked to she would have done the same thing under the same circumstances. They had to keep their modesty intact even at times like these. [break][break] She didn't want to think of the punishments that would await her if she went home or was seen in what her family would class as improper or in a non-modest way. She could only shudder. She turned her attention to Jin as he spoke to her and placed a sleeve-covered hand over her mouth as she giggled. "I was attempting to make a joke Jun, I wasn't meaning it seriously." she said her tone showing that she was indeed being playful before "But thank you for the compliment Jun, but, I indeed am quite boring." she said with a smile as she lowered her hand. "You, however, are a curious man." she would admit to him in a whisper before blinking three times subtly showing she caught what he had done earlier. [break][break] "We must catch up at my home after this as I have questions I fear only you, my bodyguard and matron can answer." she whispered showing this was something she wasn't about to let go of. She thought back to the carriage ride here and looked at the pattern on the bag she had given him 'Did Junjie really know he would be here waiting?' she would ask herself, it was far too much of a coincidence to believe otherwise. As Elysi brought up the map she brought out her notebook and started to sketch things, she knew with the forest constantly changing this would no doubt be useless when they left but she wanted some sort of guideline to know where they were. She quickly made a key of what each marking meant, the colours of the mana beasts and of the daemons. She also took note that the map changed in real time but there was no need for her to ask as Sol and Amaya had already done so. [break][break] She had been so distracted that she almost hadn't even noticed that Jin had apologised to both Sol and Elysi for his behaviour. From what she had seen of Jin he had a good moral code and attempted to keep things light, she also realized that with Elysi the light-hearted jabs could have come off as insulting as he seemed more like the type of person who would prefer to have been told straight if he had overstepped much like he had with Jin. "Your heart was in the right place Jun, but, you can't handle all people the same way." she said in a friendly tone as she continued to draw for a moment before looking up at him "I'm sure our host would have preferred if you told him he was overstepping and to stop." she said her tone hadn't changed. [break][break] Elysi earlier had told them there were obsidian markers also and that they should remain away from them as nothing good would come of it. She was going to ask what was so wrong with them when Amaya had asked first so once again went quiet to hear the explanation so she could add it to the key of her drawn map. She made sure to put in things that could be considered landmarks so that way even if the map did change they would still know roughly the whereabouts they were in the forest. It was times like these when she wished she had just done what her family expected of her, it would have possibly been less complicated.

[break] Elysi moved to sit once more as the group spoke, it would turn out that three out of the four currently under his roof wished to take his magic item but one had politely refused. He could understand why they each had their views on the item "It is unusual that someone would deny such a powerful item I must confess, but, I can understand the logic behind such a thing." he would say to the floral mage; if he was in her shoes he would likely have done the same thing as he wouldn't know if the person was a friend or enemy as even wolves occasionally dress in sheep's clothing. "I will accept your refusal to take it, I understand that you worry for my life." he wouldn't put into words the other concern she likely had about taking it, that was her choice to voice if and when she felt like it. [break][break] He turned his eyes to the angelic and floral mages as they spoke over Amaya not wanting to waste her cousin's money, she also stated she was quite sure his budget was larger than her own due to how many hanfu he apparently ruined on the daily. "Well, that happens when you train non-stop." he would comment thoughtfully "Then there's whatever is expected of him as a magic knight on top of that." he concluded "Then there are also rumours he is quite the clean freak and is somewhat of a germaphobe I have no idea if this is true or not and even if it was it's none of anyone's business." he said with a shrug, he honestly didn't care one way or another. "Comes down to the seamstress or tailor he got to make your clothing I would expect." he finished as with all things it came down to quality. [break][break] "There may not be any more responsibilities or expectations than you have now." he would say not really understanding why she would jump the that conclusion out of him asking about her cousin awaiting to read the reports. He did wonder if her life was as bad as she was making it sound with her comments. He could understand personally when it came to expectations because every member of his family had them to some degree, only some had it worse than others but he doubted hers was anything more than mundane lessons expected of any socialite. The question of the obsidian came up, he should have known simply saying to stay away wasn't gonna cut it and sighed "Going near the obsidian markings will draw that thing to you." he explained hoping he didn't have to explain further why they needed to avoid the obsidian markings. [break][break] He turned his attention to Sol and smiled, it seemed as if the fundamental foundation that was drilled into every member of their family had started to be drilled into him and that he was taking heed of the words even if he didn't fully understand the reason for it yet. It was a promising start. "It can indeed bring issues and problems that could otherwise be avoided, but, for our family, it could be far more... deadly." he paused before he said the word deadly, what their family did to protect the kingdom would be seen as taboo in the eyes of the citizen's of Clover and he doubted his family would be able to escape the fate the had in Spade for a second time. It was for that reason they even kept the location of their enclave entirely secret and only had one way in and out. [break][break] "Be careful what you wish for, once you step on that path Sol there will be no way to walk away from it." he warned, their family had strict codes of conduct and due to the secrets they had they removed any potential threat to them, this was to say that if you attempted to walk away then you had signed your own death warrant. On the positive side so long as you hadn't done anything to endanger the family the death given was quick and painless. He laughed a little "It seems like he was getting you ready for what was to come." he commented "Not everything in this forest is what you'd expect to find in a forest due to the unique qualities the place currently has, I do think that when the threat is ended then they will likely find a new place to call home." he said thoughtfully. [break][break] "I'm thankful that you will be careful on this expedition Sol." he said with a nod before looking out the window as he listened about things that had stuck with him since Kikka "There are many things that stick with us throughout life Sol, we can't let them overwhelm us." his eyes turned towards his junior once more "Fear is something that is a healthy thing to have..." he said thoughtfully "After all, courage isn't the absence of fear, no, it is being able to keep calm and overcome it when it matters." he would finish hoping that the younger would understand if not now eventually. He listened to Sol as he said he was ready to face what came besides he needed to catch up to others of the family "Now that's just a foolish way of looking at it." he said calmly. [break][break] "I do respect it however, and, if at any point you do wish to take refuge here due to it being too dangerous because of your bloodline look for red agate. This is a stone that only you will be able to see." he explained in a quiet voice only Sol would be able to hear. He nodded and moved into a room briefly as Amaya said that she would actually accept his offer of clothing this time. He brought out something similar to what he himself was currently wearing. There was amethyst thread woven into the hems as he handed it over to Amaya. "Please use that room over there." he said pointing "I know it isn't the most flattering for one such as yourself but the clothing should fit your frame well, not to mention it will be more resilient than what you are currently wearing." he commented allowing her to go and get changed in peace. [break][break] "It is dangerous it is as simple as that Sol." he tried not to think of the thing that floated through as family but just another thing that was out to end the lives of anything it deemed. "Thank you for your condolences, I do hope that you all will bring him peace by ending this nightmare for him." he would say to the floral mage, it was painful for him that much was clear but he attempted to not let it bother him but it was difficult. "Unusual circumstances call for unusual measures and fail-safes to keep one alive." he would comment when she complimented his family resourcefulness "Indeed we can be when needs must, not only for our sake but for the sake of those we care for and align ourselves with..." he said with a thoughtful tone, it was rare for any of their family to care or align with people outside of their enclave, they just found it safer that way. [break][break] "There's no need to scold your teammate on my behalf, I'm a big boy and can tell him to shut up on my own if and when it is warranted." he said lightly scolding Sol "I understand why he made those petty jabs, I was indeed being harsh on both you and Amaya but that is because it is needed for both of you due to your lineages." he explained "You aren't educated enough in our family yet and Amaya seems to have the mentality of a socialite who can frolic without a care after some boy." he commented not knowing that was an actual reality not so long ago. Elysi hadn't snapped back in any way in regards to Jin's comments, he just stated his point of view that being perfect was boring. [break][break] He also believed that it set people up for the worst possible outcome as everyone would want to see that perfect being knocked down into the mud. It was a fate that he would reserve for his worst enemy personally. He listened to what Jin had said to Hinota and her reply to it, she believed herself quite boring even if others didn't view her in the same light. That, to him, was quite interesting. "I can understand wanting to lighten the mood Jun but going against someone's request just to call them their name was rude." he explained to the other. "You could have joked about anything else and I likely would have taken it how it was meant but my family requests to be called by our first names only for tradition's sake." he wasn't about to get further into that rabbit hole. [break][break] "Do not get me wrong, I do not feel disrespected as you seem misguided in your understanding that when some people ask for something there may be a reason for it." he explained to Jin waving his hand as if to dismiss the issue entirely "Just be mindful in the future." he would request of the void mage. Hinota had said that Jun was indeed a curious man and he guessed for someone like herself he likely would be, then again they were all curious people from his point of view. He had noticed the whisper that happened afterwards but didn't ask any questions as it wasn't his place. He nodded to Hinota's words "Wise words." he said simply as his eyes turned towards the map as they had all noticed that things were changing in real time. "Yes, my map spells are designed in such a method." he had informed them. [break][break] "It has its uses." he said looking at the two coloured areas "The onyx signifies that the wraith is somewhere in that area and so you should avoid it." he said pointing to it before pointing to the blue tumble quartz "This is a safe area, by that it means no daemons, no mana beasts that will become aggressive, no traps." he would inform them "For how long it will remain like that is anyone's guess." he explained to them all. "Just remember this is what everything is currently, it may change by the time you leave or even before." he warned knowing that it wasn't perfect but it's all that he could do to help them further "So, what are you planing to do now?" he asked the group.

[break][break]
The time of conversation had come to an end as the group had been given the last of the information they needed, all that was left was to decide where they would go. So, it's now it's time to leave the safety of Elysi's cabin and get moving... where is the group going?
[attr="class","amascroll"] Amaya listened to hinota's logic and it made sense when she thought about it. it was indeed a prototype from his family, they didn't know anything about it or the adverse reactions from such a weapon that wasn't known as well as the reason he was actively hunted in this forest. Taking that relic would possibly leave him defenseless let alone be an issue with having it with them. No, when she actually thought about it, logically it would do more harm then good for their party.
[break][break] "Oh my cousin is I think much worse then me but then again I think it bugs him less then it bugs me in the long run, I haven't really bothered thinking about it." she said in a thoughtful tone tilting her head from side to side in silent thought. Debating the situation over her head. Yes, He changes his hanfu a lot if it was dirty because he had an appearance society knows him to be and a preference. She was sure if he can change his hanfu he would but she was also sure if he had no chance, he would ignore the need just long enough to do what was required of him before getting bathed and changed. It was close but if she had to gross he was worse then herself. She shrugged off the thought as she knew such things were not needed. She heard his next comment as she could see the side on that part but then again this was Amaya in a nutshell, Sure some people see her assumptions as assumptions but she would rather prepare her brain for the worse that was to never come, then think she was going to be fine not being prepared.
[break][break] Amaya listened to the conversation between Elysi and the group as she was happy to seeing Sol and him getting along and even the group rectifying their issues and misunderstandings. It was different seeing the different jabs and the way each was handled. She didn't find much reason to interfere with each one as none pertained to her. She knew when to put herself into a conversation but each of these conversations were not for her. Sol was connection with Elysi and learning more of his family and Hinota and Jun was speaking of something more then she understood. Her attention was drew to the clothing that was presented to her as she accepted it willingly before moving to the room closing the door, leaving it open by a sliver, resting her staff at its opening. Her plan was to get changed, however she was going to keep her senses up and out while listening to the conversations outside the room.
[break][break] Getting changed in such a odd place was unnerving along with the fact she didn't have servant's to assist her if she needed. She was glad these clothing seemed much simpler then her own and a bit looser then her own. Given the situation, the clothing was going to be more durable and able to handle battle over her hanfu. She sat her satchel down at the entrance with her staff. She looked around the room, investigating every surface she could in sight as her gut didn't feel right, maybe it was the situation, but it wasn't going away. She took her time getting changed out of her hanfu, checking over her body for any oddities and scraps, even using her compact mirror to ensure there was nothing odd on her back. Sure her angelic healing was more then enough to handle any damage and scaring, but she was still a socialite, such things can cause more mockery, especially form her circle of mean girls. She felt over her skin making note of what markings she had originally on herself from her elven heritage to anything new before taking out a spare hair pin to pull up her hair before changing into her new outfit.
[break][break] Amaya felt a sudden shiver down her spine as mention of her having the mentality of a socialite that could frolic with some boy without a care. She could feel a stab at her soul from it as he had no idea how close to that assumption he was. She became a magic knight to continue moving and not hold anyone back but soon found she was holding herself back so much more then anyone ever could. She has grown and is still continue to grow every day into where her heart felt was true and at rest.
[break][break] She turned back to the male clothing after adjusting and folding her own into a neat roll, will it get wrinkles? Maybe but it was easiest to carry it. Now wasn't one for male clothing as she was a female, but it didn't feel much different from her own clothing. it was a tiny bit heavier, but the material wasn't as thin as her own. the colors were much too dark but she liked the amethyst threading detail of the garment. It had pants over her skirt which was a bit more secure in her dignity. Over all, she could complain, but it would just be complaining about preference. "At least my circle is never going to know about this, I would never hear the end of it." She whispered to herself unpinning her hair, readjusting her grimoire into her outfit, making any adjustments needed, without ruining the garments.
[break][break] "Alright that is everything." She said to herself in a whisper taking out her hair before redoing it as well as an outfit wasn't complete without a hairstyle to fit. She adjusted her miscellaneous stuff cause as her compact mirror, checking her face over along with ensuring she got all the twigs and mud out of her hair. "everything seems right"She said before tending to her hanfu, adjusting around the stuff in her satchel, cradling the items and food within her hanfu safely. She adjusted the satchel over herself while looking around the room one more time, ensuring she didn't leave any of her things out or behind as well as ensuring she wasn't missing anything else ending her search on a window. She wasn't excited about having to leave the cabin and be within that blanket of heavy white noise.
