It would be easy to believe that this feather is used like a sword thanks to its size and how she would be holding it. This isn't the case at all, as it is only in a semi-active state, only when throwing it up into the air does the spell truly activate as the feather seems to split into much smaller flaming feathers around the size of a thumbnail that rains down across the entire area. Those within this area will be dealt no true damage although they will get minor third-degree burns wherever these small greyish feathers land. what this actually does is makes the defence of a person more fragile allowing for an additional rank of junior damage to be done while the curse is active. This spell will also actively clash with healing spells to attempt to turn their healing into additional damage and buffs into debuffs as per the clashing rules.

A person may think that it may have been a heal or some kind of sensory spell but those with enough sensory will notice ice blue and orange mana move over the extended hand before working its way over his entire body increasing his speed by 30m/s. The mana is so close to his body that it can be classed as a second skin, and as such shields the body, it also shows qualities of both fire and ice and so those hitting the shield will not only deal with moderate hypothermia but also moderate 4th degree burns. This shield will require an archmage worth of damage before it will be destroyed, that being said if it takes damage but isn't destroyed it will repair itself at the beginning of the following round. With the use of ammo rules, additional second skins can be made for allies although the speed will reduce by -1 for each additional one made.
